For it to be the Embassy, it was just ok

The rooms are large and clean. Great restaurant downstairs. Staff is super friendly. The hotel is in an industrial park so no restaurants in walking distance

The breakfast was amazing It’s alittle pricey

It was a relatively good stay. There was construction on our floor that was covered up. The only issue I had was the air conditioning was set at 65 but the room was 73 degrees. They sent someone up to fix it and it eventually went to 69 degrees. Had we not brought our own fan it would not have been pleasant.

The room was cool and comfortable. Coffee in room was not good at all. No stirrers for coffee. Paid 211.00 for just a few hours sleep and 50..00 for some charge, the attendant at desk wasn't very friendly when I checked in. He seemed like he was too busy at 10:00 p.m , so wasn't impressed. Wish we could've stayed for dinner and tried that. Wasn't bad but wasn't great.

Rooms were old and musty. Furniture was outdated.

The happy hour Just checked out June2026. When we first arrived the guy at the front desk keep trying to get my friend and I to be in a king room when we paid for double bed because we want to sleep alone for our kid free weekend. He then pursued to say well one of us could sleep on a pull out couch. Absolutely not. So we ended up waiting about a little over an hour for our right room. Finally got our room the room smelt like feet. The window seal was dirty with knats and knats still flying around. The tv also had no signal, so no tv, and the lights by the bed weren’t working. They sent maintenance and end up putting us in a new room. New room was cleaner but the tv still did not work. Also the lightening in the room was very dim. Also while on the way to Nashville, i got an attempted charge of over 600 dollars on my credit card. The room was paid through a 3rd party and had been paid off months in advance. Also the room was not 600, we paid 520 for the weekend. When i called to ask the hotel why are they trying to charge my card the lady at the front desk was very rude and continued to talk over me denying them trying to charge my card. The charge was processed because i declined it but they definitely tried to double charge me more than i originally paid. Also i wanted a printed receipt outlining my incidental charges being refunded and the same lady denied that stating she can’t give it to me because i booked through a third party. The location is okay not the best but okay. We were about 20-30 minutes from Broadway Street. Ubers only costed us about 20-50 dollars to get to broadway depending on the time. The hotel is 18 minutes from the zoo. The closest restaurant to the hotel is Waffle House. I did enjoy happy hour 5-6, free cocktails. Buffet breakfast was cold and unseasoned i would recommend getting cook to order breakfast. No jacuzzi just a pool full of loud wild children.

Everything, it was clean. Food was great. Pool was a great place to relax and evening snacks was delicious

1st if you are wanting to stay there you should know now only will you pay the amount of your stay but they will also charge you $21 dollars a night to park your car.. that os not something they tell you they also charge a 50 dollar deposit which they take for the parking charge! Also if you get a room that say there are 2 queen beds they are not queen beds they are full size , there is construction going on so half the place has no flooring and plastic tarps up everywhere. The breakfast we had was ok the choices of food where great but didnt taste great ,bacon taste like oil , the gravy had lumpsand clumps of power in it,the pancakes where smashed together and orange juice was clear with pulp . The beds were comfortable, but pillows were flat ,I had also paid for 2 queen beds and they were not queen. I had also found 2 baby roachs in the bathroom at night . And there was something splattered on the curtains and stains on the white sheets .Over all I would not stay here again and felt compelled to write a review to let people know of the hidden fees they do not tell you about until you receive your invoice after check out I thinks horrible they charge there customers staying with them to have to pay extra to have your car parked there... its all about taking your money and not hospitality
- 3/5
You can park and fly but parking is through a different company. Just know what you’re supposed to do. The peak time for shuttle need and all they have is a mini van. Not happy!! The stay is ok, the park/fly is not good
- 5/5
Room was clean, hotel was nice

The lobby, bar, and restaurant. THE BED. OH, MY GOSH! It was horrible on my back and butt. I slept maybe a total of 7 hours in 3 days. It was awful. We will never stay here for that reason alone. Also, the AC was weird and wouldn’t get the room cold. And the lamp on the bedside table’s plug-ins didn’t work to charge phones or anything.

Overall we like this hotel very much for the size and layout of the room (sleeping area separated from sitting area by a door), two TV's, and small kitchenette with a small fridge. Also for its location close to the highway, easy drive to Opry Mills and about 30 minutes to downtown. The staff that we encountered were courteous and friendly. Overall the room was clean and in good condition. Exception was that the floor lamp by the entry way had come unplugged from the wall behind the couch. Had to move the couch to plug it in and obvious the area behind was not cleaned very often (just like home). The other complaint we have was that fresh bath towels were not left two days in a row and we had to ask for towels at the front desk. We were told that they would be delivered to the room but they never were. We were finally able to get them at the front desk after a second visit each time, but not great service in that regard. We do like the hot breakfast and the evening Manager's Reception very much. This was our second stay here and we would stay here again.

Staff was so kind. Shuttle was on time and the driver was very helpful and courteous. Reception was nice, could of had a bit more in the selection to snack on. The sever was so kind. I thought the mattress was worn and sagging a bit while laying on it. I still was able to sleep ok..

