Also there is no breakfast at the hotel, they do offer every morning coffee and tea with a muffin. Be a were that the windows are not sound proof and the park and street can be quite noisy.

Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was excellent. The location on the park is wonderful. The hotel itself was very nice with prompt room service and surprisingly spacious rooms. My only low rating was the fitness room, as it is small and has limited equipment.

The property is beautiful, the rooms are a nice size and the location could not be better. But, the shining star is the staff! They are A+. Helpful and kind 24/7. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and personal travelers.

It's just a perfect place to stay in NYC- beautiful hotel, close to theaters and everything, very helpful friendly staff. Bathtub in room is deep and comfy and beds are like fluffy clouds. Seeing the park outside every morning- so beautiful.

We've stayed at Bryant Park several times, always very happy with the room with a view the park! Very friendly staff, a great bar downstairs, and easy walking distance from time square and other great attractions. Highly recommended!

I've stayed at (and liked) many NYC hotels, but this one was near the top of my faves list. The central location is great, but it's still relatively quiet because it looks over Bryant Park. My room was super clean and spacious (I think I had a junior suite) and filled with light, and I loved that I had a nice bathtub and a separate shower. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, which should be done in the next several months, but the rooms are really great now. But the best of all were the terrific staff. John welcomed me to the hotel, and then remembered my name two days later! The doorman (whose name I sadly cannot remember) helped me get a cab to the airport (which was much cheaper than an Uber) and was generally helpful. I really appreciated these nice personal touches. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our room offered a stunning view of Bryant Park, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait a bit. One of the friendly staff members kindly suggested some lunch options, which was particularly helpful since this was our first time in New York. When we finally got our room, they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded it at no extra charge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was ample space for my wife and me to relax. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

A great property in a wonderful location in the beating heart of Manhattan. My most recent stay was in a suite worthy of a Hollywood movie set. Mainly I praise the staff, including maintenance and cleaning staff, who are friendly, kind and very professional.

But, the coffee was great, and again the service was friendly. The rest of the menu could have been great, I don't know. Everything else was fantastic, and I highly recommend. Will definitely stay again - great location for mid town. The smoked salmon bagel! Was poorly assembled and the salmon was mushy.

The location, the room, the staff and services. Everything is taken care of and well thought out. I had handed over my bag to the valet for storage. It was returned with a significant deep scratch on the black leather tote bag in the front, which was an unpleasant experience to end with and I have to now take care of the aftermath.

The hotel itself is excellent sans our bathroom view of warped plywood, dirty buckets & rope. Maybe put some faux shrubs out there to disguise it? Times Square 10-min walk, theater district 10-min walk. Subway station across the street. Ave of the Americas is the cross street. Quick walk to Park Ave, Madison, Lexington. Hotel staff is 5 star. Koi restaurant onsite delicious sushi. The gym, though, is a small box with a Peloton bike, lifecycle tread & elliptical, very few weights. Know that you get charged a thirty dollar facility fee/day. Several grab & go bakeries/restaurants (Pret a Manger, La Pain Quotidien) ring the park.

The welcome and check in team were polite and friendly. Nothing was an issue for them. They were happy to hold out bags (as we arrived before check in) while we explored the local neighbourhood. The room was small(ish) but very well appointed. It was clean and for once this is a hotel that actually had a well stocked mini bar. The room was clean and bright. The bathroom was large and modern. The towels were thick and luxurious. The toiletries (Molton Brown) were very nice. It would be nice to have a coffee machine and tea making facilities in the room. Other then that there is not a lot to add on the negative side.

IT MADE ME SAD TO LEAVE!! You will not find a better NYC LUXURY HOTEL! Hectic Holiday schedules HOWEVER the stresses just melted away while staying in this exquisite property! Returning as soon as possible!

Perfect location across street from Bryant Park, close to New York Public Library, easy walk to Grand Central Terminal and theater district. Enjoyed Celon, the hotel bar. Large, comfortable room and bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful before and during stay. The view of scaffolding, but understand it’s needed at this time of stay. It is more expensive than a standard hotel,but worth it.

Rooms are larger than any other hotel I've stayed at in NYC. The entire hotel has also been recently updated. It's a very nice hotel.

