I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!

We stayed last weekend for husband’s birthday. We are very familiar with the area, Music Valley and Gaylord Opry Hotel, which is just across the street. We wanted a nice hotel close enough to walk to and from The Nashville Palace for Line Dancing lessons. That was fun too. You might want to check it out.

The pool area was very nice and especially the shallow kids pool! The breakfast was not very appealing. I couldn’t eat much of it.
- 4/5
The hotel was perfectly located by Opry and enjoyed the restaurant and bar in the hotel, as well as surrounding places to eat. Walking distance to the Gaylord. The pool area and sitting area were nice, but the bar was not open by the pool. The room was a bit dark. It needs more light. It was an interior room, but besides that it was nice just an older hotel, but clean and nice.

Loved that the hot tub was hot. Didn't like that it opened or closed at 9. Needed it later at night, also earlier in the morning. Closed hot tub too early

the pool was cloudy and dirty looking not to mention freezing cold. The rooms were outdated looking and the carpet was dirty. the shower didn't look very clean and there were roaches outside of the door of our room and I was terrified there were some inside of our room but didn't end up finding any thank god

curtains inadequate to block lights at night in spite of a policy, asking guests to be quiet after 9 PM because there was an atrium. It was noisy in our room well after midnight. I have plenty more, but I exceeded the maximum input why do you have it?

We stayed 4 days. The location is great, but the hotel is pretty dated. I also didn’t like that house keeping never came. No fresh towels, the small garbage can was overflowing. There was an extra bag in the bottom, but I had to throw it away myself. I had to track down a maid to get extra coffee for each day. I guess for $230 per night, I expected more.
- 4/5
The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The older hotel had been updated and looks nice. The complimentary shuttle to opryland resort, mall, and venue is an added value though with a car you can drive to the resort or mall and park with the venue extremely close by the mall. I did feel it was overpriced but seems to be competitive with the area.
- 2/5
Not much! People were polite. Poor conditions of bathroom. The bedroom was very close to high speed road, near a set of traffic lights resulting in a constant unpleasant noise throughout of day and night!, so difficult to sleep.

Great location, great restaurant with an awesome display of Marty Robbins's outfit and signed guitar! So many signatures of legendary country singers, like Hank Snow and Porter Wagoner. That is a reason to come back and stay again. Loved to know the history of hotel more. Nice shuttle service to Opryland hotel and Grande Old Opry. Comfortable room but small. Older hotel that could be updated.

Location Elevators not convenient. We used the stairs. We wanted to use the shuttle to the resort. The driver was rude and didn’t give us good instructions about getting picked up to return. We had to walk back.
- 1.5/5
The facility was very clean! Housekeeping would NOT send items needed that were requested such as extra towels, hand towels, and wash cloths! They sent fewer than requested to our room with no explanation why! The hotel closed the pool and the hot tub at 6:30 on my birthday without consulting us of any change prior to check in! This happened on my 60th birthday and were forced to check out and leave the property as a result! Ruined my 60th Birthday! Even though we were only charged for one night stay, this was unacceptable!

Location - close to restaurants we wanted to try, the Opry Mills Mall, and Gaylord Opryland Resort. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows Our room was located on the first floor/interior at the end away from the pool, which made it convenient to use, but not close enough to be a bother. Our granddaughter enjoyed the children's pool. The soap, shampoo and body wash - lovely scent The overwhelming chlorine smell. The bathroom could have been a little nicer and the towels a little softer.

Super clean, great location and a fraction of the price of the actual resort but still close to everything. The price was a bit steep for the room, but considering the cleanliness and location it was reasonable.

Very convenient location to Opryland and clean nice rooms
- 4/5
The room was clean, and very nice staff. My only complaint is that I did not like having to walk outside to access my room. My room was on the outside of the hotel, so it did not feel as secure and safe. I couldnt open my shades at all.
- 3/5
It was close to Opryland I had an exterior room and didn’t realize it
- 5/5
We booked this hotel because our children wanted a pool and hot tub for the time of year we were traveling. A lot of hotels in the area only have outdoor pools or none at all. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Easy to find parking on the property. No fee for parking.
- 1/5
The Motel was not as advertised. It was also under renovations. We asked to leave and they were not helpful. Horrible experience.
- 4/5
We would have liked the host to have better knowledge of the transportations provided for providing rides to Opryland. I felt like it was very hard to get an answer and was on my own.

