    People were smoking weed outside the front door, it reeked. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The staff asked me if I needed help, I texted to acknowledge the messy bathroom with mold and hair in the shower. They said they’d have someone come by to clean it, we left for roughly 6 hours to come back to it uncleaned. Plus the trash in the bathroom was not taken out either. The floor liner had dust throughout the whole room and the a/c sounded like it was going to explode in the middle of the night. The door stopper was broken and the deadbolt never worked.

    The room was nice clean Need microwave in the room. There was no towels the next morning. Called front desk to ask for some she told me there was none and that they was washing them. Check out was at 11 still didn’t get clean towels.trash cans was over filled u have to pay for parking but if u not in early u want get a spot beside in back in another buildings parking lot. Then checked out and they still took another $100 deposit out my account after i checked out called and she couldn’t even tell me why. And my room was paid for when i made the reservation. The deposit stated it will be $50 also nope it’s $100. Ask for a manager she told me he don’t come in until Monday.

    The room was spacious for us with our active toddler, but could’ve been a bit more clean. The bedsheets/towels had hair on them, and the bathroom sink had evident toothbrush stains from previous guests. Overall it was a quick in and out stay, but definitely not the cleanest.

    Very few reception staff. Always a line. Only 2 housekeeping staff so no towels and incredibly slow. No safe. Only 1 person in bar/restaurant so the wait was very long. He did his best.

    The pool and hot tub were unavailable during my stay in late April. There's a mini fridge , but no microwave to heat up food or tea. Other than that, the staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and I felt very safe as a solo traveler.

    The hotel has recently been remodeled so everything is clean and new however, there were lightbulbs missing in the lights in our room and the refrigerator didn’t work. I feel like there should’ve been more QA/QC after the remodel was finished to make sure everything in the rooms worked. Also, there was a $10 charge for parking in their own parking lot! There was literally nowhere else to park so if you had a car you were paying $10 just to park there and it wasn’t gated so why are we paying for it?

    Everything about this hotel is absolutely phenomenal. The beds are super comfortable. The standard rooms are HUGE and super clean. The employees are super friendly. They have Starbucks in the lobby, and a restaurant that has amazing food. They are located across from the airport and you can watch the airplanes coming and going. I was a little bit bummed about our dinner. They said their meat is smoked. So I got the brisket and it was not smoked. It was extremely tender and full of flavor but if you are wanting the smoky flavor it is lacking. The fried okra was amazing! Plus they give you a lot of food. They also give you free bottles of water and they have filtered water station through out the hotel. If we ever need a hotel to stay in and we see Delta hotel we will be going to them.

    The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing my only complaint was I paid for a two queen bed room and upon check in they changed my room I then went down stairs and they switched my room to another one claiming it to have two queen beds well I get the key card go up to the room and it’s still one king bed so I go back down there another time they change my room I go back upstairs still one king bed so then I go back downstairs to the receptionist for the THIRD TIME and this nice gentlemen said that sometimes they downsize the rooms to make more room for other people which I informed him if I’ve already paid for two queen beds how can yall downsize me without even telling me needless to say they fixed me up but after a long day of travel that’s not something you want to have to go through.

    If i could give 0 stars i would. I booked this hotel for my bachellorette and even paid an extra night so we wouldnt have to wait after my 11pm-6am flight. My friends and i get there, i tell them my booking, and they tell me that there’s nothing they can do. The lady at the front desk was extremely blunt with me and did not provide any assistance or sympathy. She continued to essentially blame it on me for booking it through expedia like it was my fault. My friends and i have now been left with no room and no sleep. We have to wait 8-10 more hours before we can get into the other hotel that actually had rooms open. On top of this, they tried to deny me a refund since it was a “non refundable” booking. This has essentially messed up my entire vacation and added more stress on me and my friends when there shouldn’t have been any. Maybe you guys should be checking your availability and letting people know that it’s not available BEFORE THEY SHOW UP. and have a nicer front desk lady. i will never book here again or any other property i figure out is under the same company.

    The staff was incredible and extremely nice . I called to inform them of a late arrival and they were very accommodating. The room was clean but we did have to call for a new blanket due to a stain . Other than that clean room , great location to get to everything within 15 minutes within Nashville . The food from the restaurant was extremely fresh and flavorful . Overall I would definitely stay here again .

