Reviews
The Marlton Hotel is generally praised for its great location, friendly staff, and charming decor. Guests appreciate the complimentary breakfast and the proximity to dining and entertainment options. However, the small room size is a consistent complaint, and some guests have experienced issues with cleanliness and service.

“Perfect location and very attentive staff. I have nothing but praise for this hotel!”

Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. Bathroom was a bit too small for my liking and the water pressure could have been stronger. Lovely girl who checked me in and out.

The hotel is so charming, staff and are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is superb in the heart of Greenwich Village with everything in walking distance and an adorable neighborhood to stay in. The rooms had such character. The breakfast included was delicious. Staff were excellent - I had a doublebed in the room booked and when they saw I was pregnant they upgraded me to a queen proactively and provided me with extra pillows. The bed was comfy and the decor delightful. Such a special stay and the team made all the difference :). I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the west village area, it won’t disappoint!

The Marlton is one my favorite hotels I've stayed in-- while the rooms are small, it sort of feels like you're in your own NYC apartment with the wooden floors and decor. The beds are so incredibly comfortable with nice linens, the location can't be beat, and the bathrooms are so lovely with comfy robes. The soundproofing is great, too. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the city.

The location couldn't be better, and the staff was so helpful. My first trip to NYC, and now I can't think of staying anywhere else.

- location is great. very cool area with lots of bars and life, close to a park and close to subway that goes straight to the middle of manhatten! -The amosphere of the hotel lobby was great - the room was noisy (not outside but towards the other rooms) - it was dirty - 2 waiters were rude - 'free' breakfast was quite limited in choice - minibar was not refilled => for the price I expected better service

Really cool vibe. Room extremely small though and no desk to do work
- 5/5
Do not expect a jacuzzi and/or enough space to play badminton, just a really cool, classy, old timey but hip hotel in New York.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, good breakfast, charming common areas.
- 5/5
The breakfast was great. Very good selection of items and all were delicious. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable. Very enjoyable
- 5/5
Small boutique hotel with a warm cozy lobby with coffee bar and pleasant resturant
- 5/5
We love the quaintness of the hotel. Very convenient for us to where we need to be. Staff can’t be any friendlier and helpful. Downsize is cost but will always chose this as my first choice of places to stay

Lovely boutique hotel with friendly and professional staff.

Beautiful hotel and incredible location.
- 5/5
The staff here is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are all small, but comfortable and clean. The location is great, and the restaurant is lovely and cozy.
- 5/5
Great breakfast options! Beds were extremely firm. Overall vibe was excellent, perfect location.
- 5/5
Every member of the Marlton staff is attentive and friendly. My room was very clean, and it struck a great balance between modern touches and old school charm. I will definitely be visiting again!
- 5/5
Amazing location and amenities. Super friendly staff and wonderful complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
All good, but for no one to offer help with heavy bags up the stairs through their heavy doors is just silly and unwelcoming.
- 5/5
What a charming hotel. I gave it 5 stars, but with some cautions. The hotel itself is lovely, charming, and well-appointed; the quality of the room furnishings and amenities was excellent. But our room was comically small, even by NYC standards. We stayed in a room with two twins, and it was darling, but the "twins" are European twins and very, very narrow. I think most adults would find them too small. My 16-year-old son was fine, but I'm accustomed to a larger bed. The other point worth mentioning is that the "view" from our window was very dismal, not something that could be avoided based on where the room is positioned in the building, but if you are staying for more than one night, you might find it claustrophobic. That said, I would definitely stay here again, but I would be more intentional with my room selection.
- 5/5
We love the Marlton! Such a great vibe, lobby area is perfect to hang out and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly and the location couldn’t be better - easy to walk to Soho and the west village, or hop on a subway to wherever you need to get to. Great weekend!
- 5/5
Our mother/daughter visit to NYC was a great success, and we absolutely loved the Marlton! Sure the rooms are small, but they are gorgeously designed, and we were very comfortable sharing a room. The breakfast in the living room/lobby is delicious, and we loved chatting with the other guests. Location in the Village was perfect. Love love love everything and would 100% stay there again.

