This a great hotel, excellent location, wonderful restaurants and bars, and lots of happy people! The hydration and coffee station on our floor was awesome -- so nice having good, clean water that could be carbonated! And the coffee was delicious! Oh, and the way they do ice is on a different paradigm! Than you, Noelle!

The staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and well stocked with high quality towels and robes. The “milk” jar containers were a nice touch for rehydrating. Lastly, parking was reasonable for a downtown large city hotel.

This hotel was such a great spot to stay in Nashville. The rooftop bar was amazing. The staff was very helpful as well. I would recommend the hotel and Wood stay again if I visit Nashville.

Room service should be done daily at this level of hotel and they didn't. At a minimum freshen room and take garbage should be mandatory . Cleanliness is a must. We had garbage and had to request via text for i to be taken away. They forgot our dirty cups one day and additional towels basically thrown in room. Food tray in hallway just not worhy of a 5 star operation. Coffee ataion a pus in hallway but overflown w garbage, not suprised. Staff nice enough. And libby bar a nice vibe.

Great location and place to stay

This hotel was walkable to all the bars. It s historic and beautiful. The Lona Restaurant inside the hotel has good food and drinks. The coffee station on each floor is very handy. The best part is that you can get a room with two king sized beds which is unique and makes for a comfortable stay.

Central but unremarkable location. Small room but clean. Very little space to put clothes. Sound proofing almost non existent. Kept awake until 3am each night due to loud music nearby and loud partygoers in the street. Earplugs by the bed but really that’s not good enough. Avoid!

The location is great. Rooms are a bit tight but the bathrooms are very nice. The Nespresso/tea service area and ice and water on each floor is an excellent touch. There are lots of fees and taxes but this might just be Nashville and. It specific to Noelle. We tried the bars and restaurants and they were all very good. The rooftop and speakeasy were our favorites

This hotel was centrally located, easy to walk everywhere and such a great experience overall. The room and the hotel itself were super clean, the common areas are beautifully decorated, and the staff was super helpful.

The rooms were very small. We were initially placed in the classic superior room. It faced a noisy boiler serving the air conditioning needs for the building. It had a very small closet for clothes. The boiler noise drove us to move rooms to an even smaller size, without any closet. The street noise in the smaller room size was tolerable, with earplugs. The hotel has two passenger elevators, and during the busy times of 4 to 6 PM, and 9 AM to 10 AM, several times people on the lower floors were stranded because of the capacity being maximized I guests on the upper floors, going down. The location is outstanding. The coffee bar in the lobby is also a great amenity, as is the speakeasy bar on the subterranean floor. It rained all weekend so we never visited the rooftop bar.

I did not like that maid services were gone by 9pm. So if you got in late and needed extra blankets that was not a thing.

The elevators were the slowest I've ever seen, very long waits for one to arrive at your floor. Two staff members were fabulous, but the front desk staff lacked much to be desired.

Enjoyed a morning walk on the nearby Riverfront park. Loved Noelle’s location. Should note that there was outside noise on Friday night..but went away before midnight I think. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and modern. Common areas were the same and very stylish. Free coffee station at every floor was a nice touch. A range of bars / cafes to choose from. Nothing. No complaints.

Hotel was good but very noisy especially at night or early AM from street. Ear plugs being provided in your room did not seem to compensate for the noise at all. Would not stay here again.

If there is a conference, amenities may be closed to regular guests. In-room amenities are not always stocked without requests.

loved how close it was to all that I wanted to see in Nashville. Loved having the coffee make and different water types in the hallway.

Upon check in the front desk went above and beyond to physically walk us to the correct elevator and answer any of our questions. Roof top bar had amazing views with a cool vibe. Coffee shop downstairs was our go to as the service was unmatched! Not only did they they care of our morning coffee needs we were also given great recommendations for restaurants. If I were coming to Nashville again this would be the only place I stay!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hallway coffee machines were a little difficult to operate and the results were hit or miss. Cocktails on the roof and in the bar were a little over-priced (partly due to the outrageous Nashville tax on alcoholic beverages, which is over 24%).

