Fairlane Hotel

Very clean room. Was much bigger room and bathroom than expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great, convenient location just minutes to Broadway via walking. Definitely highly recommend.

It was truly the best hotel I ever stayed at

Room was extremely humid. It was cool but sticky in the room, the sheets were damp. Friend’s room did not have these issues. Let front desk know about the issue and nothing was ever done. Saw maintenance when I was checking out and told him also about the issues and he seemed shocked to hear about this issue. Told the front desk and asked to touch base with management and never heard anything from them.

The stuff was so good , i always travel but for the first time i met someone who was so good she was amazing… i will never forgot that face

Great to location for stay for CMA fest

Location was everything for this trip, just outside of Broadway to avoid the chaos, but walking distance to all areas. It was one of the cheaper hotels during CMA week, but it was still a little pricey. Facilities are good in hotel and staff helpful Valet parking was a close call from the feeling of being robbed. It was very, very expensive and only for the convenience we used it. Would not again.

Overall it was a good stay. Stayed for 2 days. The front desk rep were very welcoming and explained everything. The only issue I had was the bar/lounge area I felt that the bartenders took forever to come out the back and service was slow to make drinks considering it was slow! But def clean place to stay. Rooftop was good wish they had more of an variety of drinks to choose from

It is in a great location. Hotel was generally clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit dated and both pocket doors in the bathroom area kept getting stuck closed. We had an issue getting through to the front desk or service line when we wanted to order room service. Had to go down to the front desk and they said they never received any calls. Perhaps a phone system issue.

First time staying at this hotel in Nashville. We loved it- good location- friendly staff- pretty lobby and very nice bar. Bartender friendly and made delicious drinks. My daughter went to the roof top bar and said to was very pretty. Had a suite- very nice and spacious. Comfortable bed. Will be back!

We also received bar tokens, which was a really thoughtful touch and a nice surprise that added to the experience. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and everything felt fresh and taken care of. We really appreciated the upgrade and the comfortable experience. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the luxurious, fluffy bathroom towels and huge bathroom with plenty of room to tuck away his/hers bathroom toiletries. The hotel is well located in a nice area--just a short walk to the Ryman, Assembly Food Hall, and Printers Alley. The room was a bit small but laid out efficiently. There were no drawers to be found so it was hard to unpack for an extended stay. The overall vibe was more retro/funky, so if that is your thing, you will love how well-appointed this property is!

Location a 5 minute walk to broadway and all of main downtown attracion. Rooms very big and spacious even the standard double we got. The cleaners offered to clean our room later than we'd be used to. It wasnt an issue or anything just an observation. It was after 4pm by the time they'd knock which we found strange timewise normally cleaners would be in during the morning whe. You've left for the day to explore.

Great staff and just a great location and hotel

Valet and check in were seamless. Staff was professional but most importantly, welcoming and friendly. Hotel is unique, well appointed, and overall exactly what you want it to be.

The staff were all so friendly, the valet, to the front desk to the housekeepers and maintenance staff. I have paid more for a hotel to get a far worse experience. Extremely pleased and WILL be staying again!

We loved the staff and location We got in late the first night and got 1 of 2 of the last rooms and we were not happy with it. Our 3 face towels were wet and the room with dirty chairs, curtains, was run down and we did not feel comfortable. The staff were great and did offer us the one other room that they had but it wasn’t much better.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Hotel beautiful. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Bedroom was lovely. We upgraded as a family for more space. Although my husband opened our fridge and there was mouldy food and the smell was horrendous and smelt our room out. It was resolved the next morning but we decided not to use it. This is the only thing that stopped me rating a 10 The fridge had mouldy food and smelt awful

Room lock didn’t work, we had to wait 15 minutes to get back into our room everytime we left the room. Girl who Che led us out could care less. Valet parking tried to charge us for 3 days even though we only booked one night.

Loves this property. The staff was absolutely amazing and sooo helpful. I was not interested in the resturants so we did not eat them. It was close to everything downtown and we walked everywhere. Felt safe when walking. I loved the shower in the room! My only complaint would be that they don't have the ability to log into streaming services and that would prevent me from staying again. There wasnt even the ability to screen share.

The hotel was centrally located and quiet at night.

The room was lovely and spotless. The Thai soup from room service--I could have happily eaten five servings. The people: everyone was so personable and helpful well beyond what was required for good customer service. I couldn't have asked for better. I have just a few suggestions. I was in an accessible room with a tub. The lighting at the sink was excellent; however, I couldn't see more of myself than chin up while seated. A tilted mirror would have been so much better. I couldn't reach the sink handles from a seated position. I never figured out how to use the hand shower. The levers were confusing and I turned the full shower on myself several times, getting myself dowsed. Soap access from a seated level in the shower would be a great addition.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fairlane. It’s a truly unique hotel with a luxurious ambiance. The service was exceptional, exceeding my expectations in terms of respect and treatment. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spotless. The hotel’s location in downtown Nashville is convenient, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. I highly recommend Fairlane and will definitely be returning in the future!

The staff were incredible. We loved the cute pop up Christmas on the top floor. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was in a very walkable neighborhood with many things to do and places to eat. We had a wonderful stay.

Everything in the room was great, and the staff was outstanding! There was an off-putting smell in elevator and hallways, but we enjoyed our stay very much!!

This hotel was very modern and clean. They had a bar and restaurant on site, and parking was available too. Our room was modern, clean and spacious. The hotel was walking distance from food, shopping and nightlife, without all the loud noise and crowds. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Room and hotel were beautiful and immaculate. Bag attendant put THREE unnecessary non removable stickers on my suitcase. Not on my husbands. Seems like a purposeful act. All three repeated the same message “thank you for your business”. They won’t come off. The room was very nice but the shower had a window and view went into the whole bathroom = no privacy.

