    Not much, just basic accommodations some of the staff seamed rude. Trouble with the shuttle times. Room smells like Marry Jane. The, stairwells need of repair and elevator floor was dirty and not cleaned in days. Second floor access door gets stuck. Looks like a hooker came in for breakfast. They dont give you the kind of breakfast they advertise. Just the minimum food that they can get away with. It makes the Wydham name look bad. They usually have a higher standard.

    Comfortable bed and friendly staff. The noise. Next to me someone was playing drums on the wall and another was blasting music as if they were residents of the hotel. Should probably keep guests away from the residents.

    Nothing Turned us away after driving to 10hrs. I understand they had no power but they refuse to refund me for a prepaid stay. They are stating I had the option to wait around for power but I was not given this option. We weren’t even allowed to wait in the lobby and were very rudely told there was nothing they could do for us. Waste of money and time.

    Room was clean. Air vents were filthy. Staff was not pleasant. Wifi did not work. All of 5 people (if that) were staying there at the time. And I was next door to a heavy smoker. Everyone could've been spread out. For breakfast there was only waffles and muffins, maybe coffee. No meat no eggs no fruit . But you get what you pay for.

    The floors were absolutely nasty.They let our feet black.There was absolutely no parking at all. Yes the AC worked. The TV didn't work the whole time we were there.Which was really inconvenient because I have a four year old son. AT one point The microwave and TV went out and it took thirty minutes for somebody to come and flip the breaker

    Close by the highway The house keeper half clean the rooms . There never enough towels in the rooms the staff act as if they don’t want to be bothered. The parking sucks I called the front desk because it was no parking other than handicap I was told if you park there you could get towed . The front desk clerk did nothing to rectify the situation .     It was clean. Free coffee is provided in the lobby. Plenty of towels. Blackout curtains. I showed up at 2:55 PM for my check-in. I was literally asked to come back “at 3, maybe make it 3:15”. Really, you’re going to send me away with a five minute difference? Then, when I came back 20 minutes later, there was an entire traveling group of 10+ people in front of me going through an endless check-in process. After standing for an additional 15 minutes, finally someone from the group said “this man isn’t in our group, maybe you should help him” at which point I was finally given the opportunity to check in. All of this could have been avoided and 40 minutes saved if I was just given a room when I initially showed up. Its ironic that I’m expected to give an additional 40 minutes for my check-in time, but when it came time to check out an employee knocked on my door, as I was literally exiting with my bag, at 10:59 AM sharp. Like, cool it. I’m expected to be patient and cool but you’re going to knock on my door at 10:59 on the dot for an 11 checkout? You can’t make this crap up.

    Well, there was something hanging on the back of the bathroom door, couldn’t tell if it was men’s underwear or shorts. Corners need cleaned also. Didn’t touch them. Every time I moved in bed something like metal would clank. But for the price, I guess you get what you pay for…Also, get a pressure washer and wash the stair wells.

    The breakfast was nice, although a bit limited with some options some days. The staff was kind, although i got housekeeping visits at least once a day when I was informed I'd be receiving housekeeping visits only on the 3rd day unless requested. And the staff did not properly inform me of key card care, and me and my friend had to get it reloaded with my room number key 3 different times before they told us not to store it with electronics.

    No hot water (cold showers) for four days straight. the morning of check out the water was mildly warm. I tried going down to front desk a few times to tell them the problems, but they are obviously understaffed and the line at the desk was always long. Never was able to get the problems addressed. The hotel sent automated text to me after the first day asking how we liked the rooms. I responded listing the problems but never heard back from anyone. Fridge door broken in one room. Floors filthy, the bottom of our socks were black within minutes, we had to keep shoes on at all times. Front door looks like it had been violently kicked in on one of the units which raised security concerns. Deadblt and handle were bent and very loose. TV kept glitching and freezing, almost impossible to watch anything. Half the TV channels were unavailable in one room but worked in the other. Constant fan feature didn’t work on a/c in one room so the unit kept turning on/off all night. Toilet seat lid broken and cigarette burns on the lid. Cut my elbow open on sharp edge of grab handle on shower. We were stuck here for 4 days. 4 days of cold showers. Spent over a thousand dollars for 2 very poorly maintained rooms. Such a waste of $1000. The only good thing I can say is the beds seemed clean and comfortable.

    The staff was friendly, if I had one complaint it would be that the cleaning crew opened my door around 9:30 AM when I clearly had a do not disturb sign on the door. Also, my particular TV was constantly glitching and made it impossible to watch anything, because the sound kept going in and out and the picture would scramble.     The room was dirty. The floors weren’t clean the bed had garbage underneath… the bathroom wasn’t clean towels had hair on it along with one being dirty. Breakfast wasn’t what was advertised! Orange juice was moldy , stale cereal and bagels . I was very unhappy & unsatisfied with my stay!

    The over night staff was rude when I called at 2 am locked out by a broken lock. Finally after resistance she came and had to use a master key to let us in. They proceeded to tell us its because it was cold the lock wasn't working. I was standing in 24 degree weather being told this was normal here just giggle and check the card before we leave again. I shouldnt have fear of being locked away from my things when I've l paid decent money for the stay. The day staff finally searched our rooms on our second day.

