Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with some guests expressing satisfaction with their stay and others expressing dissatisfaction. The location of the hotel is frequently praised, as it is close to Niagara Falls and other attractions. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the breakfast are common complaints.
- Convenient location
- Friendly staff
- Dirty rooms
- Poor quality breakfast

Beds very comfortable. Plenty of breakfast just no meat. If you don’t want to be in town great location.
- 5/5
It looks like family owned so the care is more personal. Hotel carpet looked clean and rooms are comfortable. Best part, they have rooms with 3 beds! Nothing

I loved everything in the hotel. Everything was cool, peace, and it was clean. We came to Niagara falls as a family. My whole family said it was the best hotel. The bedroom was as so cozy as our bedroom. The breakfast was also so good. We loved the cereal, waffle, and the yogurt. Thank you for letting us stay in the hotel, and thank you so much for giving the breakfast.

The convenience of being close to stuff The annoying stomping around at midnight and the continuous slamming of doors for hours after midnight, kind of hard to get sleep that way wouldn't you think
- 3/5
Affordability. Noisy kids after 11pm and washer and dryer running in hall.
- 5/5
Clean and quite Accessibility

Felt like a mini Marriott but costing hundreds less.. Also very close to Niagara Falls
- 3.5/5
Attentive staff with great suggestions! Breakfast was on the low end with few hot items.

Very nice property for short or long term stay. Nothing.
- 5/5
The property had a clean room, nice staff, the air conditioning worked well, and they had free parking. It was a nice place to stay. I wish they had more for breakfast. It was a lot of muffins, bread, cereal, and waffles.
- 5/5
Simple, but adequate and satisfying breakfast. Plenty of parking. Short drive to the falls.
- 1/5
It is not a two or three star hotel and its breakfast was bad.
- 3/5
방이 좀 작았지만 친구들이랑 동료들이랑 하루밤 지내기에는 괜찮았어요. 나이아가라폭포와의 거리도 나쁘지 않았어요.
- 3/5
Don't stay there unless you like to be tortured.
- 1/5
Smelled like marijuana immediately walking in. Didn’t even get a foot in the room. When I opened the door I discovered that the room was being used. Beds were not made. Beer cans and towels on the desk. Bathroom light was on I didn’t dare go in afraid to see somebody naked. Front desk was asleep when we arrived my husband had to wake him up. We didn’t stay we risked it and drove 3 hours home.
- 4/5
Good service and clean.
- 3/5
Breakfast was lacking protein and options.
- 4/5
The breakfast did not have any eggs. Neither any scrambled eggs nor any boiled eggs, etc.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and no bad smell in room or the lobby. Good value for the money
- 3/5
The hotel had comfortable beds, a good breakfast, and clean air quality. However, the property feels outdated, and there wasn’t much to do or anything particularly interesting inside the hotel.
- 4/5
Great location. Clean room Super friendly staff. I would go back.
- 2/5
The mosquitos are so bad that a bunch of them get in when you come in the building, and we had to kill a few that got into our room. Our room did not have a “do not disturb sign” so we were not able to put it out so that staff could not enter our room. It’s a great last resort stop, staff was great, easy to get to after driving for a few hours, and very close to the Niagara Falls, but I do not think I will be staying there again.
- 5/5
Close to falls, 6-7 minutes away by car. Highly recommended.
- 1/5
There is no sound proofing on the room, we heard everything on the entire floor from opening the door, convo happening and even flushing the washroom and whatever activity they do in the washroom. It’s really hard to sleep. This is not mention the smell of the room and the breakfast room/lobby when we checked in.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and everything was clean. The tub from the neighbors was loud in our bathroom but that's not a huge deal. Comfy beds and pillows!
- 4/5
I felt we got good value for the price point. The room was inexpensive, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Our only complain would be the smell of marijuana coming through the vents from other rooms.
- 1/5
I would not recommend this place to anyone
- 2/5
The heating and air conditioning unit is very poorly maintained...filters are cacked with dust. Never cleaned...mold on the baseboards, shower walls and floor corners...carpet smells like dirty laundry
- 4/5
Nice stay.
- 5/5
Very clean & wide room. Close to the falls & market.
- 5/5
Nice and very clean place, room very clean. Staff amazing!
- 5/5
Always a pleasure!
- 5/5
This hotel is a hidden gem. Great management. Hospitality focussed, not like the other hotels around. I’m a 38 year veteran in hospitality, this place is great. Location is pretty great too.
- 4/5
I went there to adopt a dog. Everyone was very nice and the room was clean. If I ever went to the Niagara Falls area again I’d stay here.
- 5/5
The location was perfect, the staff was amazing, the room clean, beds comfortable, appliances clean & working; breakfast was great. 2 day stay was perfect to visit the Falls/Canada
- 4/5
Simple, fairly clean, quiet, and staff were nice. But could use deep clean.
- 5/5
Service was great, room wasn't that clean. The floor needs cleaning.
- 1/5
Biggest problem, however, is the safety!! There is no attended visible during "open door" policy, so, anyone can just walk in. Which did happened, someone just came into use one of the bathrooms, threatened my son and just walked out.. again, there was no one from the hotel attending the front desk (unless you ring the phone). That in my view is unacceptable.. I can deal with cheap, however, once I am inside, I should not have to make sure to walk with my son around the holeway, worrying that someone might insult him or worse.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean facility.
- 5/5
Didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area seemed to be fine.
- 5/5
The room was so clean and neat, the place is very well maintained and had everything we need. A cozy and affordable little spot to stay near the Falls - easy to get to off the highway too. The staff were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. The complimentary breakfast was cute and nice too, we really enjoyed our stay here! Next time we’re in the area we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 4/5

