The gym needs a full upgrade. The staff was very helpful EXCEPT when asking for a one hour late check out. In this regard, I asked on date of arrival, day prior to check out and on the morning of check out. Further when I advised that I was a rewards member; this too was of no help.

I paid for vault and parking and ended up having to go get my own car after waiting for 40 minutes thinking vault was bringing it. I saw staff look at a car parked out front for over a 1 hour and did not vault it.

Loved that it is close to broadway street.

I looked at the pool. It was nice but didn’t get to use it. The overall pool area is small for how big of a hotel it is. The restaurant bar attached is really nice and they include one free drink between 4 and 5 PM unfortunately for us we had to pay to do an early check-in even though it says as a VIP member it’s available I didn’t know it would be a $75 fee. There is also a breakfast but if you don’t get down there 30 minutes before they close, they won’t allow you to order. It is a sit down breakfast where you order versus getting your own food quickly.

Great location. Walking distance to Broadway and Country Music Hall of Fame. Hotel was quiet and clean. Loni (front desk) was awesome! They do charge for parking and breakfast which stinks. Overall, great place to stay in downtown Nashville.

Loved that it was close to Broadway! Spacious room! The lady who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was not very friendly at all. They looked bothered whenever you approached them.

Breakfast was all eggs and dairy items. no choice of pancakes or bagels if you had a voucher for breakfast .Wish it would have been a breakfast buffet. Pool looked bigger in the photos very small . Location was to far from broadway up a hill. almost Friday sports bar was ok not great to eat at way over cooked the tater tots . Service slow for busy CMA fest . No public bathroom in the lobby . Room doors very heavy and hard to open. Lots of noise in the area . Plus lots of homeless around . I would not recommend staying there.

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay. It was close to broadway. We paid extra for the 15 floor to have the coffee and snack included and it was not worth it. My wife found the coffee not good and the danish pastry were terrible. That was disappointing.

Nichole at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The parking garage attached to the hotel felt safe and always had available parking. The price for parking increased every night. I purchased the room and parking as a bundle through Expedia so it was discounted. The hotel is about 6 blocks from downtown bars. Great location! Clean room! Parking available. All was great except the service in the Bodega could have been better. Ordering was fine but delivery to our table was quite inefficient. Server seemed ‘out of it’ but we did get what we ordered & food was good.

My only suggestion is How about offering free small complementary waters. The time we stood in Vegas they offered two free bottles a day per person. See you in three years!!

Wonderful hotel, the staff were exceptional and the hotel was clean and modern. Rooms were lovely, the beds were insanely comfortable! The bathrooms had everything you needed and shower pressure was great too. Breakfast was super tasty and the coffee was surprisingly good. The location is ideal for exploring Downtown and beyond. Overall the atmosphere at the hot was really welcoming and we had memorable stay.

The hotel was located in the heart of Nashville near everything we wanted to visit. The staff seemed friendly and our room was a good size and clean. Breakfast in the adjacent Bodega had several options and the food was delicious. The reasons I would not rate this hotel as excellent: 1) We checked in less than an hour before the official check-in time; they charged us an extra $50 for that and tried the repeat that charge on the second day of our stay (when I complained, I was issued a refund for “late arrival” on the second day). 2) I know the preference for beds varies person to person, but I found this one lumpy and not very comfortable. 3) No towel bars or chairs in the bathroom, so no place to put towels or clothes while you are in the shower. We found this odd.

Parking is $51 a night which I feel is too high. That is my only negative with them, also I think Expedia shows it being cheaper than that too, so they might want to update that with them.

We loved the location. Everything is within walking distance and Martin’s BBQ joint is right across the street… Don’t miss out on their brisket! The lobby and “Almost Friday” bar is a great addition and has everything you need if you just want to stay at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect — very close to Broadway, easy parking, and we felt very safe the entire stay. The pool area and amenities were also clean and well maintained. On top of all that, it was a great price for how nice everything was. Perfect hotel for a Nashville trip!