    Hotel recently renovated… Room was clean, smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. We only had one complaint while we were there. Housekeeping cleaned our room while we were out and did not close the door completely. Management notified and they were super nice and gave us dinner on them! Would we stay again?!     Room was very clean. I had misread the info about breakfast (only free for titanium club or such) and the gym wasn't open. I had to ask for coffee and towels. Breakfast, $13, was awful. Two biscuits that were hard as rocks with a couple dabs of gravy. The chef took the box and said he would "talk to the guys" with no offer of a replacement or refund. Staff was very nice but we did have some language problems.

    Room was pretty. And only the rooms were pretty. Everything else was a complete mess. I’m very lenient and often too nice to the point I let people take advantage of my kindness so it takes a LOT to get me to write such a huge review like this? I Was not let known that this hotel was under construction BEFORE booking my stay. Got an email stating there would be active construction right after my payment went through, Fire alarm went off several times in the mornings for “testing” (14 times) I counted ? no water or electricity on certain days of the week, we had to go without showers, so eventually went to my in laws to clean up there. No breakfast/restaurant/or pool/ as it was advertised…terrible elevators had no roofing there were construction workers carrying carts full of paint/concrete/ in the elevators, constantly, causing the elevators not accessible or even coming up to the residents floors when we’d want to leave. Waiting for the elevators to open took at least 5-10 minutes at a certain point like HOWWW is that even possible I don’t know??not even going to mention the lady who works the night shift. She was very rude when me and my fiance asked for some cups or water, she was passive aggressive , and kept raising her voice when we asked for help nicely. White lady with the big forehead for anyone wondering , she had thin shoulder length hair and medium build. There’s a reason they put that one on night shift…?other staff members were lovely except for the random staff member we woke up to , IN THE ROOM…she came in our room while we were sleeping in bed?she only left when I woke up scared lmaooo mind you, the doors automatically lock so I guess they just have keys for the rooms I don’t know it beats me. the whole situation was just kind of unfortunate. Your residents shouldn’t be sleeping in an open construction area not only is it just unsafe , but it made the experience much worse than needed to be. Would pay 5 dollars maxx a night for this.

    Room was clean. However, the alarm went off Saturday morning around 5:00am and we didn’t received any notice. Some guy that drives the airport transport said, ‘something on the elevator caused the fire alarm’ and that ‘ it did its job’. No apologies for the inconvenience!     Room had dead bugs all over the AC upon check in and the hotel staff knew and still gave me the room. They also have cockroaches. The fire alarm went off at 4:50am for 20 minutes causing all the guests to go downstairs and the hotel staff was nowhere to be found, never acknowledged it or apologized either.

    Hotel Preston charged my card $193.00 when the room was paid a month in advance. It was an unauthorized charge. The female manager T.S. stated that it would be refunded . The male manager M.B. said that he reversed it even though the first manager said it was done . They pulled it fast but it’s taking forever for me to receive it . There was hair on all the bath towels. Lady Bugs flying around the room. The hallway has a bad smell plus it’s under construction . Do not book with this company.

    Everything was off. We went for our honeymoon and the hotel was under construction. So wakeing up to noise early mornings no room service smells bad. 100 as check in and did have but one ittybitty trash can in hotel needed toilet paper only one role toilet paper had two bottle waters in room one looked used no vending machine or ice machine on our level due to construction if would have know about the construction we would’ve paid lower at another hotel but instead we get a hotel that we paid good money for just to get really bad service and bad experience over all. For what we paid we should’ve either been forewarned about the construction or a better price for staying. Extremely upset with how this stay went. Specially with it being mine and my husband honeymoon

    This was truthfully one of the WORST hotel stays, and I’ve stayed at this property before. Arrived a little before 11 on Thursday, checked in with a man who I’m assuming was new and there was a lady I think was training him. She could brushen up on her customer care skills, I stood there not knowing there was nothing else needed, no thank you, have a great stay. Ok not a big deal. Get in the room and I see random dot looking things but didn’t pay attention, but I go to turn on the tv, even tho every Marriott property I’ve stayed at will typically have e the tv on already. The remote doesn’t work, call downstairs I’m told ok someone will bring a new one. It never happened, ended up going downstairs and waiting again for someone to text the older gentleman back on what he needs to do because the lady that was training him left. I’m walking around the room the entire window panel,floor, curtains, and ac unit have what looks like ladybugs on it. We call downstairs no answer, by this time it’s past midnight at we are ready to go to sleep.woke up next morning to request a late check out, call downstairs multiple times no answer. I had already asked multiple times to be accommodated and it seems as if no one on this property cares or even have a sense of urgency as it pertains to the patrons. I was only in town for 24 hours and this was the ABSOLUTE worst experience to date

    The lower levels of the hotel are being remodeled. I was way up on the 11th level, so I didn't hear any construction noise. The food at the hotel restaurant was great. Overall it is a good hotel to stay at and will be even better after the construction project is completed. And they have a free shuttle to the airport.