It was close to Gaylord and several restaurants The cost was outrageous for this hotel. Our room was outside like a motel. Extremely small room, beds, and you can barely fit in the bathroom! The bathtub was so small. Not sure why we were put in an outside room next to the construction when there were so many open rooms inside (you could see the rooms while we were at the pool) the pictures online are nicer than the actual hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else on the same street, so many better cheaper options with free breakfast. We thought we were getting something super nice because of the name/price but instead got an old outdated small motel. We didn’t sleep well at all. You could hear every sound from the room next door. I just cannot understand why they charge so much here???
- 3/5
It's mediocre. The restaurant is pretty terrible. Honestly, there's other hotels in this area that I would recommend much higher. The room was okay, nothing fancy.
- 5/5
So fun for a family. Very clean. We enjoyed it very much!

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent restaurant down stairs. Wonderful stay all the way around!

Wonderful staff. Very accommodating. We requested a fan which they were unsure if they had one. When we got back to our room, it was waiting on us. Very friendly environment. My wife left her purse, they located it immediately and had it to us within two days. Very clean environment

- 5/5
The room was clean. The facility was clean. The location is very convenient for accessing the Opryland Hotel and restaurants around the hotel. This wasn't our first time staying here and it won't be our last either.
- 5/5
Clean and nice
- 1/5
Last evening when we called down to get the shuttle schedule the staff gave incorrect information and we're completely clueless. We asked for a room change which apparently couldn't be accommodated yet, you were not sold out. The room toilet didn't work as well. When issues were explained there was no resolution, compensation, or concerns on your end. We have stayed here in the past and it was wonderful, but this visit was beyond awful and i would like reimbursement and we will be seeking urgent care as a family and this needs to be addressed as this is a medical chemical hazard that you have going on. 714-797-5467 Lindsey Palmer

Beautiful hotel. Great location.
- 5/5
From front desk check in with Aaron, through check out, we had a great time here! Loved the holiday decorations, the live music and great service (great food, too).
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 2/5
The room. There was construction and our room was blocked by barriers. Had to move barriers to get to room. Most disappointed in this environment.
- 1/5
Room was disgusting, very dirty and pillows where terrible, for the price I paid it was a joke and I left at 3 in the morning because me and my girlfriend couldn't sleep
- 1/5
The staff was terible. I paid for three rooms andmy family was locked out because cots was added but was said.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Every employee we encountered was very friendly. The free shuttle to Opryland Hotel and other nearby attractions iwas very nice too.
- 4/5
We were very upset to realize we were in an outside room, no breakfast included, and we were only able to use the shuttle once. And that time the shuttle handicap lift wouldn’t work, so we waited an hour in the bus. The times do not coordinate with events they have happening and it is through a 3rd party, so they do not take care of their guests. We were stranded twice. The first time was at the resort after their sponsored show. We had to walk back in the freezing cold, I have asthma and a torn meniscus in my right knee!! The second time was after the Grand Ole Opry! We were right at the stop at 10pm, as the bus was heading out. We did not get to go through the shop prior to the show due to the mechanical issue with the bus. We went straight into the shop, did not linger, needed to use the restroom but didn’t have time. And, the shuttle was pulling off as we approached the pick up spot, on time! A wonderful couple catching the Wyndham shuttle said they would get in their truck at their hotel and come back to get us. Praise the Lord, they did!

