    We came in for just one night as we were on a roadtrip. The hotel was great for what we needed and it was close to go have some fun on Broadway street. When we checked in I did not get the most inviting feeling or experience, and that’s the only negative.

    The hotel is a great way to be close to the airport for early morning flights. Very clean and friendly staff. It was VERY busy and noisy while trying to sleep. We could hear the man next door carrying on a conversation with someone at 2am.

    Very conveniently located by the airport. Great swimming pool. I ordered room service and it was quick and food was delicious. Check-in process was quick and easy. Only bad thing I could say about this hotel is the parking was awful. Thank goodness it wasn’t raining because I had to park in the grass.

    The hotel was great, as well as the staff. The shuttle driver, front desk clerks and bartender went above and beyond. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the bed was not as comfortable as I like but my husband thought it was great. Also I would have loved for some water and refreshments be available especially for early departures to the airport. Other than that the place was great, eap. the staff.

    We always stay at the Radisson before catching a flight. It’s clean, comfortable and convenient. It’s so close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle service and you can pay for extended parking while you’re gone on your trip.

    Proximity to airport Shuttle service 1. Rude, unfriendly staff at the lobby who are clueless about hospitality 2. Sticky floor 3. Spongy mattress 4. Apart from a tiny bottle of drinking water that came with the room, I couldn't find any other. No option to buy water, either 5.     Rooms need some TLC. Walk across floor barefoot and you need to wipe black crap off bottom of feet. No parking. Hotel allows locals to stay, leaving cars in their lot while they get shuttle to the airport for flights out and picked up when returning to get their car. No parking spots for staying guests traveling through Nashville. Desk staff could have cared less about travelers checking in unless you were African American then you were greeted with a smile. This Raddison has gone down hill so much in the last five years since I retired from traveling for a living. A/C in the room. Did not function correctly. Put it in ac mode and it would later switch itself to heat mode. Very uncomfortable sleep. Rooms could use some updates. Stop painting over vents and hinges, etc. If they're starting to rust replace them. Have some respect for the look of you property for God's sake.

    Decline. The sheets in our room were dirty but we were quickly moved to another room. On our return from a 8 day trip it took three calls to the hotel to get a shuttle. I’d understand if I was parking free but I paid an additional $150 to park. We will probably give it one more try hoping it was just a bad day.

    Very nice! Clean and updated room. Nice bar and restaurant and pool etc. I did reserve a king on app and even though it was only 20 min till we arrived, they said they had none just 2 queens. No problem. It was crowded but they had lots of parking. I especially picked it because they had a bathtub!

    I ate breakfast there, it was a very small buffet, not much offered. The next morning I decided to eat out. The pool water was cold, but the kids didn’t mind and had fun. I loved the sound proof room! I slept very well. The mattress was good. I liked the refrigerator in the room and optional microwave and safe. They didn’t have walk in showers unless you book a handicap room. The windows in the rooms need to be cleaned on the outside. It was difficult to see outside my window because of the dust/dirt. The staff were friendly and professional from the desk clerks to maintenance to housekeeping and dining staff. I spent 2 nights.

    Front desk check-in was fine. Not exactly a warm welcome committee at that hour, but no issues, no drama, and we were in our room in minutes. I’ll take it. The room itself was a genuine surprise. Spacious — like, actually spacious — with a bathroom to match. Water pressure in the shower and sink was excellent (which, if you travel enough, you know is not a given). Beds were large and seriously comfortable, with a solid selection of pillows in different thicknesses. A small thing that makes a big difference when you’re exhausted. Didn’t bother with breakfast, but I was down in the lobby at 6 AM and grabbed some complimentary coffee that was actually good. Again — small thing, appreciated. All in all, a really solid one-night stay. Would absolutely book here again for an airport layover or early-morning flight situation. Exceeded expectations, which after a brutal travel day is basically all you can ask for.

    This hotel exceeded my expectations and was an excellent accommodation. The 1 bedroom suite was huge, and made sharing the space an excellent option without feeling cramped. The gym was solid and the indoor pool on the first level was a nice perk. The staff was super friendly. The bar and restaurant downstairs proved to be extremely convenient, and the cocktails were excellent. Another thing I loved was breakfast. My mom's watch slipped off of her wrist at the cafe and was on the floor, and the waitress saw it, picked it up and placed it on our table. I was extremely grateful, because we never would have found it or guessed where it was. We had breakfast twice out of a 3 day stay and it was affordable and delicious. The ATM on site near the elevators was also an added convenience for a quick cash withdrawal. Definitely an added bonus. The location is close to the airport, and has easy access to the major highways so you can get to anywhere. The free parking....a rare thing at a lot of hotels in Nashville, sealed the deal. I will definitely stay again.

