Park Terrace Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the wardrobe in my room was broken so I didn't feel great about using it. The doors to the room are really heavy and when they close its really loud, especially in a quiet hallway. I don't mind getting up early, but being woken up by a slamming door kinda sucked. The staff seemed a little standoffish but maybe thats just midtown. The price definitely reflects the location more than anything else. The location was great.

I requested late check out or a place to work and the staff did not care to help me solve the issue. I’ve stayed more than 5 times in this hotel and will find somewhere else that will ensure our needs are met when we travel.

This hotel is not four star hotel,for the price you pay is better to pay a little bit extra going in a real five star hotel

The best place to stay in NYC! This was my 12th stay and I adore the staff and this hotel.

This is a great hotel in a great area--away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square but close enough to get there in a short walk. The building was lovely, comfortable, and well air-conditioned.

All of the staff, except Devin, were amazing! About Devin: when I called down to say we were checking out, he said, “let me confirm your email and charges”. I replied, “there shouldn’t be any charges”. He retorted, “well we haven’t checked the room for damages yet!” That remark was off putting to me. Despite that, we’ll definitely stay again! Shout out to sweet Kaylin (sp?) who was especially warm and knew we needed chocolate!

The Park Terrace Hotel has everything you need to make your stay in New York City memorable, from the iconic panoramic skyline from the 6th floor open terrace to the comfortable room stocked with all the amenities. Above all, the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Memorial Day weekend, my family...

Location Memorial Day weekend, my family and I decided to take a mini vacation to New York City. I booked and prepaid for three rooms more than a month in advance, expecting a smooth and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, what followed was one issue after another. Upon arrival, we were informed that a $400 hold per room would be required on a credit card. This information was never disclosed during the booking process. We provided two separate credit cards to satisfy the requirement and proceeded to our rooms. Shortly after checking in, we discovered that one of the rooms had a water leak. We reported it to the front desk and left for dinner. While we were out, the hotel called to inform us that the room would need to be changed. When I asked what would happen to the luggage in the room, I was assured that it would remain there until we returned and could transfer it ourselves. That is not what happened. When we returned, we were assigned a new room, but our luggage was nowhere to be found. For quite some time, hotel staff could not locate it. Thankfully, it was eventually recovered, but the stress and inconvenience were completely unnecessary. To compensate for the situation, the hotel provided a credit to be used at the restaurant next door. Unfortunately, our experience there was equally disappointing. We were treated poorly and left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. We reported the experience to hotel management, and to their credit, the manager was apologetic and genuinely attempted to make amends for circumstances that should never have occurred. Unfortunately, the issues continued. Our replacement room did not have a mini refrigerator, so we requested one. The refrigerator that was delivered was dirty and still contained food from a previous guest. Once again, we reported the problem, and once again, the hotel apologized and replaced the item. Throughout our stay, we tried to extend grace and understanding because we recognize that mistakes can happen.

Great rooms, comfortable. The location is perfect. We also lived having the water station by the elevators. Thanks for keeping us hydrated! I had to switch rooms. The first had a tv that had a terrible buzz even when it was turned off! Not sure how that was happening. I called the front desk to ask for assistance and was told no engineering staff at night. It was after midnight. I asked to change rooms and was told yes. Great! I asked if I could just go to the new room for the night and move my stuff in the morning but was told no. The new rooms was only two doors down. It was almost 1 am at this point. She said I could use earplugs if I did not want to move my entire room immediately. I was a little shocked she would say that to a customer but whatever. I decided to move because I could not sleep with the noise. I finally settled into my new room at 1:30 am. I’m happy she let me change rooms but the customer service was absolutely not there. I do have to mention Ethan at the front desk. He was very helpful and a great representative for your hotel

This has become our go to hotel in New York over the last two years. Everything from the location, staff, modernity of the rooms and the lounge. Keep us coming back.

I want to thank the Park Terrace Hotel for making my boyfriend’s birthday weekend and first visit to nyc so incredible. Shout out to Arlette who treated us so insanely well! Jesse and Giovanny were also amazing. But Arlette went above and beyond for us. The restaurant and the bar are fantastic. The location ideal and the general vibe immaculate. What a perfect trip.

