Everything, even meeting the owner jean was a very nice down home personal feeling. We Everything stayed 1 extra day. We have been there twice and we will be there again it's the BEST place in that area. Refrigerator could be a little bit bigger and better pillows but for the overall price and comfort there's really no complaints just suggestions thank you Jean again for the wonderful stay we will see you again soon hopefully

The staff really is what made my stay count. the pillows could be a little bit better but overall it was a good stay. This Is 1st time we stayed here Not enough handicap parking there! But everything else was fine.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Not overly busy- only three floors. Great location to the Grand Ole Opry. Staff were great, everything clean and had a wonderful free breakfast in the mornings. Staff were great to help us out or give us suggestions. Can take a shuttle downtown round trip and never have to get into your car or worry about parking. Would stay there again!!!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, really made a positive experience. Location was good for me, as I was attending a conference at the nearby gaylord. handy and relatively cheap shuttle to downtown. Room and bathroom were a little faded and needs some updating. TV remote worked poorly.

This stay was wonderful! We had reservations for the hotel next door but when we arrived they were under construction. We were distraught. We were greeted by your staff with kindness and compassion for our situation. We were given a beautiful room and assured it would be okay. The rate was great we went through Hotel.com while standing at the reservation counter. Staff so helpful and gracious, assuring us that they had a room available and it would be okay. Saved our vacation!! Also gave us warm chocolate chip cookies as a treat. Everyone from manager to desk staff to housekeepers were kind and reassuring. They saved our vacation. Thankful. We will book again at a Country Inn and Suites. Thank you.

The room was clean and staff were all courteous. We stayed on the first floor which is a first for me. It was a little noisy given that the parking lot was right outside my window, the ice machine was one door away, and I could hear the people on the 2nd floor so I wouldn't recommend it. The room was clean but there was dehumidifier running in the hallway and the room had a bit of an old smell. You can tell it's an old property that they threw some paint and new fixtures in. The breakfast was good and fresh. It was comparable to your typical continental breakfast. It's in a good location basically across from the Opryland Hotel. Overall, not a bad place to stay but I am unlikely to stay here again.

I had amazing help with the manager there and it was a not-to-be beat experience for my brother and his beautiful wife. I cannot express enough how incredible everyone at Country Inn made this the best ever for my brother. A bit of stress but worth every extra gray hair! Cannot recommend them highly enough. The absolute best of the best of the best!

The staff was especially friendly and helpful. They went over and above to engage with our children. The kids wanted to stop and interact with the staff on each of our comings and goings.

The staff were all very pleasant. Clean rooms and establishment. The lady who checked us in was friendly. Housekeeping replaced dirty towels, restocked, and took care of room needs without hesitation. The lady who does the breakfast in the mornings does an excellent job keeping it clean, stocked, and tasty. The gentleman who helps in the lobby area made sure tables were wiped and trash tended too. Great breakfast overall with hot options like waffles, French toast, omlets, sausage links and biscuits with sausage gravy plus all the other things like yogurt, granola bars, cereal, fruit cups and oatmeal. This was also a great location, right in the mix of music city, and near the Opry Mills Mall. The hotel is a calm, country feeling like "grandma's house". It was never loud. Everyone respectful and polite that we encourted here. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will plan to stay here again. The only negative is that the pool wasnt opened yet but we saw all hotels in the area were the same so figured maybe it's still too early in the season for this area. No points deducted for that though cause we didn't plan on swimming for this visit.

Area is not the greatest but the place was clean, short distance to a lot of stuff and we slept well.

Family friendly. Tammera Kay is the nicest person I’ve ever met. You don’t always see the friendliest staff in the hotel business but TK was so happy, cheerful, and helpful even me being an early riser at 5:30am coming to get coffee always saying good morning asking how the day before went. The breakfast was amazing different varieties each morning. Beds were comfortable, best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel next time we visit Nashville and look forward to seeing our friends at the front desk.

Location was fine. The hotel uses artificial fragrances all throughout the facility. It’s incredibly strong so if you’re fragrance sensitive, I would recommend you staying away. I stayed one night and now have a sinus infection. The hotel response was laughable. It does not go away.