Breakfast was amazing and free cocktails each night! Had to ask for towels multiple times and they never came, ended up going down to get them and they only had a couple.
- 3/5
We were underwhelmed by the property. The staff were nice. The room was nothing special, just another hotel room. If it was stated somewhere that you have to pay to park, I missed it. Probably would not have stayed there if I had.
- 5/5
It is definitely time for updating the floors and room design. They beds aren't as soft as they use to be either, but the breakfast never disappoints! The cook was the most friendliest staff member we encountered! Hats off, young man!
- 5/5
I didn’t like the paid parking fee
- 5/5
Hotel is 5 minutes from airport. Shuttle was easy free and fast. Hotel is beautiful and room was clean and spacious with 2 rooms, fridge coffee setup and bathroom comfortable bed. Breakfast was wonderful and free. I did feel they were understaffed but the staff worked very hard with smiles and warm greetings.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel everything was excellent
- 5/5
Room was mostly clean and nice but the pillows were quite visibly dirty with dirt marks and had to request clean pillows. Pillows are also too soft. The complementary breakfast and evening complementary drink and snack were amazing. Long lines for the omelette but it was good. Breakfast choices were excellent and not just randoms. Location is good at end of road so low traffic but parking is $20/d. Not a lot so no issue. WiFi was free with a code. Else $9/d I think. Hotel is close to airport and Nashville tourist areas are like 15-20m drives which were pleasant so no issues. Can’t hear any airplanes which is good. TV signal cut out now and then but it’s no big deal as such. Will likely book the chain again as I liked the complementary breakfast and amenities.
- 5/5
Happy hour
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly, I will most likely stay again when I’m back in Nashville.
- 5/5
Everyone was soo nice. Loved Happy Hour and the breakfast was great to start the day.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. The only thing that I didn’t like is they charged $20 a day for parking
- 5/5
Nice place clean room good breakfast would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and professional, room was very clean, breakfast was top tier. The only complaint I have is the refrigerator in our room did not work. Overall great place to stay in Nashville
- 5/5
Very hospitable.
- 4/5
Property is actively going through a face-lift. So don't want to be too harsh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bar tender and breakfast omelet station chef were great and personable. Rooms/floors were clean, but dated.
- 5/5
All was perfect. This is my second stay. Please watch out for the shower amenities. This is the second time there was not shampoo fluid available in the bottle. Please refill them for any reservation. Otherwise I love the hotel and will recommend it to anyone.
- 5/5
The property doesn't have internet and computer terminal, it will be nice. Some people don't carry laptops.
- 3/5
I will be writing to Embassy Suites directly with my complaints about their desk agent that checked us in (Hayden) which started the whole experience off on a bad note. That guy was the most morose, sullen person I'd ever met and he shouldn't be in the hospitality business. I told him as much and the Shift Supervisor Jaci tried to find out what happened when she overheard me tell him that. She was great and you are lucky to have her. The room had several maintenance issues that I gave, in writing, to the guy who checked us out 2 days later (another guy with no personality or friendliness - how do they get hired?). The guys cooking at the breakfast buffet in the morning were a delight and made me a first quality, perfectly-cooked omelet and I told them that. Very pleased with the quality of that entire breakfast. The lobby area and massive seating area were immaculate and super clean - good job by housekeeping in that area. It should be better disclosed that there is a $20 daily parking fee.
- 2/5
Additionally, the blankets we received had stains, and parts of the material looked burned or damaged, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, I do want to mention that the food was delicious. The omelet was excellent, and the entire buffet was outstanding. I’m leaving this review only because I hope this part of the service can improve, since everything else about the stay was very good.
- 3/5
On check in, there wasn’t much information offered. Needed to ask lots of questions to find out stuff. Maybe they assume we all know. How to get in/out car park, how pool works / where towels are, where breakfast is served, how drinks reception works.
- 5/5
This hotel had everything that I needed..My stay was good.
- 5/5
The rooms were spacious and clean! Amenities were appreciated, free breakfast was enjoyed! Staff was very pleasant and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