Everything was overall great except for the false advertising on the Expedia site with the statement “breakfast included”. Every other hotel had it included - this one said it did and when we got there we were told it was not unless you had a “voucher”. False advertising. We had to pay an outrageous price Canadian money to eat every morning and could have booked somewhere else at the same price with breakfast included. Was an unexpected cost to us and really turned us off. Go somewhere around there for the same price and get it included!!! Big money grab - shame on them for saying it’s included when it’s not.

The staff was very pleasant, updated comfortable room and it is close walking distance to restaurants and 10 min walk to Broadway. Parking is tricky inside the parkade, small spots, tight turns and steep entry/exit. I would very much recomend staying at this hotel if family or friends were coming to Nashville.

Property was fine, it was 10 minute walk to broadway. I was extremely overcharged though. Parking in the garage was full so parked in the lot across the street. I wasn’t aware of the price in the parking garage, staff didn’t know either. It ended up being $57 and across the street in the parking lot cost me $101.02 then I was charged again for $61.96 then again for $121.13 for parking at the same location. I did not authorize those extra charges, the hotel also charged me 3 times, canceled 1 charge but then took out 2 deposits of $100 each when I left the room in perfect condition. I stayed 1 night in total.

I wanna say the beds were very comfortable, the room was very accommodating for the amount of people in the room, however, I think the thermostat was broken because it was either hot or cold. There was no in between. The property is lovely and we love the little lounge to just relax in and not a far walk to Broadway and all the attractions.

I sent my fiance, her mom, and daughter there for a girls trip. Of course I was worried. But the place was so nice and helpful that it very much eased my worries and made me feel better about it.

The hotel had an efficient check in with valet parking. They offered great service in every area of the hotel. The bar and store were well stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location felt safe with an easy walk to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

There were black fingerprints in the door jam in the bathroom I assume dust because it came right odd with a washcloth. The toilet paper holder kept coming apart. Breakfast was advertised on Booking.com but was not included. Parking also not included. $54 a night on the weekend. The Bodega charged $15 for an "All American" breakfast and then served 2oz of gravy in 2 separate plastic serving dishes. I get being in downtown and charging more and still wasn't worth the cost for what we received. After paying what we did for two nights breakfast should be included, the towels shouldn't have had stains on them they were tiny and still, the pool is a lap pool.

This is our second time at this hotel in Nashville. Without a doubt would recommend highly to anyone going. Walking distance to broadway and many tourist attractions. Right close to one of the best bbq places downtown. (Martin’s BBQ) Staff is always friendly accommodating and helpful. Love this place. If we go back to Nashville will for sure stay here again.

We would never choose this hotel again! The location was great but the stay itself was poor. We were put in a handicapped room, which was not requested. The shower configuration was such that the water sprayed all over the bathroom floor. The shower curtain did not reach the very short curb, and there was no way to keep the floor dry. We had to dry the floor after every shower, rendering our towels unusable, however they don’t clean your room…EVER! So every day we would have to go by the desk for fresh towels and coffee pods. In addition, the bathroom faucet was small and set very close to the edge of the sink so it was difficult for my husband to get his hands under the running water. Poor design. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim as well. The trash was never emptied and the dirty towels just piled up. We told the desk that some coffee had been spilled in the sheets, but no one came to change them. A few good things…the bed was comfy and the breakfasts were good and plentiful. But overall, the lack of housekeeping makes me understand why Airbnbs are so popular.

The holiday Inn made our first trip to Nashville so great! It was a 5-15 min walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The free breakfast was included in our package with premium coffees and a sit down bistro breakfast, very delicious. There was a complimentary drink at the happy hour at the restaurant each day for each person staying in the room. Rooftop pool was a bit small and only had sun for a short period of the day but it still worked out great for us! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming to the city! Highly recommend for a close stay to the heart of the Nashville and a budget friendly option!

I called and asked for an early check in and was told I would have one for 1:30-2:00. I got there and they told me I was early and it wasn’t ready. I then paid a fee. Came back later and was asked to pay it again. I showed I paid it and it was waived. When I went to leave, they called and were very adamant I had to pay it again. I checked and looked like something happened to it. I told them I would pay when I check out. (30minutes) we had a worker stalking our room waiting outside of it. It was very weird

Room is large, clean, with valet parking - tip valet through an app, walking distance to Country Music Hall Museum. Bathroom clean and lots of towels. Good view on the higher floor. Friendly and helpful concierge. Our request for a double queen instead of one king was granted! The safety box in the room was "low-batt" so it wasn't working. They should have checked before we occupied the room. Had to wait to next day when the tech is at work. Other than that it was perfect.