This hotel is within a mile or so ..fairly close distance to the Opry ..great amenities, very clean, comfortable bed and great breakfast for the stay …it is next door to the Bob Evan’s restaurant..Hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable..will definitely stay here again and highly recommended!

Mattresses are old and sink when get on it. They only clean if you put in a request. Fridge didn’t work.

Walls were paper thin and we could hear full conversations of those next to us. Breakfast was of poor quality, food soggy and looked under cooked (i believe it was chicken patties) Staff were very friendly.

I actually booked this stay for my son & his girlfriend. They have been there all week due to the ice storms & power outages in Nashville. I want to give a shout out to the front desk staff....they were fabulous and so helpful during their stay! Even though the hotel is a little dated.... it is clean, comfortable and has great customer service..

To save some money, I opted to stay here for a convention at the Gaylord Opryland. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and of course that also helped save money from having to eat out every meal. In good weather, you can walk to the Gaylord in about 20 minutes, but you may want a ride if the weather's not so great. If they had provided bottled water, that would have been great, since those are about $6 or more at the Gaylord.

Wonderful stay, Room was clean, comfortable bed. Shower was great, lots of water pressure. Lots of variety for breakfast.

Could not enter the room with key card, maintenance man had to reprogram the lock took 45 minutes before we could get in the room,so we sat in the hallway before he finished . Were not offered another room. Pretty bad service.

Very clean. The entire complex had a bed & breakfast feel to it. Very comfortable beds. Outstanding food at breakfast each day; not the typical fare found in a continental “free” hotel breakfast.

The only negative is that there was no closet nor any space to hang anything in the room. We were only there for one night but if we had planned on staying longer it would have been more problematic.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The room was nice but the lighting outside kept the room lighted enough to walk around without the interior lights on. Staff was wonderful.

The room was so clean and smelled great. The bed was great. The staff were amazing. This place is a little gem. Little touches like the magnifying mirror and the night light in the bathroom! Felt so comfortable.

Went to Nashville to visit our son. Enjoyed our stay at Country Inn & Suites. Hotel was clean, front desk was helpful, and we enjoyed having breakfast each morning. Would definitely stay here again!

We were there for a conference. Reasonably priced and close to our conference center.

The water temperature in two of the three rooms they put us in was scalding hot. When reported this the maintenance person said the valve was backwards and could not be fixed right away and that they were doing sheet and bedding so that might be the cause. Either way it was not acceptable and we had to add ice to our toddlers bath.

A bar of soap was left in the shower. When the room next door door showered you heard like a whistling. The shower went cold once and never held it's temperature. Other than that it was the night life I wanted and there's a late late night pizza place next door, think dominoes but a level up.

Property was an older property (say 10-15 years old), but was well maintained, very friendly staff, across the street from Gaylord’s Opry House and really close to the Grand old Opry. Would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

There was a hole in my wall near the sprinkler system valve. The walls were dirty in the bathroom and living area. It has been awhile since they were cleaned. The hallways had dehumidifiers running but the room and halls smelled very musty.

The room was clean and comfortable. DirectTv in the rooms froze a lot at first, but got better in the night. I did not have breakfast because the room was very full at 8:30. It is next to Bob Evans restaurant, which had a nice breakfast.

Customer Service is 10 X above 5 stars. The front desk service went above and beyond the call of duty. Ms. Brenda and Gerilyn are amazing employees. Every Country Inn & Suites would be fortunate to have these 2 on staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. We have spent the next 3 nights of our trip at CI&S because of the wonderful service we received in Nashville.

She also said the dehumidifiers were normally in the hallway but tgerr were none seen in the hallway and i described it to her (small, white & black and it changed colors througout the night)

Mrs. Brenda is a very sweet lady who checked me in and she checked on my stay as I would come in for the evening from a production I was attending over at the Grand Ole Opry. Very quiet and nice place. The sliding doors to enter need some TLC and the door to the pool also. No other issues. The rooms are nice and clean and the ac worked great and the bathroom was in a great condition. I will use this hotel for future stops when in the area. Thank you.

I dont recommend room 221 we were woken by screaming pipes at 5:30 in the morning it lasted for 2 hours. It was horrible the second morning same screaming pipes early in the morning. I was not reinbursed for the inconvenience and believe .e it was a huge inconvenience.

