The TV service is absolutely horrible; it kept going out, and the streaming options don't work at all. The water pressure was so low that it took me longer to get clean than it does at home. I had to move rooms three times because of issues before they got me into the room that I had originally paid for. The pool could not be used at all due to the weather. It would have been nice if it had been covered for use. There were no microwaves in the rooms at all, just one in the lobby that everyone has to use. The price was not worth it at all. I will never tell anyone to use this hotel at all. The pillows were absolutely horrible as well; they kept going flat. I thank God that I always take my own pillows with me everywhere I go because they are chiropractic pillows for my neck and one for my knees.

Property is ramshackle. Wallpaper peeling, ceiling texture not repaired after water damage, television did not work, insufficient repairs in bathroom after water damage, horrible sound suppression, heard everything the neighbors were saying. Will not waste my hard earned dollars on a property that doesn't care about its customers or have any pride of ownership. Horrible property

The room was infeted with ladybugs, there was no hot water for a shower or bath, and housekeeping came into the room 2 hours before checkout without knocking or announcing themseves. Otherwise, perfect stay.

The refrigerator in the room seemed like it was not keeping my beverage and fruits cold enough but thats just a minor issue. I stayed in a room on the 4th floor. The room could have used a little more dusting by housekeeping.

I rarely submit hotel reviews. If things are fine, no review. If exceptionally good or bad, I consider reviewing. First, the staff at this location at both checkin and checkout were welcoming, friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The problem with this property is it appears to be a licensed Marriott property that they care nothing about. How else to explain the horrid condition of the property? Walked into the room and it stunk of mildew. So-called gym is less equipped than a home gym, and tiny. Bar: open for 2 hours total (no food). Smoke detector in our room started flashing green dot (uh-oh) which then progressed to flashing white light all night - no sleep! Room may or may not have been clean - it was hard to tell because of the dark painted walls and dark patterned carpeting; hard to tell. If Marriott was checking on their properties, and they let them fall into this shape, then reach your own conclusion about the brand. I have switched long ago to the various competitors after experiencing these types of problems in several of their properties. Staff warned us that it was probably not safe to walk around after night (THANK YOU), which was confirmed by the blue-flashing-light police camera stationed across the street. This is not the hotel's fault, but travelers can consider if this is a problem for them. We walked to a very nice restaurant nearby before it got dark - no problems.

Concierge was excellent. Friendly, helpful with dinner ideas. Location was ideal for just an overnight near airport; easy to find, easy to get in and out of, walking distance to restaurant in a business-park style area that felt very safe, even at night. Breakfast buffet was better than average continental breakfast with lots of options. Room was comfortable and clean. The only thing rated down was the condition, but it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't stay there again. It was just surprising for a Sheraton FourPoints. Things like the caulking around the tub had come off in places so there were gaps. Just a few, simple repairs would increase confidence in the property, but it was truly the only thing, and quite minor.

No hot water in shower ever, at best warm. Had to ask to get towels for shower after room cleaned, zero left I bathroom , and was given a hard time to get 2 towels one for each of us. Ended up only giving us one.

Stay was comfortable but rooms need updating, it felt old and in need of some updating like carpet in the bedroom and tile in the shower - felt dirty simply because of this. Surface level did not appear dirty and bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was not great.

There was hair in sink and for breakfast no coffee, downstairs coffee machine wasn't working for breakfast. Then tried using room coffee machine and the piece where you put the coffee bag was missing.

Smelled like cigarettes, shower head faced the opposite direction, cigarette burns in the sink, no clean towels for the second day, ceiling in bathroom leaked. I use booking all the time but the reflects poorly on your business. I won’t be using booking any more!

Staff was not overly friendly, property was average, room was not very clean- there was hair on the bathroom counter when we arrived and in the shower. They do not offer 24 hour transportation

Room was great. Shower was the best shower I had experienced in years. Very clean. Honestly it was great all around. I wasn’t crazy about the breakfast but that could have just been me or the time I got to it but the coffee was very good.

The area is decent and close to the airport and my daughter’s college They gave me a room with a stain on the bed, and no shower head. They did change it immediately without a problem but the next room had a wet floor towel and I have no idea why it was there even though there was a dry one. The walls were extremely thin and you heard everything the next door people did and even though they grown and that’s what people do I didn’t need to hear them with my daughter with me. Very awkward situation.

The Bartender Brittany was very courteous and Professional and was The Front Desk lady. I think Her name was Jasmine. The Breakfast was excellent. Everything was great.

I was on the ground floor, very loud with cars coming & going loudly all night. Lots of activity, talking loud guests, etc... The ceiling in the bedroom has serious peeling & a spot about the size of a dinner plate where the ceiling texture had fallen off, lots of cracking. End table nest to the bed had lots of spray paint splatters... Room just looked tired, needs cosmetic attention!

Set my reason for being in Nashville was pleasure, the central location was excellent for me!

So many things went wrong on a 4 night stay. From assigning to us the wrong room with someone is staying in already to clogged toilet, non-working refrigerator in the room to shower head that won't stay on the hook because the hook is broken. No maintenance on the weekend to fix issues in the room. When moved to another room 2 days later the mattress was sunk in the middle.

I traveled for work at the airport and used the airport shuttle back and fort. Getting a warm bath was a struggle with getting hot/warm water,however I was offered yo be relocated to another room once front desk knew of it. and one of the elevators was down for too long I end up got stucked in one for a couple minutes, signage was around nut sometimes fallen or removed, the defective elevator should not be able to open for anyone to ho in and a caution signage should have been in front of both entrance door papers were not enough.

