Location, location, location. Easy access to bus stops and west end bars. Super clean and functional rooms. Staff and breakfast were great.

Brilliant room. Very comfortable and had excellent amenities. Be aware that it’s a good half hour walk to the action on Broadway.

Great place to stay. I was not aware of the $50 per day parking and my mouth dropped when I found out. With the cost of parking and tips for valet, breakfast should be beyond your average continental breakfast. One of our pillow cases had mold on it. Im sure it was an oversight. The place is clean, no smells. Very comfortable. Staff super kind and friendly. The hotel is located on a strip with bars and restaurants, excellent and in walking distance. I gave the place 4 stars only because of the surprise parking fee. All in all this is a great place. I would stay again and I highly recommend.

The suite was great! The area was nice being able to walk to restaurants. All was good

The amenities and staff were absolutely amazing! I'd prefer that parking was included as a perk, rather than a separate fee.

Great staff. Very helpful. The real surprise was how well this location worked for everything.
- 5/5
Excellent location in music row with a short walk downtown. Staff was very nice. Would recommend
- 5/5
For the price this was a great place to stay. Huge room with a kitchenette and everything I needed for my stay. I didn't use the free breakfast, but it was nice to know it was included if I did want it! Staff really helpful and overall a great experience. Thank you!

Room was good, our pillows were worn, but friends room were good. Breakfast was good
- 2.5/5
It was conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. Our refrigerator never got cold and couple of the outlets didn’t work. This made it very inconvenient as we bought food and drinks.

We had an early morning appointment and were unable to stay for breakfast this time. In the past breakfast was always good. We will be back at the end of May and will be able to have breakfast then. Looking forward to it.

Everything was good. Had to walk down the parking lot levels to get to lobby. But would recommend staying here.

Unfortunately, it’s an older hotel, and several things were not working properly. The waffle machine was broken for the entire weekend, and there wasn’t any alternative provided, so we were pretty disappointed.

The daily breakfast spread was outstanding. It was super nice to be able to fill up with a hot breakfast before a day of exploring Nashville. My room was extremely spacious and comfortable, This stay suited my needs entirely. The location was slightly questionable. I walked .5 miles to Peg Leg Porker and it was a walk I would not have taken if it was darker out, let's just put it that way. I was catcalled and harassed on my walk by multiple individuals. For being close to a lot of things, I ended up spending a lot of money on Uber after that walk because I was no longer comfortable walking in the area alone as a woman. Additionally, while the hot breakfast was an outstanding part of the stay, the lead breakfast woman seemed to get visibly annoyed as items ran out and needed to be restocked. Being annoyed is okay and we are only human, but guests should not be aware of it.

Clean and nice room. I asked for a couple extra pillows and it took more than 24 hours after the receptionist in the evening was on her phone and simply told me they were out of extra pillows.
- 5/5
The ladies at the front desk were awesome very sweet very attentive to what we asked and helpful! My big complaint I believe you should really pay attention to it is your breakfast it's not worth it machines don't work I get it if you're not going to offer a valuable product with them why even have it it doesn't it frustrates people on although I don't look for females I'm just staying would have been nice to know start the day with the something in your gut that's going to be substantial for a little bit
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice start the every morning there. We walked to the Gulch as well as Broadway with no problems. Not to mention the midtown bars/nightlife right there and music row as well. Loved our stay for the entire week!
- 5/5
Our room is so clean and it must be the very top clean of all rooms I’ve been stayed. Definitely I will visit again! It would be much better if the breakfast time ends till 10am.

