    There was a hole in the ceiling dropping white ceiling stuff onto a counter. This hotel needs an overhaul. It just felt dirty. The sliding glass door couldn't be locked, I I stayed in a room unlocked all night. I'm not happy with my stay.

    It was close to the highway to stay overnight, has a pool, and plenty of parking. The bed was nice and had a coffee machine. The price was good. The floors were not clean and the older lady was quite rude about parking and charged an additional $15 for parking.

    Did not stay at the property, arrived and the front desk caused a screaming argument during check out threatening violence and using profanity. There was an issue that could have been easily resolved but the employee was unreasonable and belligerent so we cancelled the stay and moved to a different hotel. Will

    Stayed overnight before the flight. The hotel provides shuttle even at night and that’s what we needed. Check in was great- staff was very nice. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. Clean room. Hotel is little older, but taken care of. Would stay again

    The airport shuttle is clutch. Not only did we get a ride to and from the airport. But if you are generous with a tip. They are happy to drive you anywhere within about 2 miles of the hotel, if they aren’t busy with airport runs.

    Breakfast was fresh; upon request, herbal teas were added. Walter station filter status was expired, but water was not foul to taste. Rest was all excellent! Other than a few of the minor things, I had a great stay! Won’t hesitate to stay again with family.

    Pros: Location to airport Breakfast Service Wi-Fi Cons: There were bubbles in our flooring Water/leak stains on the ceiling No grout or caulking in the bathroom. Furniture was sagging needing replacement and the microwave didn’t work properly. More importantly- the window tracks were full of mold and we noticed after the rain, water on the inside of the room- window track. You could not open the window enough to get any fresh air in the room.

    I only stayed for one night. The shuttle was unavailable when I arrived and I had to Uber. The next morning it was available. The rooms are okay a little outdated. The outlets in bathroom and room look unsafe to plug anything into. One elevator that goes up to all rooms and it’s a bit of a maze to follow signs to get to your room. However the elevator to g downstairs was like 2 doors down from my room. Just thought it was interesting. Breakfast area to get food is kind of small but breakfast was okay.

    Staff was courteous and willingly answered my questions! The exercise center was supplied with towels, water, wipes, and had a scale so you could weigh yourself. The room was spacious and the WiFi was easy to use. Breakfast was wonderful at this establishment with a variety of different meals available. I did notice a little hair was left in the shower and the carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed well, but other then that. I had no problems.

    The room was clean, the hotel room window did not have blinds or drapes to block out the light and there was a lamp post outside my window, so I put a pillow in the window to block it. I called the front desk to help or move me rooms & they did not provide any help or services. It's a great location to the airport and had late night pick up.

    The staff went above and beyond what one normally experiences. Roger was an excellent Airport Shuttle driver who was very kind. Terrence was the front desk clerk who actually helped me take my luggage to my room. Alex was another front desk clerk who was able to answer questions and fix issues which I had caused before my arrival. GREAT STAFF!!

    The staff were very kind and genuine. My only complaint was that the hotel was out of hot water for our entire stay of 4 nights. However, there was no notification of this before we arrived or during our check in but came to find out that this was a known issue by hotel management. I was disappointed that we had 9 rooms booked for the week and zero communication from the hotel surrounding this issue. We had to ask, and there was no follow up or fix to the issue while we were there. I understand that you don't want to lose business but communication is key for your patrons, and would have gone a long way if they would have just been transparent that there was an issue.