Best hotel I stayed at in Nashville ….. or anywhere…. Hands down!!!! Bed is a dream. Softest sheeted, perfect pillows and like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Everything was so clean all the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would give this a 20 star rating.

Room was nice. However we were on the first floor and heard and felt everything going on above us from people walking/running to the slamming of doors. Didn’t have a very restful environment.

Hotel was clean and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Could hear the room above us through the bathroom vent but overall it was quiet.

The staff is amazing. We had a tornado siren go off at 2:30 am, and they had everyone get in the 1st floor hallway and made sure we were kept informed and made us as comfortable as possible. Aside from the emergency, the room was clean and comfortable. Some hotel showers have low water pressure, but this one was great. Love that they can arrange shuttle to downtown - round trip $15.

If you want to stay near the Opry, this is a good option. It's an older property, but clean and there are several restaurants within a walkable distance. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is very close to the Grand Ole Opry, Gaylord Convention Center and Opry Mills Mall. It is a 15 minute Lyft/Uber ride to Broadway. I was checked in quickly and my room was clean and large. The refrigerator is medium in size, large flat screen tv and a desk are too. Desk chair and an accent chair make sitting not just on the bed an option. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo and large vanity and sink area. The bedding was all white, clean and nice and fluffy. I was directed to a shared gym when I inquired about the fitness center. A large hot breakfast is available and vending machines as well.

We had an amazing stay! The customer service was amazing. The two gentlemen that help us were so friendly. Actually all staff we interacted with was just awesome. Will be back!

Average property. A/C didn’t get very cool even though we set it at maximum cool which was 60 degrees. Breakfast was just okay.

The location was very good for visiting the Gaylord Opryland and the shopping at Opry Mills Mall. Breakfast left a lot to be desired- unidentifiable meat patties, pre-done eggs, very small yogurt cups. They did offer biscuits and gravy, which were at least appetizing. The bed was very comfortable and better than most hotel beds. Nothing was terribly wrong here, just not anything great either.

Breakfast was good. I loved being able to make our own waffles! A used bar of soap was left in the shower. Overall it was pretty good for a one night. Water pipes were very loud.

We had an amazing stay and the hotel was perfect for my family. We felt safe the entire time. The room size was perfect for us and the breakfast was a great bonus! Check in was so fast. The Lobby was decorated for Christmas and made the stay feel more cozy.

We have always loved this hotel until this trip, a dog was allowed in the breakfast room, in a chair eating from the table, the woman working was playing and being licked by the dog…then she returned to the task of food handling….this went on over and over until we finally dumped our food and left……..so disappointed

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary for the night and were pleasantly surprised. It was super clean and the beds were really comfy and sheets were soft. Both of the ladies we dealt with at the reception desk were extremely nice and friendly and made me want to come back. There was also a prayer request box at the desk and I thought that was amazing. Price point was good. Only complaint I had was there was air fresheners in the room which were nice at first but we both woke up in the middle of the night feeling like we were in a febreze can, lol. We will stay here again!

This place is way overpriced for what you get! Very old and outdated. Stayed in room 103, The windows are so old and fogged over you can't see anything! There was still trash in the room when we checked in that had not been cleaned up from the previous guest. This is a very old hotel. For $272 for one night, I had a lot more expectations than what we got. When you're in the bathroom I could hear everything the guest in the other room was talking about. I would look elsewhere when you need a room. Not worth the price!

Great location!

Overall, the experience was positive. For a quick Nashville trip, it served as a good location with comfortable beds and clean, spacy rooms. However, the breakfast menu is very limited for those with gluten sensitivity. They also pump a strong lavader spay in the rooms that are not allergy friendly and the front staff don’t appear to be positive or engaged in their positions.

Eveeything was wonderful just dont use music city shuttle they were HORRIBLE

Nice place. Room alittle musty smelling, opened the window and that helped. We had a queen suite, which had a seperate living room and was spacious. Close to Opryland.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good. Pillows were too thick for me but others may like them that way.

The shuttle to the Boardwalk was never on-time. It was over an hour wait both times we needed it.