    I was just passing through town and needed a place to stay. The hotel got good ratings, but for the price I thought it was only mediocre. The floors were dirty, so my feet were more dirty after a shower than they were before. The shower curtain was kind of tattered, and there was no breakfast, which for the price one would think would be included. The front staff was really good and very nice. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay there again because, for the money, one could find something better.

    Very noisy as the room faced the airport. Room was noisy. No clean or fresh towels was given when asked. Elevator could be heard from the room. An injury occurred on property with no follow up. Complimentary breakfast was offered and accepted however the breakfast items ordered were cold and were not able to be eaten. Will be speaking to the managers and GM come Monday in hopes to discuss issues!

    We booked 2 rooms for a last minute trip with our family of 8. The rooms were very clean. The pool area was nice. The staff was very friendly. The only small issue was our sink was clogged so it was draining very slowly. Would definitely stay again!

    At first glance, the room appeared clean; however, upon further inspection, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The toilet had urine and visible residue inside, as well as urine on the toilet seat. In addition, the shower and the bathroom floor also appeared to have been overlooked during cleaning. Unfortunately, by the time we discovered these issues, it was late, and we did not feel it was worth creating a disturbance for a one-night stay. We typically bring our own cleaning supplies and wipe down hotel rooms regardless, so we ended up cleaning the bathroom ourselves. However, I was disappointed to have paid $130.00 for a room that was not properly cleaned. We also bring our own items to sanitize the bed and even travel with our own sheets and comforter. When preparing the bed, we noticed small brown flakes on the sheets, which was very concerning and unsettling. As a result, I discarded everything out of precaution. Since this was only an overnight stay, we chose not to raise the issue at the time. However, I did want to share this feedback, as the overall cleanliness of the room was disappointing.

    The common areas appeared neglected, with leaves on the floor near the back entrance and visible cobwebs in the ceiling corners by the elevator. The pool was listed as heated but felt quite cold during our visit. The standout positives were the two female servers in the restaurants and the housekeeping staff, who were genuinely kind and pleasant. The room itself was functional but nothing memorable. I would not choose this property again for more than a one-night stay and would look for other accommodations.

    The only issues we had was with the support staff: Check in was way to long, requested a super quiet room but our room backed up to the elevators so it was far from quiet. Maybe this person was new because she didn't know the ice makers were not at the end of each hall.

    Checking was easy, property was clean. Upon checking into our room, the floors were not swept. Both bed linens were visibly dirty and one bed had blood on the sheets. Sherri at the desk was very apologetic and moved us immediately. The new room was clean, toilet smelled of raw sewage and one of the bed skirts had crusted stain on it that we covered with a napkin not to touch.

    The room service was upon request only, but we were not made aware of that until our 3rd day there, so our room didn’t get cleaned as I had expected. The elevator didn’t work about half the time we were there and we were staying on the 7th floor. The room ac also would never drop below 72, even though I set it at 68 at night time. Other than that, the staff was mostly friendly and the fitness center was much better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

    I have normally always been very happy here BUT this time I was not the shuttle was not working for the morning ride over to airport they called a Lyft service did not like that at all 7 people waiting outside for a car to roll up 10-15 mins later !! Then it took almost 30mins for it to pick us up at the airport (shuttle) but he said it was due to airport traffic which I kinda understood that!

    The staff was so friendly and the pool and shuttle worked out perfectly. Up until we got back in our car, this was the perfect stay. Unfortunately, several cars parked there were broken into and ours was one of them. Not much was stolen but coming back to that really ruined the convenience of the stay. You pay for parking but they take no liability for your vehicle during that time even though cameras were visible from my vehicle. (The slip that goes in your dash shows exactly what date you would be gone until.) Staff was friendly about it but not extremely helpful. A police report was made but I never received any other correspondence about the incident except that we were given the information to submit a report. I am disappointed because I would have used this hotel again otherwise.

    I chose this hotel based on previous reviews, which suggested positive experiences; however, my stay was far from satisfactory. The first night was particularly challenging due to the lack of available parking, as non-guests were occupying spaces by using the hotel’s shuttle service to the airport. This situation was exacerbated by the hotel being fully booked and hosting events, making it nearly impossible to find a spot. Additionally, I was informed by staff that there had been incidents of vandalism and theft in the parking lot, with broken glass left unattended. The room itself was outdated, featuring a bathroom with mold in the tub, a hard bed, and flat pillows. The air conditioning unit was incessantly running without the ability to turn off, and the floor was not clean, with hair present. Noise from neighboring rooms, including shouting, further disrupted my stay. While the staff was polite, they appeared indifferent to the issues occurring within the hotel.

