Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location if you are going to the Opry. Would have given it five stars but there were not coffee pots in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby which is fresh ground and good it was just inconvenient for several of us.

Perfect place to stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable and it was five minutes from the grand ole oprey.

Our smaller suite was just perfect for my granddaughter and I. Our family five night stay was comfortable, very clean and well stocked with our needs. We particularly liked the option of everyday cleaning or only as needed. Breakfast was a real treat with so many choices and great quality. The breakfast ladies were always helpful and kind. Front desk was quick to answer questions and call for shuttle transport for us. They were also pleasant to chat with. We would both highly recommend this place.

We settle off to bed around 9 pm to a guy trying to get into the room. My daughters immediately freaked out and I question the person on what they were doing. He said that the front desk gave them the room key for our room and checked them into the room. When I checked at the first desk, they said they didn’t have a history of us being checked in but they have it fixed now. We decided to pack up and left the hotel 15 mins later. When I told the first desk that we were leaving due to not feeling safe, their response was, we don’t blame you.

It was great! Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfat was delicious, the coffee was amazing. HI has these wonderful grinding, brewing coffeemakers, and it make the best coffee on the planet. These coffeemakers probably cost a fortune, but I have to get one.

The hotel rooms are very quiet and not right next to the highway but close enough for convenience. The coffee is good and the breakfast was the best self service breakfast we have ever had. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and biscuits & gravy. Food was hot and fresh and tasty. They also has cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fruit, cereal and toast available. The room was very clean as was the breakfast area.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in for years. Except for me cleaning the top of the light switches, everything was clean. Food was good. Staff were all very nice. No place to hang towels in the bath room.

The location was perfect. In walking distance of food, shopping, bars and Cooter’s garage. Beds were a little uncomfortable and parking lot stayed packed. There was almost never a handicap parking spot for us to park but we didn’t let that bother us.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and very friendly. My only complaint was that the pillows were probably the worst I have ever used. The mattress was great so it's surprising that the the pillows were so bad.

Everything was good except on the last morning we were there. The lady that was running the breakfast closed to doors 15 mins early. We made it in there to grab some small stuff but couldn't go back and get drinks.

Room was clean as a matter of fact, people were cleaning all day long. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When they helped me I could tell they wanted to make my trip the easiest they could by giving me precise directions to where I wanted to go-down to the number of stop lights! Great location and a cool comfortable room.

The breakfast was fresh. We had one towel on the last day that a stain on it. The only complaint I have is the rooms by the elevator are noisy. But other then that is was a great visit.

My one and only complaint was the bed. It wasn’t comfortable for myself or my spouse. Everyone is different though so don’t let that deter you from staying here. It might be comfortable for you.

The room was super clean and even had origami towel in my bathroom set up ( as well as paper bow ties on the toilet paper) I know, it probably sounds cheesy-but the attention to that detail and a fresh room after a long trip-it was all very welcoming and a great experience!

The indoor pool is unusable because it is not heated. The wifi doesn’t work on tablets/laptops and nobody was able to help regarding this issue.

Front desk people were very friendly and super helpful. Room was a little disappointing in comparison to staying at other Holiday Inns. Did not have enough hooks in bathroom. Only had one for two peoples towels and no hooks for hand towels. Toilet was extremely low. On a positive note, breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from.

Breakfast was great- Location was great, and more affordable that staying downtown Nashville. Was in town just for a night for a concert at Brooklyn Bowl. Only took about 15-20 minutes to get downtown. Very nice location.

Front-desk staff were all very friendly - cleaning staff spoke no English at all. The cleaning was not great... it's like every room is round - every corner had dirt and dust bunnies, we found food on the carpet and a couple of dead spiders. Just wasn't up to the standards of other places we stayed.

The hotel is very convenient to the Opry, showing and restaurants. The only issue we had was the light on the bathroom mirror did not work. They would have moved us to another room, but they were full.

I have stayed at many places but none as nice and clean as this. Never had to question myself anoit bugs or cleanliness. Pool was cool but great for kids. Workout room is always busy and i wish it was cleaned a little better lots of gnats.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was right across the street from the Grand Ole Opry which was a super location! It was a great hotel with great employees who were super helpful! If we go back to Nashville, we will certainly come back!

Convenient location to the freeways

Absolutely loved the location of this clean and friendly hotel. Once you park your car, you can walk to eight or nine restaurants/music bars within five minutes. Great if you want to have a few drinks while listening to the variety of performers without worrying about driving back to your hotel. Very close to Opry Mills and the Grand Ole Opry itself. Staff is friendly and informative. Our night clerk gave us a great tip on where to park in downtown Nashville as well!

I thoroughly enjoyed the property including the room, green space around the property, breakfast, and location. One thing disappointing was not receiving any bonus reward points at all after choosing to forego housekeeping services during our four night stay.

Everyone was friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious

Hotel staff was very helpful, the room and bathroom very clean with attention to little details. Easy drive to the Grand Ole Opry and the Opryland Convention Center. There was a convenient shuttle to Broadway. I definitely recommend this Holiday Inn.

Probably the nicest Holiday Inn we've ever stayed in! Only a mile from the Grand Ole Opry. Highly recommend if your staying in Nashville!

The room was comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels I slept so good.

The establishment is quite pleasant and comfortable, the breakfast is truly delicious, and the availability of parking is both convenient and appreciated.

Great food options, close to the mall amd Graylord convention.Beds wasn't the best but far from the worse.Would stay here again,Free parking was a perk!!

Bathroom baseboards need repair, other than that very excellent Would be nice to have a couple of complimentary bottles of water in room.

Everything was up to par except the bed. Felt like we were sleeping on the floor.

It was affordable and quiet but the room smelled like water damage and I wasn’t sure if it was safe to walk around at night.

This hotel was great right up until the last night when some overserved adults were behaving badly. Overall the hotel was great otherwise!

The only complaint I have is the shower curtains were too short & the water goes on the floor, which is a safety hazard.

Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels ! , We forgot a few things , and it was so convenient to get what we needed downstairs ! Deodorant/hairbrush .. ect. We will definitely choose this hotel again

Rooms were so nice

There was a glitch with my booking through the third-party system, and the hotel staff handled it quickly and with grace. Somehow, my reservation was lost. However, I was able to produce my original receipt, and after a few minutes, my family was in our room. I really appreciated the kindness of the staff, even though it was a situation beyond their control. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again when I’m in the area. The hotel was clean, the accommodations were comfortable, and everyone seem to enjoy the breakfast. I highly recommend this location.

Great Breakfast with boiled egg, scrambled egg, Turkey sausage, Fruits, pancakes, bread, bagel, cinnamon roll, juice, milk, yogurt, potato fry and I am sure I am forgetting something else. It is reasonably close to Gaylord Opryland, just 15 mins walk. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower. TV with good channels to watch.

The continental beakfast wasn't large but was tasty with multiple options. It was well stocked. The room was well sized with a comfortable bed and well stocked bathroom. This is a very nice hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms were great! Clean and well maintained. Service was always available. Staff were super friendly. Overall a great stay and a wonderful experience!

Best Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at without a doubt

We arrived early and they wer kind enough to let us check in early.The room was very clean. I am a Prima Dona when it comes to beding. I was extremely happy with how comfortably I slept. The kids liked the pool and had fun. I make this trip to Nashville once or twice a year to fly out of BNA. And I will definitely stay there again.
