Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon check-in, I was required to sign an agreement stating that I would not smoke in the room or host parties and that I would be financially responsible for any violations. While I understand and support these policies, it was frustrating to arrive at my room and immediately be overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana and noise from a party taking place next door. The condition of the room was also disappointing. There were no clean bath towels available, and when I contacted the front desk, I was told they were out of towels and could only provide a hand towel. Additionally, the carpet was ripped along several seams throughout the room, creating an unkempt appearance, and the television in the bedroom did not work. The location is definitely a positive, they also have an amazing breakfast. but the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of basic amenities made for a disappointing experience overall. This version is firm, factual, and credible, which tends to make hotel reviews more impactful.

I love the location and the size of the rooms Sunday breakfast would not up the par. I was expecting more of a selection. Like hash browns or country potatoes or even bacon.

Our stay was good, friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast and conveniently located near food store and dining.
- 3/5
Check in staff were friendly, nice and gave complimentary cookies which was nice. Rooms could use a bit of maintenance/upgrades. Bathroom closet had leak, room smelled moldy when we first arrived and we discovered the leak in the closet towards the end of our stay hence the moldy scent. Mattresses very flat/worn, could use replacing for bed as well as pull out couch. Nice breakfast, would be nice if you could take food back to room since there is a full kitchen.

Breakfast was good, staff are accommodating and friendly, a pass to nearby 24hour fitness center is a plus. Food store/restaurant walking distance across the street.

I searched for pet friendly hotels. I discovered an additional $75 billed for mom's dog upon check-in.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including dishes, dish soap, coffee and so much more, very spacious. The breakfast was very good, and also the happy hour dinner was good! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend for a longer stay and family friendly space.

This our go to spot when staying in this area. The kitchenette is always a plus. Liquor store is around the corner about a 2 minute walk. Lazy dog is also a 2-3 minute walk if you want to go out to the bar. BJs is also down the street about a 3 min drive or 8 min walk. Starbucks for coffee in the AM. Just a couple of reasons why we love staying here. They have the best breakfast compared to others that just have cereal banana and bread. The price to stay here is always decent. Staff are always helpful and nice. Only thing I did not like this particular time had nothing to do with hotel just other guest that brought their yapping dog and we could not sleep throughout the night.

We had one of these rooms. The toilet did not flush, and I had to open the lid on the toilet to manually flush it. Also, the TV in our room stopped working. I was very unhappy with both the toilet and TV not working during our stay.
- 3/5
The breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious. We had an issue with the pullout bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel every spring. One of the rooms the doors did not shut well they were not aligned properly.
- 5/5
I would stay here again. The location was ideal and the price good.
- 5/5
Great hotel all in all
- 4/5
Close to shops and restaurants. It's like a 1BR apartment.
- 5/5
Best bang for your buck especially if you are a big family like me.
- 4/5
My only complaint was the mattress for the pullout bed was terrible, old and very worn. We were unable to use the pullout bed which we were planning on using! Overall it was a nice place to stay!
- 5/5
Good breakfast. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Jennifer at the front desk was definitely the hostess with the mostest. She was amazing, super helpful and nice. Our suite had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The only thing that they did not have was firewood for the fireplace, which was a bummer. The hotel has an ample amount of parking and is close to everything. We would stay again when in Newark.

They do not allow you to bring your breakfast back to your room (sign posted in breakfast area) This is the first time I’ve run into this policy at this or any other hotel/motel.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite based on reviews and pictures but it was nothing like ot. The rooms need remodeling, old furniture, doors jammed, molded bathrooms, toiletries need to be better and night staff wasn't welcoming.
- 1/5
The first thing you smell when you walk in the room, it smells like musty cigar smoke. I asked for extra sheets they sent me out sheets that had stains in the point I went and bought sheets for the pullout couch. I knew I couldn’t get my money back and I had to tough it out.
- 3/5
Yes but the walls were paper thin and the amenities were not in use after dark because there was no lighting. Staff was nice.

