It was a great place , very clean. From front to room was great, probably since it’s newer. But it was nice indeed. My only concern was the staff, they’re unfocused and unaccommodating, I asked for my room to be cleaned since we stayed there for 5nights, I asked for full service but they just fix the bed and the bathroom was still dirty. Front desk customer service could’ve been better, breakfast was decent good thing they always have fresh fruit which is a plus. Coffees and other food are not filled most of the time, i have to ask twice.

The room did not include complimentary bottled water, which was surprising. The bathroom was spacious, but there was no shelf, vanity, or dressing table to keep toiletries and personal items. The shower area had no proper partition, causing the entire bathroom floor to become wet after showering. Housekeeping was also disappointing, as the room was not cleaned during our 2-day stay. The room lacked a microwave, the coffee machine and cups were very small, and the closet/storage space was limited. The breakfast was another major disappointment. Compared to the excellent breakfast selections I have experienced at Hyatt hotels in Dubai and Los Angeles, the quality and variety here were very poor. I would rate the breakfast 2/10. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing Hyatt stays I have experienced. I hope management considers improving the guest experience by providing bottled water, better bathroom functionality, more storage space, improved housekeeping, and a higher-quality breakfast.

One of the first things I noticed was how clean and modern the hotel looked. The lobby was bright, stylish, and inviting, and the overall property was very well maintained. My room exceeded expectations in every way. It was spacious, quiet, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable furniture and a layout that made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the soft pillows and fresh linens. I also liked having a separate seating area, which made the room feel even more comfortable and convenient. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless during my stay. The bathroom was sparkling clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. I could tell the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I love this hotel. If you are in Newark traviling, this is for you.

Breakfast, cleanliness, amenities, was better than most hotels I’ve stayed. Tv has Google Chrome cast Apple play so we used our phones to play movies.

The place was clean and organized. The place smelled cleaned as if it was just cleaned. The breakfast was okay but maybe just offer pastries and bread and bacon and eggs as the pancake was rubbery. Staff was friendly and smiling in the cafe area. The staff at front needs to be more upbeat and stellar in welcoming guests or it feels like they don’t like their jobs or they don’t like working there and that trickles down to the guests. Just my opinion. Overall a good stay. Thank you again!

Breakfast and the breakfast staff were great, unfortunately many guests do not pick up after themselves leaving tables a mess & more work for staff. Put a SIGN up "self-serve & self-pick up your dishes". Serina & front guest staff were exceptional with helping. Meal in the Bar area was very good & reasonable. I would stay here again for sure.

Really nice spacious room and a well equipped gym. Noisy guests above my room and outside my door. Breakfast was average.

No carpeting on the floors. You heard every step from the room above you. In our case the room above us included 2 children that ran around for an hour both days they stayed.

Ignored upon arrival and was not greeted after several minutes waiting to check in. Breakfast was subpar. No free parking. Compact parking only. No black curtain to block out sun completely. Single ply toilet paper. Door would not open. Had to try multiple times with heavy force. Phone rang twice on two different occasions. This hotel is rated way too high. Way overpriced. It's a 5 out of 10 at best. Will never come back.

Takes extra longer to get the shampoo out so it makes no sense. I usually take quick showers but bc of lack of pressure I took twice the amount of time.

Breakfast was not vegetarian friendly. Eggs could have been cooked separately. It was mixed with bacon. Not enough options in breakfast choice. The lady in the kitchen area needs to improve her communication skills. I am a professional and have traveled a lot, but this was the first time, but this was the first time I was asked to show a ticket at the door of the dining room to prove we were allowed to have breakfast.

I had no way of knowing this until arriving when it was too late. The ladies checking me in kept arguing, I did not want to cause a scene in the lobby so I paid but it was not right and reflects poorly on that hotel and the Hyatt brand in general.

This location needs to staff the bar/restaurant better for thise staying there. I stay there for that reason and it's convenient.

Would be 5 Stars but the $15 parking charge, in an unsecured parking lot, brings down the rating a bit.

