    Stayed here for a quick overnight trip. Upon check in, found out a little league team was spending the night! They were pretty good! Maybe 10-15 minutes total of noise and up and down the hallway a bit. They were pretty respectful.

    The phone did not work, was told they would check it the next day. So no phone for my one night stay. Wire's were hanging down under desk and unplugged? I pulled down the sheet on bed, pillow cover had stained blood on it. I took a picture of course. Once in bed room 302, looked up and ceiling was falling apart and sagging down from I guess water damage, they painted over it but piece still was hanging off. Called front office from my cell phone 3 times no answer.

    There was a younger man working the front when we arrived. He was very polite and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The room was very hot when arrived but the AC works great. The shower had great pressure. The hotel was very nice, clean, cute colors.

    Most of all the customer service is horrible. The elevator was broken for 2 days and when we checked out we had 4 HEAVY luggage. We kindly asked if there was a service elevator to bring down our luggage from the THIRD floor and all they said was “Elevator is still broken.” No offer to help, no apology. I just had a knee replacement months back so I just threw my luggage down each flight of stairs. Now my knee is swollen and painful. If they had just apologized for the inconvenience or offered to get maintenance to help us, that would have helped significantly. Please renovate and refresh your hotel and also teach customer service skills to your employees.

    Staff claim room were renovated BUT every room we stayed in over the 45 days had issues (I.e uneven flooring, toilet hard to flush, badly repaired fixtures, no working phones in rooms, lights in rooms not reliable, pull out bed, bed blanket had holes from wear and tear etc). For this to carry the name Wyndham it’s bad, they are a really good resort company. I belong to them! The other big annoyance was the key card system didn’t work well we had to get new keys almost daily, all the receptionist don’t know the system at all to fix it.

    The bed was fantastic! The mattress was firm but comfy, the sheets were clean and fresh, and the pillows were thick and deep. I love that they use duvets, so there are no gross blankets and comforters. I slept really well. We had two queens, and the room was a very comfortable size. It was larger than I expected, in fact. The A/C unit was loud, but kept the room cool and the thermostat was easy to adjust. Breakfast was surprisingly good. There were little cheese-filled omelettes that were a nice change from the usual scrambled eggs, and the sausage patties were good, if a bit salty. There were also fresh biscuits and gravy. There were other options like cereal and whatnot, but it was far better than the usual lame offering of prepackaged pastries and muffins so many hotels offer. It helped us start the day off right. All in all, this was an easy, pleasant experience at a good price, and I will happily stay here again the next time I'm in town.

    • The water was not functioning the first morning in the entire building, not a good start. Thankfully it was working by 10am the same day. • Their breakfast was out of food both mornings, completely cleared out, well before it was set to end. • The only elevator in the building was not working the morning of checkout, so we had to walk down three flights of stairs with our luggage. Otherwise this was a standard hotel stay. The staff was kind and helpful through these issues. The lobby and rooms seem to be recently renovated, but it is an older building.

    However, there is no mini fridge in room and no luggage rack. I liked the free breakfast buffet, and the beautifully renovated lobby area for us to enjoy breakfast at. Staff - breakfast attendant was good, but one girl working check-in and checkout was very slow and not very friendly and welcoming. Overall value - we had a good experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel! Location is great and prices are reasonable!

    Was there 6 days, room never got cleaned. Outside parking lot was full of large potholes and garbage everywhere. Front desk staff seemed indifferent, not very friendly. Only elevator broken down multiple times. Hotel not really worth the money.

    Hotel is pretty but not super clean. When we arrived the girl was out front smoking and was distracted when we checked in. The electrical plates were not screwed into the wall in the room, the bathroom floor was dirty looking, the sheets had black marks all over them and the bfast was a 2/10. We would not stay here again.

    The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom door kept sticking on the floor and was hard to open and close. When the room got hot and I had to turn on the air conditioning, ants started coming out around the unit. The last thing was that the only elevator in the building broke and I had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to my room. All in all, not the best stay!