This was our first time in Nashville and Fairlane was in a perfect location for exploring the city! Just a few blocks from downtown and right next to Printers Alley. Just wished they had a rooftop bar…

Clean rooms, nice decor. The bed was harder and the pillows too thin than we like. Check in/out staff, cleaning staff, and bartender at night were very friendly and helpful. The morning bar staff not so much. One of the ladies working in the morning acted annoyed when my husband asked where he could get some coffee then again when he asked where he could get some creamer for his coffee. Another acted annoyed when we asked for some ice for our drinks. Overall it’s a very nice hotel, close to restaurants and Broadway.

Stayed one night at the Fairlane for a concert—perfect location near Broadway and great restaurants. The hotel has a stylish boutique vibe with art-deco touches. I was greeted with champagne, check-in was smooth, and the valet was friendly. Room on the 10th floor was clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom and in-room iPad. However, the hallway smelled musty, and my door was stuck (key worked, but had to push hard). Housekeeping helped, and staff later said the doors stick due to paint/humidity. Enjoyed a local craft beer at Modern Love bar after the show—great touch. One issue: valet system had recently changed. Though front desk said it was covered, I had to pay separately via an app to get my car. Overall, cool hotel with a great vibe, but a few kinks to be aware of.

It was a newly renovated hotel room and restaurant. Nicely done renovation! It was walkable to Broadway and Titans stadium. The restaurant just opened and had a great atmosphere but the service there was a little slow at times. Overall a great experience!

I bought this trip as a 21st birthday present for my partner and we both agree, it could not have been a better trip. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a perfect location and the staff made it an unforgettable experience. We couldn’t say enough nice things about Ruthy the receptionist, she was incredibly helpful, lovely and was a friendly face during the entire stay. Jackson the Valet and Makayla in Modern Love were also incredibly sweet and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be visiting again and hope to see everyone there!!!

Warmly greeted upon arrival and room was very clean. Natural, spa-quality soaps and lotion. Bed was very comfortable. Location is close to major sites, dining, quick bites, convenient market.

The front desk is always the BEST! Ruthie greeted me and went above and beyond to ensure our 2 rooms were perfect.

Cons: The main restaurant is closed. The bar food (Modern Love) has very small portions. The in-room mini-fridge is too small and doesn't get cold. The TV only has basic channels (no streaming). Only one USB port by the bed worked. A pleasant stay, but the amenities need attention.

I stay at hotels all the time but Fairlane has been my absolute favourite! The decor is stunning, no detail was spared. My room my spacious and fully stocked with great snacks and drinks for purchase. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in Nashville!

One of the best rooms we have stayed in we hike in Nashville. Within walking distance to all attractions. You do not have to mess with getting car and trying to park again.

Check in was great and easy. Perfect location to everything. Rooms were decent size and clean. Beds were comfortable. Channel selection lacked but honestly, who is watching much TV in Nashville. Just pay the Valet and walk where you need to go. Its a nice peace of mind and no extra work from you and the price is about the same as street parking overnight.

We’ve been travelling from city to city for the last two weeks & our stay at the Fairlane, from the welcome to our check out, has by far been the best. All five travellers in our party agree! We’ll be back.

We had a great check in and a surprising free upgrade. The hotel is in a great location and only a 5 minute walk to Broadway. I would highly recommend this hotel as the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Elijah checked us in and was awesome. He even had our choice of champagne or beer ready for us (what hotel does that?...Fairlane!!). Only slight issue we had was with housekeeping not cleaning our room....had to keep asking, as did our friends staying in another room. But, they made it right for both of us by taking off the resort fee and we were also given complimentary breakfast on our last morning (delicious by the way). Everyone was very nice and courteous and they did get the room cleaned when we asked; just did not do so without our asking. Based on the way it was handled would still highly recommend this hotel and it's also in a great location within Nashville.

Very cool hotel, reasonably priced, awesome staff who were always friendly. Both restaurants had excellent food and service. Easy walk to Broadway, but far enough to be quiet. Highly recommend!

Important facets on tye Expedia booking app or sute: Hotel however, extended little premiums to make our stay comfortable like room upgrade, late chexkout, free drinks, free water. They should have waived destination fee though. Lesson learned: call hotel and chedk of there are renovations being done before booking.

I liked my stay at the Fairlane however two things displeased me: The property was undergoing some main lobby upgrades and made an entire dining area unusable. The cardboard boxes and lift were unsightly. The see through shower was very awkward for me as a woman staying with another traveler. I wish j knew about the shower glass situation. Lease refund me for one of my two nights stay. Thanks.

Staff very friendly and the bed was comfy! However the location is really lacking. Off of reviews I expected this to be a nicer area. There was lots of yelling in the streets and not from people having fun just crazy people walking around yelling. Parking is horrible didn’t feel safe parking. We would have used valet but they couldn’t accommodate our truck. So if you do book make sure you have a basic sized vehicle. Not worth the price paid in my opinion.

We enjoyed the stay, the bed was comfy, the pillows were great, and we slept well which isn't always the case when we travel. The food and atmosphere was good, and it was a short walk to Printers Alley, and just a few blocks off Broadway. We would certainly stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the Fairlane Hotel. Central location, clean and spacious rooms, beautiful decor. Staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Complementary champagne on arrival was a very nice addition. Absolutely fantastic service!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel however, the $65 per night for valet parking is ridiculous! Especially when you can’t access valet very easily and there are not enough people running to get your car. I think we can all agree this is not New York City so don’t understand why it was so high.