Staff was wonderful. We were able to check in early. The restaurant waitress was great. Good food. We will definitely stay there again.
- 2/5
When I am traveling, j typically stay at Embassy Suites
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Inlet bar was great! Restaurant didn’t have great allergy friendly options, but to be expected. One day the pool water was low, but kids enjoyed it. Great stay overall.
- 3/5
The Lobby area was extremely nice, the room was ok. not clean as i expected. there was food or some sort of mess on the picture on the wall. bathroom was not up to part and could use a upgrade.
- 5/5
Great stay would definitely stay there again great breakfast
- 5/5
Room was great, as always. Embassy suites is always a go-to for us because it’s always clean, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious! We definitely enjoy the happy hour and free drinks, our kids love the indoor pool, and we have not been to an ES where the staff is ever rude or unhelpful. ES Nashville, you did not disappoint, thanks for a great stay!
- 5/5
Surprisingly good breakfast. Room and public areas were nice and clean.
- 5/5
Staff are professional and quick to respond if there is something you need. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. This was my first-time staying but surely I will stay Embassy Suites Hilton no where I stay, thank you all.
- 5/5
Great facility. As usual with Embassy
- 4/5
Everything was as described.
- 5/5
The restaurant and breakfast staff were amazing!
- 3/5
Front Desk staff customer service was poor.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! Loved our waiter/bartender! He was awesome! Breakfast was wonderful!
- 4/5
It was good
- 4/5
Overall good experience. Have to pay for parking. Why????? Property seems to be a little tired. Shows no updates since we started going there 10-12 years ago.
- 5/5
Amazing stay from start to finish! Very convenient to the airport. The entire staff from front desk, to housekeeping, to restaurant / buffet were extremely friendly and professional. Definitely marking this as a favorite location to stay when in Nashville.
- 5/5
Everything was great and staff were very friendly.
- 5/5
Breakfast was a huge plus for us!!!
- 4/5
Quick stay -- we always enjoy Embassy Suites as an ideal option for our family!
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
The breakfast remains one of the highlights of Embassy Suites. Staff were efficient and helpful. Rooms and areas were clean. The managers reception is a faded ghost of pre COVID. Drinks were plentiful. Snacks not so much. Parking was fine. Small things: lights not working, battery dead in remote, torn cover on a chair. Still a good hotel. Bar and Grill ok.
- 4/5
No. The cook making the omlette was argumentative. The potatoes were burnt. omlettes not cooked all the way. Fruit not fresh.
- 5/5
great rooms, amazing breakfast
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, staff were very nice, and breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be back to stay soon!
- 5/5
The cocktail reception was great and the omelet station was fantastic :)
- 5/5
Clean rooms and hallways. Staff was very helpful and kind
- 5/5
Dinner was excellent. Room clean
- 5/5
The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Parking was limited. Staff was outstanding. Clean was clean upon arrival and between stay. Thank you
- 3/5
We requested a king size bed and without our knowledge they put us in a handicap room. Neither of us were in need of this type of room which also did not provide us the suite which is why I reserved our rooms specifically at Embassy Suites. We were also unaware that it would be $20.00/night for parking. Not sure what for as the signs said don’t leave anything valuable as the property was not responsible for any damage.
- 5/5
Room is spacious
- 5/5
This hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff is fantastic. ❤️
- 5/5
Very great overall
- 5/5
Nice stay and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Nice stay at Embassy Suites. The computer system was down so everything was chaotic. I have stayed at this property many times and overall highly recommend because of the staff who are welcoming, keep the place clean, cook a great breakfast and provide excellent service in the restaurant.
- 5/5
The breakfast and the evening cocktail reception were excellent as usual. Some of the hotel was under construction but did not affect our stay at all. Great property and we just booked it again for next March.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and beds were soft.
- 4/5
Nice place and like their breakfast buffe
- 5/5
We enjoy Hilton Embassy Suites when we travel. This particular location at the airport in Nashville, is a regular for us. Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast and evening cocktails are a plus. Our granddaughter loves having her own space in the room. You can't go wrong with this choice!
- 2/5
The staff was pleasant and breakfast was good. That’s where it ends. Tv in living room was broken, table in living room was broken, air conditioning had to be serviced, went to take a shower and the towel was used (bloody looking substance). I reported this twice and advised manager would contact me and that never happened. Received a text offering a few Hilton points. No other communication was provided.
- 4/5
Beautiful lobby, kids loved the pool, rooms were very spacious
- 3/5
You smell like a dog peed in it
- 1/5
First checking in there was some type of crust food something near our pillow I addressed it the front clerk offered to change our rooms. I went to the new room and there was hair scattered in the bathtub so I was told I could have my old room back. So we did. Our fridge didn’t work our food spoiled and our bathtub wouldn’t drain
- 5/5
Really nice rooms and beautiful lobby. Staff was great
- 5/5
Staff friendly clean easy check in
- 4/5
Room was clean had a slight smell but nothing horrible. Fairly quiet property with adequate parking. I wish there was a back or another side entrance for hotel guest to utilize when parking in the back. Otherwise, my stay was great. Didn't need additional staff support outside of check in/check out.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Breakfast ws ok, pancakes sat too long in steamer and got hard. Cocktail hour snacks were fantastic!
- 5/5
Yes everything was excellent
- 3/5
It was a nice place to stay. Breakfast was cold. The staff was slow to respond. But over all ok
- 5/5
Clean and great service even on a busy night
- 5/5
I have no complaints in regsrds to my stay at the embassy on 10 century blvd! The breakfast setting was clean and fresh each day! The omelets were superb! Many diff options to choose from, so you were stuck eating the same thing each day.
- 3/5
The room I stayed in (311) had an issue with water drainage in the tub. While taking a shower, the water pooled until the shower was turned off. The channel selection on the TV was not a good one. No kids channels were available. Seemed to only have local, sports and news channels such as CNN and fox news
- 4/5
Was very pleased with my stay at Nashville Embassy suites. I enjoyed the live music daily. The atmosphere was great and the building was very clean. A lot of renovations were going on but it was still a pleasant experience.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpfull and polite.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Clean room. Loved breakfast. Great shuttle service
- 5/5
Very nice Hotel, this was a very busy weekend for your Hotel, and the few requests that we asked for were completed in a timely manner I appreciated your consideration. I would definitely stay at your hotel again
- 3/5
Bathrooms need to be deep cleaned. The fitted sheets barely fit the bed. Everyone you call for housekeeping it was always an issue.
- 2/5
Cool hotel to stay in. Rooms were hot and had a bad odor. Parking is not free which is a deal breaker. Wouldn’t stay again because of that.
- 5/5
Great Stay
- 4/5
Remote on a commercial development. Good road access, but no facilities nearby.
- 5/5
Quiet, nice stay
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staffs, great breakfast
- 5/5
Yes, everything is always nice!
- 3/5
Very old, but free breakfast and free alcohol and snack hr were nice. Definitely need a rental if you sty here
- 2/5
Property has alot of construction. Pool was closed for maintenance for 2 days. Emergency evacuation plan needs updating. Found a unwanted pest in my room. Staff was friendly
- 4/5
Came to shelter after a cancelled flight. Jovan at front desk was terrific. He and the cook rallied to get all guests to safety while a tornado warning required Immediate action and took their jobs seriously and professionally.
- 1/5
Room was filthy, pool was so chlorinated it burned eyes just walking into the area. It was so cloudy and still kept open. Front desk was rude and security could have cared less that there were 15 unsupervised kids in the room above us partying until 3:30am because “they paid for room too”. Worst hotel wouldn’t go back at all.
- 5/5
Perfect for our needs, grandkids swam in the indoor pool, convenient locations for picking up (RedEye) from BNA and we were able to sleep in til 9:00 and still receive a great Buffett breakfast. Staff were all great.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Room nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was huge and lots of options. This hotel is very beautiful and has a luxury feel.