Not worth the cost of over $300 dollars a night for the room we were given. We were not in a refurbished room as advertised. Very disappointing. The room was very small and not even in the main body of the hotel.
- 5/5
Everything. It was a great place and we were close to entertainment
- 4/5
On site restaurant was decent. Free shuttle was a nice bonus. Thank You
- 3/5
The bathrooms are very small, and for what you pay I would have liked free breakfast. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool and my husband enjoyed the hot tub.
- 4/5
Nice place but a bit pricey.
- 5/5
Great Location!
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay staff friendly and room confortable.
- 4/5
Small room for two beds and a pull-out. Staff not particularly welcoming or friendly. A disappointment.
- 2/5
For the price of our stay the room was small and bathroom was as well. There is hardly any storage for clothing if you’re staying a week. The positives are the comfy beds and noise level outside was minimal plus the shuttle to the Gaylord and mall. There is no breakfast included however.
- 5/5
Smelled nice upon entering the lobby. Staff was professional and friendly. Clean room. Pool! Hot tub!
- 2/5
Our toilet overflowed so we asked to be moved to aother room at 11 PM... we moved to another room and the toilet had bad water pressure... the alarm clock went off at 6 am in our room. It was disappointing.
- 1/5
Staff was inattentive. Room wasnt ready. Staff blocked ramp to room and wouldnt move for 7 minutes. Had to call front desk about other a group being loud and smoking weed outside our room at 10 pm. Smoke was soming into our room from a/c unit. 30 minutes after i called no one had done anything about it. Staff did not care about anything but gossiping with each other. Will never go back. Suggest finding somewheere else to stay
- 5/5
Pros-The staff was great. Jackie was amazing even helped my husband get in I have to use a wheelchair so that extra help was awesome. Room is clean bathroom clean. Nicely decorated. Nice lighting. Meeting rooms are wonderful. Pool looked amazing. Restaurant good live music. Decor in restaurant is music related which is nice. Overall- We originally got only one night but loved it so much we decided to book it for 1 extra night. At the time of this review they have free shuttle service to mall, general Jackson showboat, Grand Ole Opry. This is great for being near everything I didn't get the room I usually get at other places but so you know, our room was great for a person in a wheel chair regual bath with shower. Room was big for my wheelchair. The king bed was nice we have a king and this was bigger so I figured maybe it's a California king idk. In concussion:- go if you want to be near things .
- 4/5
Very nice lobby and staff. Pool Ang gym clean. Meals reasonably priced.
- 5/5
This was an amazing hotel to stay at. Very close to the Grand Ole Opry and the mall. Very well kept hotel with amazing staff
- 5/5
the rest of my stay!
- 3/5
The problem with the hotel was other guests. We had an outdoor facing room, and the smell of pot was apparent from the outdoors (coming from the first floor sidewalk, we were on the top floor). There was a small gap under our door, and the smell seeped through at night, and then again in the morning--wake and bake! The noise from other guests was also unacceptable. Lots of loud yelling until at least 11pm, again I think coming from the first floor, but clearly could be heard on the third floor. We called the front desk, and it settled down a little later, but at 11pm, it was already too late. This was our second time to stay here, but I don't know if we will be back. I will add that the restaurant is good, also with very friendly service.

- 5/5
It was a good night
- 5/5
Beautifully renovated and now a part of the Opry properties across the road. There is a shuttle that will take you over and pick you uo.
- 5/5
This was like a kept secret of all good things without having to actually "stay" at Gaylord. This will definitely be where we stay from here on out!
- 2/5
Staff was fine. Room g TV hermostat did not work prpoerly
- 5/5
A suggestion for Expedia, please consider adding the option to upgrade your room to an interior room when booking. You are able to upgrade at check-in for an additional $25.00, but only if there is an interior room available.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay.Room was clean and comfortable. Close to Grand Ole Opry.. Nice experience..
- 4/5
I traveled alone and felt very safe at this hotel. It was also quiet and the food was good even for a vegetarian like myself.
- 5/5
Indoor pool and tub were great fun. Desk staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They arranged shuttle to Broadway, found us an Irish pub and generally made our stay complete. Thanks
- 5/5
Very clean and staff was friendly. Would stay again.
- 3/5
We stay here every year at the same time to do Black Friday shopping. We always eat in the restaurant and enjoy a non-traditional Thanksgiving Dinner of our choice. This year the only option was a Thanksgiving Buffet. We will be exploring different options for next year.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, room was clean overall a very pleasant stay
- 5/5
the pool area , dining, the shuttle service was great and the hotel was beautiful and front desk alway greeted you in a very friendly way , house keeping was at your beck and call at all times!😊😊😊

