Great hotel. We would absolutely stay again!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel! It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone for their stay in Nashville.
- 4/5
The only complaint that I would have is the room was hot and we turned the temp all the way to 60 and the room was still hot.
- 5/5
Lovely staff will happily recommend and we would happily return Air con in room can be loud but far outshadowed by everything else
- 5/5

Great property just no trash cans in the hotel room. Also no turkey/ chicken sausage/bacon for breakfast just pork. But a beautiful hotel very luxurious.

Great hotel
- 4.5/5
Lovely hotel, very aesthetic and welcoming. It has a beautiful style to the rooms, it’s very clean and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The amenities in the rooms are also very high quality. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful and made you feel very welcome. The location was also great, it’s a quieter area and less than $10 in an uber to Downtown It was not apparent when booking that the hotel gym would be closed for refurbishment during our stay, nor was this communicated in advance. It was a particular aspect I wanted from a hotel for this stay. Also, housekeeping were not good at replenishing the coffee in the room, I had to ask for this.

- 5/5
Great hotel right next to campus
- 5/5
Very clean room, great staff!
- 4/5
We were able to get two last minute rooms, which was great! The elevators are fairly fast. The pillows for the king bed and huge. You have to pay for anything you eat or drink that is in the room. I like that you can put the a/c to 60. There was a mold/wet smell in the bathroom, which was not pleasant. Seeing as how they had a Dyson blow dryer, they should fix that smell. Also, there is a sizable gap between the shower door and the wall. Staff was great, the valet even helped with our bags. It was one night though, no big deal.
- 5/5
In room bar made it so easy. Beautiful room and hotel, felt very well cared for.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nice original decor in keeping with the music theme of Nashville. Good bar and restaurant. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Large comfortable beds and a good range of amenities in the room. Electric kettle, snacks, stocked minibar and lovely robes and slippers. Maybe a bit far from the downtown strip of bars and live music venues.
- 5/5
Comfortable room, free upgrade because property was overbooked.
- 5/5
Great Hotel with friendly staff
- 3/5
Refused to provide booking amenity from Expedia. Charged resort fee when gym closed and alternative blocks away. No points. Nice place but cheap. Other places want your business more, wouldn’t recommend.

- 5/5
Beautiful and cozy lobby area.
- 5/5
It was a beautiful hotel. Very clean and nice rooms, and an excellent restaurant downstairs. The staff are all friendly and very helpful, my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. If there was any criticism at all, and this is not the hotel's fault, is the distance it is from music row. It's about a 15 to 20 minute walk
- 5/5
Although our stay was cut short, we really enjoyed the Hutton Hotel. The staff was so accommodating and the room was spotless. The renovation to the hotel is incredible, we can’t wait to come back. Thank you all!
- 5/5
The Hutton Hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are updated and modern. The beds are perfect. The soap and shampoo is high end and the restaurant is amazing. Can’t beat it.
- 5/5
Restaurant should stay open until 10 pm.
- 5/5
Would stay again. Small rooms but good quality. Parking is well priced.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Quiet. A little ways from the Broadway honky tonks but we still walked it a couple times. Midtown cafe is really convenient for any meals outside of the hotel. Great staff. No microwave in room so don't plan to eat leftovers:)
- 5/5
Convenience to Highway. Easy access to desired activities. Excellent customer service. Staff goes out of their way to pamper. Style and ambiance. Rooms are modern with thoughtful accessories and comforts. Clean. Good morning cup of coffee available in the lobby prepared by barista.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Room was good. Water took a really long time to get hot so had to take a slightly cold shower day one. But day to I let it run a while and it was good.

Overall great experience!
- 1/5
Horrible experience. I was looking so forward to our one night stay here for my husband's 40th birthday. We booked this 9/29/25 and would be checking in on 10/11/25. After driving 3.5 hours, upon check-in we were informed that there was a mix up and we did not have a room nor was there one for our couple friends that we invited to come us. We were given no other explanation besides they are doing some renovations. I just wish that someone would have called me or emailed me before we made the trip. We were placed even further away from Bridgestone which meant that the Uber to and from the arena would cost more. The best part is you have to valet park so we lost $10 immediately upon arrival just for the guy to have to go back and get our cars so we could leave. I do feel bad for the check-in girl at the front. A manager should have come out and explained the situation.