    Staffs were fantastic; i.e., friendly, courteous, attentive, and helpful. First night, we ran into a mechanical issue in the room. The shower didn’t work. However, in the middle of the night, the night manager was very apologetic and let us switched to another room where everything worked. Both rooms were pretty much dirt free and spotless. One major drawback, I saw very interesting was the fact that the hotel replaced all its fridges with microwaves in every room. So, I suggest, you don’t bring back your left over doggie bags from the restaurants. Furthermore, the parking lot is half dirt, half asphalt/concrete and half dimly lit. Be careful for potholes if you are wandering in and out at night, especially if it is raining. EV chargers are located right across the street at Lazy Dog restaurant parking lot

    I couldn’t get back to sleep so I just got up, packed up my stuff and left disappointed. My girlfriend stayed there on the SAME night in a different room, she also paid for late check out. She had the same problem with the 11 AM banging on the door. I guess the housekeeping staff doesn’t get the memo when there is a late checkout? Come on! Get it together Wyndham!!

    We had a five day stay. Our room was cleaned after the first night and never again. We were told at check in it would be. Leaned every three days. On check out day there was no hot water to shower. Our first morning we decided to try the breakfast. We arrived 2 hours before it was supposed to close and there were no eggs, or fresh fruit. We chose not to eat there for the remainder of our stay. The only positive statement I can make is the staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, in the future we will not return to this facility.

    The hotel said they will change the towels every 3 days, but there's nowhere to hang up the wet towels in the toilet, so we asked for changing the towels everyday in day 3. Still, no towels changed in day 4, then we went to ask for changing every day. The information of this hotel in Expedia said they will have housekeeping daily. Even we go out before 9am, there's no housekeeping(we just need someone clearing the rubbish bins.) in day 2 and day 4. If we didn't ask for towels changed every day, maybe there would not be any one clear our rubbish in 7 days we stayed.

    Baseboard fell off wall as soon as I walked in. AC unit didn’t work, called front desk and maintenance came, pulled window unit panel off, was able to get it to work, then didn’t place panel on properly. Holes in shower curtain, floor so dirty socks were black. Front desk staff was very rude upon check-in, asked “what floor do you want to stay on, 2 or 3” as if I had stayed there before. Asked if I could have a check-out time of 12 versus 11, they agreed. Housekeeper knocked on the door at 8am, then front desk staff knocked at the door at 10, asking “when are you checking out” advised no one noted I asked for late check-out. One thing I did like was the pillows. They had four fluffy pillows on each bed.

    And the thing that absolutely left me for a loss of words was when the manager left me a voicemail stating he was going to file a police report on me because apparently I still somehow owed money on the stay and the tv was broken. Nope! I spend about half of my living days in hotels for business. My business has 135 five star reviews established in 2012. I stay all over the Bay Area Sacramento Monterey wherever my business takes me to if it’s too far away from home I will stay at a hotel. So I stayed for nine nights I paid when I arrived and I checked out online through the link that was text to me advising to do just that. So that’s exactly what I did.. Why is it that if I still owed money somebody wouldn’t have called or knocked on my door or something? Why is it that I would be given the option to check out online and nothing stated that I owed more money? I did not use any of their amenities that would’ve caused me to owe money at the end of my stay. Not only was there no TV broken, but I pick up after myself thoroughly before I leave every time as a courtesy. Luckily I take a thorough video before I check out any hotel. I will never stay at any Wyndham hotel ever again if corporate management wants to get back to me and listen to this ridiculous message the manager left me feel free to reach out. I would be happy to share. Absolutely ridiculous.

    Room was only cleaned 1 time in 5 days. The hotel is OLD and run down! The toilets run all night long. The only good thing at this hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice and super welcoming.

    The air conditioner was excellent.I didn't eat the breakfast but it looked very appetizing.And a lot of different varieties. You felt safe at all times in the hotel and outside the hotel. So many things around that you could literally walk to within two minutes

    I will not stay at this hotel again due to its poor customer service. When I asked the front desk for towels, the employee said she wasn’t sure if they had any and would check with housekeeping, but then implied I should come to get them myself. Her dismissive tone was unprofessional. Additionally, a car was broken into right in front of the entrance, which made me feel unsafe for the rest of the night. I couldn’t sleep because I kept checking on my car. This area clearly needs better security patrols. The lighting is also inadequate, creating an unsafe environment.

    You can hear EVERYTHING from you neighbors. The room has no sound proof at all. Gotta waken up in the middle of night so many times from other people showering flushing toilet even walking.

