    I would like to give a huge shout-out to Austin, the bartender in the main lobby bar. Having worked in the bar industry for over 12 years, I can honestly say he is one of the best, friendliest, and most attentive bartenders I have ever encountered. He truly made our last day memorable. After a series of delayed and canceled flights, we ended up staying much longer than anticipated, and Austin went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much more enjoyable. His exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. And thank you for the biscuits—I genuinely think they may have saved me! Austin is a real asset to your team, and I wanted to make sure his outstanding service was recognized. We will definitely be back and will be recommending the Omni to friends and family. ⭐ 5/5 experience. Thank you, Austin, for making a great stay even better!

    The hotel was nice, but when you spend over $900 for a two night stay you expect to be able to use the pool. The pool was either shut down or at capacity and they would not allow you in.

    We booked the Omni hotel for 3 nights with plans to use the pool and bar area each day. We were told the pool and bar areas were over capacity and would not allow us to enter the area. Very disappointed. To make things worse we were told we would be given a $100 food and beverage credit that was never applied to the bill. Hotel will not even answer phone to address the issues. Think twice about staying at this hotel in Nashville.

    One of my favorite hotel stays. Very clean. Easy access through lobby to bar/restaurant, Country Music Hall of Fame, coffee shop and other amenities. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I will be staying there again and recommend the hotel if you want a luxury feel for a reasonable price.

    While the staff at the hotel, Bar Lines, and the Bongo Cafe were excellent and friendly, I slept terribly because the bed was so incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Let's face it, when you can't get a good night's sleep, it is a very early and miserable start to the morning. Thank goodness for excellent coffee at Bongo! Unless they replace the beds at Omni, I would not stay here again.

    As soon as we drove up to the hotel, the valets helped us immediately. As soon as we walked into the hotel to check in, we were met with a friendly smile and were helped quickly & efficiently. I liked that we received a text to check out and asked if we had any questions. My question was answered immediately. It was about luggage storage after check out until our plane left. The instructions I received were easily followed. And I appreciate the free service for this. I also loved the location. It was so close to everything so we were able to walk to all of the places we chose to visit during this stay. I don't have anything negative to say.

    The is the best place to stay in Nashville. Walking distance to everything, away from Broadway crowds, has everything you need right in the hotel. Extremely comfy beds and pillows. Large bathroom. Amazing restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night food or drinks. Great bar. Beautiful fireplace sitting area in the lobby. Pool, hot tub, gym, and spa. Shops and connected to the country music museum. What more can you ask for?! Highly recommend!!

    This hotel is located just a short walk from Broadway. It was truly a great experience from the moment we pulled up. Great greeting and welcome within seconds. Check in was fast and smooth (Even though we arrived, earlier than expected). Everything looked clean and well kept. The room was very nice. Good quality furniture that didn't give off an old dirty hotel vibe. Great view from our 13th floor window. Everything was in good order, the AC/Heat worked great and fast. Great options for coffee, a saloon/tavern, and a fancy Steak Restaurant (Not open Sundays). We love the pool on top of the fourth floor. Compared to some of the other rooftop pools, this one definitely got more sun. It was good size, lots of seats, and the bar near the hot tub was nice to have nearby. Without a doubt I'd stay here again.

    Nice large room which was clean and had all the amenities needed. Lots of facilities at the hotel - restaurants, spa, shops, gym etc. Friendly valets and bell hops. An hour long late check out was offered for free which was helpful. Shower curtain in the bathroom - bit outdated for a four star hotel - as well as polystyrene cups for coffee in the room. Pillows in the bedroom were SO uncomfortable! Stocked mini bar would’ve been a good touch as opposed to an empty fridge. Valet parking extortionately priced! We told the hotel we were on honeymoon yet they didn’t do anything extra to make our stay more special which was a little disappointing.