Airport shuttle driver WAS AWESOME! I forgot his name but he represents Embassy Suites well! He goes over and beyond for passengers!
- 5/5
So clean, great breakfast
- 1/5
I had to change out in three different rooms because the rooms was nasty. The sheets hadn’t been changed. The smoke detective was torn off the wall. It was molded in the rooms and the breakfast was terrible.
- 1/5
Rooms were outdated and had bugs and multiple rooms.
- 5/5
Good Atmosphere
- 5/5
The room was wonderful. The complimentary breakfast and evening drinks were phenomenal! 10/10
- 5/5
RICHARD. Everything about him. He was great, and very personable.
- 5/5
Staff was nice room was clean breakfast was good
- 5/5
great staff
- 1/5
The room was dirty, the bathroom needs work and there was a loud banging noise which seemed to come from the air return. The loud noise was twice an hour and it kept my wife and I wake. I would love to rent a carpet cleaning machine to clean on strip of carpet just to show how dirty the rest of the carpet is. We wore slippers because we were afraid of the nasty carpet. The lobby had food crumbs around all of the seating and some empty pizza boxes you could tell had been there a while. The bathroom faucets would only turn off in a certain position, I’ve not seen a faucet that would keep running when it was turned all the way to the closed position but theirs did. Also there was a water leak that happened months ago and the smell permeated the room level we were on. I think not revealing the damage that covered 5 floors is misleading the facility. We won’t be going back.
- 5/5
Only stayed for a short time but the room was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean.
- 3/5
The room was in ok condition. The hotel itself is run down. I noticed our window sill had mold growing. Gross.
- 5/5
Great hotel, have stayed twice now. The breakfast is HUGE! Omelet making stations and all. Rooms have a doored off bedroom from the couch and sitting area. We had a slight hiccup in getting checked in and they gave us a goodie bag full of water, sodas, and treats.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was the best part!
- 3/5
The first room that they assigned to me had a musty smell that was unbearable. The hotel was nice however some of the rooms was a little dated in the bathroom and in the living room. The furniture was dated with scratches. The hallway carpet was dirty.
- 4/5
Our room was really nice, but the bed was too hard for us.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Excellent made to order omelet for breakfast. Staff very courteous. Only negative is the elevator very loud if you are in a room close to it, but I was able to check in early and warned that I would be next to the elevator. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Room needed updating. Staff was friendly. Evening drinks/staff was a nice treat!
- 5/5
The cleanliness, the staff and the amenities were awesome
- 5/5
The room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had a great variety of delicious options. The airport shuttle made getting to and from the hotel a breeze. Plus, the fitness center and pool were clean and inviting. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Had the best time and experience ever at a suites! Will book again!
- 5/5
Clean, good breakfast.
- 5/5
room was spotless, hotel, was clean
- 3/5
Room was in good condition and staff was very friendly. However, I was disappointed in the quality of taste in the breakfast. I have been an avid Embassy fan since a small child, and mainly because of the breakfast. The quality of breakfast has changed. Its not bad, its just...okay.
- 5/5
Staff was very Polite and respectful!!
- 5/5
Rooms were nice! Food was great! Happy hour amazing!
- 4/5
Overall a great stay for the price we paid! We especially loved the made to order omelettes at breakfast and the complimentary happy hour and snacks in the evenings. Live music during happy hour was a bonus! We did have an issue with our room not cooling our first night. However, hotel staff was quick to come fix the air once we reported it to the front desk. We felt like the bathroom was really small for a room that accommodated our family of 6, but we made it work with the small kitchenette sink and additional outlets and mirrors in the room.
- 5/5
Everything was great, the rooms were very clean and the staff was nice.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
Staff was very nice
- 3/5
Needs to be updated. Nothing in our room worked properly.
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet was very good along with the made to order omelets. Ive stayed at this Embassy Suites several times before and the current staff is the best Ive seen there.
- 5/5
Front desk was so nice. They had a lot to deal with involving other guests who were there because of the Nashville ice storm. Still, they were patient and kind and even found time to look for a shower cap for me.
- 5/5
I really appreciated the clean, spacious rooms, pet policy that allows cats, complimentary made to order breakfast each morning and happy hour each evening, and the friendly and compassionate hotel staff.
- 5/5
Staff were great. Rooms were spacious. Pet Friendly. Decent restaurant and bar. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Janine and her team were phenomenal taking care of all the Nashville residents displaced from the ice storm power outages! Even the dogs were well behaved because everyone was so happy to be warm and fed! Thank you to the entire staff for the warm welcome and hospitality!!

We were there for a pageant and the director said the room rate was part of the room Block for the pageant, which was $144. When I got there, they kept refusing to honor the $144 per night and trying to charge me $219. I had to have the director talk to multiple people and I had to talk to multiple people before they honored the rate. Then we had roaches and ants in our room, and the bathroom faucet and the window leaked water. And when the power went out because of ice, they had no back up generator and we were without power for most of the day. I would not recommend this hotel because they have a problem with ants, bugs, poor upkeep, and if the weather is bad, they do not have a generator to keep you safe, warm, and to keep the lights on, they will only have emergency lights.
- 5/5
Yes, the breakfast menu was great. The property looked very clean.

Great stay

I let the front desk know that the shower head was dripping water, which mean it wasn't working. Mean while, it was an extension of an shower sprinkler. The refrigerator was out. I asked if I could extent my stay to another day for another room. The answer was no, contact expedia.com for help with stay at the same hotel different room.