Everything was great, but the room cleaning staff were lack luster.

I also really appreciated the water and coffee stations on each floor. Having easy access to both throughout the day was so convenient and thoughtful—especially when heading out early or coming back in after a long day. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is a beautifully restored historic building. Perfect location in walking distance to downtown Nashville. We especially loved the speak easy bar and roof top bars. We would stay here again.

Loved our stay for a ladies getaway! Three of us shared a two king bed room on the corner and we had three giant windows. Decor was so well done. Felt like we were in the 1940’s! It’s next to Printer’s Alley and a few blocks from Broadway. Bonus rooftop patio and a hidden bar!

The room was so clean and cute! We loved the way the lights/curtains were set up. The shower was very nice as well. The hotel was beautiful!

There was a sticky splash stain on the floor by the bed and several stains on the couch. All could have easily been spot cleaned but seemed to be neglected. Needless to say we did not want to sit on the couch with these findings.

Came in with high expectation of being "luxury" boutique, but it's needs more improvement to be considered as the way they advertised. No front desk staff when I came to check-in desk. Waited over 15 min to have someone to come to the front desk. No restaurant for dinner in the hotel during early part of the week. I appreciated free water and coffee on the floor.

They charged my account $200 for the first night for incidentals and $241 for the second night for incidentals. I did not use any of this amount unsure of when I will receive a refund. It’s so disappointing that this was not shared with me up front.

The hotel is convenient and in a beautiful old building. I would not reserve the room I had on my next Nashville stay. It was the standard king The amenities show robes but the room doesn’t have a closet. I This wasn’t my first stay and if I stay again will make sure it is not this category of room. It was so small if you got up you had to be careful not to hit the cabinet.

The hallway coffee and water bar was disfunctional for three days. I reported this to the front desk, but the issue was not resolved. Housekeeping came after 2:30 PM each day. This was the same time that we took our afternoon ‘break’. In general, staff was pleasant.

The location was great, right in printer’s alley and two blocks from broadway. The room was comfortable and bed was great. The decorations for christmas were so cute (until staff took them down as we were checking in). The overall look and vibe of the hotel was elegant. The view of a brick wall outside was unpleasant considering the price for the stay. House keeping never came two out of four days (the other two we had dnd on door) Had to call down for new towels while our old ones sat wet on the floor because again, no housekeeping. The prices for food were astronomical.$42 for steak nachos at the restaurant located in the basement. Absolutely not. Zero personality from anyone at the front desk at check in and out. There were large dogs barking in the room next to us and when we told the front desk they literally could not have cared less. Zero hospitality when i mentioned we were staying for our wedding anniversary. Also was charged 300$ for parking for 4 nights. Absolutely insane

Overall our 4 night stay was fine. We enjoyed the hotel. However, some of the staff members lacked hospitality. The doormen inconsistently assisted with the door which was heavy and awkward to open. On NYE the bartender at the lobby bar was inattentive and did not acknowledge us as we sat down and waited for about 4 minutes. We ended up leaving. Mind you, there were only 2 other people at the bar. Lona has incredible food. We also enjoyed the food and service at Rarebird. The hidden bar has great drinks. We had breakfast twice and it was cold or the wrong items and we were still charged $140 for it. Room was lovely and clean and most of the staff were helpful although not all! The rooftop bar staff especially Geoffrey were brilliant

The only good thing was the walking distance It took 2 hours for the valet to find our keys. They said i was gonna have a hold for incidentals, it was 3x was we paid for the 1 night we stayed. Now I have 3 extra $76, $246, $200 charges on my card. We weren't even at the hotel except to sleep then left early. This is trash. Now I'm going to have to call my bank and find out where all these charges are from .