    I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my stay at Omni Nashville Hotel from May 8-May 10th. What stood out most was not only the outstanding service itself but the genuine kindness, care, and compassion shown by every employee I encountered.I want to give accolades to Maryam, the amazing housekeeper, who went truly above and beyond in ways that were both thoughtful and memorable. I was incredibly impressed to find that clothes left on the bed had been neatly folded, toiletries in the bathroom were carefully lined up in an organized manner, and a warm handwritten note had been left in the room. These meaningful touches made me feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.I received a very welcoming email from Samantha Dundee asking about any special needs I may have had, including requests such as extra towels, early check-in accommodations, and information regarding hotel services and local activities. That level of attentiveness immediately set the tone for what became an outstanding stay. What impressed me most throughout my visit was the consistent positivity and kindness shown by every staff member, no matter where I was in the hotel.     The Omni is in a great location, it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in was easy. Nice lobby with places to sit & relax. Rooms were spacious & very comfortable & clean. We enjoyed the pool & whirlpool on the roof. Parking is expensive, only valet parking available at $65 per night. Taxes weren’t included in the booking.com fee.

    I had an amazing experience at OMNI Nashville!! My first time ever in the great city of Nashville and Jonathan and the entire hotel staff were great!! Great lobby bar and beautiful fitness center and I was able to walk to Broadway and to Bridgestone Arena for my show. I cannot wait to come back to OMNI Nashville!!!

    Upon arrival, the staff was attentive and the lobby was beautiful. We were able to check in early with no problems. Our room was good -- it had a funky smell but we acclimated. Our room was a bit run down. The toilet flusher was broked, the handle to get into the shower was broken, and there was a lot of grout missing on the shower floor. These were small issues that didn't interupt our stay but just felt like lack of care. The ammenities - 2 restaurants, 1 coffee shop, and the lobby bar were great. Good options and appropriately priced. The hotel is very close to the downtown scene, easy walking to everything of course rather loud at night but the tv offered a "white noise" channel so that was helpful with blocking out the bar close street noise. Overall, I would stay at the Omni again.

    The property is clean but you can see there is a lot of work that needs to be done in the areas of maintenance and updating. The check in staff were professional and very accommodating. The door to our room would not close, we had to slam it to get it to latch. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, for the most part, but the rooms are not remotely soundproof from the outside noise. We were on the top floor and the loud pipes on motorcycles and vehicles, screams, FD and PD sirens, and someone playing the drums on buckets were like they were in the room with us. We had to try to sleep with headphones on because it was so loud. Also, the window popped the entire time like it was about to fall out. Needless to say we were completely exhausted when we left and we weren’t even there to party. I will stay at other Omni locations around the country but probably won’t be back to the Nashville location unless some things change.

    The cleanliness and how nice it was! We paid through booking.com. The hotel said they was putting a “hold” on our card for 200$ and ended up charging my card 668$. Took me 5 people to finally have someone help me and still have not got the money returned to my card. Upon checkout they again charged another 70$ fee. We was waived this fee due to still not being able to use our debit card because they charged it so much and put us in the negative! The 70$ fees couldn’t be explained on what they was for. Just taxes and “departure fees” never in my life have I ever been charged upon departure. The parking was also 75$ per day!!! No hotel should charge for parking. The hotel was nice and mainly for “high class” folk but we will never stay here again!

    The location was great and it was a very nice hotel. The beds didn’t have any support. The bed was fine for about 30 minutes then it felt like we were sleeping in a hole. The pillows are worthless. Regardless how nice the hotel looks if the beds and pillows are bad. You don’t sleep well.

    Property was clean. Room was clean--bed was not comfortable. Bar area was full. Took a while to be served as we sat at a table the first time. Later, we were addressed and served right away.     No spa or pool - maintenance time . No hot water for showers. One bed too soft room 830. No microwave so I couldn’t eat my left over delicious biscuits and gravy. But, excellent food for breakfast and in the bar. Didn’t ruin our stay but I will pick a different hotel next time.

    The location of the Omni was terrific just a couple of blocks off Broadway in the center of lots of restaurants, entertainment, museums, very walkable and safe. We ate at the hotel’s Kitchen Notes & Bobs Steak & Chops — both excellent! If you want to try other restaurants in the area make reservations to be sure you’re able to get a table.