When checking in they for got to tell how to use my parking package, so I got charged $ 57.00 dollars to park one night, I talk to the manager and he made it right, so it's all good. We love the vinyl records in the lobby, get a record player and a couple of record, take them to your room and enjoy.

The staff were always very polite, friendly, and helpful. The facility and our rooms were clean and comfortable. We even used the washer/dryer. We loved being able to walk down the street to Broadway. We had a blast finishing the night at the game room playing shuffle board.

Paying what we were paying I expected to have the room cleaned every day. In fact I discover that you would have to ask for the cleaning. Furthermore the floor is still partly covered with carpet......old carpet and partly dirty.... In 2026 I expect such a type of hotel to have room with a clean floor, without any carpet ! The breakfast proposal was kind of poor especially the service.....I do not want to imagine if only 20 rooms go down to have breakfast at the same time.......chaos ! The pool........it's a joke considering the size of the hotel.

Theyreimbursed my card. We were in the 13th floor, but still a little noisy from traffic which was surprising. The bar free drink was nice, but a homeless man begging for drinks and got one, no workers talked to him (little upsetting trying to enjoy a drink) easy to walk everywhere

Everything went well during our stay, with exception to having to be moved to another room because the AC wasn’t working. Also, the pool area was not open even after being told by staff that it would be open.

The Bodega was nice. The staff there was top notch. The valet’s are great. Especially Rob C. He helped us tremendously. The hotel is in walking distance of Lower Broadway, Country Music Hall of Fame and Bridgestone Arena. We couldn’t be happier with our stay.

We were not allowed to check in early even though we were informed over the phone we could. Our refigerator broke and we were not reimbursed for the food that was ruined. Staff was very rude and not accommodating. Cleaning staff was very kind.

Great stay at Holiday Inn & Suites. Went fur a bachelorette trip and was extremely impressed with this hotel. We stayed on the 15th floor in a very clean, large room. Bathroom was a good size and the shower had ample storage. Bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Only a few walking blocks to Broadway. Would certainly recommend. Great value. Stay on the 15th floor, if possible— extra amenities are a nice touch.

This hotel is conveniently located about 3 blocks from downtown broadway. We stayed here because of its close proximity to Bridgestone Arena for the SEC basketball tournament. The hotel was dressed up with memorabilia from all the SEC schools, which added to the festive atmosphere. The room was plenty big, very clean, and modern. The hotel also has a nice fitness room, and provides guests with a free drink each day at their hotel restaurant/bar, which is a really nice touch. My only complaint would be the outrageous cost of parking ($50/day), but I guess that’s about average for downtown Nashville. No less, I still give this hotel 5 stars and would recommend staying here. The price is also better than most other major hotels downtown.

I was very disappointed when I showed up. I had made two requests. One was to check to see if they had a peloton which they did and the other one was to check to see if they had a pool. I was told yes they do. I called the front desk, told him what day I was going to be there and asked if those would be available. I was told yes. When we got there, we were excited cuz it was a 90° day and we wanted to go lay by the pool. WWell I was informed upon check-in that the pool was still closed for 2 weeks. It didn't open for another 10 days or so till the beginning of the following month.

Room was nice enough. Less than a half mile walk to Bridgstone Arena. Room appeared to be clean. Bathroom sink is a terrible waste of counter space, and the parking rates are absurdly overpriced considering you are paying for a room there. Check in desk attendants were courteous and helpful though, and check out was a breeze.

Clean, spacious room with updated bathroom fixtures and nice coffee machine, very friendly and helpful staff, nice amenities but I wasn’t there long enough to use the gym or restaurants. They looked very nice though! Also liked the convenience of having the choice to use valet or self parking in the covered on site parking garage and the ease of getting from it to the hotel. Overall it’s a really nice hotel. I did really enjoy my room and stay!