    Overall, we had a good day. The breakfast was good with good options, including yogurt, cereals, and coffee. We went down early for breakfast, so there was plenty to choose from; although, it sounds from some of the reviews that breakfast can be limited and run out. However, we did not experience that based on going in downstairs very early for breakfast. The parking lot area has decent parking spaces, however, the actual pavement of the parking lot area needs a lot of improvement. The Wi-Fi connectivity was a good speed. There is only an ice machine on the second floor, which was disappointing because we had to go to a different floor to get ice when we needed it. It was close proximity to Costco, which is a good thing.

    The hotel itself is fine. Fairly new/remodeled. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful (should have caught her name). She was extremely helpful when I asked about a fridge; she was willing to move me to a room that had one. Now that's smart client service. I appreciated that, instead of saying, "nope, can't help you."

    We had a nice stay at a good price. The biggest disappointment was that the room had no fridge or water, so we had to buy cold bottled water from the lobby. Room service never came by, and we had to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels. Breakfast was OK but offered very few options. Overall, it was fine for our needs.

    There were ants in our bathtub. Lotion container was close to empty. Eggs were flat and dry. Coffee container was empty (decaf). The desk clerks were always going in the back and not answer the phone. Was told that our room could not be clean because they had too many guest.

    Only stayed one night, but it was great. I was pleasantly surprised, as I was expecting the stay to be "mediocre" and it was all very nice. The room was fresh smelling and clean. Not sure if the hotel is newer or if they recently renovated, but furniture, etc. was in great condition, etc. The only thing I noticed was that there is a compartment for a refrigerator, but there is not fridge. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

    Everything was ok, I chose this hotel due to an excellent review about the breakfast....but guess what, we didnt get anything apart from typical coffee. The manager/front desk desi clerk informed everyone that no breakfast could be served cos the staff call off....really??? You run a hude chain with bear minimum staff when you have loads of guest check in by bus. Never going back there again. Taking my business elsewhere, not my standard.

    Deja mucho que desear no tener papel higiénico, que se acabe el gel de baño, que los papeles del baño se acumulen por dias y que no los recojan. La respuesta de NO HAY no faltó en nuestra estadía. Las mucamas muy agradables pero no la dejan limpiar , tampoco recoger la basura de los baños porque el dueño paga por horas y no pueden hacer el servicio hasta 3 dias despues de usted estar hospedado. No creí estar en un hotel en los Estados Unidos de América, una falta de respeto total al cliente. No volverís definitivamente

    Lobby was nice as was hallway but rooms were NOT clean. Stains on couches, string on floor not a clean feeling. Poor breakfast…food wasn’t even fresh and warm. Front desk staff was rarely at desk. I had to ask for toilet paper 10 minutes into my stay. As did other guests. Staff would sit in lobby instead of standing or sitting at FROMT DESK

    First night, crack window. Called front desk, clerk stated window was glued together. The bathroom fan was very,very loud. Couldn't leave the bathroom light on due to loudness of fan. No refrigerator, if wanted a refrigerator had to pay extra. No dresser, unable to store clothes anywhere. Closet, very,very small. Only the ironing board fit. Swimming pool water was cold. Saturday night, hotel had over 100 people in meeting room party. At 9:50 pm, contacted front desk and asked what time the part was over. She stated, at 10:00 p.m. At 11:00 p.m, party was still going. Went down stairs to speak with night clerk, asked, when will party end. She stated, she asked party guests to shut music down. Clerk was outside smoking with guests. Party guests, not hotel guests, did not leave until after 1:00 a.m. night clerk became confrontational. Sunday morning, spoke to Manager regarding probation, he stated he would to to clerk and get back to. He never did.

    The room didn’t have a refrigerator and that’s inconvenient. They also didn’t have a luggage rack. The tv remote didn’t work and the front desk person made me come downstairs to get batteries and the remote still didn’t work so she gave me a different remote that worked on and off. This weekend there was some sort of bikers convention and the hotel was very loud and unruly with these guests. They had a very loud party and my room was shaking. When I called the front desk the music finally stopped. Overall most of the staff was nice and the location was safe. I’d rather have a fridge than a microwave