I travel a lot and this stay was one of the best that I have ever had. From the welcoming check-in to the clean and spacious room, to the excellent breakfast and the friendly staff, everything was perfect
- 5/5
Wonderful all round
- 5/5
Clean room, and really friendly staff!
- 2/5
We waited until 7pm on the 10th of April because they had a massive checkout and rooms weren't "ready"! Unexcused when check-in is stated for 3pm. I would like something in return for this major inconvenience... either points or a refund and discount are accepted.
- 3/5
Breakfast eggs were cold, bacon was shaved thin. Not thrilled at all. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Reported the refrigerator didn't work, exhasted fan in bathroom made so much noise we couldn't use it and remote for the TV also didn't work. Staff said they would report it. Very friendly and professional staff.
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and nice. The only thing that we are not used to was the $45 parking fee.
- 1/5
I was awakened at 2:30 by some jokers driving the dumpster service truck in the alley right next to my room. They proceeded to get the truck stuck and spent the next 30-45 minutes constantly banging the dumpster (and lid while hanging upside down-that terrible, loud sound) folllowed by the back up alarm on the truck. Then a guy got out of the truck and started yelling instructions at the driver on how to "cut the wheels" to get unstuck for 15 minutes, which didn't work. All this at 2:30-3:00am in the morning. And bed in the room had one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever attempted to sleep on. Needless to say, I got NO SLEEP in this room.
- 5/5
Perfect per usual.
- 4/5
The breakfast was fine. We were there 6 days and it was the same every day, but it was good. Alot of variety from fruit to waffles, to build-your-own breakfast sandwiches and omelet type egg dishes.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing - we had to get on the road early on Saturday before the breakfast opened up - they let us make a bagel and get juice and coffee for the road
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Breakfast is good, not great.
- 3/5
The breakfast was mediocre; no yogurt, no fresh cut fruit, the only gluten free items were the eggs, cheeses and meats. Not bad but kids might really like toast or bagel or any kind of carb. The shower light didn’t work night 1; the other light in bathroom failed day 2. They did replace both bath lights right away. They cleaned my room once in 4 nights/5 days. I reported all of this to different mgrs on site each day.
- 5/5
Helpful staff.
- 4/5
The hotel was fine the biggest drawback was the parking fee of 45 dollars a day
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh and staff was great. My room was cleaned regularly and very convenient.
- 5/5
It was a great experience
- 5/5
Clean. Very nice staff. Convenient to both Vanderbilt & downtown.
- 5/5
Great Hotel, would stay again!!
- 5/5
We stayed at 5 hotels during our trip to TN, this was one of the best for whole family!! Hotel was about a mile walk to downtown, We would stay here again!!
- 3/5
I booked a room that was handicap accessible. I was told at check-in the room was handicap accessible. Overall the room was very nice and spacious. The issue was in the bathroom. The toilet was low and there were not any handicap bars near the toilet. This was very problematic because there were not any handicap bars to hold onto to become seated on the toilet. Due to the low height of the toilet and no handicap bars near the toilet my father was unable to get up from a seated position. My father was able to easily walk around the room because it was big but the bathroom was not handicap accessible.
- 5/5
We had a pleasant stay. Excellent breakfast, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours. Property and rooms very clean

It was in the perfect location to get to music row. The people were great and the breakfast and other amenities were fantastic. I will be staying here on my next visit.
- 5/5

- 5/5
It was a lovely facility. The staff was great they loved on my puppy dog. They were great with explanations of deposits and fees. There is parking fees and animal deposits. Very clean
- 5/5
Clean and near to everything with a short or medium walk.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Great location. Room was spacious.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Unfortunately hot tub was at the partner hotel so we did not use it. We wish that would have been more clear when we booked through expedia.
- 4/5
Rooms are clean, staff is nice. But.... To have to pay an additional $45 per night for parking is disrespectful. The option is to park on one of the nearby parking lots (for a few) or the street (for a fee) and risk vandalism.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful, clean environment, and only a mile and a half away from Broadway‘s bars. Also walkable distance to other live music.
- 3/5
The hotel was great. The extra $50 a night to park was a shock. The neighborhood also did not feel safe.
- 4/5
Room excellent stay very friendly and inviting !! The surprise was the fee of 45.00 for parking was outrageous to me
- 5/5
My stay was great!
- 5/5
Clean location
- 4/5
Excellent price to value ratio, good location, spacious rooms, not too old, not a loud area. It's not newest or the most modern, rather modest - as expected.
- 5/5
The room was perfect and spacious and very clean. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the location is perfect

All around great experience! Room was great, clean spacious and comfortable. Service was great, valet parking was smooth and easy, breakfast had tons of choices. Overall great experience!
- 5/5
The staff was great, the room was clean and valet was friendly and excellent!
- 5/5
The valet staff were quick and friendly as well. The room was super clean and had everything you needed. Fridge stove, cooking utensils you can even get a hot plate from front desk. Great location and easy to walk to bars, restaurants and corners stores. The hotel serves a delicious free breakfast. Coffee is available all day long! Shower was amazing very good water pressure, and lots of hot water! The people of Nashville are so amazing and I would definitely go back. There is not one in negative thing I can say about this hotel. I highly recommend Home 2 Suites by Hilton for your Nashville trip.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous. Room was clean and great location. Parking was the only thing I can say was a little crazy 45$ a night. Overall great stay.
- 5/5
Stayed here 3 times now, the rooms are always clean, staff friendly its good place to stay