    Glad I was there for only one night. The sheets are itchy. And even though I only had the temperature in the room set at 70 it was 73 when I got in and it only cooled down to 72 by the time I left the next morning. This was actually the second room I got because the first one the AC was making an Unholy racket that could possibly raise the Dead. All in all not a comfortable stay. The hotel looked very pretty, the room was very clean, the staff was lovely, but the comfort was not great.

    Horrible our vehicle window got busted everything was stolen we had inside there was about 50 cars that got hit ! Parking you wont find at this place they are doing airport parking have cars lined all around the place cant even fit my truck through the parking lot and the desk people are very rude told me there is signs out there they are not responsible for vehicles we caught the people breaking in cars and was shot at police wasn't very helpful they said it happens every weekend all the hotels around there was 150 cars that was broke into never again will i stay at this hotel again!!

    I did not catch his name, but the Manager was very professional and helpful, in fact all staff members that I dealt with were. The property, building, rooms, etc. appeared very dated, dim, dark, dank, stale, just older and somewhat unkept in general. Like staying at a hotel that was built in the 60's - 80's I guess. This had nothing to do with the staff there. This is a corporate "neglect" issue. Again, staff was very friendly and helpful, but we would not stay here again based on the facility. I should mention, we received the upgraded room from the Manager because the room that we were given was not cleaned when we entered it. There was an odor and the linens in the bathroom were clearly used and not replaced. Wet wash cloths still hanging on the shower rod., etc.

    The poor rating is based upon front desk service concerning an incident that happened on property. We have stayed in the hostel many time. We have found the staff to be friendly and our rooms were always fine. But we found the window busted out of our vehicle when leaving for the airport at 5:15 am. Our vehicle was literally parked under a street light by a sign that indicates surveillance cameras were in operation. Front shrugs their shoulder and said “sorry”. That’s it he could not have care less. Others in the area states that it’s been happening a lot lately ……. The. Why is there no video and why isn’t someone on parking lot duty. If you know this is happening - the do something about it.

    Room was decent, however when the air kicked off it got way too hot and it wouldnt kick on soon enough. Sink wouldnt drain. There were people talking in the hallway around midnight, then people being loud in their rooms until around 2 or 3 am. Didnt sleep well at all. Shuttle aervice was amazing - on time, good driving and quick.

    Property was great. Rooms were beautiful and clean only stayed for 1 night really just a couple hours to sleep and get back on the road BUT the problem is when you check in. Regardless of what you spend on the room you have to pay the $50 hold at check in which is fine due to them telling us it would be refunded after our stay and we checked out. It said 10-12 days max. Now we are coming up on a month and still have NOT gotten my refund back and now I can’t get ahold of them either!

    My husband had bought some bag of pretzels in lobby, then went to the bar to have a drink, the bar tender told him he could not eat the pretzels there, no outside food. He said he wanted to order a drink; she again told him he could not eat the pretzels in the bar. He asked if they had any pretzels and she stated "No" he said I would like to order a drink and eat his bag a pretzel that he bought in the lobby. She stated no you cannot eat them here, no outside food. He said he bought them in the lobby, and he did not want any food from the kitchen. She snapped at him and said no outside food. He said fine and left. He was so upset; about it he refused to eat in the dining area due to the bar tender was so rude about the pretzel. He felt it was strange they the refused to let him eat the preztel which was part of the hotel and have a drink.

    We chose to stay there because of a late flight we had coming in early in the morning and they had a 24-hour shuttle service. Even though we call the multiple times over the course of an hour the shuttle never came for us. We had to get an Uber after waiting that long. Also in the room there is a fire alarm with a blinking light that looks like a camera flash going off every 30 seconds. Absolutely terrible establishment.

    My experience at the Radisson hotel was terrible! The room was dirty, and the comforter was as thin as a sheet. The microwave was outdated and hard to open. The TV remote was broken, so I ended up watching movies on my laptop. I didn't bother complaining since I was only staying for one night—thank goodness, as I couldn't have endured another. However, the staff was very friendly, so if you prioritize excellent service and don't mind an unclean room, this place might be the spot for you. Just don't leave the light on for me.