- 5/5
The room was clean and not noisy even though we are right on a busy street.
- 5/5
Nice room! Spacious! Clean!
- 3/5
The place is close to business area, food places, Starbucks, etc. I like the unit layout w separate bedroom, living rm. Love the full kitchen w full fridge & utensils. Gave it a 3/5 rate because furnitures were stained, frayed, and stinky. Same with the carpet. The TV & remote in the bed room & living room didn’t work, but We had ipad so didnt bother w it much. The exhaust in the restroom is so loud and the shower water pressure not that good.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Return guest…Room was spacious and had what I needed. The fireplace would be my favorite feature
- 3/5
It was clean, quiet and comfortable. New shower head with real good pressure. Really needs QUALITY upgrading inside and out. The bathroom especially. Bubbles in the paint, dirty damaged doorframes, lights and exhaust fan so old and noisy. The outside stairs and landing are pretty bad. Stair steps worn out and paint worn out too. Landing is warped showing gaps. Paint drip marks kinda here and there.
- 5/5
Good breakfast, thank you!
- 5/5
Me wife have stayed there many times customer service very good very helpful great place to stay restaurants are close by mall / movies/ freeway you can’t ask for a better location I never hade any problems there so far rooms have been clean bathroom clean kitchen clean
- 5/5
The front office was very helpful to me and my family that came to visit me. I will say the stove might need to be checked out and the dishes may need to be upgraded, burn to easy.
- 5/5

Clean room, solid staff, breakfast was free but not very good. Typical powdered eggs & cheap protein type of stuff. We were here on business and the suite was solid. Would book again in the future. Super convenient to our customers in and around Fremont.

Spacious room, and clean, felt very at home with the in room amenities… kitchenette, dishes, refrigerator, and a functioning fireplace! Which was my favorite. Check in process was very easy.. Front desk was also very helpful in directing me where to buy duraflame logs for the fireplace. I will definitely come back.

I never received my 250$ deposit that was held 3 times totaling in 750$ from 2 different cards for my stay. We are now in December.
- 5/5
everything was good, except for the lady in the afternoon social hour. She was very mean and only serving the Hispanic guys and not attending us. there were very few people there, but she was not attentive. i had to wait for a glass of beer for a while. I am a long-time customer and didn't expect this. I will be back though. Thanks!

The rooms feel more like well-kept apartments, featuring clean interiors, a cozy fireplace, and access to a pool and hot tub. The landscaping is maintained daily, keeping the property and parking areas consistently clean and free of debris. Breakfast is simple but good and the afternoon snacks and drinks are a big plus!

After declining 1 room that reaked with urine and being told there were no other rooms The second room which was an upgrade was dusty, smelled like urine, my guests and I felt every sprang in the mattresses not to mention their skin was itiching. The maintenance man that I asked to look the door on an adjoining room and asked could he do something about the smell said Housekeeping was unavailable. I was not aware housekeeping came 1x week.I asked management why this wasn’t disclosed on the website sigh and both were apologetic. If I knew that prior to booking l wouldn’t have stayed here and would have left however due to no refund policy 48 hour prior to reservation I was stuck with no recourse. At checkout I was given a $68 service fee credit. I was told I’d get 50% off. I was running late for a convention and didn’t notice it wasn’t 50% off the bill of $458.36 leaving the place and looking closely at the bill this was an insult. I used 2 cans of disinfectant and Clorox wipes and used air freshener. The breakfast was decent and I appreciated the vegan options is the reason I gave it 2 stars. It’s roomy but never again. Looking at their contact there were a lot of restrictions that allowed them to make excessive charges on your credit card I’ve never seen before and I expressed these things needs to be disclosed online specially in light of the no refund policy. The lady Geo and GiGi were nice but were bound by the policies.