The lounge downstairs is a huge draw! Everything else was really nice. Rooms are small but clean. Only drawback is the bathroom products are pretty cheap.

- 5/5
An amazing hotel with a great atmosphere.

This property gave us such a wonderful experience in NYC for our anniversary. Outstanding staff, great complimentary bfast options, small rooms but charming, cozy and clean. Living areas of the hotel are fabulous. Great location from which to walk or subway around city. Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Tiny room too small for a chair. Unheated bathroom. No ports for chargers.
- 5/5
The Marleton is amazing. I will definitely return.
- 5/5
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler. The hotel is beautiful, very quaint and intimate. The staff were amazing. The location is quiet. I 100% recommend & would definitely stay again.

Second stay at The Marlton and won't be the last
- 4/5
Clean room. Courteous staff.
- 5/5
LOVED my stay here!! The “continental” breakfast was anything but! Was seated w e served amazing breakfast with FRESH SQUEEZED orange juice! Was mad so welcome, greeted by Tim and Francis after a long day of shopping and theater !! Location is to die for! This is my new favorite stay in Manhattan!!
- 2/5
The photographer deserves a bonus 😉 the rooms in reality are as big as the bed. Bathroom was tiny. Drinks in the bar were every smaller. The only large piece of the stay was the bill.
- 5/5
The staff are lovely, super friendly and helpful. The fireplace in winter is a vibe for sure. We hope to return!
- 5/5
Clean room, housekeeping staff, bar, restaurant, everything. We will be back and really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Very nice and comfy
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Amazing hotel and great customer service experience! Will definitely come back!
- 5/5
Would we come back? Yes. In a heartbeat. When you get past the small bedrooms and bathrooms the hotel has a series of fabulous chilling spaces. It’s just lovely. A roaring fire welcomes you on winter days. The bar and restaurant area are red velvet French style. Beautiful. The staff are amazing and always on hand. Staff numbers to guests is high too. A sign of a great hotel. They genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast menu could have more choice. Not a complaint just a wish. The food on the menu was still great. The restaurant also has a great wine list considering its size and bottles are not marked up outrageously. Well done on the price points guys.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and breakfast was amazing
- 5/5
Excellent service and location, location lovely.
- 5/5
Very nice rooms and great breakfast/restaurant!

Great boutique hotel in excellent location. Rooms tiny but very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast included in the rate, also nice snacks in the room. Recommended.
- 4/5
Overall enjoyed this hotel; tiny but pleasant and clean rooms, comfy bed, cozy lobby and restaurant areas, tasty breakfast, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Staff was the best, the amenities were lovely, and the location is unbeatable. The restaurant and bar are super convenient and qualify for Gold & Plat AmEx credits.
- 5/5
Love Love this hotel. So warm and cozy. Vibe is like a European hotel. Breakfast is included and the staff is excellent. I loved the room and the bed
- 5/5
Loved this place, we always try to stay there . Very classy in a great area of nyc
- 5/5
Rooms are adorable! Service was amazing!! Location is perfect!
- 5/5
The only word for this hotel is snazzy. Sit by the fire or at the beautiful bar and drink a cocktail. The room was very small but pretty and for goodness sake, what do you expect in an old building? And who is hanging out in their room in Manhattan? The included breakfast was much lovelier than I anticipated. We will be back!
- 5/5
We love the location and the main floor cafe / restaurant is very convenient. The rooms are small but quaint. Our favorite interaction was with Danny the doorman - he made going out and coming back a joy!

Kind & friendly staff, delicious breakfast in Chez Nous With servers, Rosie, Raphael & others!
- 5/5
Loved the old world charm and beautiful dining room
- 4/5
A lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are small but really nicely done. Friendly staff.
- 3/5
Incredibly thin walls and limited breakfast options. Great location and friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay very wonderful!
- 5/5
Rooms are tiny but staff is amazing and the common space is stylish and inviting.
- 3/5
The room smelled smoke
- 3/5
The room was so small it was almost a joke. It is too expensive for what it is in my opinion.
- 5/5
The staff was lovely in every possible way.
- 5/5
Staff is always lovely, nice room
- 5/5
Great hotel with its own unique vibe. Stylish and fun
- 5/5
A lovely little hotel with excellent staff in a great location in NYC. One caveat: The rooms are VERY small.
- 5/5
Incredible stay.