I really love that they have a water filling machine on the floor with empty bottles as well if needed. check in was easy. we got 2 complimentary drinks from their lovely Branch outdoor cocktail/seating area with a nice view of a sparkling building. Location was ideal, right across from Bryant Park. My only minor concern would be the toiletries are regular sized and I guess they refill them. But I would be concerned (but obviously not that much since I used them) that some weirdo guest would refill it with some of their own potions or unwanted substances. I did not check, but maybe there is a tamper identification on the bottles. Otherwise pretty perfect stay, no complaints.

Its beautiful ! Small but well soundproofed. The restaurant/bar/terrasse on the roof it’s gorgeous and the employees are super kind and efficient service. I simply LOVE the view from each rooms on the Library and Bryant Park. Perfectly located and very safe. Staff are all friendly. It is my second long stay here, 1 week so I had the time to take the pulse of this property. I’ll be back again ! Gym is old and too small

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. So easy to walk or subway anywhere in Manhattan. Our room was so comfortable, immaculate and completely updated. Comfy bed and pillows. A/C was nice & quiet. On top of it all, we had an amazing view of the Empire State Building! Highly recommend.

Good location. Friendly staff. Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. I even bumped into the cleaner and said I'm leaving and she didn't clean it when I got back two hours later. They also didn't clean it later on in the day when we were gone.

Perfect location , centrally located in Manhattan . Rooms are clean with sufficient facilities . However there was a false alarm at 11pmish during our stay without any follow up . The alarm was on for more than 1 min and guests woke up don’t know what to do . It was only after guests from the same all opening their doors looking at each other what to do then the alarm bell stoped . There was no public address system nor any explanation on the second day when we checked out of the hotel .

Very comfortable, well appointed and spotless rooms, which have everything you need including an unbrella (it was raining all weekend!) and a yoga mat in every room. Linens, pillow, towels all top quality. The Branch lounge is gorgeous and has excellent and very economical choices for breakfast. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor terrace which is lovely. I highly recommend this hotel!

Park Terrace Hotel was excellent! The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice. We enjoyed a couple evenings on their rooftop bar as well. The location is also perfect for access to subway stations and walkable distance to many locations in midtown.

It was a very clean and well looked after hotel. Staff were pleasant and always on hand. The location was fantastic as a holiday destination - close enough to all the sightseeing as well as next to a lovely park if you want to wind down. The subway station is also a minutes walk away to access anywhere else!

We had a very pleasant stay at Park Terrace Hotel. The location is truly excellent — perfect for exploring New York while still feeling comfortable and relaxed after a busy day in the city. The room itself felt very cozy and welcoming, almost home-like, which is something we especially appreciated in New York. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. We also appreciated the small details: complimentary water, a Nespresso machine in the room, and even a charging adapter available to use — which was incredibly helpful since I had forgotten mine. A special thank you for the cleanliness and overall comfort throughout the stay. We would gladly return again.

The amenities were excellent — especially the gym, which was clean and well-equipped, and the washer/dryer facilities, which made the stay very convenient. Lovely property within walking distance of all NYC attractions. Right next to a park with makes the whole place feel less crowded. Opted for more spacious rooms and those felt on the small side too. But this is NYC - so we were satisfied with the room sizes. The rooms were well insulated. We were in the middle of NYC and heard absolutely no noise. This was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t find the front desk staff particularly warm and inviting. However, not to the point of complaining. I appreciated the water stations at every floor. Great value for money! It would’ve been nice to have a stocked mini bar and more welcoming front desk staff. But I’m now nitpicking. For the price point and what you get - this property is a winner.

The perfect refuge and space of quiet, very clean, comfortable bedding, and Malin+Goetz products. Each floor has filtered water and the in room Nespresso machine are immensely helpful to have on hand.

The hotel location is great, close to Times Square, Bryant Park and all the shopping on 5th Ave, yet quiet. The staff was welcoming and the rooms clean with great toiletries, complimentary water, coffee and popcorn. Plenty of umbrellas since it was raining one day. Highly recommend. Nothing.

The first night we arrived late to sleep and there was no bedding in the sofa bed. On top of taking an hour to have is made, the person at the reception, instead of trying to solve the problem (my youngest son was already asleep) was asking me if I had explicitly asked for that on my reservation (what I did). But this was very unpleasant, trying to make me responsible instead of caring with the client (and my infant son). And for two of the three days may room was not made during the day and I had to ask it to be done when I went out at night. Service is really lacking.

Great location, the one elevator system can be a bit of a challenge if in a hurry for anything. Definitely higher pricing than the size of room warrants & not offering a late checkout was not favorable, but requests were met with a decent sense of urgency. If I have a special occasion I’ll definitely consider this place again.