- 5/5
It was a great stay. Front Desk was helpful and pleasant. Checked in on us. Good breakfast. Omelette bar! Rooms were clean and property is nice. Parking was n/c but gate controlled. This lilly keeps out unauthorized but a bit of a hassle to access with room key but perhaps

Still have not received refund from room being billed twice.
- 5/5
Always enjoy our stay. Clean rooms nice beds friendly atmosphere
- 2/5
My Toilet wasnt working
- 3/5
Rooms are in need of an upgrade. All of the staff was great except one shuttle driver, Robert, who was grumpy and rude and a negative reflection on Embassy Suites.
- 5/5
Rooms were slightly outdated yet still comfortable. The omlets at breakfast and shuttle service by far gives this hotel a 5star review.
- 4/5
Omelette station was good and staff was very friendly, both the front desk and the shuttle driver.
- 4/5
Would have given a higher score if not for the elevators being out on the 5th floor due to construction.
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
Room was large, plenty of room for the family. Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Great breakfast!!!
- 5/5
This hotel was a delight. The staff was very friendly, the food was good, and the rooms were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my family
- 3/5
Cloudy pool water is a well-known indicator of improper chemical balance or inadequate filtration and represents a health and sanitation concern. Although the pool was listed as an available amenity, it did not appear safe for use during either stay. During my first visit, I raised this concern with the front desk and was told the issue would be addressed. However, upon returning for my second stay, the condition of the pool was unchanged, indicating the issue was not resolved.
- 5/5
Manager’s reception and breakfast were very generous and of good quality.
- 5/5
The staff has been wonderful and very helpful.
- 4/5
Everyone was very nice the room was clean

My room was infested with roaches!!! During the day, i never saw them, but in the middle of the night, when i got up to go to the bathroom, the sink was full of them! Then i started finding them in the dresser of the room. GROSS
- 1/5
Had a flight delay arriving and couldn't make first night. It was non refundable, so no expectation on refund. Problem was I both emailed and called to ensure the 2nd night that was booked would still be available, as we still planned to stay. We arrived, and it was not honored. We were charged an additional $45. The hotel was beautiful, the integrity of your company was terrible.
- 5/5
Great for a short visit and convenient location, clean, food options within hotel as well as within walking distance. I love Embassy Suites as a whole because the suites make me feel like I'm in a small home away from home and the inside balcony setup I find beautiful.
- 2/5
We were woke by the fire alarm going off at 12:30 at night and a sprinkler going off at the in of the hall on our floor. The fire alarm went off for 45 min or so.
- 1/5
Went to take shower and shower head in bathroom covered in mold and disgusting film. Leveling leg for chair in shower was broken and in the floor.

Our toilet constantly was running I reported it on Sunday morning and was assured it would be fixed while we were out Sunday. Came back late and the toilet was not fixed. It was aggravating and noise that I didn’t want to deal with. I asked Sunday night and sone gentleman at the desk said oh I remember fixing that. But it wasn’t fixed. The service rating is only down due to maintenance not fixing the issue. I feel as I should get a free night stay at embassy suites any location not just Nashville.
- 4/5
Everything was great. When I first entered the room it kind of had a foul smell. Other than that everything was great. Wish there was was an entry door through the back of the building for people who have to park back there and walk up the hill just to get to a side door that’s only located on the left side of the building if you’re coming in from the back.
- 5/5
All good but I need my receipt sent to me please
- 3/5
Need updating and also need cleaning
- 4/5
Very Good experience - hospitality, ease of use, cleanliness throughout my stay!!
- 4/5
Spacious, nice entrance, spacious rooms, nice breakfast with a variety of food and beverage choices for everyone. Nice restaurant with good food. Courteous and professional staff to greet you as well. This hotel is centrally located and minutes from Opry Mills shopping area and the Opry Gaylord Resort. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Nashville.
- 4/5
Had a great stay! Clean room, nice staff & great breakfast!
- 4/5
Smooth check-in and checkout, clean room however breakfast was far from good with a long line for the fresh omelette.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, service excellent and safe.
- 4/5
The Staff was nice.. Hotel lobby and atrium area was nice.. But the room itself was dated and had spot on the ceilings and walls... It's time for some TLC to the rooms