    Breakfast at Kitchen Notes was excellent—husband and I got the buffet, the front desk staff was really nice—made up for missing anniversary gift that was supposed to be in our room when we arrived but was not there with a $60 breakfast comp on our room, and the spa and its treatments were wonderful—gentlemen’s facial and Mokara facial! Love you Ms. Renee—my facial professional. We will absolutely stay again! There was a weird stain on the sofa—looked like a burn. That was the only issue.

    One thing that was frustrating was the extra taxes added at check-in, which we weren’t expecting. I also wish we had been given a map or a simple list of the bars and restaurants in the building when we arrived. We ended up only finding the taco place on our last day, even though we had walked past that area a few times. It would have been helpful to know what was available ahead of time. Nothing about the stay really stood out in a way that would bring me back, and next time I’m in Nashville, I would likely try a different hotel.

    I had a printed confirmation for a stay from 3/21 to 3/26. When they told me they only had me to the 25th, I reached out to Expedia. Expedia tried to work it out with staff who were no help. The Expedia rep then asked for the manager, who would not budge and would insist that I pay for my last night, although it had already been paid for. Believe it or not, the manager hung up on the Expedia rep!! but Expedia stayed with me, she found me a comparable hotel room elsewhere – no charge to me. I’m very unimpressed with the Omni hotel. However, very happy that I booked through Expedia. Without that rep and that one and a half hour phone call I would’ve paid for the same room twice. By the way… The rooms at the Omni are not all that great.

    The location was ideal for the event we were attending. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The cost was somewhat reasonable given the events happening that weekend. The check-in experience was NOT good. The Receptionist who checked me in was friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, she provided me with a key to a room that was already occupied. My key did not work on the elevator or on the door. We knocked on the door and, the occupants in the room confirmed they were assigned that room. When I returned to the desk and attempted to get the situation corrected, I realized my ID had been misplaced. It had been a long day. The 2nd Receptionist would not assist me, but did offer me a bottle of water to take with me while I searched for my ID. Luckily the 1st Receptionist recognized me. She apologized for the error and corrected the room issue. She was AMAZING!! Thankfully I found my ID and I was able to make it on time to my Uber taking me to my event event. The shower was nice with great pressure. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was IDEAL for the event I was attending. We had a good night stay. The next day while preparing to check out, I received a text stating I could do a contactless check out by using the link in an e-mail. That would have been ideal because we were checking out early. Unfortunately, I did not receive the e-mail and had to go to the front desk to check out. I encountered Receptionist #2, but opted to use another attendant. I requested a copy of my receipt to confirm the fees were accurate. Overall, I would stay at the OMNI again. It is a beautiful hotel. I just hope my check-in and check out experience is less eventful. I hope my feedback is helpful.

There was a gentlemen at the front desk that I handed my credit card to and he placed it on the counter when returning it. The location was close to Broadway but not worth the price.

    The overall property was great however I use the same credit card I used to pay via Expedia in the hotel ended up charging me almost $1000 in six separate miscellaneous transactions and when I approached them about it, they stipulated they were unaware of what transactions I was talking about it took approximately 12 hours to figure it out and get it corrected. Then after checking out, I was charged for another room in which I never requested.

    The Staff screwed up on a daily basis charging my debit card repeatedly for a trip that was paid for in advance through Expedia . Everytime I put money in My account to go out on , they had frozen my funds with bogus charges . Unreal took 1,200 first day so I had no money , reversed the mistake but bank wouldn’t refund for 3-5 business days . So I was in Nashville with all the money I had for my trip inaccessible. Ruins my trip . My mom had bought for me for my 30th birthday. Even upon checkout they were still denting my account had to call a friend and get more money just to get home and to the airport

    Enjoyed the warm pool for my swim workout. Raj, Danielle, Laurie, Clair, and Lily were professional and friendly when we had door lock issues and valet charges that weren’t ours as well as understanding our flight plight because of the blizzard in New York.     Stayed in Room 2154. The full pane window kept popping which sounded like a bird hitting the glass. The room is facing the street. We were constantly woken up by sirens of emergency vehicles. The hotel had to shut off water during our stay and the toilet backed up. Very disappointed with our stay. We didn't get much sleep to say the least.