Convenient location, little noisy, no VIP perk for Expedia.

Not bad. Lots to walk to if you just want to park your car at the hotel.

Registration was very warm and efficient, and personnel Mark Murphy, Director of Sales/Marketing and Andrea, went beyond normal to make us feel important and welcomed. Lobby area and breakfast area very clean and had plenty of room for all the people staying at such a large property.
- 4/5
The room was spacious. I got the 2 bedroom suite. It was relatively clean but not immaculate. Its an older renovation and it has some battle scars but overall it was quite nice. Quiet rooms with nice TV's and a great kitchen with soft close cabinets and drawers. Id stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Frequently stay here for work trips. Usually have a great experience. Every once in a while I have loud neighbors, but that's not the hotels fault.
- 2/5
I usually stay here often, nice place. Unfortunately I stayed at downstairs and the guests above me had a group of little kids that were running up and down the stairs almost all day and when they were in the room there was just nonstop running above slamming things which was very frustrating. Also there was random people in the parking lot looking inside of other guests cars which made me uncomfortable, wish they had parking lot security. Other than that it was ok, but one of the worst times I’ve stayed there.
- 5/5
It felt like a home away from home. What a wonderfull place to stay.
- 5/5
Amazing every time

It was amazing, beautiful hotel premises, decent breakfast, cheerful staff

Things I didn’t like: The plumbing pipes can be heard very loudly whenever anyone flushes the toilet and takes a shower from surrounding rooms. The noise is very loud. Although the rooms look like they are well made (linens, towels, etc), there was a musty smell about the rooms. The breakfast buffet was standard, runny flavorless eggs with sausage in the first day and bacon on the second. Nothing to write home about. I did notice one child grab something from the buffet with his fingers and place it directly into his mouth. That was gross. The deal breaker for me was the cockroach I killed just roaming around in the bathroom in the middle of the night. And before anyone thinks we had food in the room, we did not. We only need a place to sleep since we hung out ant my parents all day, so no need for any food to be in the hotel, except for our water bottles. In any case, this was super gross and for this reason I will not return.
- 5/5
Lots of room!! Pool was great! Breakfast was wonderful. Staff always seemed to working and keeping the place clean!!
- 3/5
Room, bathroom and kitchen were clean. The carpet and couch in the living look like they need to be shampooed. The couch had a thick grime on it so we covered it with the extra sheets in the closet. The Microwave did not work and we found out it was the breaker, but resetting the breakers cut all power to the kitchen. So we reset all breakers and did not try to use microwave anymore.
- 2/5
1st night- sofa bed was old, not comfortable and with a big yellow stain of urine, also I saw a spider in the bedroom, and the tv has no sound. 2nd night- there was roaches in the bedroom and in the kitchen all over the place in the food around 2 am. I reported to front desk, still waiting for a response.
- 2/5
The staff was friendly and helpful, the room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarettes and cat pee. We went back to ask for a different room, no complaints from the service staff, and got another room. This one had womens hair all over the bath towels and bed and pillows and a sweat looking type stain on the sheet. Looked as if a cleaning staff just remade a bed that was dirty and folded dirty towels back up. We asked for a refund, which they promptly handled without complaint. Not enough parking, had a security guard tell us "its fine to park in the fire lane" which to us was absolutely not okay. The main problem seems to lie within cleaning staff. Unfortunate, used to feel like a really nice establishment. Will not consider for future needs.