- 5/5
Wow! This place is beautiful. Newly renovated with a modern but cozy feel. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful-and I had a lot of questions as a first time visitor to the city! The bar staff were also friendly and engaging. You have to try the drink with the house made pomegranate foam
- 5/5
The food, bar, and rooms were all amazing. Their staff in the lounge were super amazing. Drinks and food were amazing.

The Hutton Hotel was very nice. I was super excited to stay there until I walked into my room and find not one but two chewed up tobacco pouches and the bathroom floor looked like it was swept or mopped. And the shower had hair, it’s like the bathroom was never cleaned.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
The room was clean. There are lots of restaurants around the area for food.
- 5/5
The concierge was amazing at helping me with an itinerary for our vacation. The front desk staff was incredible also. Absolutely the friendliest and most personable front dest staff we could ask for.
- 5/5
The lady at reception was so nice and friendly with an infectious smile, the welcome made the long drive from Florida feel better!
- 5/5
We absolutely loved this boutique hotel! It is upscale retro and perfect for the Music Row area. From the comfort to the history of music in Nashville, it’s 1000/10! We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again! The staff… just wow! From the bell hop to the concierge to the cleaning staff, every single encounter with staff was top tier. The room (which was upgraded to a suite by the front desk) was very clean, comfortable, roomy, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had everything you could need…. Including a Dyson hairdryer! They are just friendly they go out of their way to be helpful. It is not an exaggeration to say this was the best hotel experience we’ve had in all of our state side travels!! Book the hotel, you won’t be disappointed! The modern retro style. The cleanliness, the size and comfort of the rooms. The lounge areas. The restaurant. Everything was top tier… down to the Dyson hairdryer in the suite.

Stayed because it's the same hotel that has the Analog venue. Extremely convenient! Everything about the hotel was amazing.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
They went above and beyond to ensure we were well served!
- 4/5
Other than that it was a great stay.
- 5/5
The Hutton is nicely decorated and the rooms are updated/being updated. I enjoyed drinks at the bar in Evelyn's restaurant the Tuna Tartare was very good. I also went to the Analog Bar for the live entertainment that was outstanding
- 5/5
Renovated room, gym, and friendly staff!
- 5/5
Every part of this hotel is beautiful. Every detail is perfect, right down to the lamps!
- 2/5
A so-called “destination charge” and an excessive $50 nightly parking fee added over $80 per night to the total cost—charges that were neither clear nor reasonable. This kind of backdoor pricing may pad the bottom line, but it erodes trust and leaves guests feeling deceived. In a market like Vegas, where travelers are increasingly rejecting hidden fees, this approach is shortsighted. I will be sure to share this experience widely so others know what to expect. The Hutton may have earned a one-time windfall from me, but they’ve lost my future business.
- 4/5
Paying $55 to park for the evening Paying for parking every time you leave the garage
- 5/5
Gorgeous hotel with great and accommodating staff. Evelyn’s dinner food was amazing, as well, and their service was top notch!
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and the show at the in house stage was fantastic. The only blemish was the toilet didnt flush well at all
- 5/5
Very helpful staff Paid parking
- 4/5
Staff was accommodating and plenty of dining, coffee close. Renovating but nice. The AC wasn’t great in the room.
- 5/5
Loved the live music venue. Beds comfortable.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Was greeted by valet. Very nice. Wanted to self park however made more sense to valet for overnight. Was welcomed by Ashley at the front desk. Very sweet and kind. The room was great. Unfortunately, the first night was a little rough- the hot water was not working and had to take a cold - lukewarm shower. On any other day it would have been ok but after a long day of moving my son into college a nice hot shower would have been nice:) when I attempted to tell the reception the following day she seemed to be having a not so good day bc she didn’t smile or say “we apologize for the inconvenience” the hot water was fixed that morning! So all good. The beds are great, pillows great, internet fantastic, room clean and comfortable. Staff always greeted me. So overall I will come back. Great hotel. Convenient.