Horrible experience - hotel itself was good, however used extended parking that they offer and came back from my trip to find my car was broken in to and to find out 2 other cars were also broken in to and not ever having been notified this happened until I get there an open my car up. management said nothing at all upon my return that this happened. This whole thing was handled very poorly. Very dis-satisfied.

The location was great because I was working right next door. The facilities were clean but very old. There was literally a hole in the ceiling in my bathroom leaking water from the rain. Given the price and convenience factor, it was great. I'd stay there again when working next door because it was so nice not to need a car.

I had an unexpected layover due to a flight delay and it was great to be able to get a few hours of sleep before my rescheduled flight took off early in the morning. The shuttle was available very early which I appreciated.

The lady at the front desk is not kind. Though when you call they say they have airport shuttle that runs every twenty minutes, this is not true. No shuttle ever came when I got to the property they said it is by appointment (though when you call and pick transportation it tells you to go downstairs and wait that it runs every twenty minutes) today i came downstairs to arrange my shuttle to the airport and she says no shuttle after 11am.

Only a tub shower. Tub had angled side and no grab bar. Very dangerous. I would advise not staying here for that reason. Very slippery and potentially could cause a fall

This is a wonderful option for those driving to travel through BNA Nashville airport. The staff was wonderful we were able to leave our car at the hotel and the shuttle picked us up from the airport even though we only stayed one night. I was impressed

I did not like anything about the property because I did not stay there. When I arrived they told me that they did not have a reservation for me. I was unable to check in.

It's was freezing outside with snow and cold winds, but everyone working in the hotel was nice and warm. From the front desk, housekeeping and the attendant for breakfast you all were very professional and welcoming. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and inviting. The Queen is pleased👸💝⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were great and professional and the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The only reason im giving it a 1 star is the day after check in on the way to breakfast is when i discovered you could open my room door without a card. I did it a couple of times to make sure it wasn't a fluke but both times it opened by simply turning the handle. I brought it to the attention of the lady at the front desk who was very nice and followed me back up to witness it for herself and promptly got maintenance involved. The one star also comes from an apparent similar review from another guest. I might as well have just slept with the door open.I figured since rated as a 3 star hotel the basic assurance of room saftey for the customers would factor in.

Check in could have been better. So could the person who answered the phone when I called in to see if my room was ready. (I was supposed to receive a text message telling me if it was... It was 3:30 and I hadn't. I didn't get it until a half hour after I showed and checked in.) They kept putting me on hold and transferring me to the main phone line for reservations who couldn't tell if my room was ready.

When I checked Into the hotel the young guy at the counter was unprofessional didn't greet me and didn't explain why he was taking my debit card to charge me an extra 50$ for some unexplained reason. Iron in our room was messed up and cldnt get another til the next day.

The blinking light on the fire alarm is annoying. The handicap room advertised a sofa sleeper couch but none provided. When addressed at desk all they could say was sorry.

The hotel was very clean and located close to the airport. What didn’t like was the flashing smoke detector light in the room. (Hard to sleep)

This experience was awful, it is dark, dingy, very outdated, they screwed up my reservation, charged over $200 for the first night and completely neglected to secure my second night, even though I was very clear about when my flight was leaving, and I need to stay at the hotel for two consecutive nights.

It was convenient for getting to the airport. I didn't like the smell of the room it smelled like someone lived there for a while and didn't wash.

They changed my room because I was a third party. Than when I got the new room. They gave me a mattress with a huge stain.Staff said there is nothing we can do you are third party . I got upset and told them I speak with the manager. They finally gave me a new mattress. I don’t appreciate that I had to get upset in order for them to find a new mattress. I always knew this brand of hotels to have high standards which shocked me with the way I was treated because I didn’t book directly.

The shuttle driver and front desk staff were very nice. Front desk lady that night at the other Sheraton that I went to by mistake (Sheraton Grand Nashville...oops) was very nice too and she was dealing with other people at the same time. only thing I didn't like is the Sheraton that I stayed at had those curtains that are just along the sides of the window and don't really close, and the shade did not keep out either the sunlight or the lights at night, making it a bit difficult to sleep especially in the morning. They need true or almost blackout type shades if they are not going t o have any functional curtains...

Staff was very nice and the hotel looks nice and clean. My complaint is that the fire alarm went off and our fire exit door would not open. Luckily it was a false alarm but that seems like something that could have been a big deal.

I won't ever stay here again. The restaurant isn't operating and hasn't been open for months, possibly longer so Hotels.com need to.update their facilities. They refer to laundry services but that means finding a launderette. The common areas needed a good clean. The shuttle bus took an hour to collect me from the terminal which is 2 mile away. The shuttle doesn't run past 11 am on a Sunday so I'd to get a taxi. Generally disappointing and not up to the standards of a Marriott property.

Room was dark. Not near enough lighting. Bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. Bathroom did not appear to be well cleaned. Not enough towels. Very dated and rotted wood could be seen under the fridge. Bathroom had grout chipping under the toilet. Tub was very slick and had a weird dip in the middle.

Property advertises an airport shuttle....did not have one, I had to Uber. Property also advertises a restaurant, it is closed. I paid 75 dollars more to stay here b/c of the shuttle and restaurant.