    We loved everything but the lack of vegan options . I specially asked if there were some and was told yes. That wasn’t the case . Room service the only vegan option was a fruit bowl :/. The restaurants barcode in the room noted there was an impossible burger at barlines and after we sat down the waitress said oh no that menu isn’t good… we got up and left and found options elsewhere .     I was very disappointed with the noise in the room. Our room was on the 15th floor. I noticed a mechanical sound that constantly went on and off. It really bothered my sleep.I called about it and the engineers came up and said that this was from the elevator bank below. there was an equipment room directly below our room. they offered to mover us if we wanted. I would have if we weren't already halfway through our trip.

    Great location for walking to Bridgestone or Ryman! The valet parking was so easy and the valets were helpful. I wish they could invest in a soft-close door option. Everytime someone on our hallway would close the door to their room, it would wake everyone up with the “bang”.

    The shower never got “hot”, kept going from cool to warm when on hottest setting. Turn off and on 3 times to attempt to fix. Valet was over an hour wait with the est being 33 min.

    Very nice hotel- our room was clean and had everything we needed. The only downside is the sirens going all night, but that might have been because it was a Friday night and the proximity to Broadway (can't be helped by the hotel). Otherwise great stay!

    I was there for 4 nights and 2 of those nights my room was not refreshed and i had to call and have someone come in the evening. It was mildly inconvenient because i needed to leave the room while they refreshed it. But otherwise it was a great stay.

    The wood flooring around the chairs at the pool area becomes extremely hot and very slippery when wet. I had a terrible fall at this pool (I mean SEVERE injuries) and the hotel didn’t do anything about it. The pool staff was phenomenal and comforting. But the management never even offered to comp our stay or offer us to come back on them. I fell August 29th and it’s sept 27th today and I’m still in extreme pain. I’m not the only person who has fallen at this pool. Everyone there that day was also commenting how slippery it was. Very poor customer service when it comes to compensating a guest who spent over $3000 on a 4 night stay. Very disappointing 👎

    Ridiculously expensive, after fees, taxes, $600 to for one night to sleep across the street from Bridgestone Arena. Arrived for check in at 4pm, valet parked(only option available)….checked out 10am next morning. Price of valet parking for less than 18hrs: $110…. Total cost now $710 for the convenience of location and availability of parking….feeling a bit taken advantage of….but yes, it was clean, safe, and convenient.

    Valet parking is required for $68 a night which you dont find out about until after you have checked in. The pool was so cold we would not get in and the pool bar closed at what we thought was early. I believe it was at 5 on a Saturday.

    Our housekeeper was the BEST!!!! Took great care of us the two days/nights we were in downtown Nashville and brought us girls lots of towels. Beds comfy and supportive...great pillows, great a/c in Nashville thank the Lord! Close to everything but away from the maddening crowd. Great coffee shop, great bar for late night outdoor drinks. Beverage manager at pool greeted me and I told him my sob story and made me a g&t on him! Pool was lovely, great fluffy towels. Great common area, roomy and comfy for waiting for the rest of the family. I would definitely stay at the Omni again when we return to town.

    Fantastic stay for a group of five couples at the Omni. Great location within easy walking distance of all of downtown, and fabulous restaurants like Yolan, Bob's Steakhouse, and Martin's all close by. Pool area was great, with eager towel attendants in the morning and bar service. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and quiet. Lobby was a perfect gathering spot, and the hotel bar served an incredible Black Cherry Rum and Coke (thanks Brandee) Overall, all ten of us loved our stay at the Omni, and would highly recommend if staying in the downtown area for any reason.

    The bartenders, parking attendants and most of the staff we encounter were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was impeccable. Amenities exactly how we like them. There was only the check in guy that was not in the same spirit as the rest. It was a family trip from Texas so we were wearing comfortable clothing for the trip. The way he looked and treated me was a bit depreciating. Not a good feeling.

    We will definitely be back! They were so kind, hospitable and I felt right at home. I booked a weekend stay for my partner and I for a birthday weekend — as soon as we arrived, they grabbed our bags, gave us water & the check in process was so quick, easy & smooth. They even upgraded us to a suite & brought champagne & treats to the room. Cant wait to go back - excellent service & hospitality!!