    I got a lot of use out of the 24hr complimentary coffee/tea bar which was always clean and stocked. There were plenty of food options within a 5-10 minute drive/doordash, including clean eats, like Chipotle, E+Rose, and Sunflower Bakehouse. My room was bearable, but surely needing a little TLC; the ceilings in the bathroom, the shower drain sometimes getting closed, then the knob to reopen it coming off, the faucet holding on for dear life, some outlets not working, the phone that couldn’t dial (including calling the front desk), and the AC that needed to be on high at the lowest temp to be felt. The room just isn’t brand new, but it’s doable, especially for their price compared to other local hotels. Every time I touched my bed, I fell asleep with a quickness, which was amazing! The water temp and pressure was perfect; quite therapeutic! Overall, I felt safe and the rooms were as clean as I’m sure staff could get them. I enjoyed my stay and will likely book again😊

    This hotel has Shuttle Service to and from the airport, which is why I booked it. You can leave your car at their hotel for a fee and they will pick you back up from the airport to retrieve your car. I think this is an older hotel. It seemed that way to me. The hallways and elevator carpets looked dated and needed to be vacuumed. However, the next morning, I did see a person vacuuming these areas. I did not have breakfast just coffee. Overall all staff and service was good. Agree with the rating. I think because the property is so close to the airport. It is a very high volume hotel.

    The room was great and front desk worker was friendly when checking in. Only problem I had was when we got back from our trip, we needed the shuttle to get back to our car from the airport and we could not get in touch with the driver. I called the front desk and explained and they said they would transfer me to the driver which just ended with a dial tone. We waited awhile for the shuttle anyways and never saw it. It was 30/40 degrees outside so waiting a long time was not going to work so we ended up having to spend extra money in getting an uber just to go less than 2 miles up the road.

    I originally booked this stay through hotels.com (or so I thought). When I got off the plane I realized that I never got a confirmation email (and there was nothing in the app). After trying to contact the hotel for an hour and repeatedly getting hung up on, and checking my email (including spam) & app again, I assumed I didn’t complete my booking and rebooked at another holiday inn express in town (this one was now fully booked). The next morning when I checked my email I had a message from hotels.com asking how my check in was at this hotel. I called the hotel again (got through) and explained the situation. They said they did not have a booking in my name. I also contacted hotels.com to make sure I wasn’t getting charged for 2 hotels. They told me they would work it out. I just got an email saying the hotel manager was not going to work it out an I was getting charged anyway, even though according to their staff member I did not have a reservation. So now the cost of my lodging for the weekend has doubled.

    We were pleased with all aspects of the property and our accommodations with the exception of the bathtub. The only grab bar in the tub can only be accessed while standing under the shower. There are none elsewhere. In order to exit the tub using the grab bar the toilet is blocking the area where you would step out.

    We used the extended parking and when we returned at 0130 our vehicle had been broken into and things stolen 😡😢 2 windows had been busted out They were 9 vehicles in the parking lot that had been broken into and their windows had been sealed up. Not the way anyone wants to return from a trip. They maintenance staff had sealed up the windows with plastic bags and tape ( I assume once it was noticed) The staff was VERY helpful during the process of cleaning up the broken glass in our vehicle and calling the police to make out a report. They were genuinely concerned about the incident. My understanding is that there was a string on break-ins during this particular weekend but I can say that it will be a LONG while before I stay in that area. But I do thank the staff for being sooo helpful. It did make this inconvenience a little less stressful knowing they were so available to help out during our need

    All the wonderful things I said in my review from last week stand: very clean, in excellent repair, and very quiet despite being so near an airport. Let me add this: the front desk staff are super-friendly, and the touch-screen coffee machines in the lobby have hoppers on top to grind the beans fresh! Not every room is equally quiet, but still very good. I’m sure no one in a nearby apartment building is sleeping better than at this Holiday Inn Express!

    The most impressive thing about this property was how quiet out was. Even though we were less than a mile from the departure end of the airport runways, I could not hear the planes inside the hotel! The place was also either new or newly remodeled -- everything very attractive, clean, and in good repair. No coffee pot in the room, BUT they had fancy new touch-screen coffee machines in the lobby.