Great staff - professionals, welcoming, and accommodating of special requests. The room is good - spacious and clean. However, the hotel lobby and hallways probably needs upgrading as it is becoming dated and sad looking. Maybe new carpets, lighting fixture, and art work would brighten up the place to keep its high standard.

Room was ready early and spotless. Staff service was excellent. Property location was centrally located in midtown facing Bryant Park, which is a short 10 block walk up 5th Ave to St Pat’s and Rockefeller Center. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and clean rooms, though the standard rooms are quite small and the window view was unfortunately blocked by ongoing construction. Pillows and blankets could also be improved to better reflect the hotel’s level. With a few upgrades, it could offer a much more comfortable stay.

My 2nd stay here and 2nd time issue with water temperature in shower and sink. Water never got warm in either, cold everyday. They had someone come up to fix it but it wasn't fixed. Jo at the front desk was very kind and felt bad I could see. My bill was reduced by $200 but I won't be coming back in future. It's not acceptable to deal with this issue at this level of a hotel.

Holiday weekend, so my experience might be tainted by the “B” team, and my city view was of scaffolding and a roof top. Water was cut off, a pushy maid, and lack luster staffing.

We came for our 30th wedding anniversary to celebrate and have fun in Manhattan. The hotel was beautiful, Alphonso took great care of us at the bar with delicious cocktails and the room and location were lovely. We overlooked the park and enjoyed the spacious and elegant room. I am a clean freak and it was very clean.

Great hotel in a great location. When a hotel-wide, temporary plumbing problem affecting water supply threatened our time at the hotel, the staff stepped up and was both highly professional and completely empathetic. Exactly what I would want from from a first class hotel.

1 of 2 elevators inoperable. Water service cut off on Saturday morning for couple of hours, but kindly comped facility fee for stay. Coffee service in am in lobby basic.

Nic hotel near Bryant Park and very walkable to most New York attractions.

I booked a Bryant Park View room with three windows. I received an upgrade to a king sized bed but on a low floor (4) which had one window which was covered in scaffolding so disappointed as room felt dark and a little claustrophobic. Lovely dinner at Koi which was in the building but disappointed as no reception to speak of on entry and felt more like an apartment building than hotel. Am annoyed I didn’t make a fuss immediately and change rooms but was jetlagged after a long flight. The experience didn’t live up to the advertised expectations unfortunately.

Except for the scaffolding which obscured the beautiful historic building, and the overnight sod laying in Bryant Park across the street, the stay was outstanding. Great room, great service, everything was stellar. If there's one suggestion - more hooks in the bathroom. Thanks for the experience.

I had upgraded my room to a queen with soaking tub and in the picture the window showed greenery. When I got to my room, I was facing a wall about 10 feet away with scaffolding between the brick wall and my room window.I was alerted by a letter in the room that there could be construction noise. I saw the letter after unpacking. At that point it wasn’t worth going down to the front desk to see if I could get the room changed. I kept the blinds down the whole time I stayed. It felt like I was locked in and had safety concern having scaffolding right outside my window.I won’t be recommending this property or coming back.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was modern, clean and comfortable and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco was much appreciated. They had special, delicious cookies in the lobby for St Patrick's Day in addition to the huge bowl of Hershey's Kisses at the front desk! Cucumber and/or lemon ice water available all day and free coffee available in the morning. The downstairs bar was great. Very convenient to the F line subway station, so it was easy and convenient to get to places in the City. Just an absolute first-class hotel to which we will definitely return.

I have been looking for a nice, well priced hotel in midtown manhattan that is updated and doesn’t feel like a shoebox. After countless experiences in dated, 150 square fit rooms - I finally found what I’ve been looking for. The Bryant Park Hotel is fantastic and the perfect mix of comfort, service and location. Everything in the room is thoughtfully designed and intentional. I will be staying here again!

We took a chance staying away from Times Square and are so glad we did. This is a terrific hotel. We stayed in a suite because there were three of us and it was perfect. The pull out couch is as comfortable as a pull out couch can be, but still good. There was a minimal complementary breakfast (muffins and coffee), so I’d like more options, but otherwise we have absolutely no complaint. We felt so safe. And communication was perfect! Thank you for our stay!!