We are Nashville residents, and stayed (me, spouse, two cats) in this hotel for three days during the winter storm when we lost power at home. Pet friendly hotel, most of the guests were other displaced Nashvillians. Dogs everywhere. The hotel staff were AMAZING. And the hotel waived cancellation fees in view of the emergency, which was a huge stress reducer, allowing people to make reservations for enough days without worrying that they would have to cancel and pay the fee when power came back at home. I strongly recommend this hotel to any Nashville visitor. It's some 3 or 4 blocks from Broadway. Plenty of options for anything you want to do.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites. Every person i encountered was so friendly. We had a corner room on the 13th floor overlooking all of Nashville. The location was perfect. Just a few blocks to Broadway.

Room was clean. I don’t think the heat was working but I didn’t call to tell them, I just put a sweatshirt on. The breakfast was good, I do wish they had more muffins available to the people that aren’t early risers. Staff was friendly. Parking on site was nice. They had big parking spaces for more protection of my car. I know someone who stayed at a different hotel and their car and several others in the parking lot were vandalized.

We liked the hotel, great location. But there are a few points we should add: - the cleanliness left something to be desired, we had to beg to have the towels changed, my daughter dirtied the bathroom floor, and in the 4 days we stayed there they didn't even mop the floor to clean it. - the parking, an absurd price of $50 per day, we walked a block and left it in a public parking lot for $21. - and having to choose a dish for breakfast and then having the breakfast staff prepare it is very inconvenient; if you want seconds you can't.

When we checked in, the host was very friendly, and when she found out we were celebrating our anniversary she added on some goodies. Set the tone!!

Con: the parking is a total scam. It’s advertised as $50, but there’s a $20 “destination fee” on top of it. Nowhere in the pricing does it mention this fee. I ended up paying $78 for parking after taxes and added fees. The elevators are also a disaster. They stop at almost every floor, so if you stay at the top you have to visit all 14 floors. It will stop at these floors and no one will be there to get on. The whole ordeal takes about 5 minutes, and it happened each time.

Attractive updates. I believe IHG had a hand in this. Updated lighting not quite adequate. One floor lamp is needed! Comfy beds.

Staff specially Mathew at Yassa the valet guys and the fellow at check-in who's name unfortunately I can't remember. Clean room, well equipped. We saw people with dogs, so pet friendly. Breakfast a bit of a letdown.

The only problem we had with this hotel is that they charge you 50$ to park your car in their parking garage per night. They double charged us and it was very hard to get our money back.

Was in for my buddy’s wedding. The staff made us feel right at home before we even hit the front desk. Valet was incredibly nice and helpful, front desk got us taken care of right away and the room & amenities was well worth the price of admission. Wedding venue was the country music hall of fame and it was an easy walk back after a night of amazing fun. Highly recommend.

I felt safe, the property was clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Staff was very friendly. The only possible negative would be almost too dimly lit in the rooms. Unless you turned every light on, and opened up the window in the daytime, it was hard to see anything you put in the drawers or cupboards.

Hotel staff were helpful and able to check us in earlier because the room was ready early. Helpful desk staff, had a band-aide when we needed one. The breakfast is not included with the stay so we did not try it. Location was amazing, only a short walk away from lower Broadway and local restaurants. The lobby have a mini general store and gift shop which was a nice touch if you needed something small. The room was clean and cozy. The mini fridge did not work properly and when staff were asked about it we were told that the temp of the mini fridge is not supposed to be a typical fridge temperature but they would have their maintenance look at it; nothing was resolved about the mini fridge not working properly. Water was only kept slightly below room temperature while being in the fridge the entire stay. Also the ice machine on the floor was broken but staff provided a key to access another floor for that ice machine. Overall, enjoyed the stay/room, the location is perfect and would stay again

The front desk said that my card got declined twice but I had a hold on my account for the full amount. They wanted another card saying the first one didn’t work. Gave them my son’s card. Old me they didn’t charge his card was just added to the room. Then his card also got charged for my full room charge. Went to ask them to fix it they said to dispute it with the bank but it should fall off nothing they could do. Mind you I had $4800 in charges for 1 room held against both cards the entire time I was in Nashville, not ok!