    One of the best hotel stays of my U.S. travel. Will never stay there again due to added charges after checkout. They will add an additional parking fee after you check out. Even when the checkout receipt shows a parking fee wa charged. They didn't even know whether I drove or took a ride share into the hotel for the one night stay.     When I first went to an accessible room (grab rails in the shower), I was shocked to see that the window shade was in shambles. It was dirty, broken, couldn't raise it, frayed at the sides. 2 of 3 USB ports did not work. The air conditioner kicked on at a very cold setting and couldn't be adjusted. The front desk staff told me she had been trying to reach maintenance and offered a room change after I'd called or gone down to meet with her numerous times. This new room was the opposite: clean, everything worked, comfortable. So after the room change, I had a great stay.

    We arrived at 3 for check-in, and we were given our room keys. We went to the room, and it was still being cleaned. Went back to the front desk and were told to wait in the lobby until it was finished. It was not finished until close to 4:15. This was super disappointing as we were exhausted from a long day of travel. On top of this, the pool is broken and completely drained. With 3 kids in tow who had been looking forward to swimming, this was such a bummer. We asked to see if we could book at another Holiday Inn Express with a working pool, and we were told we could not as this one is independently owned. On top of that, the hotel is truly just very dated. You can tell it was something else before becoming a Holiday Inn Express. It did not seem fresh and clean, as I usually expect with a Holiday Inn Express. All super disappointing. We would not recommend this place nor stay here again!

    In general stay was ok. The air conditioning/ fan unit in my room was extremely load. Had to watch tv or work in room with the noise. Interior doesn't look like a traditional Holiday Inn Express. Looks like something of lower quality that was just taken over. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Neighborhood was a little unkept.     I don’t want to complain because I was on a tight budget for this trip and I’m thankful that I was blessed to be able to find a clean, inexpensive place to stay. With that noted, my first issue was the room that I booked through Expedia was not the room I received. Not sure whose fault Expedia or hotel. Staff wasn’t hospitable. Breakfast was limited, no turkey options. Room was not serviced first day. Iron was broke and requested a new one. Did not receive until the next day. Air conditioner extremely noisy. Just wasn’t the best. I kept receiving text messages regarding my stay and when replied with my issues, no one responded. Please don’t text me asking me about my stay and then don’t respond. That seems like a waste to me. Overall, it was a clean, safe, place to stay for the cost.

    Our truck was broken into and items stolen out of the truck. We were told there are break ins all the time in the parking lot as well as other parking lots. No security in lot and staff seemed unconcerned as it happens all the time we were told. Would not recommend staying here. It was not clean or comfortable either.

    This hotel is fine if you're just looking for somewhere to lay your head at night. Nothing special, rooms are basic. The cleanliness was not the best, but it wasn't filthy. The beds were comfortable. Overall an average stay, we were in town for a concert and the room served it's purpose of somewhere to get ready and sleep the night after the show.

    The room was clean and comfortable but the primary reason I picked this hotel was the 24hr shuttle service to the airport. However, it "wasn't in service" when we needed to get back to the airport on Sunday morning and we had to call an Uber. Since the van was parked in front, I suspect they just didn't have a driver. On the plus side, I seldom eat the breakfast but this had a very nice hot breakfast.

    We also had a terrible start with the shuttle guy being absolutely & unnecessarily RUDE!!!!! We had never been to BNA airport and weren’t sure where to find the hotel shuttle. We tried about 5 min to get through but keep getting a busy signal. I venture to think that he “accidentally” answered. I was excited that I actually reached someone but there was just chatter in the background. Like maybe he didn’t have the phone up to his ear. I was saying “hello, hello, hello???” Finally about 30 seconds after the phone was connected, he was yelling, “MA’AM, HOLD ON”!!!!!! Then as he was speaking not very clearly and VERY FAST, trying to tell me where to go to meet the shuttle, he spoke in a very rude and irritated manner. I felt as though the front desk staff was short and not super friendly when we checked in as well. Didn’t seem like any of the staff wanted to be there that night. As we were departing, we appreciated the lil sweet gal that checked us out. I think her name was Sheila. SHE is what I thought “southern hospitality” really means!!! They even allowed us a couple extra hours as our flight wasn’t until later that afternoon.

    basic hotel, its a place to stay. Nothing special. They charged us more than our balance upon check in and now were disputing it with Expedia. Expedia is showing us our initial payment and hotel staff said they didn't have that payment on record and they were pretty unwilling to work with us. So currently we've been over charged $500. $200 more than our expected balance and they charged us again for the inital payment we made upon booking.