Room was clean and spacious
- 4/5
Staff was great! Room was clean! Could use some sound proofing but overall great stay!
- 5/5
ROOM WAS SPACIOUS. CLEAN BEDS AND RESTROOM. HAD A FULL KITCHEN WHICH WE DIDNT EXPECT
- 3/5
I was disappointed that there was a $50 charge for parking overnight.
- 5/5
Don’t like the $40 charge per night to park your car though.
- 5/5
Fantastic stay with Homes 2 Vanderbilt. My third trip of 2025 and I’ve stayed there each time. In June, around Halloween and more recently a 17 day excellent stay over new year escaping a week or so before the ice storms. A brilliant hotel witg excel staff facilities and buffet breakfast. Highly recommended and only an $9 Uber to get uptown. Also 176 yards from the Sliderhouse. Best local bar around.
- 4/5
Need better signage as to which hotel is on what floor/level.
- 4/5
Was a little shocked with the cost of parking for two days, but that was my bad for not checking before I stayed there.
- 3/5
Room was nice. Elevator for parking garage was out, i think that should have been advertised prior. Had to carry all the luggage up and down a tight stairwell. Also, parking was $50. Was not aware until arrival.
- 4/5
The staff was helpful and great anytime I needed there assistance
- 5/5
Great location, spacious rooms
- 4/5
Pricey for parking.
- 4/5
Room was clean, comfortable and the room space was large for the price!
- 4/5
Great area, great breakfast, great everything.
- 2/5
The tile floor was sticky and the bathroom floor was not very clean. The only parking is a garage owned by the hotel and cost $45 a day which I feel is exorbitant.
- 5/5
Great place to stay everyone was very helpful!

The Valet probably should have some training on amenities and things nearby. It would up their tips and increase the customer services.
- 5/5
Great location and staff
- 5/5

- 3/5
The only negatives we have is the high cost of parking and the attitude and rudeness by the gentleman at check in.
- 4/5
Rooms were nice and clean. The morning staff were friendly
- 4/5
Something happened there was no dishes and very limited amount of food.
- 5/5
Location and staff were great
- 4/5
Clean room friendly staff.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean but bed quite small. It was however comfortable to sleep on.
- 2/5
The elevator to the parking garage was broken. I was very upset having to carry my suitcase and other bags down 3 flights of stairs. The parking garage is shared with another hotel and it was very confusing trying to find our hotel. A sign to direct the way would help. The breakfast was not very good and the bed was very hard.
- 5/5
Very nice room. Lots of room
- 5/5
The hotel was very nicely located, breakfast was good, the room very comfortable and cleen and the price was resonable,.

The young lady who checked us in was very nice, polite and professional. Started our stay off right. Thank you
- 1/5
The room was neglected, shower didn’t drain, no lights worked other than the 2 beside the bed. The walls felt thin and I could hear the people next door, it was the worst experience in Nashville at a hotel I’ve ever had.
- 5/5
I love everything about my visit. Location was awesome. Service was outstanding. The city is enchanting. I will be back!!
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, perfect location
- 4/5

- 1/5
Check in was an hour late, after driving 11 hours we just wanted to get settled. the charge of parking in your own garage was just about half of the cost of the room which was not mentioned when booking. Parking rate is outrageous! Heard the same thing from others that were checking in throughout our stay while in the lobby. The refrigerator wasn’t working, turned it up and waited until next day and it still wasn’t cold. They ended up changing out with a different refrigerator but that didn’t get that cold either. For being part of Hilton you should be better!!!