We stayed 5 days and had to call to get towels, toilet paper and clean bedding. The maintenance person brought them but we had to change the bedding ourselves. They didn’t come once while we were there to clean the room.
- 5/5
Pleasant stay
- 5/5
Nice and chill
- 4/5
It was adequate for our needs for the one night we stayed.
- 5/5
Great bargain for huge remodeled suite. Excellent breakfast and very helpful, caring staff. I apologize for not remembering the name of the young woman who helped us. We were visiting from out of town for a family medical emergency. We weren’t sure whether we would need to stay an additional night and she held our room as long as she could to give us flexibility. Luckily, we wound up not needing to stay; however, we really appreciate how caring and supportive she was.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 1/5
Never staying here anymore Manager said he will find out and will call me never received any calls from him As of today, I haven’t seen a credit since I had to check out a day early I wouldn’t recommend anyone this hotel Staff were not friendly I usually don’t complain even if I am not happy. But this stay was unacceptable.
- 2/5
Cable TV in room lost signal continuously. Not enough towels.
- 4/5
I don’t like the 250 deposit… stayed here many times and this last time reeked of middle eastern spices that even the windows could not release…parking at night sucks when other vehicles park way over the line and security does nothing
- 5/5
Great deal. Huge remodeled rooms, great breakfast and staff.
- 4/5
Its in a safe location
- 3/5
The rooms were clean. The outside could use a bit of maintenance.

Great reception when checking in. Spacious room with living room, kitchen and two beds
- 3/5
We visited our son and family who live in the area. We have stayed in several hotels when we have visited, but after reading reviews I wanted to try this hotel and was expecting an excellent experience, unfortunately it did not live up to that. Check in was good and greeting with warm cookies was a nice touch. The room looked clean and spacious. The comfort of the bed was just ok and it was difficult to find parking at times because there were many work trucks permanently parked the whole week we were there. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel but there was always cigarette smell in the air even in my room, and butts all over the grounds. The tub didn’t drain properly so you had to shower in two inches of water. There were also no grab bars in the showers which made it a bit tricky for us to get in and out of. Breakfast and social hour (which we only did once) were just ok and food ran out quickly. Not much gluten free options. The pool/ hot tub was fine but did get a bit crowded. A no frills kind of feel, you had to go to the desk to get fresh towels and toilet paper. There was no housekeeping for us during our 6 nights. Although the hotel was dated, it seemed like the staff was trying to give a good experience it just felt like more could’ve been done to make it more enjoyable. Little annoyances made it a less than desirable place to stay. In the future we will probably go back to other hotels we have stayed at now that we know what this one has to offer.
- 3/5
Rooms are very noisy, due to a rambunctious crowd every visit. Soap seems to be very limited because we were provided one bar of soap for two rooms. It’s a busy place but needs some TLC. We won’t be back.
- 5/5
Every one was so nice and helpful. I was looking for a pharmacy and went to the front desk. The woman helped me go online and get an idea of what was around. There was a gentleman working there I think maybe in Maintenance, but he heard our conversation and came out and personally directed me to the nearest pharmacy. The staff serving the food were very friendly and polite. As soon as someone left their table, they were there to clean and make it ready for the next person. We only stayed one night, but I would be back and stay there if ever in the area.
- 5/5
Everyone was super nice
- 5/5
We stayed in a double suite since we’d be there for a week.
- 2/5
After showing my frustration, they were able to compensate me with waived fees, or apologizing. The suite its self was decent. The tub stopper didn’t work. The TV in the bedroom. Didn’t work. The door to the room. Didn’t close all the way. But, to be honest, it was a least of my worries, considering my situation, having to stay in a suite.
- 3/5
Very noisy traffic one night as motorcycles were racing up and down the street or parking lot across the street. Police should have been called to stop the problem!
- 5/5
Great hotel overall. Spacious, clean, quiet, great shops nearby. Only complaint I have is very limited parking next to our building.
- 5/5
Room are spacious good for family with kids. Price is reasonable but need some remodeling.
- 5/5
Clean room and bathroom. Good size Kitchen and all appliances were in good condition and working. Friendly and helping staff.

Mom, Dad, Daughter (8) Son (7) (autistic) Very well kept, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean facilities. Not luxury bedding nor mattress but it’s a good trade off. Nice pool and hot tub. HONESTLY THE BEST FOR FAMILIES! Overall nice room Layout, high end stainless steel full size stove, fridge and dishwasher. Came with basic cooking utensils. But the semi/private almost condo feel is what makes it special.