We had a room facing the street, could have been a bit more sound proof to keep out the street noise. Unable to visit the "secret bar”, as we were not aware that it required a reservation. The lobby bar was great, but we were disappointed that it was not open on our last night (Monday)

Our room was small. Wall sconce was in need of repair, bathroom door wouldn't close properly, shower floor was extremely slippery.

Good breakfast, staff, location HVAC in rooms cannot be turned off, which makes it difficult to sleep. The pool isn't really an adult pool--just something for kids to splash around it.

Main complain that really bothered us is they do not respect your privacy, and don’t bother paying for late check out. They disturb and knock on your door several times each morning, good luck sleeping in. If you pay for late check out they will knock on your door every 30 minutes anyways after normal checkout time. Very unprofessional.

We were very thankful for an early check in due to an early flight! The room was clean and modern. Unlimited Espresso machines allowed us to caffeinate for a late night on broadway. Proximity to printers ally was a plus, but very doable if you bar hop, or go to the museums.

My friend left his credit card on the floor in the room and the maid turned it in right away. He was so happy. The rooftop bar and restaurant is SO magical

It was right underneath a bar that does not close until 2? After that, the patrons congregate and yell/fight. We moved after the second night to a peaceful hotel.

The floor in our room was so dirty - you had to wear shoes. No luggage rack. The noise level from the street was insane - even using the white noise machine.

Two huge king size beds in our room. Easy way to sleep four friends on a weekend getaway. Everything is upgraded and modern.

The only downsides were that the rooms were on the smaller side, and it was a bit inconvenient having to use a key card every time for the elevator. Still, overall a great stay with awesome amenities and a perfect spot for exploring downtown Nashville!

Only one side nightstand...took a long time to get anything from staff... An hour for extra pillow and an hour for a blow dryer.. that we never received because we had to leave. This was a huge disappointment for the expense of our stay. The room is a postage stamp size and no closet. An armoire that barely housed our clothes. Nashville is an extravagant expense so be aware. $40 for a cocktail with tip at best everywhere. Close to 10% sales tax. Hotels have multiple taxes on top of room charge. Just know what you’re getting into before you go

Everything about the Noelle was perfect

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was a great location, walkable to broadway, but easy to get around when we needed to drive. The rooms were spacious, and the property overall was clean and very well maintained.

The Mexican restaurant is definitely no bueno, I do not recommend. The property is really nice and would recommend for location and uniqueness. My biggest complaint was they never cleaned the room even when I went to the front desk and asked multiple times. Also, the water machine was broken on our hallway the entire stay so I had to keep going to different floors to get water. The room was really nice that I stayed in except for the loud toilet flushes. I have stayed here multiple times and this is the only stay that was not very great, but I would recommend overall. They need to change the restaurant again, the old one was much better.

Upon landing in Nashville, I tee’d up my excitement and expectations to my travel partner w/respect to the 4star rating and nightly $ rate - I truly thought it was gonna be the bomb! As much as I wanted to like and appreciate this property, frankly the Noelle felt tired. Stains on the room furniture, messed up refrigerator, a light fixture falling off the wall (just simple things that someone who manages or cares about the property should notice on a day-to-day basis.) even the beautiful grand room lobby that is featured in many photos on their site could not be utilized the entire time we were there because of private parties, the rooftop bar had an air of indifference and little attempt to make the experience feel comfortable or dare I say special. The hidden bar was the bright spot, as it was decorated in Halloween vibes, and the staff was engaging. Also, the beds were comfy, and the pillows were really great - so there’s that.At the end of the day(s), We had hoped for a slightly more buttoned up experience at $1800 for three nights. (PS - on the seventh floor, the street noise was so prevalent it was as if the windows were open - wore earplugs every night)

First time I stayed here. So convenient to everything lower broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgeton arena, Printer’s Alley, Nissan- everywhere! Nice luxe hotel- good character. Rooms a bit small but really well appointed. Restaurant and speakeasy were great! Great value too!