I'm not sure why I have a credit card charge for $28.96 USD when I was told there were no charges when I checked out - this is the second time they've done this to me - maybe it's an honest mistake. I hope so, and I hope it gets reversed or I'll find somewhere else to stay next time I'm in Nashville.
- 5/5
Great rooms with friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
I loved the fragrance in the lobby, indoor pool, jacuzzi, and backyard grill restaurant.
- 5/5
Staff were very helpful after Expedia neglected to send our reservation to the original hotel we had booked at.
- 5/5
Great friendly service!
- 4/5
Bathrooms are tite no porter so needed to carry our luggage to room
- 4/5
Extremely clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to the Grand Ole Opry and the shopping mall. Within 15 minutes of downtown. The only reason they didn’t get five stars across-the-board is we were there two nights and never saw housekeeping clean our room or replenished towels.
- 5/5
This hotel was conveniently located. Walk to restaurants and an awesome shuttle service that ran most of the time to take you to General Jackson showboat, Gaylord palms Opryland and Mall. Also indoor swimming pool! The worst thing was the A/C unit did not get very cold.
- 5/5
❤️
- 2/5
When entering our room we found 3 different bugs on one of the beds. This is unacceptable. We went to the front desk and had to negotiate for an inside facing room. I get that it was booked up, but guests should not have to settle for a room with bugs. I will not stay there again,
- 5/5
Very expensive stay for my submarine reunion.