Everything was good hotel could use an update
- 5/5
Great breakfast
- 4/5
Staff very polite and helpful. Room pretty clean
- 5/5
This hotel was awesome. Very clean and well kept. The staff was much more than friendly. They were helpful, and seemed like their mission was to take care of the guests.Parking was plentiful. They have a buffet and omlet bar for breakfast. The buffet was awesome. The omlet bar was good, but about the 2nd day there, the cook was burning the omelets because he was leaving the pans on the hot burners empty. Other than that, everything was great. We were on the 8th floor, which is a special floor where snacks and drinks are included. They come around in the early afternoon and replenish your snacks. Great experience. Will stay there again the next time we go to Nashville.
- 4/5
To complete this review. I followed protocol when it didn’t return to my CREDIT card (not debit) and still nobody understands why. I do- it was processed as a charge not a hold. Despite this, everything was great. This is a little older facility but it was clean and we enjoyed it!
- 5/5
Friendly staff.
- 1/5
The room had roaches on the wall and behind the curtains. Could I get a refund back on my room?
- 5/5
Everything was very nice and plenty of food options
- 5/5
Outstanding staff and clean room
- 4/5
Very nice, comfortable. Nice breakfast
- 3/5
Staff sometimes seemed annoyed
- 3/5
It was great other than the no warning of 500 kids coming in to stay. Would of been nice to have a heads up on that. Being woken up at 2am because of kids running around wasn't my ideal vaction.
- 4/5
Everything was about you expect a hotel to be. Nothing bad but nothing extraordinary.
- 5/5
There is a live music with complementary drinks and apetizers.
- 5/5
The breakfast was tremendous. Very quiet & comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 4/5
We always stay here when we fly out of Nashville. Rooms are great, the free shuttle and parking so good. But the free omelette at breakfast be still my heart.
- 3/5
The room advertised as sleeping for up to 6. We assumed that meant that bedding etc would be available for 6. Upon getting to the room from out on the town late at night, we opened the pullout bed and there were no linens or pillows. My husband had to go out and find us some and we were provided ONE thin blanket and no pillows. As if that were not bad enough, the bed itself was horrible. You might as well sleep on springs if you are planning to use the pull out bed as an option. I certainly expected more from this hotel chain.
- 5/5
Place is super pretty on inside. Breakfast was great!! They have a lovely indoor pool that you definitely should try!
- 5/5
Really clean quiet and comfortable hotel with shuttle service to and from airport. Perfect when dealing with jet lag!
- 5/5
Everything was great. No issues but it was a little crazy with only one elevator working on one side of the hotel. Besides that ,I have no complaints
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Clean comfortable accommodation. Location was convenient and easily accessible to the highways. Recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.
- 4/5
Yes to both.
- 3/5
The stay was ok. We were given a Handicap Accessible room and the shower and bathroom area was not only odd but the controls were worn and molded. Not what I reserved and not what expect from Embassy Suites. We were only staying one night so we made it work.
- 5/5
The property was well kept and loved the quiet/safe location. The only issue we had was our bathroom sink was clogged. We informed housekeeping and no one came to fix it. We were thankful for the second sink.
- 2/5
elevator broke down, couldn't find stairs to main lobby, no ice in ice machine, pay for parking that states park at your own risk, limited tv , had to pay for wifi with the stay per night being expensive
- 1/5
The room was terrible. Horrible smell of toilet exhaust. There is a real problem with something in that vent. The smell is unbearable. Also the room I stayed in was not rentable. It should not have been available to rent. The hotel manger was very nice. I have pictures of the room if anyone wants to see them.
- 5/5
i was not satisfied of the parking situation i don’t feel you should have to pay for parking when your renting the hotel and paying a high amount to rent
- 5/5
Great place to stay. 10 minutes from downtown.
- 5/5
The was friendly and they had a lot of patience when the machine went down to check in. They stay calm and relax as they handle the situation.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great stay
- 2/5
Hotel is nice. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Toilet bowl stained and dirty and a hole in the ceiling above the tub dripped water most of the night. Stains on tub where it has dripped for some time. I did report it and they said it would be checked. Same when we returned that evening. Then the morning of our last stay, housekeeping knocked repeatedly on our door at 8:30am to clean room. Desk attendant stated that they have several employees who only speak Spanish and they will speak to her ……again. Will not stay here again
- 5/5
It was a good stay. I recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Nice large room with 2 TV's, refrigerator, microwave and plenty of electrical and USB A plug-ins. Great breakfast. Easy drive to Opry Mills mall, Grand Ole Opry, and General Jackson river boat.
- 4/5
The was not very clean. The shower had mold in the grout. The table in the room was sticky, and the bed had little pieces of ... like dirt
- 3/5
I didn’t take any pictures but behind the nightstand was macaroni and cheese on the floor and black mold behind bathroom door. The drink machine didn’t work on my floor ( no sign). When I checked in the guy that was assisting me throw my card at me after I placed it in his hand and when I said something about it he tried to be smart after that. I don’t think I will be back to this location
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, and great happy hour
- 4/5
The breakfast was by far the best I have had at a hotel in Nashville.
- 4/5
Staff did a great job accommodating our week long schedule and having staff clean around our events off premises.
- 3/5
The breakfast that was offered was the best part of the stay. Great food! We were only able to get decaf coffee in the room, no one could ‘find’ regular. The room was less than clean. The comforter had crusty rust colored something on it, right at my neck, so I didn’t use it. The bathroom had hair wads up under the sink like it hadn’t been swept up in a while. The fridge had something stuck spilled in it. And personally, after staying when it was free to park as a guest, to now paying $20 a night after what we paid to stay, it is ridiculous!
- 4/5
The room was nice. Staff was real nice.
- 5/5
Loved our stay.
- 3/5
The airport shuttle was excellent, and breakfast was very good! The staff were all wonderful and welcoming. My room was cleaned daily, though the cleaning sometimes felt a little rushed, and the towel rack kept coming loose. It was also quite noisy early in the mornings, possibly because my room was near or below the kitchen. The biggest disappointment was the pool—I had been really looking forward to swimming, but the water was so cloudy that I didn’t feel comfortable getting in.
- 2/5
This property was not at all what we expected. They had bugs in the room and rooms are outdated and dirty. They need more staff, breakfast lines were very long as well as their cocktail hour. Lines were very long and they only had one attendant. We usually stay at embassy suites but we will not return to this specific location.
- 5/5
very nice hotel. : )
- 3/5
Parking there over the weekend is terrible.
- 5/5
Very nice place and location
- 4/5
Stayed here for my anniversary they it was good the rooms could have been better but they had a nice evening reception with free drinks every night
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations. We were upgraded to a suite. Wow. No extra cost. Very nice
- 5/5
This was an excellent place to stay and meant with all our needs
- 2/5
Lamp didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Alarm clock one hour off and locked so could not change it. Housekeeping entered room two days ignoring do not disturb sign. Omelette station had crusty uncleaned machine. Elevator doors stuck. Deposit not disclosed though asked cost at check in. Sink fast drip whole time. Toilet paper roll holder broken. Musty room. Dirty carpets throughout. Let front desk know and the seemed sincere and issued partial credit. Staff seemed nice otherwise. Just extra outdated
- 5/5
Great Breakfast, clean spaces, friendly staff
- 5/5
We got there in the middle of a storm. Got checked in and went to the room and the door wouldn’t close. Went downstairs and unfortunately the storm knocked out their computers. The staff was great! They were checking in guests and personally walking them to the rooms! They immediately changed our rooms helped us move our things (traveling with 3 adults and 2 kids). Got us in our room then later after computers were back online manager personally delivered our room keys! This was a great place to stay! Food was great!