    On the positive side this is in a good location 15 minutes or less from everything you want to visit in Nashville. The room was clean. The negative the door to the room would not open and had to be played with to get to open. The staff did not appear to care.

    I didnt drive. It was very noisy. Late flight so tried to sleep due to having a 5 am flight and the noise outside on the balcony was so loud i couldnt sleep. Everything smelled of weed. Not comfortable but the guy at the front desk was very pleasant.

    Enjoyed every second of my stay here especially for the price you can’t beat it! Hotel staff was nice and efficient with getting me checked in. The room was absolutely beautiful and most importantly comfortable my favorite part of the room was the mirror over the sink with light settings. The breakfast was good a nice variety for everybody they had a waffle maker, eggs, sausages, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt they had coffee, orange juice and apple juice the second day they had biscuits and gravy as a main course excluding the sausage and eggs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay especially for the price! It can get noisy the hotel is close to an airport and a Main Street other than that 10/10!!

    They started that they recently renovated. #128 was overlooked.room smelled horrible.there was red & fresh blood smeared on door jamb to bathroom & toilet handle & tank.feces on back of the toilet tank & top.tub would not drain.we arrived after 1am & we were dead tired & wanted to sleep. thankfully beds were clean.but no it was not a great stay.it was not very clean. breakfast was okay. we made our own waffles.I mentioned the issue to the lady at the counter in the morning. the gentleman that checked us in seemed preoccupied.

The morning I left for the airport I had to go next door to the Waffle House and while the food was delicious, I got this hotel because I was looking on not spending money for breakfast.

    Baymont by Wyndham was a huge disappointment. They advertise online in a deceptive way — I booked a room expecting two beds, but what I got was just one double-size bed, not even a queen. The juice machine at breakfast was broken, and there wasn’t a single source of protein offered. It wasn’t advertised as a continental breakfast, so expectations were higher. When I complained, the manager, CJ, just shrugged it off. Misleading, poor service, and zero accountability. I won’t be staying here again

    People up all night outside, running up and down the aisle outside our door. Loud car stereo playing in the parking lot. Coffee in main lobby wasn’t working and the toilet barely flushed.

    The only reason I stayed here was because I needed a shuttle to the airport. I only stayed a few hours so I could relax before my flight out. When I checked in I was told there was a shuttle. When I came to check out I was told no shuttle. What a rip off. Never again!

    Though we can tell that the staff is not a full staff they are very kind and efficient. The location is sitting across from a busy highway so there are the sounds of cars and sometimes loud ones as well as sirens. With soft earbuds definitely right here a majority of it. We went searching for bugs we found none and no evidence of any! The room was very spacious and the hardwood floors are a very nice touch. We could tell that it looks like there have been updates made to the unit we stayed in. The bathroom was one of the few things we had an issue with due to the caulking showing signs of mildewing. We also noticed that there was no safe in our room. The floors were extremely clean the bed smelled fresh and the sheets were clean we flipped them back to check. You did a black light for our room and didn't find anything abnormal. There was not a coffee maker but there is a mini fridge and a microwave present. The mini fridge doesn't exactly get cold at least ours wasn't. There was a very awkward picture hanging in our room which for us was an absolute no-go. This was a weekend mini trip and it was fairly quiet. It was only during checkout that we realized how many people were actually present at the hotel. We did enjoy the continental breakfast! The staff was continuously keeping the area clean and restocked. There was a text sent at the beginning band end of the stay for questions.

    The staff seemed inexperienced and were not friendly. Breakfast was skimpy. The room was nice and roomy. The bed was comfortable and the cable selection on the TV was great. The shower tub area was out dated.

    The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The humidity was so bad outside the room that not having a fan added to the humidity in the room. All the clothes I hung up felt damp after taking a shower. Also the toilet didn’t flush one day. I called at 6:30am to the front desk about it. They said they did not have anyone who could fix it until 8am. I told the front desk that I needed to use the toilet and the front desk told me to use the toilet in the lobby. I left my room to go sightseeing at 8:30am. When I returned at 4 pm the toilet was still not fixed.

    It was an amazing stay. Pretty close to everything and short drive to broadway. Check in and check out were super easy. Our only problem was our door wouldn’t register our key cards and we had to go down and have them reprogram them but they were super nice and understanding about it! House keeping was super nice and understanding also

    Rooms are small, beds are hard and on a metal bed frame. Half the time you had to go get new keys because the other ones stopped working. You had to slam the doors to make sure they shut and all rooms you enter from the outside like Motel 6. The pool is outdoors and doesn’t have a heater and the friends and family of the workers were in the pool and we couldn’t use it. Breakfast is pancakes, bagel or hard boiled egg. The manager and desk personnel were very nice but I wouldn’t recommend it.

    My wife, and I have stayed at the Baymont of Windham, at this location numerous times. The only complaint we had were the ants which were in our room, and the smell of marijuana which we could smell coming into our room. It was inconsiderate of those doing it, and very disrespectful.

    I did the check in on line to speed up check in and when I got here it took over a half hour to check in. They charged my credit card 3 times and couldn’t show us a map to find our room. In the room the conditioner and body soap were empty and the bathroom door had no latch on it so wouldn’t shut. Disappointed