Great property on Music Row!
- 2/5
Found out upon arrival that parking is an additional FIFTY DOLLARS A DAY!!!!!!! Felt trapped- it’s super dishonest not to obviously disclose that information when customers are making reservations.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Hotel was walking distance to mid town bars with live musicians great location without Broadway crowds
- 4/5
Friendly Staff
- 5/5
The girls at check in were great
- 5/5
Spotless room, hotel was packed but super quiet. Check in was quick and easy. There is a fee to park, which I either missed in the details of the reservation or wasn’t indicated so this was a little disappointing.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the coffee/tea in the lobby was a great touch!
- 5/5
The room was very clean & I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, would recommend & stay agains 😁
- 5/5
Great staff, very friendly. Room was excellent, food and coffee were amazing
- 4/5
Everything was great but the pillows were way to soft/flat
- 5/5
Had a really great time .
- 5/5
Second time I've stayed there and I'll be back whenever I need to be close to Vandy or that side of town. Studio this time - very nice.
- 5/5
everyone was nice and helpful
- 4/5
The hotel staff were nice and the room was very clean and in good condition. The breakfast wasn't what I expected. They had premade breakfast biscuits, waffle station, cereal and premade mini omelets. I prefer scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon and toast for breakfast. They didn't have that option by itself, only in biscuit sandwich form. There were walking places nearby to eat and coffee shops. Most of our activities were downtown like the museums and capitol bldg so we took uber most of the time which was about $6-15 per trip. Although there is a hop on/off bus in the downtown area, it doesn't come by the Home2 Suites. There is a city bus from the airport to downtown but it drops you off about a mile from the hotel. Not ideal to walk with your luggage. For the price, this was a nice place, but if you want to be in walking distance for public trans, check the map and the bus routes before booking.
- 4/5
Room was decent sized. Loved the full size fridge, there was a microwave, dishes and a dishwasher. Everything was pretty good, except the bed and pillows weren't great
- 3/5
Some issues arise but overall a nice stay
- 4/5
It was a great stay. The room had plenty of space. The only thing I could suggest would be an additional mirror in the room. We had 4 girls staying in the room which sleeps 6 and the only mirrors were located in the bathroom. Another mirror in the room of the hotel would accommodate girls getting ready better. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of choices.
- 4/5
Stay was very good. Breakfast was fine but ran out of items throughout the morning. Would not be afraid to stay again.

Everything was great!!!
- 5/5
Great convenient location.
- 5/5
Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was plentiful. We were told housekeeping would attend to our room and that didn’t happen, so that was unfortunate. Parking was available and pricey.
- 5/5
Had no complaints what’s so ever and the staff were incredible. The room was incredibly clean and I would definitely return!
- 5/5
The evening clerk was absolutely phenomenal. She remembered our names, helped with every need, and was so friendly.
- 3/5
Saturday October 25 - Large leashed dog on 2nd floor lunged at us nashing teeth and growling/barking pulling owner with huge tug as we exited elevator. Owner had difficulty controlling dog. Same dog? barking in hall early Sunday morning sometime after 5am and again at 6am. Won’t choose or recommend this hotel again.
- 4/5
A great stay, just noisy, under construction.
- 4/5
The hotel was convenient to many places. However it is old and needs a major update. Popcorn ceilings, & old carpeting in the room. When you walk into the lobby area, there is a strong damp odor. Plus there is major construction going on next door. Despite it being close to other places, we most likely won’t stay here again.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and good location. We had a great stay and would come back!
- 5/5
It was a great stay
- 3/5
Blinds are frayed-rough looking need to be replaced. Stayed 4 nights.(Sunday was peaceful)3 of the nights the construction noise was unbearable in the early morning hours. Ear plugs were handed out at check in. We should be comped for at least one night of our stay for sleep deprevation.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Big room, comfy bed. However, the lady at the desk at night told us breakfast ended at 10? We got there the next morning at 9 for breakfast and it ended at 9, and we were 2 minutes past and couldn’t get anything. Very disappointed with that.
- 3/5
Beds and pillows were subpar. Otherwise a very average hotel.
- 5/5
They were so chill and nice. Room quite clean, mini kitchen, bed comfy. Breakfast great. There was construction outside but they gave me ear plugs and the building and windows are thick so not bad. You can walk a few min to all the crazy if u want. Liquor store and dispensary next door =bonus.
- 4/5
Hotel was nice. Bathroom needed updating but the room size and facilities were nice. Beware of parking prices.. 45.00 per night .