Great staff is always comforting. Young black guy working the omelette s very personable and even walked an older couple their omelette to their table. It is the small gestures that make a huge impact.
- 4/5
It was a nice stay, but hotel felt dated. The amenities were great! I specifically looked for a hotel that served breakfast and the little happy hour for guest was nice

Love the hotel.
- 5/5
I’m really picky and I loved the hotel. It was really comfy and spacious and nice looking. Only negative is our room never got super cold vs my sisters and aunt.
- 5/5
Totally recommend this hotel has an amazing stay friendly staff cleanliness and great food
- 1/5
I was hoping for a relaxing and quiet night away from the family. Definitely not what happened, there was a party in the parking lot until 2am which happened to be outside my window. I called the front desk twice. The noise was over my sound machine. Not how I wanted to spend my evening.
- 5/5
Cleanliness. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was good also
- 2/5
The property needs to be updated and remodel. Very old and outdated. I would not stay in this particular hotel again. This was the worst Embassy Suites I ever stayed in.
- 5/5
We only stayed for one night, but it was a great stay our rooms were clean beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good. Room wasn’t very good.
- 4/5
Close to town and quiet. Breakfast was great.
- 5/5
I will definitely return to this hotel. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great
- 5/5
Our room was clean & staff was helpful & courteous.
- 5/5
Embassy always goes above & beyond !!
- 5/5
Makes you fill like home, very friendly and willing to get you anything needed.
- 1/5
When i checked in i was told tere was a $220 Damage Deposit since i paid through a third party. Paid the deposit and went to my "suite". Right across from the elevators. When i opened the door the first thing i noticed was the hole in the carpet and how filthy the carpet was. I went back to the front desk to ask about another suite and was told none were avaliable. I have not recieved a refund on my deposit and the desk claims i never paid one. The same employee that gave me a receipt.
- 4/5
Great food selection at the restaurant, breakfast is phenomenal and the staff is very helpful. Parking this far out from downtown should be free though in my opinion.
- 5/5
Property was well maintained. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was phenomenal. Would recommend staying there! We stayed at
- 4/5
Parking not adequate and no access to the building from the back parking which is most of the parking area...Unbelievable.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
For our stay and needs, the facility was good. My personal opinion is that uncovered parking that is at our own risk at $20 per night is not preferred, but I understand the situation.
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly
- 1/5
Not elegant like it used to be. The cooks are not professional or nice. Omelet maker blew his nose and then made an omlet. I was getting orange when it happened. I decided to skip breakfast.
- 3/5
Pretty dirty and unkept.
- 2/5
Our group of 5 people spent a night at the hotel for convenience. Not the greatest but did its job. Shower was okay and a little rusted. The sofa bed sheets had stains on in and had to go down ourselves to pick it up after calling the front desk. I’ve stayed at other embassy suites but this one wasn’t great. Good complimentary breakfast and decent restaurant. Gets the job done if you’re staying for a night or two. Free shuttle was easy to find.
- 5/5
Breakfast and happy hour always an added bonus - hotel is a little used but comfortable beds and very nice lobby area - always enjoy the low feeling that embassy provides !
- 5/5
Everything was great! We had problems with our TV connection first night that we wanted to relax, but your hotel made a change of our room. I would say improve in having better wifi or TV connection for your guests. Thank you for moving us to a better room and solving our problems with TV issues.
- 5/5
The Staff is amazing!! The experience was a fun, friendly, and family environment.
- 5/5
Complementary cocktails and breakfast was very nice. Lobby was beautiful. Bed very comfortable. Reservation staff very friendly on check out.

The staff were excellent hosts.

I traveled for business and had no issues with the location or facility. My sister’s Issue with her room was that the toilet kept running even after she jiggled the push button. She did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When my sister return back to her room, it seemed to have been corrected, But, as soon it wasn’t. So she talked to Jamie again and she did tell her that the engineer told said that the mechanism needed to be changed. Therefore, she asked if my wanted a room change. However, my sister did not because checkout was the next day. In response she offered my sister half off her room. When she realized that my sister had booked through a third-party, she told her that she would give her the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for the car. Overall the visit was nice and if business or pleasure sends us back to Nashville, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here. FYI the room on 3rd Fl is right across from the elevator, which makes for easy in & out but that was my sister’s room with the endless and annoying running toilet that never filled up unless you manipulated the push buttons. Hope it’s fixed for the next guest.
- 4/5
The room wasn't clean. 3X3 piece of plastic waited for us as we entered. Walking bare foot on the floor made our feet feel dirty -wiping off our feet before entering the bed sheets. bathroom mirror not clean. One of our pillows smelled.
- 1/5
The room is not comfortable they turn the air conditioner off in the night
- 4/5
Breakfast was good
- 4/5
I enjoyed the stay
- 5/5
Will stay again
- 5/5
Free breakfast & happy hour - 2 free drinks and snacks
- 3/5
Also, our room wasn’t cleaned on the first day, and it wasn't until I called the following day to request service. Despite these issues, our overall stay was decent and the positive interactions at the front desk and with the shuttle driver stood out. Our room was overall clean as well as the property.
- 5/5
Great property with excellent amenities. Convenient to downtown and universities.
- 4/5
The free breakfast, free weekday happy hour and free shuttle to & from the airport and within a 3 miles radius are nice incentives.
- 2/5
I originally stayed at this property because they had on their website 24hr shuttle service to and from the airport. After checking in I was told shuttle service didn’t start until 4 a.m. So I had to spend more money to get an uber. After asking if I could be compensated for the uber since their website clearly stated they had 24hr shuttle service to the airport the guy at the front desk proceeded to tell me that no hotel in the area had 24hr shuttle service. I told him I had stayed at the Holiday inn express Nashville airport 3 weeks prior flying to Boston and they did have 24 hr shuttle service so don’t try to lie to me. I’ve always stayed at embassy suites and have never had a problem but I’ll never stay at this property or another embassy suites ever again.