- 5/5
Nice staff, cozy lobby. Small old NYC room but had all the essentials.
- 5/5
It was great. A/c did not work but was able to open the windows
- 4/5
Charming old hotel. Clean, great location & excellent service only reservation is room size. Barely enough room walk around bed, no where to put luggage . Cozy but cramped. Great breakfast.
- 3/5
Not thrilled about the large clump of dark hair in the drain that I found when I got in for my first shower of our stay. I brought it to the attention of the front desk who asked that I email a photo and told me management would reach out. Never heard from management or anyone about it. For the price of the stay I expected better on cleanliness front and service.
- 5/5
Excellent friendly staff. Clean comfortable room. Nice location. Charming hotel.
- 5/5
We LOVED the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spotless everyday and stocked with a selection of complementary snacks/soft drinks. A great atmosphere in the hotel lobby, bar and restaurant. A great location - near the subway but also walkable to lots of main attractions. If I return to NY, I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
clean, stately and delightful
- 5/5
This is a great location with an excellent lounge, bar, and restaurant! The room was clean and the staff is always great. Highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Always wonderful
- 5/5
Everything were great.
- 5/5
Cozy room, super friendly staff throughout our stay, healthy alternatives - and although no gym, every fitness studio is on the same block. Love the lounge, bar and restaurant areas. A true home away from home.
- 3/5
Great location, service. The rooms are just so small. Two people in the room was almost impossible to move around with no place for luggage.
- 5/5
Room was tiny, but really well done - had all the stuff you need and was really beautiful and stylish. The smallest room didn’t really have enough space for two people’s luggage, but for just me it was fine. Amazing to get hot water out of the tap within 5 seconds in a hotel. Wow! Bed was comfy. Loved how snacks were complimentary in October. Front desk staff great and the ‘lounge’ ambience downstairs was really inviting.
- 5/5
This boutique hotel is so great! The atmosphere is cool and very art deco with a hint of French pizazz. Staff is amazing. the rooms are small, but very comfortable. Washington Sq is a block away with close subway and restaurants galore.
- 5/5
Vibe and ambiance are exceptional. Dining is fantastic. Front desk staff were terrific. The rooms are well appointed. The smaller rooms are very small—so book accordingly. I would absolutely come back.
- 3/5
The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was not clean. Mold in the corners, needed a good scrub. The rooms are incredibly tiny. The complimentary mini bar was a nice surprise (non alcohol items) and the complimentary breakfast was great too! Had dinner there as well and that was also great. Nice cozy fireplace in lobby bar a great touch !
- 5/5
We stayed at the Marlton for a weekend trip to Greenwich Village to celebrate my husbands birthday. They even provided complimentary sparkling Rose upon arrival! There was information regarding local walking sites in the room. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The price of the room was very reasonable for NYC. Rooms were small but well designed with tile bathrooms and beautiful molding and fixtures! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel within walking distance of NYU. Loved the neighborhood too.
- 5/5
Great hotel. My only complaints would be the size and layout of the bathroom. Not the most comfortable to reach for the toilet paper on the wall, underneath the sink. They also don't have any tissues, very little, if any, counter space for toiletries.
- 5/5
I love the vibe here. Will always stay when visiting New York.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
This hotel was clean and super cute. Great bar area. Rooms were small but clean bed was so comfortable. Loved the free water & snacks.
- 3/5
Location is excellent with great restaurants and shops and subway stations nearby. The rooms are very small and cramped making it difficult to move around and hence comfort is compromised. The bathroom is efficiently designed but the shower doors are designed poorly as it floods. Also noted molds on the tiles. Service was great and staff were nice.
- 5/5
Great location in the heart of the w Village. Tons of great restaurants bars.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff and cozy room in the best neighborhood!
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful stay. Would recommend it to anyone. Location perfect, friendly and helpful staff, cozy amenities.
- 5/5
The rooms are cozy and beautiful.
- 5/5
Great location! Wonderful staff. Will make it our place to stay when visiting NYC!
- 5/5
Amazing location in the West Village...all night life in easy walking distance. The hotel has great character, has preserved its sense of history. Great bar and dining room. Exceptional complimentary breakfast served by wonderful friendly and professional staff made a perfect start to every day.
- 5/5
