Clean. Breakfast was good. Beds were not the comfortable. But coach was comfortable. Good size rooms. Nice staff.

The room was spacious- the breakfast was good- always a big fan of the waffle makers. The pool was heated so the kids had a blast- no hot tub but not a biggie since it was a hot weekend.

A+ (worth a return stay) to: The staff: wonderful! polite, professional, friendly and seem to enjoy where they work. The Bed/linens/towels: comfy and clean, new. The location: close to everything you need and Costco across the street. Gas up quickly and easily. F- (deal breaker)to: Room design: Why is the TV positioned where no one can view it except the one person at desk who doesn't want to see it? why is the bathroom door the focal point of the room in front of both beds? Why do we need a master bath with no separation of shower to commode, and why a walk in closet? It is a suite; it would be nice to have a functional kitchen area (maybe trade that space with the walk in closet). Smoke alarm lighting up like a flash camera right over the bed. Kept waking me up.

You can tell this is a new hotel. It was very clean. The bathroom was really nice. The room even had a walk in closet. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of choices. The person taking care of the area was very attentive and friendly. It’s across the street from Costco. You can drive out of the hotel parking lot and into the Costco gas station in a minute. There is a mall there, but you can tell it is suffering since there are newer places to shop within a few miles. It’s near the freeway. The area isn’t much, it’s clean and safe, but the experience at the hotel was worth it! I’d stay there again.

Booked this for my son and his three friends. They enjoyed the room and the breakfast options.

Gave us an early check in, close to the highways and conveniently close to Costco, nice breakfast. Have stayed here several times.

We like the hotel overall, but it’s too noisy when the A/C is on.

The property was very very nice. The room was very clean, the front desk clerk was so nice and personable. However, we were there for a concert which we didn't make our way back to the hotel until 3am due to all of the after concert chaos. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9am asking what time we were checking out. Our checkout time was noon.

Really loved the staff and how accommodating they were especially Juliette she was always on top of things and was the best breakfast staff.

Kevin in the front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Kudos to him for an excellent customer service. The front desk person that is on duty on Thursday morning shift is not as nice. Sarcastic in her replies. Hope she will learn from Kevin how to deal with weary travelers.

Had to travel from out of town for a funeral and staying here was perfect after a long day. The comfort and breakfast in the morning was great!

The hotel staff were the highlight of a really great stay. The room was a great size, extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices. But the front desk staff were the stars! They were always helpful, kind and ready with a smile.

As usual it was a Good Stay, I keep coming back. The Breakfast is quite good although I wish it had more fruits. The waffle maker is wonderful & the attendants are very friendly. The Front desk staff are also welcoming, I will be coming back.

I stay here every month for work. This is the first time when I went to the room the room was at 71 degrees which is really warm. The attendant said that the ac is motion censored so that is why. Also above me - I’m on the 3rd floor. Their was a child I’m assuming that was running back and forth which woke me up at 430am and did not stop for over an hour and I decided I guess I’ll get up lol

Everything was wonderful except one thing. The sofa bed trundle mattress had a huge urine stain. I should have reported it when I stayed there but didn't have time.

The property was really nice. Check in was super easy. The rooms are gorgeous. The staff is friendly. I would say take advantage of the breakfast buffet because the food is really good and it’s a great way to save money. The only reason why I wouldn’t give this an overall five is because there was something wrong with the water pressure. You would turn on the water in the sink and the shower and it was like it’s struggling to come out and made really strange noises. But overall, it’s in a really safe area. I have no problems leaving my car there. It’s only an hour away from San Francisco. Definitely would stay again.

I didn't know this and I left some coffee and food in the fridge while I was out and about and had to toss all of my food as a result. I left some more food in the fridge overnight but didn't realize one of the light switches would turn off the fridge as well. Had to toss that as well

Nice looking hotel but customer service lacks. First night when we checked in we had to shower. Unfortunately the shower door had an opening and when we showered the water got out and made a big puddle. My clothes got soaking went since they were on the ground. Had to point the shower head at an angle so that water wouldn't splash and that helped the leaking. Following day we left for the whole day and came back very late. When we got back there was a whole trail of ants on the desk. I didn't bother calling the front because it was 3am and I wanted sleep. Woke up the next morning and tried to use the hotel phone but there is no number on there for the front desk or a button to dial the front desk. Had to call them from my cell phone. I asked for towels as well and let them know about the ants. Dude on the phone said he would send towels and someone to take care of the ants. 20 mins passed and no one had even came up with the towels we asked for. Had to go and find someone from housekeeping to ask for towels. A whole hour passed and no one had came up. I had to go to the front and let them know I had called an hour ago. Dude said they would send someone, we left so they could take care of it. Came back and while they did clean, there was still dead ones on the table. Overall not a great experience. Also the snack shop they have up front is extremely crazy expensive! Breakfast is bad and the beds feel and sound horrible. AC is loud too! Could hear upstairs guest too.

This hotel serves as our home away from home when we visit the Fremont, CA area. Kevin, the front desk associate, provided us with a seamless check-in experience and was a pleasure to interact with. We also had the opportunity to meet Athena, the Assistant General Manager, who greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. Francisco, a member of the maintenance team, quickly addressed our request for a burnt-out lightbulb replacement. During breakfast, Rosalina provided exceptional service, ensuring the food area was clean and well-stocked, and offering us refreshments with a smile. The rooms were always spotless and thoroughly cleaned, thanks to the housekeeping staff's attention to detail and dedication to providing a comfortable stay.

The hotel overall is good. The hotel is very new and clean but the A/C noise level of the is high, it woke me up twice at night.

This is our go-to hotel when we are in the Fremont/Newark area.

The staff was great! Easy check-in and check-out. We’re stayed only overnight. The room could use some deep cleaning: crayon/pen all over the walls, bathroom door opening had ants). We let staff know of the issues and it sounded like they were going to take care of it.

The staff have been super helpful so far. This location is great, I love there's a Costco across the street.