Room was beautiful and clean. The room I got didn’t have the Bryant park view but it was peaceful and quiet at night. Hydration station is so useful and I truly appreciated the staff for being so welcoming. The only downside is how long the elevator takes. Other than that, 5 stars.

I’m an allergy sufferer, so hotel cleanliness is my top priority — this one delivered on its promises. I messaged ahead to confirm, and the staff were cooperative and accommodating. Each floor has a water station, which was a nice touch. The whole front desk team — especially Drew, the front desk manager — was excellent. I’ll stay here again.

There's very limited storage for unpacking options and placing suitcases. However, the room was clean and in pretty good shape maintenence wise. Staff was extremely friendly and the attached restaurant was a nice plus.

I love the water they provided, the housekeeping services everyday, and the overall close proximity to everything that the hotel was. It was also nice that there was a hotel restaurant, because it was easy when we were too tired to go anywhere else. Rooms could be on the smaller side, but that's not necessarily a reflection of the hotels' services. That tends to be NYC sized rooms. I honestly don't have many negatives things to say about the property.

The hotel was an awesome place to stay. The staff is amazing. The rooms are very clean and very stylish and the new restaurant on the sixth floor for hotel members only is incredible great view and roof deck.

Ideal location, right on Bryant Park. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very nice (great mattress, high-quality sheets). In-room espresso machine was a nice touch! Our tv remote didn’t work very well but we were too tired by the end of the day to ask for assistance with it - I’m sure they would have been able to sort it out if we asked.

Our stay was amazing. There were several employees who made our stay memorable. I'll start with Miguel who I spoke with prior to check-in—we were waiting for an Uber an likely to arrive after midnight; so, I called to inform the staff and he was very kind and reassuring. When we arrived to check-in he was polite, professional, and helpful. On Saturday, during check-out we spoke to Arlette who recommended a nearby bakery for breakfast prior to our Broadway show—her and another staff member were very helpful and accommodating about storing our luggage while we went to theater. And when we returned David and another staff member retrieved our luggage and recommended additional Broadway shows for our return. The staff made us feel welcome, valued, and appreciated — we never once felt like we were a burden or annoyance and honestly the staff is the reason we've decided to return in the summer. Initially, we were concerned about staying in NY hotels because of concerns about bedbugs, but now we feel that we've found a trusted establishment. Our stay has increased our desire to return to NY.

Excellent hotel, the staff are superb and the rooms are lovely (on the small side, but this is expected in New York). Location is ideal, I walked almost everywhere but there is a subway station nearby too. My only slight downside was the sauna needing to be requested to be turned on, but once you know this is the process it’s fine and it’s easy to message and request 20-30mins ahead of when you want to use it. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

This hotel is bright and beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely - great shower, plugs where you need them, good lighting, comfortable seating. Love that there is a mini-Fridge. The adjustable table was so useful! Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice closet space. Bathroom wasn’t huge but had plenty of counter space. Shower was great - rainfall and wand- and temperature was consistently good. Room temp easy to control. Curtains worked well to block out the light. And we could not hear any street noise at all!!

Location Especially some staff never simile and never help for customers’ requires for example Mr.Graham must be smile and try to help them for customers’ happiness, I want to change my room at first day but nobody reply me later only the answer they will look, but Mr.Miguel and David always try to help and they show me hospitality there, premium high floor rooms’ view looks back street buildings’ climates machines and walls, if you want to open window you can’t wait 2 minutes so very bad smells from restaurants , no breakfast but there is a Italian restaurant connected with hotel, there is a marketing mistake ..

Only the pillows

Clean and very quiet room, well-equipped, and the staff were helpful and polite. The location is very convenient. Close to the main sights but still a bit away from the crowds of Times Square. I also really liked the Branch restaurant/bar: great drinks and food, stylish vibe, amazing terrace, and a beautiful view. La Pecora Bianca restaurant downstairs was also very nice. They offered great breakfasts and a lovely ambiance. Service in both places was excellent. The Classic room was very small (see photo). It did not look like the 18 sq m stated in the booking confirmation. It felt more like 12 sq m or even less. The bathroom was also tiny, and the room was quite dark, with a view facing the windows of the building in front. This was very frustrating especially for the money we paid. If I had known the actual size, I wouldn’t have booked it. We extended our stay by one night and tried a Deluxe room. The size was much better (it was a good, comfortable size), but it didn’t have a desk.