The footprint is small but every detail in the room is delightful. The furnishings and the architectural elements are charming, very well designed. The lobby and facilities are really lovely as well, and the location is wonderful.
- 5/5
Loved the Marlton hotel! Location is great. Close to subways, amazing restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to go back!
- 5/5
Wonderful boutique hotel in excellent location. Tiny room but comfortable bed. Really loved the free morning espressos! Only wish the bedroom had a reading light.
- 5/5
Very clean room - staff was amazing; only gripe was how small the room was! Glad I was solo…would’ve been tight for even 2 people.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel. Old worldly vibes, great staff, beautiful details. Excellent breakfast and coffee shop downstairs. Neighborhood can’t be beat. But the rooms are tiny. If you plan to do more than sleep in them, it could be challenging. I will be back!
- 5/5
I love the Marlton. It was my second time staying here and it’s just my fave. It’s small, quiet, staff is great and the location cannot be beat. I can’t wait to return
- 5/5
Lovely hotel. The room was small, but well designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. For those who want to be downtown, the location is perfect.
- 5/5
Super nice check in staff. Really loved the area. Very walkable. Super cute rooms.
- 5/5
Fabulous gem of a hotel. I was worried about the room size (based on other reviews) but so glad I booked anyway. The rooms are small - but they are perfectly appointed and the hotel has a lovely intimacy about it. The lounge downstairs is great if you are at the hotel in between activities, and the restaurant is great - whether for a civilised breakfast (in the restaurant, lounge or outside - up to you!) or a pre-dinner drink at the bar, this is a fabulous little hotel where you’ll feel right at home - a little oasis once you step inside. Have stayed in a lot of NY hotels from chains to boutiques and I loved my stay here most.
- 5/5
A lovely boutique hotel ♥️♥️♥️
- 3/5
The room was clean and relatively smart but VERY small. Great location.
- 5/5
Love the decor. Great location!
- 5/5
The Marlton is super nice. Great Staff. Location is perfect
- 4/5
Hotel, staff and location are all fantastic. The room we had was very very small
- 5/5
Lovely historic hotel with beautifully appointed rooms. Will be back
- 5/5
The staff is so great and kind Just great !!
- 4/5
Great old hotel vibe. Careful if you get a petite room. It's the smallest room I have ever seen. Impossible for two people and not cheap.
- 5/5
The staff is incredible! Close to NYU! Great coffee and cozy rooms.
- 5/5
Wonderful, quiet location. Rooms are tiny but what you would expect in NYC!
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
The rooms are small, but if you just need a beautifully comfortable jumping off point, the location can't be beat and the staff were great.
- 5/5
Great hotel, loved the decor. Good bed and very quiet. Great Restaurant with good breakfasts. Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Rooms aren’t that bad size it’s NYC and in the village!
- 5/5
This was our third stay. We plan on returning yet again. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and there are beautiful touches everywhere.
- 5/5
Love this hotel. This was our third stay here and we plan on returning yet again. Great staff, clean, and beautifully built out.
- 5/5
Beautiful boutique hotel with the 'old New York' classic magic kind of vibe. The best location (I lived in NYC for 10 years). The staff is above and beyond - makes your stay better all around. Loved it.
- 5/5
Beautiful and unique boutique hotel in the heart of west village!
- 5/5
The staff there was so incredibly helpful and kind. Really felt at home, safe and welcome during my stay.
- 1/5
This has been the worst hotel I have stayed - the rooms are small beyond limit making it unsafe for normal sized humans to use the property. The size of the room was barely 7.5ftx7.5ft making it impossible to open a carry on luggage outside the bed. Very disappointing at the rates quoted.
- 5/5
Great location, cozy rooms, and friendly staff. Planning to stay here again on my next visit.
- 4/5
A phenomenal hotel in every way, except for the room's air conditioning, which was weak. You could set the thermostat to 64° F, but the room never dipped below the 70s. The down button was slightly smashed, as evidence of previous residents desperate to lower the temperature.
- 5/5
Had a girl’s trip and was a great stay! The room was super small but we made it work and loved the restaurant, breakfast and location! Day staff was so friendly and helpful! Staff at check in at night was not very friendly but … otherwise awesome stay!!
- 4/5
Super convenient location, cute rooms.
- 5/5
Customer service was top notch exceptional from every single staff member, from front desk to janitorial and luggage services. Made the stay extremely pleasant.
- 5/5
What a great little hotel ! Good security at night, great staff, cute lobby, stylish comfortable small rooms with very good bedding and beds and super nice breakfast!
- 5/5
Ideal location, very comfortable rooms, and very friendly reception staff. The bar and restaurant are great. A truly cozy place.
- 4/5