Room was spotless and staff was courteous, no complaints about that. I was disappointed that I was not informed prior that there was an overnight parking charge of $15 per night, to park in their lot with signs plastered all over about how the hotel won't take responsibility for any damages to the car. The entirety of the hotel possesses a single microwave, which can't be used during breakfast hours because the kitchen staff has to bring it into the kitchen to microwave the breakfast foods for breakfast. Overall it was a fine and mediocre experience.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was unfriendly, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of offering help or greeting guests politely, they acted as if every question was an inconvenience. Their tone was rude, and their attitude showed absolutely no interest in assisting or resolving concerns. When you stay at a hotel with a name like Hyatt, you expect courtesy, respect, and hospitality — sadly, none of that was present here. A simple check-in turned into an unpleasant experience because of the staff’s lack of manners and basic customer service skills. This level of behavior is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Management seriously needs to retrain the front desk team and improve their customer service practices. I will definitely reconsider staying at this location in the future.

What stood out was everyone was so nice especially the man that was incharge of cleaning the dinning area he was very attentive & went over and beyond to make sure people had what they needed during breakfast and a place to sit. There was a lot of teams staying there so space was limited. We will be booking this hotel again for our next tournament there.

This was our 1st time staying while visiting my Dad. We will definitely be back soon. Even though we were in the business district our room was so quiet. The sunset from our room was beautiful. Centrally located to restaurants and the local activities. Our room was so nice and the bed so comfortable. Staff were super gracious too. The workout room is pretty set up as well with lots of equipment options.

Our main issue was the breakfast & staffing; we stayed five nights and upon checkout we arrived to breakfast right at 9am and the workers were LITERALLY taking food away from us as we were trying to put it on our napkin as no plates. I asked for cups for my mother and I as there was one left and worker was super rude; I had to explain to here that there were two of us (we were both standing there) and only one cup and the look I got was pure evil. She took the one cup and returned a couple of minutes later with exactly two cups. There was a couple sitting next to us that forgot utensils and went back and everything was put away and they could not eat. Another person caught the attention of the main mgr and let him know that her food was RAW. There were about 10 people left in the dining room and to take ALL the food right at 9am was just incredibly insensitive. Almost like they were able to take all the leftovers home so they wanted as much as possible. Super embarrassing for a Hyatt. We were not able to order food one night as the only person working was on break. We had to stay an extra night due to my father being released from hospital and we did NOT re-book, we went elsewhere because of the food service.

Didn’t like having to park in the back because I drove a full size vehicle. There were plenty of open compact spots out front.

The one major disappointment was the breakfast experience. Although the hours were advertised as 6:30–9:00, by 8:40 most of the options (assorted fruit, pancakes, and about 80% of other choices) were already gone. Staff were rushing to clean up, which made it feel like the service ended well before the posted time. This was very frustrating, as guests should be able to enjoy the full breakfast that is advertised during the stated hours. I hope the hotel can review this practice so that future guests are able to enjoy the breakfast buffet as promised. Aside from this issue, everything else about our stay was excellent.

So new, built 2023! Love the easy, free parking with permit, there were large hotel trollies for use getting luggage in and out, the room and bathroom are exquisite in terms of cleanliness and design, very calming and very spacious, I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfortable and the bedding is very nice. Room had luxury vinyl plank for hard flooring instead of the more common carpet! It also had a mini fridge and laptop safe. A gorgeous grey modern sofa that can convert into a bed. Front desk very attentive and helpful and friendly and professional. Purchasable snacks and drinks also greet you right at the front desk as if you've also arrived at a candy shoppe. Breakfast staff very active in clearing dishes from the dish return station and in replenishing the great selection of foods and drinks. I would love to return, I could get so much work accomplished here, the desk and chair are sleek. And they enable tipping online for specific staff/role via Shiny which for me is wonderful as I don't usually have cash.