Quiet because it's not downtown, however it's just .little ways away. Short Uber ride or you can even walk if you prefer. Goo option that's fairly close and you won't break the bank
- 3/5
Mattress was sinking at the corners. Very uncomfortable. Please replace. Valet parking very expensive.
- 4/5
Excellent location. Hotel needs hotter water and more water pressure.
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay!
- 5/5
The hotel room was so spacious with kitchenette. Loved the selection of the breakfast and the gym was clean and well equipped. They have everything the travelers need. Perfect apart from a little bit of damp odors. Enjoyed my staying there and will come back definitely.
- 5/5
There is construction going on in the surrounding buildings and unless you wake up early or are a heavy sleeper then the rooms can be a bit inconvenient. Other than that the stay was great.
- 5/5
Staff friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows comfortable
- 5/5
Clean and great breakfast and up to date!
- 4/5
Nice place to stay
- 4/5
We did not get into our room until 4.30 although check in was 4pm. I messed up thinking this was the hotel I had a balcony but they did not tell me they did not have balconies. They just said that my room was not ready.
- 2/5
Staff were awesome. Property was extremely noisy from road noise. They have ear plugs in the rooms.
- 5/5
Wonderful free breakfasts - very professional and friendly staff. Great location for sightseeing
- 5/5
Spacious room, friendly staff, not a far walk from local bars and pubs.
- 4/5
Every time we come to Nashville this is our home base. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and close to everything (without being too close). This stay was a bit noisy tho - constriction started early. Good thing we had the complimentary ear plugs. Will stay again.
- 4/5
There were plenty of bars and places to eat near the hotel. Also, you're a quick uber away from downtown Nashville.
- 1/5
We were only there for maybe an hour. The place looked nice and clean. We went to get dinner and when we got back they weren’t letting anyone back in the building. All of our stuff was in our room. They wouldn’t let

The stay was great, we just had a bomb threat and had to move somewhere else.
- 3/5
Parking costs after purchasing two rooms was OUTRAGEOUS! Nothing special about the room. No comfortable chair to sit in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cheap and skimpy.
- 3/5
Cockroach on the floor next to the bed was a nice addition.
- 5/5
Great value
- 5/5
Very nice stay
- 5/5
Great location. About 1.2 miles from downtown Broadway, walking distance to atleast 5 restaurants/bars, wakking distance to Music Row and the Pedal Nashville tour. Great, stocked breakfast all tgecway up to 5 min before closing. Very helpful front desk staff. Parking on site with in/out privileges for $45/day
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Horrible! Was charged when I was told by manger I wouldn’t be after room was given away
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful and the hotel itself was clean. It was just a bummer that they were doing renovations next door so I woke up to drilling and clanging at 5am which was not so pleasant.
- 5/5
We had a great time. Walkable area and “quiet” I felt like. It was a cozy stay. The rooms are great
- 5/5
Great location to music row

Every was awesome

The last time we booked here, there was a free shuttle, but this time there wasn't one, which was the reason why I booked here.
- 5/5
It was in a nice area!
- 4/5
Without warning was put in room with construction outside of window.
- 3/5
Parking is $50per day, I apparently missed that while reserving. Not really close to Music Row. Construction next door but room was moved to opposite side of hotel and earplugs were provided. Bed was not comfortable at all.
- 4/5
we just stayed overnight, nothing exciting
- 5/5
Nice quiet spot

Hotel was great, Valet parking was not! The girl was rude and it was obvious she did not want to park our car! We are older and had no idea we had to pay to park at a hotel as we come from a smaller town and were there for a procedure at Vanderbilt. The girl inside was very kind and courteous and helped us with eating arrangements that were close by
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
The air conditioning was broke in our room. Had to go to another hotel.
- 5/5
This is a comfortable hotel away from downtown but still walkable. There are many dining options nearby and places like the Gulch and Centennial Park are easily within reach. The room was decent with kitchen facilities as needed. Breakfast was good with enough options to satisfy all in our party. The gym is small but usable and the laundry room was perfect for the halfway point on our trip.
- 3/5
The breakfast was awful, room was great and the staff was all amazing. Easy to walk to get breakfast so didn’t matter to us that we couldn’t eat there! Would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing!! The staff was very helpful and coild make us laugh. On our last morning the three of us were very tired and very hung over and trying to deal with our luggage was a hand full. They askes if we enjoyed our stay and if we enjoyed Nashville as much as it looked like all of us laughed and said we sure did.
- 4/5
Staff were great. Pet friendly hotel and the one elevator smelled of wet dog. I should have paid a bit more attention when booking.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful
- 5/5
The parking was a little confusing but staff was helpful.
- 5/5
I only stayed a night, room was very clean, staff friendly and attentive. Only thing I wasnt ready for was the $45 a night extra for parking.
- 4/5
Staff amazing
- 3/5
Had to pay obscene amount for parking overnight, blood was on one of the pillows, mold was in bathroom
- 5/5
Convenient location with lots of social options, including restaurants. Room was quiet and clean. Perfect for my stay!
- 5/5
Trae was great! He was super helpful and gave us lots of suggestions on what to do. Hotel was in walking distance of multiple bars and there’s a small convenience store right across the street which was great!
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Lots of food options near by. Bed was so so.
- 4/5
The hotel was in a great location. Plenty of dining nearby.
- 5/5
Enjoyable