- 3/5
We were expecting a city view as I paid extra and the rooms were really small. It was nice and clean but wasn’t what we expected. Also pay to park is a big inconvenience.
- 5/5
Room was smaller compared to other newer hotels
- 4/5
The parking was expensive and the daily amenity fee was not mentioned when booking. The parking a fee added an additional $100 to the daily rate.
- 3/5
3 stars might be generous. This property could work for some, but it did not work for me. I came for a work trip which meant ease & convenience were at the top of my list. Coffee was not available until 7am - for me this was a deal breaker & reason I won’t book the hotel again. The in room technology is very outdated and inconvenient. The staff was very friendly and the lobby was cute, however that was the only positive. The room finishings (paint, baseboard, trims) were unfinished, paint unfinished etc. making it feel far from a VIP or luxury stay. I was charged a $30 property fee for each day I spent there — this is typically expected at luxury properties. However, I would not categorize this as a luxury property and felt the extra charges were brazen given the reality of the hotel. The restaurant is very well known & beautiful - I loved that part. Won’t be staying here again.

Awesome property. Love this hotel. Staff is excellent and have great recommendations for local dining spots. Super clean and nice. Will come back!!
- 5/5
Front desk agents were kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Super friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
The staff was great they had Renovations going on to the front area but overall it was very pleasant stay
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond. The valet was incredible and helpful. The place was beautifully designed. The restaurant was so delicious. Great ambiance here! Do not let the construction deter you. It was an absolute dream!
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the tile shower and rainfall shower head.
- 5/5
Love
- 5/5
Hotel itself was great but it was loud. Not sure if it was construction or what but it went on way too long
- 5/5
Nice and quiet
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
What a beautifully created hotel! I love a nice boutique hotel and this is definitely one I will come back to.
- 5/5
The hotel was great and staff was outstanding, highly recommended this hotel.
- 5/5
Perfect location and cute hotel.
- 1.5/5
Not much. Under construction. Rooms were horribly outdated. Ice machines were worse than hotel 6. Staff was rude. One of my worst hotel stays in years and given the fact they are a proclaimed 4.5 stars is nuts!
- 1/5
Cockroaches and they didn’t give me my money back
- 5/5
everything was great
- 4.5/5
The restaurant was not very good.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Great location and super friendly staff
- 3/5
It is very expensive to have a car parked there
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 4.5/5
Location, ambience, friendly staff good food! No dressers to store your clothes. Had to leave clothes in the suitcase. Other than that everything was great!
- 4.5/5
The food was fresh and delicious. It was a treat to then head into the venue for a terrific show. It's a beautiful space with wonderful acoustics. The coffee kettle didn't have an electrical outlet that was easy to access.
- 3/5
There was construction we were unaware of. We self parked which was a hassle getting into the hotel and could have valet parked for just 5.00 more. there was some sort of hotel fee or resort fee (for amenities, there were none) which we didn't know
- 5/5
Would like a cheaper self-park option
- 5/5
Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were all super nice and helpful. The hotel is nicely appointed and we loved the decor. There was lots of hallway noise at all hours and the street noise kept us awake all night. The room itself was nice however, it was stuffy. We adjusted the temperature several times but it didn't help.
- 4/5
There were some stumbles at the beginning with room expectations but the team followed up with me and set the expectations for a good stay.
- 4.5/5
Lovely place, staff was fantastic, pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts and snacks in the restaurant were yummy. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Location left a bit to be desired as it was not in walking distance to much. We had to uber everywhere. Price was higher than places nearer to the action but maybe you pay for the quiet at night as the town was crazy because of CMA's coming into town.