The hotel is quiet with a nice bar/lounge for guests that overlooks the NY Public Library and Bryant Park. The location is convenient to many popular destinations. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. we will return on our next city visit.

We love this place for our frequent visits to NYC. There is a wonderful emphasis on sustainability and care for the environment, and the Midtown location is perfect. Highpoints include the guest lounge (great for brief meetings), hotel gym, and easy access to in-building laundry facilities for extended stays. There was an initial small problem with some tiny gnats in the shower drain area of our room...it was mentioned to housekeeping staff, and was promptly addressed. We will surely return for a future stay.

Showers have good water pressure and are warm. Bring hotel slippers! Location is right next to Bryant Park and sandwiched between a few bakeries, train stations, 5th Ave and Time Square. Downsides are rooms are cold in January and only 1 out of 2 working elevators. Check-out can only be done at the front desk. I'm starting to see wear-n-tear in the hotel room but not a big problem for me. If you can afford to stay here, it's a safe location and in the center of them all. Rooms are not huge but not a concern for me as a solo-traveler. Pet-friendly hotel.

This is the only hotel I stay at in New York now! I've stayed 4 times already and every time it's been amazing! Their rooms are clean and spacious. The concierge are very friendly and the location is so convenient, steps away from 5th avenue!

This place was great. Everyone at the Park Terrace that I encountered was nice and helpful, especially upon check in. Great rooms, while NYC hotel rooms are generally very tight, this room seemed to have a little more space or was set up so well that it seemed like it. The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants, especially the Italian place next door-other options as well as coffee, pastry, and sandwich shoppes within the block. Also, it was perfect especially if you use the subway-and/or trains to Long Island or up north. To JFK- I walked one block to the subway (7 Train), 1 stop to Grand Central, took the LIRR to Jamaicia where I jumped on the JFK Air-tram- all for 75% less money and half the time, which was great because it was snowing and traffic would have been a mess. The area is central to everything- yet it does not have that Times Square, flashing light- Disney World feeling. Got a great rate with Expedia and will most definitely be back to the Park Terrace. Bryant Park is a great neighborhood to stay in every season.

Very clean, nice staff, great location right by Bryant Park and the library. Close to all the attractions but on a quiet street. Wish it had a refrigerator in the room and better pillows. We’d stay here again. No parking but they do validate for a garage close by. But no in and out so once you’re parked you can’t move the car until you’re ready to leave. Check out isn’t until noon so that nice.

Nespresso in room. Located next to the NYC public library where you can see the original Winnie the Pooh. Convenient location. Subway entrance at the end of the block. 5 min walk to broadway.

The rooms are very clean and a great size for the city of NY. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and never disappoints. On top of all that the location is fantastic overlooking Bryant Park. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to NY.

Quiet, clean retreat in a fantastic location! We had a nice room overlooking NYPL and Bryant Park ice skaters over the holidays. Our room on the 11th floor had a sofabed for our teenager and a small fridge (though no access to microwaves on property). Great lighting, very clean, helpful amenities! We loved the Nespresso and enjoyed the popcorn on arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the yoga mat and bathrobes, too. Bed was a smidge soft for me, but that's a personal preference. Loved the water stations on every floor and yes, the elevators are a little slow, but that didn't bother us. Would have been nice to have access to a microwave to heat up food, but other than that we had a lovely weeklong stay. We liked being able to leave our bags on checkout and come back later for them. And it would have been nice if doorman opened the doors for us on blustery cold days, but other than that, no complaints.

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing! No issues with the room (1401), check-in, or check-out. The only complaint we have is that the heating system makes a loud running noise when on. We’ll definitely return to the hotel.

Our stay was ok. The heat in our room was not working properly and we had to call multiple times to get it checked. The biggest issues was the water temperature in the shower was luke warm while the temperature in the sink was extremely hot. Finally on our 3rd day they were able to raise the temperature in the shower but it still was not hot.

Amazing visit yet again

Our room on the eighth floor was great with an amazing view of Bryant Park. The staff was super friendly and sweet to my young son who was so excited for his first trip to the city. The room was clean as well as the hotel which was great location with nice amenities. I will definitely be coming back here!

Fabulous location - walk to every major tourist section of NYC. Although in the heart of NYC, you walk in and feel safe and taken care of. Staff were so kind and helpful. Bar and Restaurant on floor 6 was a perfect getaway. We had three of us in the room with the pull out single sofa..perfect for a mom and two teens!