They assigned us a smaller room than we booked with a rock hard bed. After mentioning it the next day, they moved us to the room we booked/paid for. We paid $25 a day (each) for breakfast that cost $14. Charging $59 a day to park is ridiculous.

The room was nice and very convenient to venues. However, the bathroom did not have towel racks or an exhaust fan.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit meh but very clean. The toilet paper holder and a drawer in the credenza were broken. Needs little repairs but awesome otherwise. Would definitely book there again. The lounge bar was great as well.

The hotel has an attached parking garage. We were greeted warmly upon entering and given waters. Our room was clean and secure.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Check in was a breeze and they accommodated an early arrival. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I like that the hotel was trying to go green. It would help if there were towel bars to re-hang towels to dry. Also, let us know that you need to request housekeeping. It was written on a flyer left in our room so we needed to ask for coffee pods. The location is very walkable to Broadway. The pool area is lovely. One last suggestion, have corkscrews available somewhere in the hotel. We bought a bottle of wine from a local winery but neither the in hotel bar or front desk had one.

The room was NEVER serviced during my 3 day stay. No towels, bed not made, and coffee never restocked. NOTHING was done at all. Prices there are quite steep for not getting any service. Parking there is another surprise and is very expensive!! So buyer beware when planning to stay at this overpriced dump. OH, and they do not have a "real" restaurant either. Food is serviced in the BAR area. There is a reason I'm a Hilton Honors person. NOTE: A military reunion event was the ONLY reason I was there.

We like the location to Broadway. The walk wasn't bad at all. We had a problem with the room to start, they were quick to help and change rooms which was quite nice and they gave a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. The parking is paid to the parking lot, I think it's overpriced. However, it's a covered lot and seems quite secured so we didn't have to worry about damage to the vehicle. The pool area was nice, however the pool size was quite disappointing. Could have been a bit hot tub almost. Pics dont show how small. It looks at another hotel that has an amazing pool area. However, it's clean and nice.

Convenient in downtown near Bridgestone arena and Broadway. Parking is NOT free, but somewhat reasonable considering public parking is more expensive and exposed. The bar & grill was decent, would even go there if I wasn't staying there. Entrance is on a side street, google takes you to main street frontage, no entrance with a car.

My husband and I decided to have a date night in Nashville for one night, our first date in 9 months! The hotel was not as near to Broadway as we were told when we called before booking. We were disappointed that we had to pay an uber to get to the bars we wanted to check out when we wanted a walkable hotel! The hotel room was so loud I didn’t sleep all night long, i was exhausted the next day going home back to work. The price is so over rated, I won’t be staying here again and I know a refund won’t happen but it would sure make me change my review!

Although they can’t fix it, the homelessness and aggressive panhandling all around really got annoying. When we tried to stop interacting with them we were threatened on two occasions. Pretty much ruined what was an otherwise good experience.

Disappointing that 3 Engineering teams sent to the room could not open our safe for us to use as it was locked upon our arrival. Also we are back home and still waiting for our final invoice/receipt even though I was told I would get it yesterday morning. Otherwise overall stay was very good.

Property is clean with spacious rooms and air conditioning worked perfectly considering the heat in Nashville. Bathroom was clean. Only issue and it didn’t affect our stay is the shower was loud. Needs a little work. Overall a great choice for staying downtown Nashville and within walking distance of all things fun.

The hotel was ok and suited our needs but there were a few issues that I noticed that need to be addressed. There were many maintenance needs, our whole stay on the 10th floor there were giant commercial fans blowing as to clean up a leak or something a couple of rooms down. They were quite loud. The peloton in the fitness center was broken and seems to have been that way for quite some time. Lastly, the pool I don't believe ever got properly cleaned the entire 3 nights we stayed there and we checked every day because we wanted to swim. The water was cloudy and gross looking. I think there is a lack in proper maintenance at the property or they are just overwhelmed. The place wasn't that busy though so I am not sure what the issue was.

Great place to stay

It was wonderful! The stars was very welcoming and kind; they were able to get us checked in early. I can’t rave about the staff enough, front desk and the cleaning service workers were always so friendly and kind. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully done.

I didn’t like the bathroom door and the air conditioning was very noisy