    Firstly, hotel is under renovation. Not mentioned anywhere before booking. Noise can be heard from room window in the early morning while we were trying to sleep before continuing a 18 hour drive home. Elevator was dirty from construction materials being taken up and down. Would help if it is cleaned every once in a while.

    First of all they are remodeling so everything from the lobby to the pool is under construction… the hallway to get to the pool, gym and bar is unsightly and maybe this should be mentioned somewhere. Our door couldn’t be unlocked and we waited over 4 hours for the door to be opened because no one knew what to do - they ended up breaking it down basically, pulling out the floor and everything so they had to give us a new room.     The room was comfortable and clean. However, I had contacted the hotel prior to my trip and once before arriving in Nashville and not once was I told that the hotel was under major construction. ALSO, I was not told at check-in that the fire alarm system would be being tested the next morning. When I checked out, there were many people checking out to go to other hotels. Before booking this hotel call and ask about construction, as it looks like they have a way to go before it is completed.

    -Water was turned off in the middle of shower at 10:30 am the first morning and had to finish the shower with 3 bottle waters. - Bathroom nobs and door handles kept coming off and were not staying on by itself. -Hallway and bathroom throughout the hotel smelt like the sewage was backed up and front desk said nothing is to be done about it at the time. I have a very sensitive stomach so I couldn’t stand the smell for long so had to stay out and about because the smell was so strong. At check out I was offered 5,000 points for the inconvenience but honestly that’s nothing compared to the experience. Make sure to call and ask if they are still doing renovations before booking, trust me not worth it, I was in room 707.

    I know they are renovating, but getting off the elevator to go to the pool, which had not been cleaned, to see a pile of old toilets is unacceptable. We have stayed at Hotel Preston several times and now there is a charge to park? $75.00 fee for 2 small dogs, nonrefundable. Plus $100.00 extra fee for them refundable as if $75.00 was enough? We will not be staying there again.

    Please advertise the status of amenities during the reno. Example, we were not able to access the pool either day we were there and the fitness center was permanently closed for renovations. We ordered breakfast and had to send it back twice. However, the pizza we ordered for dinner was superb! Note there is no microwave or frig in the room. There is ice/water and a shared small microwave in the hallway. Check in/out was a breeze. I think this place is going to be awesome when the reno is complete!

    The hotel was under renovations. We stayed on the 5th floor above the major renovations. We arrive on Wednesday and Thursday morning we heard some tapping and drilling. It wasn’t anything massive. They did tell us at the front desk what time to expect the noise. By Friday at 8:30am/9am up until check out time, they were fully Into the work. But I would stay there again hands down. They had a full bar in the lounge and the food was good. We had lunch there.

    The property was in midst of full remodel that was not disclosed. "KITCHEN" Was apparently set up temporarily outside under a tent. Again not disclosed. Two large events were booked and this plus construction led to basically no parking, facilities (fitness area), closed. Also the amount of trash left in common areas was quite ridiculous. Was xharged incorrectly on card for stay and had tk deal with that. Will not return.

    I arrived at 10:30 pm. When I went to my room, the a/c was off and the room was pretty hot. I turned on the a/c and went to bed expecting the room to cool down. At 1am, I woke hope to a room that was like a sauna, but who wants to get out of bed, pack and move rooms at that point for a 1 night stay? Getting ready for my work conference in that level of heat was awful. When I checked out in the morning and let them know, all I received was “oh, that’s a bummer, sorry” without so much as any eye contact or level of sincerity. So disappointing!

    Great hotel and really convenient for jumping off the plane , dropping your bags and grabbing an uber straight to Broadway. The staff are excellent , the beds are super comfy and the transfer guys are fab. The hotel is having some refurb work done currently but it had no impact for us and a refresh is welcome.

    I have stayed there for numerous years and have always loved The Preston. I understand it is under new ownership but it does advertise at least continental breakfast. Nope only coffee. I was told the restaurant only opens when full enough. I ordered a drink at the bar in the evening and never received that either. I will stay again with the hope it is just growing pains but very disappointed

    I chose this property based on the photos and reviews. But was shocked the first noghts stay. We stayed on the 4th floor. This floor/ our room was so filthy and very outdated! The motel 6 is probably cleaner. The carpets are not vacuumed. The shower had a little mold and the bathroom was so outdated. The furniture was dirty. It just felt like we were in the ghetto. The photos are deceiving. The only pleasant experience was the bar ambience and the lobby..The property needs to revamp its management and pride for the display of its hotel to include cleanliness and to assess its expectations in their housekeeping staff.