The hotel itself is great and well maintained. You can not beat the location and neighborhood. Our room was extremely small with a full bed in lieu of a queen as booked. Two people made for a very tight cramped experience. Service was capable but not very warm. For the price there may be better options.

Everything was great except for one of the evening staff at Branch( the bar). He struggled making drinks and had no clue on what glass to use. I got a cosmo martini in a tiny cordial glass( of course it was 1/2 a drink for the full price). I then switched to a vodka, crab and soda and it came 1/2 full. I brought it to his attention and he said he forgot to add the soda??? Okay then when you saw the glass 1/2 full why didn’t you fill it with more cranberry. It was just odd. HIGHLIGHT OF THE STAY WAS MARLYN! She was 10 out of 10!!! Welcoming, pleasant, accommodating and attentive! I just loved her. I would have given the hotel 5 stars for everything but the experience at Branch made it a four. I will definitely be back and hope I can give Branch another try. Again, shout out to Marlyn! You are a Rockstar!

Corner studio bedrooms have showers located on an exterior wall of the building with a frosted glass door on a street facing side. It's very cold in the shower area. The only way to mitigate this issue is to run hot water for at least 5 minutes prior to using it.

Overall thought this was a solid hotel. Great location and the Branch terrace is a big plus. Did think our room was too hot even with AC running at full strength and in November. Rooms are a bit small and basic but definitely above average for NYC hotel standards.

Hello...!!! This was the fourth or fifth time we stayed with you. Unfortunately this time, I chose a high floor room expecting either a bigger room or a splendid view. To my dissapointment, it was none, just a 14th floor. The closet door has a damage. The bed was really small and uncomfortable for us and the view is better from floor 6 than from our room. However, location is prime and attention from all stall is great. We will be back but will be more careful when selecting the room. Thanks!

The staff knew we were celebrating an important occasion and they were so excited to make our experience special. And, they sure did! A handwritten note in the room with a bottle of wine. It made our entire stay extra memorable. The staff was really friendly and welcoming.

Amazing hotel. You’re right in front of The park and it’s still kind of quiet. Location-wise it is Super convenient! As far as the room; we got the bigger room and it was so worth it. Lots of windows, nice views, and very clean. I’ll give them an Extra for the soft pillows - They are just magical. Overall; my husband and I really had a great time in this hotel and will for sure be coming back. Be sure to make use of the beautiful amenity terrace they offer to their guests only.

Bar next door

We arrived at 2p and check in was 3p. Front desk young girl didnt even check and just said check in is 3p. No sorry, no checking. Poor customer services skills. Just overall rude. Other staff through out our stay were just as rude. We had a "Premier room, high floor" which was a joke when the hotel is smaller than all surrounding bldgs and we had a corner room (maybe that was the price reason) - more windows but no view - one window was of the brick wall of the nearby bldg. The room was super tiny, but clean. Pillows were almost flat - had to fold them for any normal height on them. The bed in our Premier room was a full! Not at least a queen or king. With tax we paid almost $500/night and I have had better rooms uptown - and we come to NYC 1-2 times a year. Never again at Park Terrace. I would recommend other uptown hotels for better room size/bed and views for this price.So disappointed by this hotel. I had read previous reviews on hotels.com for the reason to try Park Terrace and I feel as though we were set up, as this hotel did not give the expected/advised accommodation for this price point.

The staff was amazing our room was great. We had the corner room on the 9th floor. It was perfect. Loved being able to open sliding doors and full length windows cracked open for a perfect breeze.

Small room. Uncomfortable bed. AC either too cold or too hot — strangely non functional. Premier rooms — as we had booked — on website looked like they had a lot of light and park view. Ours was in the corner looking out on a building. High price point for not the best experience.

My only complaint would be that I paid for a deluxe room on a “high floor” and we were on the seventh floor in a 15 floor building. Not sure why we paid a premium for that. Feel like I got a little swindled on that.

Travelled with teen aged daughter on our first trip to NY for a cruise. Hotel room was clean and bathroom was lovely. It was cosy with a view of park. We enjoyed drinks on deck 6 roof top deck. I will come back for sure. Loved the calmness of Bryant Park vs the chaos of Time Square.