- 5/5
Front of house staff really friendly and helpful. Jada and Haley were particularly helpful.
- 5/5
Lisa was wonderful!
- 5/5
Loved staying here!
- 4/5
All good except the self parking which has to be paid for each in/out and there is no daily charge for hotel guests.
- 4/5
Lots of construction and poor service at the bar. Would not stay there again. And I recieved nothing for VIP
- 4/5
The property was nice, the staff was friendly, but if you park in the garage, it’s very difficult to find the check-in area. It was a maze to get through the hotel back to the front. Recommendation is to park in the front of the hotel check in and then park. Other downside is that parking is very expensive at the hotel.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at the Hutton. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed valet parking those guys are awesome. I will definitely be booking again.
- 4/5
Parking cost is outrageous- $50
- 5/5
Great, we would stay here again. Very nice staff and property.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Staff was very accomodating and friendly. walkable to downtown but 20 minutes. Overnight parking at $55 seemed excessive but maybe hotel did not have control.
- 5/5
Beautiful and classy hotel! Service was the absolute best!!!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and great service. Staff was so friendly and we loved having access to a music venue on site.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Lovely hotel, great service and amenities, excellent restaurant, walkable area.
- 5/5
Always love my stays at The Hutton
- 1/5
We arrived to Hutton in Nashville at 12:30am. Upon arriving we’re told that the needed to transfer to their sister hotel which we had to walk to our pay our own fair to. Upon arriving at the sister hotel they told us we are ere to check out Sunday because that’s all they were getting reimbursed for. I paid for upgraded views and the amenities at the Hutton hotel and did not receive that.
- 5/5
Super easy to get in and out. Parking valets were excellent. Room was great for us and our dogs. Great location. Bar and restaurant in house.
- 3/5
Wasn’t made aware parking wasn’t included in the hotel parking and spent 175$ for 2 nights. Difficult to get from garage to room. Only perks were across from Hattie b and we could use a record player/guitar from their amenities.
- 5/5
Great location and excellent hotel. Great decor and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great hotel and staff! Everything was just perfect. If traveling to Nashville definitely consider staying here
- 5/5
Lovely boutique hotel.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
We love this property and the staff. Perfect location for a Nashville experience. Great bar inside the hotel, check-in treat and perfect room.
- 5/5
Great! They had music shows each night, which made the destination fee worth it (if no show, wouldn't be worth it. Only negative is shower has only rain shower head mounted on ceiling, no handheld or at least wall mounted shower head.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly , hotel was beautiful clean and unique. Located in a great area .
- 2/5
The picture of the room on their website (attached) is not what we got. The big dollar room I clicked to stay in shows a big nice window. Nope we had a cement or something else wall almost half way up. We were able to see the ski. We asked for a change of room and they said they were fully book. So unfortunately it wasn't a place that I would recommend. The room was dark and didn't have a great feel.
- 5/5
My stay was fantastic!
- 5/5
The place was awesome and close to restaurants. The staff was very friendly and would always check in on us. My pups were pleased as this place is dog friendly!
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Checked me in early on NYE so I could watch a Kentucky game before going to dinner. Bar was cool. Place looked cool.
- 1/5
One of the beds had stains on the pillowcases. and I I won't be back and I will not. Refer refer anybody to this hotel
- 1/5
The hidden fees & the this app . Will stick to airBNB’s
- 4/5
liked: friendly staff, quiet, good restaurant, location, free coffee service, shower. didn't like: bench in fitness room is in disrepair, fruit bowl in fitness room not maintained. elevators were not secured-anyone could go above lobby floor on elevators without a room key. restaurant was expensive,
- 5/5
Restaurant was high priced and food was not very good. Service was slow with few customers.
- 5/5
The music components were great. Lots of decor tied together. Spa water and the southern hospitality.
- 4/5
Convenience to Music Row and other business opps
- 5/5
Nice place! We would stay again!
- 5/5
Easy Uber ride to Broadway street also many places to walk to in the area
- 5/5
Great location and beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service. Evelyn’s was a great place to go for onsite fabulous food and atmosphere!