Smaller hotel and did not really have any amenities. The beds and pillows were oddly uncomfortable. Tried to get some pillows from housekeeping but they did. It have any more. Free breakfast was nice! Near midtown and a few cool bars and restaurants

Pros: staff, location, breakfast, cleanliness, bed comfort, kitchenette, room size. Cons: no shuttle service (even tho the website and two different agents said there was.), trouble with wi-fi. I would have given this a 5 star if they truly had a local shuttle service. If you don’t need this then you should stay here! It was a great experience for my under 21 daughter and I for our long weekend girls trip. I do not have pets and other than a little smell of animal on the couch it was clean. We had lots to do on the grounds and the sister hotel like access their pool. They had fund nightly things like make your own ice cream sandwiches, whiskey tasting (for a fee) next door, and a couple others that I forgot becaus we were busy walking:) The staff was so helpful. They were in the know and preferred to help with whatever you needed. Breakfast was fresh and we were full each day. Get there early to get the full experience. Hope this helps.

This property is wonderful, very clean, very kind and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Nothing especial.
- 5/5
Nice place right in music city, within a block of rca studio b among others, great food all around the area. Only complaint is construction on the building next door is disruptive but it isn’t the hotels fault, also the $45 a day parking isn’t great but not unexpected. All in all happy with my stay and would stay again.
- 5/5
Expensive parking, but valet service was courteous and prompt
- 5/5
Amazing evening staff, the young lady was very pleasant. Thank you
- 5/5
Everyone here was very helpful, and nice. This location would benefit with having a shuttle.

Wish it was a king bed but overall great room

People making a lot of noise at 2am. Breakfast was good and internet access was reliable.
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful! My only complaint was that parking was an extra fee. I was not expecting to pay an extra $45 per day to park my car on property!
- 5/5
Close to a lot of local bars
- 4/5
Great stay although the parking was inconvenient
- 5/5
But it was too noisy outside But overall really really good price and all
- 5/5
We came down for a concert from Kentucky and truly enjoyed the space. It was lovely to have a small modified kitchen as well. Traveling with kids, it is nice to have options for dining that way. Staff was extremely kind and helpful as well.

50.00 a night extra to park. There was nothing mentioned about this until we arrived. Won't stay there again.
- 5/5
Nice clean place. In walking distance to just about everything.
- 3/5
Bed comfortable, rooms clean, construction going on and very noisy. Was unexpectedly hit with additional $80 said would get back at check out and didn’t and additional $45 day to park.
- 5/5
Well maintained, accommodating staff. Would book again
- 5/5
Everyone there was wonderful professional and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying here and will be back.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean and outdoor front patio was excellent for meeting new people , reading a book or just relaxing. Lots of restaurant and bars close by and still close to Broadway street.
- 5/5
The hotel was quiet, but a great location near EVERYTHING. The hotel was very clean & stay was very friendly.
- 5/5
Everything was great. And the staff was nice!
- 4/5
Could stay at a hotel, really simple and effective
- 5/5
I’ve stayed here a few times. Location is great and the staff is amazing. Yolanda was so nice and went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Yolanda!!
- 4/5
Great location within walking distance of the SoBro area and a cheap Uber to the Broadway strip. The garage is a bit confusing because it’s shared with their sister hotel. The condition of the hotel was ok but it shows some wear. The room itself was good with a full fridge and sink. The air conditioner is really close to the bed making running into it at night a concern. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful with any questions we had.
- 5/5
Every thing was great when we arrived.the room was freshly cleaned and pretty cold for use. We had to ask for blankets which made it cozy. Very accommodating for our doctor’s visit. A big thank you!
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit & yogurt that was delicious
- 3/5
Would probably not stay here again. Parki g was expensive and a seedy garage. We didnt feel safe at all. Smelled bad
- 5/5
It was in a great location
- 3/5
The property seemed nice. Nothing scenic about its surroundings. I was unaware of the $50 charge for valet parking because of that I’m not sure that I would’ve chose this property if I was aware of it. The room was very spacious. But they’re on site breakfast was from Either six or 6:30 in the morning till only nine. I feel like it didn’t give people enough time to wake up get moving go down and get breakfast like you had to get up and move fast or you were gonna miss it. I feel like most hotels are till at least 10 o’clock.
- 5/5
I love Home 2 Sweet series!
- 5/5
Stay was just what we needed for price. 20 minute walk to downtown though.
- 5/5