The only reason for
- 4/5
Great breakfast food options and love the happy hour drinks
- 2/5
There were mold in the bathroom, ants in the room, the breakfast was minimal and cold, the evening reception was pitiful and the hotel was outdated. I will NEVER stay at this Embassy Suites again.
- 1/5
Room is very dirty
- 4/5
Great stay.
- 5/5
The property was wonderful. I enjoyed the comfort of the gated entrance as well as well lit parking lot.
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
Extra blankets in closet was sour and stinky had to get new ones Only one remote for 2 TVs Had pay for parking Hard to find parking Never again I been to better
- 5/5
The staff has been amazing. When was an issue, it was fixed/corrected quickly. The hotel is beautiful and clean.
- 2/5
The property seemed nice at first. Our revervations were very difficult, as the booking on line wasnt streamline at all. we booked two rooms, and the one on the second floor was filthy. Bathyroom filthy. Hair and debris on the floor and in the shower. The shower looks like it has been repaired poorly, and the shower doors were installed backwards. The vent fan was covered in lint. The toilet ran and ran and ran. The main areas were very loud for a long time and kept us up. Not pleased at all about the whole thing.
- 5/5
Really great property. Everything was top tier. I personally can’t say anything bad about this place
- 4/5
Room felt like hime. Very clean
- 4/5
It was fine
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay!
- 2/5
The day we were set
- 4/5
I was here for a family reunion. The hotel is really pretty. The breakfast was great. It was weird having to use your room key to get through the gate into the hotel and the gate leaving the hotel. Especially after you check out and don’t have a room key- we were trapped and had to return to the front desk for assistance- which was… fine. All in all we had a good time. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Light in mirror -bulbs were dead- shower curtain rings missing in shower.
- 5/5
This is my favorite place to stay.
- 5/5
Nice facility close to airport with lots of perks. A great breakfast.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious
- 2/5
Carpets were so filthy our feet turned black. Shower had a leak in the ceiling. Not clean.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, professional & friendly staff, awesome King suite!
- 3/5
Another lady pointed out a roach or something like that while we were waiting to get forks in the AM, in the floor under a table. Also, the pool chlorine was so high it burnt my eyes just being in the pool room . Lots of nasty hair Floating around and the water was super cloudy /murky looking (yuck). The best thing about the hotel was their complementary 5-6:30 drinks and snack and good breakfast but poor worker making omelets was slammed and doing it himself . So super slow service. Not worth $225 for a night .
- 4/5
Overall nice place to stay for multiple days trip. Services were excellent. There could be better food options for Vegetarians and non-alcohol drinks.
- 1/5
My stay with the Embassy suites wasn't good at all. There was bugs on the headboard and bed.
- 4/5
Good job
- 1/5
Our first night at the hotel, we found bugs in our beds and we awoke with bumps and swelling from being bitten through the night. The desk personnel was very alarmed when we told her what happened to my wife and I. They changed our room instantly. But our weekend was messed up due to the swelling of our body.
- 5/5
Very considerate and convenient for disabled folks
- 4/5
Everything was great minus the system crashing at check in multiple times and standing their for 45 min and the elevators keep breaking causing you to have to wait 20 min to get on/off your floor The ones that did work were so full of people we was shoulder to shoulder
- 5/5
The hotel is very close to the airport and the surrounding area is comfortable for a family. The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds, variable shower head and plenty of hot water. No complaints!
- 5/5
Great place for stay….. definitely will stay again
- 4/5
Great place! AMAZING breakfast and very professional and nice stuff… we enjoyed our stay…
- 3/5
The properly had some bug issues in the first room I was given.
- 2/5
The good things are the size of the rooms, good gym, and convinient parking.
- 5/5
Excelent Service.
- 4/5
Hospitality and Staff were great 😊only one complaint, I was in room 303 the mattress and pillows needed to be replaced. Thanks
- 4/5
Conveniently located near airport. They should renovate. Starting with carpeting all over.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel with a decent gym, free breakfast and a pool near the airport
- 4/5
The service was great was service great but, on the Sunday June 8 the bartender on the social afternoon she was so rude with me and my family but, not with other people, that attitude made me feel discriminated.
- 1/5
Upon our arrival, we were informed that we could not check in early and were placed on a waiting list. Unfortunately, we never received a call regarding our room availability. During this time, we were not offered any water or a comfortable place to wait, which was particularly challenging as my husband is a disabled Veteran with multiple sclerosis. The only option we had was to remain in our car, which was far from an ideal situation. As breakfast time approached, I inquired if we could have breakfast, even offering to pay for it, but was told that this would not be possible. This lack of consideration for our needs was disheartening, especially given the reason for our visit: to assist our dear friend in identifying her young son, who passed away suddenly while sleeping. We finally checked in around 9:45 PM after an exhausting day, and due to our early flight the next morning, we were unable to enjoy a full night's stay. Lastly, we tried to get food at the bar and were turned away, and the bartender closed us out while cleaning. There were also over 100 young people under the age of twenty one hanging around and hanging on the balconies making noise. Our stay was not pleasant.