- 5/5
This hotel is stunning!! It smells like heaven when you first walk in and everything was so clean. We will definitely be staying at the Hutton the next time we are in Nashville.
- 5/5
Everything was lovely! I loved Analog
- 5/5
Great view from the 15th floor. Staff was friendly and courteous
- 4/5
I love this eclectic hotel and its location!! This is a MUST stay for those looking to be near enough but far enough away from all the action.
- 2/5
Sheets were not clean--found blood on the comforter cover and sheet after getting into bed--housekeeping did change sheets on request the next morning. Bathrooms in lobby had terrible odor. Front lobby had such an extreme deodorizer smell it made you think they were covering up a bad smell. Water containers in lobby were constantly empty.
- 5/5
Always a nice stay
- 4/5
The lobby was under construction and the restaurant was closed. Many buildings in the area are abandoned. Parking was $17 a day.
- 3/5
The price was outrageous for a tiny room an in old, run down building. I felt like this was the cat phishing of hotel rooms. Photos look luxurious, however up close, there’s old grime in cracks, and worn down tile. The hidden fees were crazy and I was afraid to use anything in the room for fear of yet another surprise charge at the end of our stay. I was hoping to go a little on the nicer end for my husband and I’s ten year wedding anniversary. We don’t typically spend that kind of money so thought why not go a little extravagant for our anniversary. We were sourly disappointed and will be going to a Staybridge in the future, no matter the occasion. Because hey, at least there’s free coffee of the same quality. I will say, the service was wonderful, but unfortunately that’s there the glamour ended
- 4/5
Everything was just ok.
- 4/5
Needs free coffee in room or lobby
- 1/5
Staff was nice but clueless Well parking is fifty bucks or 55 for valet. No bell hop Rooms very small Charges are high for the (3.0)out of (10)ten hotel Get all the bottled water from the lobby as you can as you will be charged a “complimentary fee” for it! Owners nor the staff have a clue what the English word complimentary means apparently. Thumbs down!
- 5/5
Amazing property with fantastic staff and amenities.
- 1/5
Our first room had hair on the bed, so they very graciously offered to upgrade us. This was after the first person who answered the said “I’m sure it’s fine, it probably they housekeepers .” The second room was bigger but still unclean. The top duvet cover was torn, the shower only offered the rain shower head, and was an extremely small, so very hard for a female, who didn’t want to get their hair wet to navigate. The room was HOT seemed to just get worse as the weekend went on. The outside hallway light did not work so it was a dark walk to our room. They did offer free bottles of water! The room was dated, torn carpet, chipped paint. dust in the creases. You are about a $8 Uber ride to Broadway.
- 5/5
My friend and I stayed for 2 nights this past May and we both really loved this hotel! I was looking for something unique and this was perfect!
- 5/5
DeVante was an angel and made our stay so memorable. Superb service from the staff at The Hutton. We can’t wait to return!
- 5/5
We stay here often and it is a very nice property. Our room could’ve used some updating
- 4/5
Hated that i was sent a text, received a knock on my room door, and a got a phone call to leave my room between 11:15a - 11:40a after receiving approval check out at noon.
- 5/5
Excellent staff -everyone was so wonderful! Great gym - best hotel gym I have seen in years. Nice original amenities on offer. Perfect location for Vanderbilt and downtown Nashville locations. Special shoutout for the front desk staff, checking in and overnight, and the valet parking guys. You’re all wonderful!
- 3/5
Hotel was beautiful but out of the way from all the sights and sounds. We had issues with getting our room cleaned but once we spoke to the front desk it was dealt with immediately.
- 5/5
This was an amazing hotel. Comfortable, cool vibe, friendly staff. Loved the bath products in the room! Would stay here again!
- 5/5
About mile from broadway (uber, scooters or walkable) Staff is friendly and helpful Room was clean Cons: Had breakfast once at the onsite restaurant and it was expensive and the food we ordered was okay at best.