    We left once we saw the room. Underwear next to elevator. A Dixie cup in elevator. Room was damp and musty. Hair on the bathroom floor. I sat in the bed and the sheets were wet due to humidity and moisture in the room. We booked another room and just left! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

    When we arrived we found the shuttle was going to be full when we needed it to get to the airport. We checked in anyway. Deciding we needed another hotel to make sure we got to the airport on time. So we booked another hotel for the night. When we advised the staff member we didn’t need the room he said he would tell Expedia that our room would be refundable. We were pretty happy he did this. This is a nice hotel and we always stay here when we fly out early. We don’t hold it against them the shuttle was full. It was full because it is a good hotel. I’d recommend this hotel.

    On top of that i needed the shuttle at 4 am for my morning flight but couldnt get it because they were full. The hotel needs to put up a sign that says shuttle fills up fast because when i had asked for shuttle information, the rude lady only said to ask the hotel reception. I had an extremely bad experience and would-not recommend to this hotel to anyone.

    This hotel is our FAVORITE place to "park and ride" whenever we have a flight out of Nashville. Excellent service, kind and courteous staff, very accommodating, and so reasonable! I often question whether l should share this gem with other travelers, as l don't want them taking my great find, sharing it with THEIR friends, making it hard for me to stay here. LOVE this hotel!     Beds and bathrooms were clean but noisy guests in adjoining rooms 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there. No towel racks in bathrooms, towels were damp, plumbing fixtures in bath loose, tv didn't have espn, hbo, or local channels as channel guide stated. I called down to front desk and no one ever answered. It was the cheapest place to stay in the area and I can see why. I guess I am use to Hampton inns that are cleaner, newer and have a quieter guest population. The parking lot was packed with cars so i guess if you don't mind a 2 star hotel this is ok.

    My initial interactions with the front desk was by phone. Very friendly, pleasant, and professional! Only dislike was the cleanliness of the floor in my room. Stains made it somewhat uncomfortable, especially, with an active 2yr old who wanted to play on the floor. Sanitation of the floor was questionable. Other, I would've given a score of Excellent.

    The facility was clean and the bed was comfortable. I rated it lower due to this facility needs updating. It felt very old. The employees were okay, the receptionist talked so quiet it was hard to understand her. We requested a balcony and at first the receptionist said it’s not available, but a manager helped out. The balcony doors were very dirty. I was upset at first when we entered the room but accepted it as we were tired.

    If you are getting in at midnight and are needing your little one to get at least 10hours of sleep, this isn’t it. Maybe it was my mistake for saying we had a six year old with us, but that got us stuck on the kid floor where every toddler was up at 6am screaming, and doors were slamming shut without regard for others. So I got six hours of sleep, my daughter got eight, and neither of us were “refreshed” for the wedding shower we flew in for the night before. Lesson learned. Next time I will ensure we are on a quiet floor. Not right next to the exit doors that everyone is slamming shut at 6am, not right next to the elevators everyone is getting off of to go to breakfast. And not right around the corner from breakfast. Breakfast was aweful. Another lesson learned. They were out of most everything when we went at 8:30am on a Saturday, and were not restocking. The shuttle when we landed at 11pm was impossible to get ahold of. The shuttle from another hotel almost drove us to our hotel, admitting that there wasn’t a way to call them. They finally showed up, but it was really stressful. So if this is your choice for something close to the airport to catch some sleep before a busy day, do yourself a favor and keep researching. Not to mention I called the front desk for a new iron at 9:15am as ours wasn’t working. By 10am, nothing had happened - no one came, no one called, so I had to go solve that on my own.