Gorgeous hotel with a perfect location. The room we booked was advertised to fit a baby crib but when we arrived we were told it would not. The bed was also a full not a queen as advertised. But great decor and lovely staff.
- 5/5
The best thing is the friendliness of the front desk staff. Congratulations!
- 5/5
Rooms are very small!!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, great location, excellent staff.
- 3/5
We booked because the reviews were great. No issues with the hotel other than the rooms being sooooo small and cramped. Would definitely not return.
- 3/5
The room might be the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in in NYC. Two twin beds with about 10 inches between them and about 15” from the end of the beds to the wall. That’s it. It was also loud. It’s a beautiful old building but not for sleeping. The bathroom was also very small with nowhere to set your toiletries and the little closet in the room had some cubby holes that wouldn’t fit one pair of shoes. The shower was modern, a good size and very nice. The included breakfast was fine but nothing special.
- 5/5
It’s the only place to stay when anywhere near the West Village.
- 3/5
Location was very convenient. Room and bathroom seemed a bit dated (strong mold / mildew odor in bathroom). Fire alarm at 4 AM on a Sunday morning probably did not help the rating.
- 3/5
Our stay was good despite me telling multiple people that I was proposing to my now fiancé no one took note and even said simply congratulations. I mentored not only over the phone 3 days prior to check in but when I arrived. We even had dinner at the hotel after service was slow and as if we weren’t there. I got up multiple times to get the waiters attention. We loved to vibe and look of the hotel and would deff go back but the attention to detail and customer service needs to be attended to.
- 5/5
great location
- 5/5
Cozy and clean boutique hotel in Greenwich Village offering an included breakfast of either steel cut oatmeal with fruit, Greek yogurt with fruit and granola, or a vegetable fritada with a side salad. Everything was delicious and high end. My eleven-year old daughter and I came to town for a mommy-daughter weekend and we had ample room to store our things under the beds and in the tiny closet. The bathrooms are surprisingly spacious and modern but made to look old. We loved every minute of our time at the Marlton. The coffee is available for self-service in the reception room, so don’t feel like you have to wait.
- 5/5
The hotel has kept its old charm, but is updated. Our room was tiny, but we knew that going in (it was called a “petite queen”). The bed was very comfortable and we did not hear any noise. There is a parking garage directly across the street ( parking is discounted for hotel guests). Breakfast was included, and the bar/restaurant area is very pretty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Our first room the AC was not operating properly and we had a tough first night, but the following day they moved me promptly. Great staff and classic euro vibe. Deluxe Queen was small, but nice and efficient. Very satisfied.
- 5/5
Delightful as ever. Good atmosphere and highly successful remodeling of the restaurant
- 5/5
Excellent as ever
- 5/5
Beautiful. Clean. Close to so many amazing places !
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, the restaurant and lounge are great to hang out in. Great location. Only caveat, the rooms are tiny, but they make up for that in charm.
- 5/5
Amazing new york hotel. So much character and the staff we just lovely. We were there during a renovation and it was lovelynso i can only imagine what it would be like once finished. 100% recommend.
- 4/5
Very good location, easy walk to both east side and west side subways. So getting around NYC is easy. Rooms are very small, but clean and comfortable, and feel historic in a good way. Bar and lobby area was very popular. HVAC worked well. Excellent and safe location.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel, perfectly located. Quiet rooms, great breakfast, and a cozy bar
- 5/5
Lovely rooms in a charming older building. I was grateful they allow dogs.
- 4/5
Location
- 4/5
Hotel is tastefully furnished and amenities welcomed. This is one of the best areas in NY to stay with walking to the best restaurants and areas. The original building is beautiful and worth the resulting small rooms and slow elevator. We’ll be back.
- 4/5
Still, the smallness limits the experience, too -- no fitness center or business office, though many people seemed to work ont heir laptops in the lobby throughout the day. plenty of outlets, but no desk in the room, I ran a meeting from the roo with my laptop on the portable ironing board perched on the bed, sitting on a little stool-like art piece. No microwave or coffee maker in the room, either.
- 4/5
Good place to stay in NYC
- 5/5
Best hotel in NYC. Absolutely gorgeous interior and staff go above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough, do not hesitate to stay here.
- 3/5
The breakfast service was slow and I had to request assistance. So I decided against it for the rest of my week. Also, my room was stuffy up until the last day I was there only because other rooms complained about the ac system on my floor. Overall, I was disappointed with this hotel.
- 5/5
We loved the vintage decor and vibe!