We stayed at Noelle for 3 nights for our trip. It is in a perfect location in the downtown area, close to great restaurants and bars. The hotel is beautiful with a real historic feel to it. Although we were upgraded to a room on 12th floor, to our susprise we were directly below the rooftop bar where extremely loud music was playing until 1am at least for 2 out of our 3 nights. I wish we would have been told about that as I would have declined the upgrade to be honest. The other issue we had was every time the shower was used, it would flood the bathroom, out into the hallway of the room. After our first night we brought this to the attention of the front desk, he sent someone up who supposedly fixed it however, the issue continued for the remainder of our stay. We told the front desk staff member upon checkout and he advised he would take the room out of service. Be advised that the rooms are not equipped with coffee or bottled water, which I found surprising for this level of hotel.

On a positive note, the rooms are a nice size and well appointed with contemporary features, like automatic sheers and blinds. Comfortable beds. You could jam a lot of people in this room if you are on a budget. On the negative side, the front desk staff is not accommodating. I asked numerous times for a food and beverage credit since my friend and I doubled booked on hotels.com. They got us on the same floor, but even when I asked a week in advance they didn't manage to get us even adjoining rooms. The rooftop bar is wonderful: great service, great music. The bath products are lovely, but my towel was torn in shreds. The valet was so nice. The overall vibe is very chic and location is great.

The location is excellent. Everything is walkable distance, very friendly staff; clean rooms, coffee, machines, and sparkle water on every floor, a lot of places where you can quietly or not sit outside of your room. Wonderful rooftop bar. highly recommend this hotel.

Due to multiple weddings the rooftop bar ran out liquors and beers. I ended up ordering a lemonade and never came out. Not a great experience inside the hotel. However, the hotel location is excellent.

Hotel was beautiful. Rooftop bar service was great. Speakeasy bar horrible. Asked if ok to sit at two barstools at bar said sure by one. After sitting down told by other bartender I hope you don’t mind getting elbowed a lot because this is where I make all my drinks. This is my bar area.

Rooms and hallways (5th floor) are dirty. Room had visible dirt and dust. I dropped a white towel on the floor that had dirt on it when I picked it up. Leg also fell off small marble table in my room. Had to use if for work, as no desk / chair in rooms. Called 3 times to get my room cleaned. Lobby & Coffee shop are the best parts (cleanest)of the hotel. Location is great. Ate at Lona (hotel Mexican restaurant) the night I arrived. Friendly accommodating staff, but food and drinks are subpar.

Overall, this hotel blends boutique charm with top-tier amenities and a genuine sense of care for its guests. We had such a wonderful time from the desk to the people who cleaned to the coffee shop, and the restaurants are stay was fabulous and we will definitely recommend. The walkability is amazing.

We loved everything about The Noelle, except our experience at the rooftop bar called Rare Bird. The bartenders need more experience. Did not do a good job of keeping the bar tops clear of spills or clutter for the customers. Service was slow and when I asked what would they recommend for a specialty cocktail since this was our first time visiting Nashville, they said they could get me a white wine spritzer. Not a good way to show what your establishment has to offer. Still giving the hotel five stars because the hotel and other establishments inside, like Lona restaurant, were amazing!

The facilities themselves were great. So many little details that made the stay wonderful. From the free expresso, tea and water available on each floor to the bath robes and slippers in the rooms. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Nashville.

This hotel was described by other travelers as a large hotel with a lot of amenities, that feels like a small boutique property; they were spot on. The art deco design is impressive, and the modern technology has been blended seamlessly. Located central to numerous restaurants and bars all with great music. Staff was exceptionally helpful.

Wine refractor loud and room was hot temperature wise.

The building itself has an art deco charm, and there’s also a speakeasy that’s located in the basement. Rooms and bedding were clean and adequate; nothing extraordinary about the one we stayed in, but we loved the communal coffee and water station in the hallway! Gym is fine but as people who exercise, there should be more mirrors, and the equipment should be rearranged. The only note was the inconsistency of the staff; they didn’t match the design of the space, or the price that guests paid for their stay. In several instances they seemed like they were novices in hospitality and food service — it felt like we were staying in a hipster hotel. Having said thar, we liked it overall.