The property looks updated however there are issues. One elevator was out of order. Our room turned out to have no working AC. We informed the front desk and they told us it was a known issue and maintenance can’t do anything about it. The hallway was even cooler than our room. Since the place is full, they can refund and cancel our stay or we can put up with it and here are some hotel points. If it wasn’t going to get resolved, they should have posted a disclaimer versus this nonsense. I would not recommend staying here.

As always, the staff and the room never fails to deliver. We always end up staying with this hotel for our staycays bc they are in the central of everything. We usually give 5 stars for every staycay we had with this hotel. However, this staycay, we took away 1 star. At 3:30am, the fire alarm went off for a good period of time, but it was a false alarm. Since we had to evacuate the building, we had to wait outside in the cold until the fire department could confirm it was a false alarm. By the time we got back to our room, our whole family couldn't go back to sleep and was up for a couple of hours. It caused such an inconvenience. The management needs to figure out what caused a false fire alarm at 3:30am so this doesn't happen again in our future stay and guests are not inconvenienced in the middle of the night.

The room had a faulty air conditioner and the room was stuffy and not very comfortable. After reporting the problem, we found that the entire 5th floor had no air conditioning due to a mechanical problem. We were immediately relocated to a different room on the third floor. It was much better!

Everything was great but could have used a microwave. The breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was very clean and kept up very nicely. Our room was facing the freeway and it was so quiet. We couldn’t hear any noises. Plus the blackout curtains were amazing. Only complaint we had was that the AC wouldn’t go down. So we were stuck with the temp at 76 which was fine for me but not for my kids or Husband. They prefer the room to be a lot cooler.

We spent 3 nights and we loved the space in the room and the extra couch. We missed the microwave in the room.

Convenient location and great room setup

Now the next morning, we were hoping to enjoy breakfast before getting back on the road but nope! The breakfast options were horrible. Rubbery french toast sticks, bacon thinner than Denny's makes it (iykyk), and watered-down juices. The scrambled eggs were just mehh... The lack of seating for breakfast was also a problem for a hotel of this size. All in all, Dominic was super apologetic about the AC issues and offered us Hyatt points towards a future stay. We have stayed at the other Hyatt in Fremont and had a wonderful stay, but we will not be returning to this particular location.

We checked in late so didn’t get to explore the hotel much. Had to park behind the hotel with no entry doors as the entire front lot is all compact parking only. Beds were comfortable. We got a wake up call at 6am which we did not ask for. Then couldn’t get back to sleep, so that was unfortunate. Went to get breakfast downstairs and the elevator was stuck. We could hear someone on the emergency phone, so used the stairs which went to an exterior exit. Went back up, walked to the opposite side of the building and finally got downstairs. Breakfast was from 7-10am and we got there around 8:50 and there were no forks, no bowls, just a few plates and knives and slim pickings. We asked for a bowl for cereal for my son and the breakfast attendant just smiled and kept cleaning counters. Eventually someone else brought out freshly cleaned forks she was drying with a towel, but a few still had food on them. Never got a bowl. We had to wait for a place to sit as it was very busy and not enough seating. Breakfast options weren’t great and service was just okay. The room was fine, seemed newly updated/renovated. Shower had small hairs in it, like after someone shaved their legs. It was fine for a night, but they definitely need more seating for breakfast as well as help to keep things running smoothly. We also saw signs for Starbucks as well as a menu you could order from starting at 7:00am, but there was no attendant so we couldn’t order anything.

Hyatts a great a hotel. I loved that this one was new and interior designs of the rooms were great. Felt like a studio apartment. The bathroom was great as well. The big down side to this hotel was the pool. The entire pool room felt like a sauna. The pool also looked green and cloudy. It looks unsafe to even swim or touch. When asked if it was okay, they were very hesitant that it was. Though I’ve never seen a pool that colour. Ended up going to and booking a pool at a nearby hotel instead…… :/

Been to this hotel 2-3 times now everything is well taken care of only thing I found on my last stay was woman’s hair in the bathroom near shower could of been the cleaning lady it’s fine it’s meant to happen on a busy hotel.