    I checked in and checked out immediately after. My room was dirty/dusty, smelled of smoke. I have asthma and could not tolerate the smell. There was also not a refrigerator in the room, which is a problem since I'm a travel nurse here for work and booked a 2 week stay. I called the front desk, but they were unable to switch my room that day. Since I booked through hotels.com, I called them and the agent handled the situation by speaking with the front desk. She was told the same information by the front desk as I was. She issued me a small credit towards booking a new hotel, and told me to check out. She told me the manager would respond the next day to confirm the refund. I asked her specifically what would happen if the manager did not approve it. She told me verbatim not to worry, that I booked a refundable reservation. However on August 5, I received an email stating a refund was not approved. So I contacted wyndham who refused to give a refund stating they don’t issue one for any reason ever. I also called hotels.com and had to escalate to a supervisor who was very rude and hung on me without answering my questions. I had to call hotels.com again and this time I spoke with a supervisor who actually reviewed the customer service call in which the agent told me not to worry. The supervisor stated there is nothing they can do because the hotel won't issue a refund, they can give me another small credit of $15. Currently fighting this and disputing the charge.

    This is a very old property, in an old and dingy part of Fremont. However the inside is clean and well maintained. Comfortable room with a convenient separate kitchen area with seating. Everything worked, including, critically, plentiful hot water. The fridge freezer section was an overgrown winter wonderland, but it was swapped out promptly. There are two strip malls with many food choices within 5 minutes walk just across the intersection. Area for improvement: breakfast is free but more hot food choices (even oatmeal) would be nice. All in all well managed hotel, good price, will be back.

    Had everything booked and ready, did the early check in hours before on my phone. When we entered the lobby we weren’t greeted, the receptionist ignored us due to being on her phone. We were the ONLY people in the whole lobby. The room was okay, there was no fridge and the base boards were falling off. There are 4 floors no ice machines were working on any floor. Overall not a pleasant stay, rude employees and horrible accommodations. Never again.

    Very clean room and fairly large. 2 queen beds with big chair/ottoman. AC wall control. Window blockout shutters. Desk to work remotely. Bathroom has all lotions with liquid soap Free Breakfast had self cooked Waffles, and basic other stuff + microwave hot food (breakfast burrito, sausage muffin etc..) Parking was plentiful & free, and many restaurants near by with Ray's Crab Shack a few steps away. Costco is 2 mins drive. Saw no homeless or sketchy areas here.

    The hotel was nice looking but the people in it and running it felt kinda shady. Both receptionist were unwelcoming and dismissive. Never stayed at a hotel that did not have a welcoming atmosphere so I was a little put off. Other than that, breakfast and room sufficed our needs for the night.

    This place has been going through a renovation for what seems like years. This time we showed up amd theres only a 'bag breakfast' offered in the mornings??? ALSO they have now followed the lead of many hotels and theres NO REFRIGERATOR for your perishables. After years of this being our 'go to' when we come to this area we'll be staying 'elsewhere' next time.

    They are doing renovations and they need to keep the place more tidy. The construction people were driving around trucks with the super loud beep beep beep moving things which were banging around. The front desk were apologetic only in words. One of my party called ahead to ask if the construction was finished as there were reviews about it and they were told it was done and they didn't need to worry about it. It clearly wasn't done.

    Room and beds were actually the best part. We slept so soundly. Outside was under work so a bit of construction - but not anything problematic. Bfast was nice even with no eggs, they still had jimmy dean bfast sandwiches and burritos to warm up, waffle maker, cereal, muffins, juice/coffee, etc. We went to Dumbarton Pier and then hiked Mission Peak.

    Great location... that's all the good! The property is being renovated. We were on the second floor. The entire floor hallway was lined with broken down furniture and the other side was lined with curtains and hanging hardware. This was very dangerous! A family member who was staying on the third floor open their door to lay floor molding. FULL disclosure while booking would have the professional to do.

    Super dated. Really needs renovation. The toilet was a very old round toilet not bolted to the ground, leaked from the flapper and triggered the water every time you sat on it. Two of the towels had stains, so i didnt use them. The rest of the room was average/dated. The bed and pillows were nice and soft. Staff was excellent, fast and helpful. The place has potential, it just really needs some fixing and updating.

    I called the hotel multiple times to dispute the charge, and they said they had refunded it on their end, even though I was never credited to my account. I eventually had to call the CC company, and the hotel provided a partial refund. I should never have been charged separately for this stay, and I should have gotten a full refund. I will never stay here again.