Room issues 2 times
- 5/5
Our room was clean and nice. The facility was lovely and the restaurant on the 1st floor was great! I don’t like that they won’t accept cash but that doesn’t change the experience. Saida at the front desk was awesome! We were told a bus to the Grand Ole Opry was available but it wasn’t and she took it upon herself to get us there without any problems. Her help was truly appreciated! Thank you!
- 3/5
Room was comfortable for the short stay we had. Small issue with toilet being clogged. And it took a couple people to come and fix it. But other than that a fine stay.
- 2/5
Hotel shower was not clean black marks on bottom of tub hair on the walls. Sink clogged. Charged $333 for an rv.
- 3/5
The jacuzzi was low on water and when turned on the jets it was half out of water made the noise level loud and jet water cold. and jacuzzi wasn’t clean as we had hoped but overall room and service was nice
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
The Inn is clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, as is the coffee stand. The exterior rooms facing the street are a little loud, but nothing terrible.
- 5/5
Over-all great experience. Restaurant attached to the hotel was not great.
- 5/5
Excellent Service!!! Our A/C wasn’t working at 10:30 pm, and by 11:00 pm, they had diagnosed the issue and literally replaced the entire unit. And the gentleman was so nice. I will continue to stay here!
- 3/5
Ac unit was very noises made rubbing sound all night long
- 1/5
Na
- 3/5
Average nothing bad, but nothing great either. About half the price of the main Opry hotel and we were only staying one night so it served its purpose.
- 4/5
This place is ok, but too expensive for what is offered. No complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool thay makes the entire building smell like chlorine, a sad restaurant, and almost $400/night for a room with hard beds and a clogged toilet upon arrival.
- 3/5
Restaurant was not open for breakfast and the only option was a cafe near the pool that only had one option of warm breakfast food. My room was on the outside of the building so it was noisy, exposed and inconvenient to get to from inside the building. Overall, a very expensive hotel for the services offered.
- 5/5
Beautiful place. Next time I will stay longer than 1 night. Great location
- 4/5
Our stay was enjoyable. However, we had an emergency and had to get home and asked for to check out with a refund a day early and our request was denied. Disappointed they wouldn’t refund us one night due to an emergency.
- 4/5
The service was great and the restaurant staff were top notch.
- 4/5
Staff was lovely.
- 5/5
Great stay. We stayed for 2 nights. Traveled for a few days and came back for another night before we flew out. We highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, beds are comfortable and relaxing.
- 5/5
We needed to upgrade our room, The staff was so easy to work with and helped with all of our needs. The hotel is so clean and all of the staff is so pleasant and courteous. We will stay again for sure.
- 4/5
Online posting for facility says it has a resturaunt. It did not at the time of my stay and there is not much in the area.
- 4/5
The place was under contraction and noisy
- 4/5
We had a great stay. Room was clean and recently renovated. Front desk was helpful and pleasant.
- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
The associates at the desk were incredibly friendly and thoughtful!! Checking-in was just an easy-going experience.
- 3/5
Hot tub did not work. The bolt for the pool ladder was lying next to the pool and the step was hanging in the water. No markers indicating a broken step. Room door didn't close tightly
- 5/5
Great and clean hotel and lots of walkable restaurants. The shuttle to Opry Mills was so convenient every 20 minutes. Got to hit mall, wax museum, recording booths, aquarium restaurant, grand ole Opry, and food great everywhere we went! Pool was empty and closed th wine time we did want to use it (615pm)… said hours were 9-9. I cannot express how clean the hotel was and our room was newly updated and spotless. Only suggestion would be to get rid of toilet door and open up the area with a door entering the sink/vanity area instead. The shower/toilet door was so difficult to get in and out of And to close door. Also huge fall risk with that tigh space when stepping out of tub.
- 2/5
The photos are decieving. The building is currently under construction and being remodeled so there is no front entrance like the online images show. They have redone the rooms 1st so they are nice, but the rest of the hotel is really dated. I feel like for the price they are charging considering the current conditions, there are better options very close by for a better value.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, great location for everything around Opryland!
- 3/5
Not worth the price. No complimentary breakfast. Had to ask for an inside room. Was given bad info about the shuttle to the Grand Old Opry, causing us to miss the shuttle. (Was told it came at 6, so we arrived at 5:56 in the lobby, only to find it had left). Noise of children screaming in the pool echoed throughout the hotel’s interior space for hours. Not enough parking.
- 3/5
They could have easily put us in the inside rooms but didn't. When I got to my room, it literally had no power. When I tried to call the front desk, I only got the automated attendant and there was no option for a live operator. The automated attendant never could understand me. I had to walk A LONG way toting all my luggage to go back to the front desk and request a room with electricity. It was also very noisy.
- 4/5
The hvac was not working. No hair dryer in the room
- 5/5
Wonderful and friendly staff!! Great shuttle bus to Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills Mall!
- 5/5
Great stay, very accommodating and the staff was very nice.

I was on the ground floor outside. Did not like the location. It was noisy. Hotel room was nice & clean

The Interior Remodel was excellent and Exterior surprisingly nice for age of Property...great location...only negative is Bar/Restaurant needs some work.

Bathroom is very small, hard to even shut the door with an average size person in the toilet/shower area. Otherwise everything else was very nice

The first room I got was outdated so I paid to upgrade. The next room I got the air conditioner didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower. I talked to the front desk and they fixed the air conditioner but they did not fix the hot water. I went to the desk 4 different times in 3 days to try and get them to fix it but they never did. We took cold showers the whole time we stayed. I do not recommend this hotel!

Clean rooms and nice front staff at desk. Other staff members didn't know english so communication was terrible!

It would have been nice for him to let us know that when we checked out, not after we waited for the shuttle and checked back with him?

Bathrooms are very small. Daytime front desk staff was helpful and nice. Evening front desk staff and managers unhelpful and rude.

Loved bus to Grand Old Opera

Property could use a little TLC and they need to pay a little closer attention to detail

Expected more from a Marriott property. Extremely dated. Could not turn around in bathroom it was so small. Paper thin walls-you could here every footstep when someone walked past our room. We had an interior room next to the construction on the third floor. For what I paid, I expected a much nicer property. Will not stay here again.