The Marlton hotel rooms are compact, but thoughtfully designed with polished parquet floors, rainfall showers, and well-stocked minibar. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast for hotel guests, which includes pastries, juice, coffee, and tea. The Marlton hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, comedy clubs and bars.

What a find! Loved this hotel! Charming++

Nicely decorated, with a retro look. Quiet room, even though it faced onto 8th St. Trendy feel to the breakfast area and bar on ground floor. Excellent breakfast included in room fee (which is high). Stayed in the Petite Full, which was doable for 2 adults, but tiny.

Great location, room very small, bathroom even smaller but i payed for the most standard room. Housekeeping service was fantastic. Breakfast was great and fresh daily. Waitstaff and hostess lacked professionalism with the customers.

Great little spot in the West Village - like a European getaway. Very friendly staff.

Very much a boutique hotel. Thus a tad smaller inside of the rooms. That was expected. Would repeat.

The Hotel Marlton is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Greenwich Village making it easy to get to any destination in and out of the city with many options within a block walking distance. Yes the rooms are small, but the service and charm make up for the lack of elbow room. This was the perfect couple get away and will be coming back again sooner than later.

The location, breakfast, lounge were superb! It’s a true NYC experience, small rooms, but hey, all the fun is outside the room. Walkable to great restaurants, shopping, Wash Park. After a full day the lounge has every cocktail or wine imaginable. We will stay there again!❤️

The lobby has a cozy, mix-and-match decor that instantly feels inviting—whether you’re coming or going, it’s got that warm, lived-in charm. Every evening, turn-down service adds a thoughtful touch, ensuring a restful night. For extra peace of mind, the main door locks at night, with a secure buzz-in system. If you’re looking for a stylish but laid-back spot, with just the right amount of European elegance and New York character, this is it.

Put me in a room with two construction elevators for major project next door right outside my window. Since I arrived late at night, wasn't aware of situation. Awakened by loud noises from elevator and workers very early the next morning. Could not work or Zoom. When I complained at check-out, woman at front desk was surly and indifferent. Later, man gave small credit but that did not make up for inconvenience and lack of sleep (or her attitude).

Very nice stay. Property was clean, well-maintained and very conveniently located. It also had a touch of class and was well designed aesthetically and from an efficiency standpoint. Has a cozy vibe. I highly recommend it.

The Marlton is cozy and comfortable. We loved the lounge with its open fireplace and easy chairs. The room was small but very clean and the bed comfortable. The service was excellent. And we especially enjoyed the fresh, abundant complimentary breakfast. We'll be back!

The rooms and spaces in the hotel are painfully small, I do not recommend this hotel!

I try to always stay in unique, upscale-boutique hotels and this was by far one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Absolutely charming from entrance to exit, the room keys, the bathrooms, really everything was perfect. One of the coziest stays I’ve had in NYC. And location is PERFECT you can walk to everything in West/Greenwich Village and easily access subway to the rest of the city. A+