    The only complaint I have was I wish I had known about a 100$ accident fee. This was my first time booking a hotel for myself as an adult and I was a little stunned when I got to the front desk and was told about this. They refund this money back to you, but I was again not prepared for that because no where on my booking was that mentioned :(

    We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Preston. This was our 4 time staying there and. We will stay there again. The hotel grounds are in good shape and they are renovating the property. We love the country music theming.

    A little bit of a long wait to check in, but not terrible. One of the elevators were down so that also took awhile to wait for your turn. I liked the ease of finding the hotel, decent prices, and it was clean.

    The hotel is under renovations, so some amenities were unavailable. Otherwise, our stay was great. Clean room, quiet area, close to the Nashville Airport and Opry Mills Shopping Mall. The staff was kind and attentive. Would most certainly stay here again. Enjoyed ourselves in Nashville, Tn. for Christmas.

    The front desk guest service representative was exceptionally friendly. We checked in at Hotel Preston because our stay at an Airbnb unfortunately was not as pleasant as we expected. We highly impressed with the renovations that has taken place since our previous stay some years ago. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. We were disappointed we didn’t reserve our 2 nights in Nashville at Hotel Preston. We'll be back!!

    Hotel was undergoing remodeling, so there was some construction going on but really was NOT an issue. Few minor inconveniences but staff took care of right away and went above and beyond to correct and compensate.

    Great service from all crews! Front desk, housekeeping, even the renovation crew was super nice and accommodating. The bar/restaurant was good. Food was tasty and drinks reasonably priced. Super close to the airport but also quiet. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

    Loved the location near the airport and Lebanon Pike, with easy access into the city center. Building itself was a little dirty, and actively undergoing much needed renovation.

    We were overall pretty disapppointed with this hotel. The lobby and downstairs area was Very cozy and the music was great. However, the room was gross. We got a standard king size bed and it was a lot more barren than the photos showed the room would appear, although i understand even the standard rooms are not all the same. The most unsettling thing was probably the amount of ladybugs crawling all over the ceiling and walls. Which we tried to ignore until they were on our belongings, so that was off-putting. The room seemed as if it had only been surface cleaned in some time. The tv remote had some kind of sticky sauce all over the buttons, there were reciepts and trash behind and under things, the headboard to the bed was broken and moved a lot, there were no outlets besides the already full ones that held the lamps, save for 1 extension cord. I remember seeing the rooms would have free water, but there were none provided, and upon asking, they referred us to the fountain water from the bar. Kind of misleading. Rooms also stated to provide netflix, but you have to sign into your own account. Which wasnt a major issue because we have an account, but i was worried at first because of netflixs new home, no password sharing thing. The room itself was a 1/10, but the staff were nice, and if we werent so tired from our trip and ready to get in and out, had we asked they may have switched us rooms. The best part of the hotel was the common areas. Would not return sadly.

    Upon arrival, the elevators were not working & needed to take the staff elevator, there was rust liquid leaking from the ceiling. There was no room service during the stay, when called for additional toilet paper, it was never brought to the room.

    The hotel is so pretty. They had live music every night on the weekend we went. The staff is so helpful and nice. They have free parking. The rooms were very clean and the view from our room was so pretty. They had a nice pool. The beds were really comfortable. They had a microwave that you can use and also ice for the guests. I’ll definitely stay there again

    The bar/restaurant was SUPER slow service. TV - none of the channels came in very well, constantly buffering. Not the most up to date hotel, they are going thru renovations that should help.

    The hotel was getting an update so I was woke up by construction sounds. The bed was not comfortable and made noise when you moved on it. Had to put a pillow between the headboard and wall cause it kept hitting just to sit on it. The shower was all rusted and parts of it were coming off. The water wouldn’t drain and the shower head was horrible. I will say the sweet front desk guy tried to help me out but the hotel was rough. All night the ac made a loud noise everytime it came on. I put a chair up against it to try and make it stop being so loud but it didn’t work. I had booked two nights but left after the first one and went to another hotel.

    The room was not avail on my arrival at 7 pm. They said it was sold out, too bad. I had to get another room last min at three times the price. Very very upset and disappointed in this site! I want my refund!