Location - It is right outside Broadway (noisy downtown area) - if you are looking to party, that's great, a bit less if you aren't looking for that. Staff - some people has been nicer and clearer than others but overall ok.

The location was perfect as we came for a concert at Nissan Stadium. The hotel is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

It was my first trip to Nashville for birthday and everyone was so nice. We had a problem with our ac the first night and they had it fixed quickly. It was located in printers ally which i ended up liking more then broadway. Id definitely stay here again!

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms

We showed up at 9am on the day of our check in hoping to just use the luggage storage, but they were able to check us into a room immediately which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The room had a sound machine which helps some with the noise from printers alley. There were blackout curtains as well.

Free high end espresso coffee machines on every floor. Three bars, coffee shop and restaurant- although we never ate there. It is pricey- but that’s understandable being such a great hotel in a fantastic location.

The Nespreso coffee bar a was unique to any hotel I have ever stayed in and such a great idea as opposed to in room coffee. The room set up was great and the shades and lights all in switches made it easy at night. I needed assistance for an in room safe and the front desk had maintenance up to the room within 5 minutes. Great experience overall. Would recommend!

The room was spacious and nice. It was an easy walking distance to Broadway for entertainment, as well as close to restaurant choices. Easy valet parking. The rooftop bar was a nice place to end your day.

Great location for downtown Nashville and a cute boutique hotel. Pros - bars and restaurants were great. Check in service, bar staff and lobby staff were great. Housekeeping was just ok. They made the bed but didn’t clean up drink glasses from the night before. We needed to finally leave them outside the room. The coffee machine on our floor only worked half the time. The machine would eat the pods and then just distribute hot water. You could get an americano if you were willing to try it a couple more times. Minor nit picky thing, there are no charging stations in the room and no plugs near the bed. We had to charge our phones using plugs on the wall opposite the bed.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot!!

I was upgraded initially. The sheets on the bed were dirty. I got moved to another room & it was loud, floors dirty, and heard someone jumping all night above my bed.

Superb service and some of the best food and cocktails I've ever had.

We liked that the hotel had a coffee shop in it that was really nice. There was part of the hotel we could not use as it was closed off every day and night for a conference. On each floor there was also a community coffee bar you could use. The gym was small but had some nice options. We had a drink at the rooftop bar. One bartender looked like she was training two girls so the service was really slow. We ran out of body wash in our hotel and it took them 24 hours for us to get the body wash and we only got it once we went down to the front counter and asked for some. That was annoying. We had called three separate times and even left it on the counter to be filled when the room service came in. The location was really great and easy to walk to Broadway. We did not have a car and could get around easily.

The Noelle Hotel was a unique older building with modern amenities. There is a rooftop bar with a view of the area. A hidden bar below the lobby was hard to find and that was part of the fun. We had a good breakfast at the Lona Restaurant. There was a group of us and we all enjoyed staying at the Noelle!

We had two suites for 4 nights to attend the Coldplay concert and explore Nashville. We loved the location of the hotel as it’s a quick walk to the arena and Broadway. There are plenty of good food options near the hotel, and a quick Uber to the Gulch for more shopping and food. Brunch at Stateside kitchen was so fun and it’s right next door. The hotel was beautiful with vintage art deco vibe. I enjoyed the coffee cafe in the entrance. It was a bit noisy at night from the street noise, but the blackout shades and sound machines provided were helpful. I would maybe bring your own for added noise control. I loved the comfy robes and large bathroom we had in our rooms. The coffee and tea available on each floor were a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing, we got there early and had to pay $50 for early check-in but the room was ready and clean. The lobby bar, hidden speakeasy, and rooftop bar are awesome because the staffing is phenomenal. Elijah helped us twice at the rooftop bar and couldn't be nicer.