    I was told by staff along the way in one of the hotels that corporate is not paying for business center access. I need access to a computer and printer that was disappointing!!!     Breakfast was another plus, complete continental breakfast with self-serve pancake maker and the batter tastes so good, nothing is sloppy here, there is a coffee bar separately always available even after breakfast is over. We had bacon, scrambled egg, they also setve biscuit and gravy, all different bread loaves cinnamon raisin and bagels, they also have a oatmeal bar with condiments, cereal dispenser, a fridge for boiled eggs, hot cocoa, juice machine inside breakfast room, gigantic area for breakfast seating so you don’t have to worry not getting a table, tall ceiling, very nice bathroom toileteries products. Nice receptionists both evening and morning! All praises and no complains at all…Great job!

    The best thing about this location is the proximity to the airport and it’s walkable to some restaurants and gas stations. It’s easy to get ride shares to downtown. The hotel itself is… tired, at best. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never came. The bathroom was in need of new tile and fixtures. The tub stopped draining on the last day. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan and the air conditioner sounded like a diesel engine. Not sure we would stay there again.

    Location is great for easy on and off of I 40 interstate. Room cost online was very good with breakfast included. Unfortunately, when I checked out, there were all sorts of other charges including $50 per pet. I called the hotel in advance and Confirmed the check in that it was $50 for up to two pets. However, in the morning it was $50 per Pet when I was checking out. Online the room was supposed to be $102, a check out it was $120. for that cost and service and quality, there are many other hotels in the area that I choose from next time I’m driving through.

    They checked me into a room where they knew the TV didn't work properly. They switched my room into a room where the shade had fallen down and had no way to raise it, the chains were broken and missing. In addition there is a loose electrical connection underneath the air conditioning unit. I think it's a fire hazard. The carpet was stuck like goo . Very disappointing for the brand . There's more

    This properties staff was extremely nice. It is an extremely worn hotel. There was mold around the bathroom caulking. The toilet seat was very worn. I had to be moved room because the air conditioning unit began to leak water and I woke up to a puddle of water on the carpet Issue was reconciled very quickly and I was moved to a new room, but it’s just a very worn hotel

    2. Having a TV that worked. 3. Not having to call the front desk from my cell phone over and over and the person would just pick up the receiver and hang up. To the point I had to walk to the front desk because I called FIFTEEN times and was hung up on over and over. When I went to the desk in person to ask why this was happening I was told it was because the person was the only one at the desk. Still doesn't explain why they answered and hung up each time. 4. Had to be moved to a different room because there was no maintenance person available. When I went to the new room and went out on the balcony I could not get back in. Fortunately, I had my cell phone and the front desk person decided to answer my call. When he came up to the room he could not get the door open from the inside.

    Unfortunately, that's not the whole experience. I picked this hotel because I had used it before, and it had the "free" (which really just means "included") shuttle service to and from BNA airport. The pickup never happened. I tried to get through to the shuttle service by phone, it kept ringing out to a message that "the mailbox is full and cannot accept any more messages". I tried to talk to reception at the hotel and was just told that "the shuttle is on its way back to the airport now". After the best part of an hour of waiting, and having no information reassuring me that I would ever get picked up, we just got a cab at a cost to me of $25. I emailed a hotel assistant manager (from the address on a card available at the front desk) to report this and I did receive an apology, some explanation about a malfunctioning phone (not sure I believe that, but it really doesn't matter anyway) and an offer to credit the $25 with equivalent IHG points. However, two weeks after I supplied my IHG member number, I have not received either the points, or any further response. So I presume I am being ghosted at this point. Anyone can have issues with a service, or make mistakes, it's how you fix them that matters. This hotel promised to make this right, but then didn't follow through. As such, I can't recommend this hotel, if you need to use the shuttle service.

    Hotel was overbooked. When we found our room floor was soaked all around the window and bed closest to the window, there were no rooms available to move us to. The manager gave us a small discount, but we couldn’t use the second bed because we couldn’t get in and out of it without our feet being wet. And it smelled like mold.