The staff overall were kind, especially the doormen who were always so nice. The concierge was decent, and the rooftop was a highlight of my stay I really enjoyed spending time up there. That said, I do have to mention my one major concern: safety. The keypad on my door broke, and the way it was handled left me uneasy. Instead of treating it as a serious issue, the staff seemed to just shrug it off. That was unsettling, because it made me feel like anyone could’ve easily accessed my room. I’m not sure if it was ever fixed, but the lack of urgency and concern was disappointing. Because of that, I can’t give this stay five stars—no matter how beautiful the views or how nice the staff were. Safety is a top priority, and it’s hard to call something a five-star experience when that part is overlooked. If not for that, my stay would have been perfect.

Rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. Housekeeping did a good job, other than knocking over one of our travel bags with items in it and leaving it upside down on the floor the first day. After that things were left in good order. David was the same one who checked us out and informed us that they could order a cab for flat fee to the airport. Very helpful in getting our bags held for us. When we came back there was a different gentleman that ordered the cab. All was good until we got to the airport and the fee was $115 vs the $85 flat fee we were under the impression we would get. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel, but good for others to be vigilant about in traveling to and from. Overall, we loved the location and the staff.

I have stayed at the Park Terrace for many years when I come to NYC for the US Open. The location cannot be beat--still true.I have never thought about staying somewhere else--but after this visit, I will. The cost is getting really high. I used to consider it a tremendous value, I no longer do.This visit, the staff was WAY less friendly and helpful than in years past. Specifically, one of the days, my room was not cleaned. When I called the desk I was told I must have left the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. When I explained I had not--because I had not--I was told I must have because that is the only reason it would not be cleaned. I assured her again, I had not left it on. She said she would speak to her manager and I would hear something back. I never did. I always appreciate having a room with a couch. It is nice to have somewhere to sit that is not a bed, but the couch was worn and could use a refresh.I want to love this hotel because it has served me so well for so many years, but this most recent visit simply wasn't the same and I will explore other options for next year's trip.

The hotel is right on Bryant Park and extremely convenient to Broadway, midtown etc. My room was quite small (not unusual for NYC) but clean and modern, updated. Some noise from the hall but no big deal and I was in the back so nothing from the street. I would consider staying here again. The location is hard to beat.

My room ac was broken and the wrong room upon arrival. They quickly changed my room but gave me a smaller room and I went from a view of the park to a view of the side of a building in an ally. That was disappointing.

But what really stood out was Miguel and Celia at the front desk! I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. Miguel was literally the first person we spoke to and he was so incredibly friendly checking us in. The next day, he greeted us with a big smile and even chased us down with an umbrella in hand after we left the hotel because there was a chance of rain. He went above and beyond! Then we had the pleasure of meeting Celia. She and Miguel were working together one evening and gave us so many tips on things to do and see and directions on how to get there. Every time we walked into the hotel after being gone, she remembered exactly what we said we were going to go do and see (thanks for the pigeon statue tip 😜). Miguel and Celia both truly made our trip so much better than we could have imagined and they deserve all the recognition!

The room I paid for required at least a little more light instead there as a dark wall in front of my window. I sled to give me a room with a natural light because of my fobia , I explained that I can’t even sleep in such conditions , the front desk lady refused to do so, instead she asked to pay if I want a room with a natural light . I asked to show me the room , she said no , first I pay , then I can see it . I arrived late , asked for a a later check out , he refused again. I staid in this hostel many times and every time there is an issue

Park Terrace was a boutique hotel. The rooftop is really nice as it offers indoor and outdoor seating. Great space even to get work done. The service was great-everyone was hospitable. And the room was just right. I loved the fact that they had free water bottles off the elevator.

Park Terrace is super nice from Location to Amenities to Staff! Miguel and Celia were very kind and very nice to our Pet. 5/5 for sure ! Awesome experience.

Lovely property and close to everything. We were able to walk almost every where and there were concerts in the park two of the nights we were there. Only downside was our room was not cleaned on Saturday.

The only small issue is that the open space on 6th floor is not allow to smoke. probably is New york style

Had to book this hotel while in nyc unfortunately the original hotel was just simply horrible. The staff was awesome great hotel and location

This is a lovely boutique hotel located in Bryant Park. The location is really nice. The only downside is that the rooms (mine,anyway) are small. They are even small by NY standards. The staff is really great and extremely accommodating. The bar area is nice and has an outdoor area too. I had a few of the food items too and what I had was good. Again, the staff is really dynamite.

Rooms are great bathrooms the same The front desk are super friendly. The terrace lounge and restaurant is so cool and the food is good same thing for the servers great great place. Convenient location across from that cute park and NY library Will be back here !!!!