Parking stalls are a bit too small.

This hotel is fine. Clean room, friendly, attentive staff. My only criticism is the chair in the room in front of the desk. Extremely uncomfortable and no way to adjust. No support for back, very hard to move. Other hotels in this class have ergonomic chairs that adjust up a down, and are on wheels.

Stayed so my daughter could swim but the pool was extremely cold, not a very good experience at all as when we were sleeping we could hear people walking and sounds from other rooms. There was an unpleasant smell in the floor we stayed in. Overall not happy with the property and won’t be staying here next time.

There was a shear covering for the window. Nothing else so you could see out and at 5am it was super bright in the room. The room had an unpleasant smell. It was super clean and staff were very nice though.

Negatives: We paid xtra for a top fl. room because we were exhausted from our 14 hour flight and needed a quiet room so I could do my remote job in peace on 1st day back Welllll....a loud trashy family was moved in right next door w/their yipping dog that was so loud it sounded like they were in the room with us. The mother alternated ignoring her toddler and then screaming at him for getting into something while their agitated dog barked incessantly. On 4 separate occasions I called the front desk to complain, theyd send someone up but the noise continued. Then the mother apparently left and her other kids remained with the yipping dog and when asked why this was continuing staff stated they didn't hear anything when they came up. I then asked them to come up again while I waited out in front of the room and while there was less shouting when they arrived-- the dog cont. to bark and staff agreed that was unacceptable. I asked them if they could move them to a different location and they replied the first fl. was designated for this but was already full. So I asked to be moved, and they put us in a lower level floor but the process of having to move all of our stuff when we were so jet lagged was totally exhausting and disruptive to my first day back with my remote job. Very poor policy to locate large families w/dog with everyone else and then punish the guests subjected to it.

Everything was good except the breakfast quality was not as good compared to few months ago when I went. Food ran out before serving hours and not refill everything like bread, ham, tortilla, and fruits.

There is no service, check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 430pm and room is still not ready. There is no drinking water on the entire facility. Drinking fountain is broken, no ice water at the lobby, and no ice water during breakfast on second day - can you believe that? We has to purchase bottle water. Did online check out, never got emailed the invoice as promised even after a call to the front desk. Horrible experience!

Comfy bed. Great hospitality. I don't mind looking at the freeway as the hotel is on the freeway. But, the frontage Street had so much garbage on it and that is the view in one direction. The walls are kinda thin too, but that's a lot of hotels. There's blackout curtains.

The room was nice. Basic but fine. The location is a little weird right behind a car dealership. I was excited about the bar and restaurant on site. But by the time I arrived around 7:30 they had already closed. That was a big selling point in the ad. Rooms don’t have microwaves or refrigerators. Not usually a problem, but I had to go out to eat and had leftovers that I didn’t bring back with me because of it. The place was nice, but I’ll probably choose a different hotel next time just because of the little things I’ve mentioned here.

Nice hotel easy to get to from freeway. Close by shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. Free breakfast was a plus.

Vehicle was stolen. Asked around and apparently it has happened occasionally. It was a huge inconvenience for us.

This property seems new, decently maintained, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was a nightmare, most often the buffet was empty, plates unavailable, and not enough tables. I also think they are short staffed, reception was average, most calls to front desk would not be answered or you’ll be on hold. The room service was god but you can’t expect this everyday.

Excellent Hotel and location.

The lady (Filipina?) in the kitchen is very stressed and uptight.

Overall good, however should have a microwave in the room itself and also need to improve on the breakfast menu.

Is just like any other new hotel; did have breakfast because the stove was broken. The pool was super cold.

Did not like the vibe of the room. A small fridge to store items, but no ice or a glass to enjoy a cold drink. No microwave for hot meal. Overall the place is just OK. There are so many better options in the vicinity for almost the same cost.

The Hotel rooms are good but they have limited service.

We had a great stay. Hotel staff were very friendly, and the hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and cozy.