- 4/5
We stayed in a two bedroom suite, the hot water did not work in one bathroom, they responded quickly and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. The only uncomfortable factor is that a lot of people seem to live here. There is a lot of loitering around, people working on their cars, standing around smoking in the common outside areas, dogs wandering around off-leash. Occasionally, we could smell marijuana coming from the door of the adjoining suite. It felt more like an apartment building than a hotel. The pool was very full of minimally supervised children the three days that we were there. It was frustrating because it was the adults with them who would monopolize the chairs and tables and kept trying to take our pool towels (which you have to sign out and return to the front desk —where they are counted). It was a battle of wills asking for them to give up a little space in what they clearly considered their own pool. The front desk folks were lovely, helpful people but they were clearly intimidated by the “residents”.

Very nice property. Enjoyed our stay

Description said "one king and one double bed," was NOT the case. The 'double bed' was the COUCH😭😂😂😂

It was nice clean relaxing I loved it

The room was spotless. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean. The living area was very comfortable with a nice sectional couch. An overall very positive stay.

Nice space in the 2 bedroom family suite , felt like a comfy apartment
- 5/5
EXCELLENT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
- 5/5
The receptionist was amazing when we got there to check in she was very patient and made sure we got everything we needed for our stay and answered any questions and concerns we had! The room was spacious for me and my family, the pool and hot tub were a fun activity also! I loved that the rooms were separate from the living room and kitchen, will definitely recommend and return for our future vacation!
- 5/5
We booked the room so we could use the pool and BBQ for my daughter's birthday. They reserved the BBQ for us and even provided the propane for free. It was a great experience and the service was top notch.
- 2/5
Do not use the sleeper couch. Its just springs with fabric. Not meant for actual sleeping just ridiculous. Great kitchen area but walls were dirty. Free breakfast was fine, ac smelled like cigarettes and cat pee. Wouldnt stay with family again if it was just me maybe.
- 4/5
Nice place breakfast and dinner
- 3/5
As a disabled man, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again because the average room with an average toilet is too low to the ground seemingly designed for a child or very small adults☹️.. is putti
- 5/5
I’d stay here every time I am in town!
- 5/5
Great hotel, clean and specious
- 5/5
Great price for the space and kitchenette. Staff could have been more organized with my booking but overall I really enjoyed the property.
- 5/5
The room was clean, Breakfast was acceptable but the heated items were a bit disappointing, ( eggs & potatoes were room air warm at best) The bathroom amenities had 3 dispensers but 2 had shampoo. One had conditioner, no body wash. It was a 4 night stay & at no time was there any outside noises or disturbances. The couch set up is fantastic for an evening of basketball on the tv in comfort. You’re close to so many options for food choices, and the freeway is minutes away. A Costco is on the same very vast property behind the Macy’s.
- 4/5
The dinner snack was not very good.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The only thing that I would change is making the bed sheets more comfortable (they were slightly scratchy) and the pull out sofa bed not so thin that you feel the springs. Otherwise a great stay!

Stayed 3 nights. Overall, it was a fine stay. The space was spacious and had many things we needed as a family—a stovetop, refrigerator, etc. We had an issue with the door the first night, but it was fixed right away the next day. The door would only close loosely, and when the wind blew, it would push the door open slightly. This made a pretty loud wind noise, which I couldn't figure out initially while sleeping.

We really enjoyed the room suite and the kitchen. The only disappointment was the noise. This particular unit, #109, is litterally on the corner of a main cross street where young kids racr their cars and hang out. I would not stay in that unit again.

Excellent if you have a toddler, they have planty if room as well as a kitchen with everything you need to cook. Breakfast changes daily and a security guard actually walk the parking lot on a routine. walkable restaurants and big shopping plaza.