- 2/5
Old building so Rooms are bit average and breakfast is not good. I won’t recommend or go again.
- 5/5
The building is a little older. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it was mostly quiet
- 5/5
Everything was good and clean. Since they didn't have a tub, it's better to have some slippers there too. Breakfast was only some coffee. Area looked to me unsafe, maybe because I checked in 1 am anyway. Everything else was good.
- 5/5
Spotless clean and welcoming
- 4/5
For the price, the room was good. It was clean, cool and plenty of towels. The breakfast was good.
- 1/5
The room is dank. No one is at the front desk. The guests down the hall is smoking pot, keeps going in and out - to other vehicles that pull in - we think this is a drug den. I don't feel safe

Everything was good.
- 2/5
Not very good
- 5/5
Just a normal hotel breakfast. Not enough tables for everyone made the experience uncomfortable.
- 4/5
A good location and reasonable price for someone visiting Niagara Falls. It was clean and adequate for our needs.
- 5/5
Great value for price
- 2/5
Wasn’t comfortable about the area. Breakfast was not fresh.
- 5/5
Very limited breakfast items. One waffle maker for everyone always waiting. Yogurt and some cereal. The plugs in our roomg were so worn out plugs wouldn't stay in. Staff was very nice and accommodating
- 3/5
This is a budget hotel, which worked for a place to sleep. It was clean, but not pristine, there were smudges on walls, etc. The breakfast was carbs and yogurt. If you wanted any protein or something other than bread, muffins, or waffle, you must look elsewhere.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was basic but decent with good options. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Good customer service
- 4/5
The hotel did what it needed to. We've started in better but we've also stayed in far worse. Budget friendly and adequate.
- 1/5
The owner is terrible and rude, they are using used bedsheets from the previous guest to use.
- 3/5
Not continental breakfast!
- 3/5
The couple down the hall were clearly having a fight. They were smoking in the hall...and I'm sure the room as well.
- 4/5
Will recommend
- 4/5
The room was affordable and the staff was very friendly.

The front staff desk was very friendly.
- 5/5
Excellent breakfast
- 4/5
Decent stay for couple of days.
- 5/5
Nice and helpful.
- 4/5
The breakfast couldve been better. It was lots of carbs, whole milk only. Yogurt. The only fruit was apples. Zero protein.
- 1/5

- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and friendly staff
- 4/5
Liked how close it was to Niagara
- 4/5
We find the place convenient and within budget.
- 5/5
The bfast has limited options.
- 2/5
Bathrooms shower was not working properly, toilet position was inconvenient and bathroom sink was not designed properly.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Honestly, it is an older motel and looks a bit seedy from the outside. However, the room was very clean, the bed was most comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate...lots of pretty flowers. The breakfast was adequate. Also, it has a very good price point. I recommend it.
- 4/5
Muy satisfecha con el servicio, el precio muy favorable y conveniente en todos los sentidos 100% recomendado
- 3/5
The bed was decent. The shower was awful. It was jury rigged together. The shower wasnt very clean. No coffee maker in room & the one in lobby was locked up except for breakfast. The hotel was full of an ethnic group of people & you couldnt get breakfast or sit down. They just took over the whole place.
- 4/5
Clean and roomy (though the bathroom is quite small). Very small breakfast area was totally packed the day we were there so I can't comment on breakfast. If you just need a place to sleep while at Niagara Falls, this is a good option.
- 5/5
Loved the stay here
- 5/5
Free breakfast and very secure great parking. The other patrons were very friendly also
- 4/5
Felt calming & peace
- 3/5
Location is nearby to drive to falls
- 5/5
3 beds in our room a great option for big families
- 4/5
Was nice but not on the river
- 3/5
Bed not wash
- 1/5
The apartment is not clean, there are hair on the beds and it is not cleaned after customers.
- 3/5
The room was ready for us when we arrived, and it was comfortable to sleep in the bed. The smell of the cleaning agent was overpowering, and once it faded (after we opened the window for a while) it was very musty. The rest of our stay, each time we walked into the room there was a strong scent of must and mildew, which we noticed was coming from the bathroom. The shower is in desperate need of a deep clean and recaulking, and the air vent in that room was dusty. There was also wallpaper peeling with mildew growing underneath and around it in the bathroom. Definitely the economy option for staying in the Niagara Falls, NY area. Not bad for breakfast, the muffins were pretty good - the waffle machine made some yummy waffles, but there is only one, so if theres a big group, then the wait can be pretty long. Overall, not bad, but definitely not good if you're sensitive to mold and mildew.
- 4/5
Bedding was ok
- 4/5
Bed confort was good, food didn’t have time to eat
- 1/5
The owners are very rude and unhelpful please review comments from another’s hosts reviews, are available in google all of them for same reason owners behavior
- 3/5
Breakfast is pathetic and is for namesake and only has breads, muffins and waffel. Owners especially the lad is a weired psycho. Can shout on anyone for no reason.
- 3/5
Decent stay in spite of old building, not too far from falls.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good also very close to niagra falls usa side and Canada side very friendly owner only bad thing is the guy name Steve little rude other then that everything was good I recommend to friends n family
- 3/5
People at front desk are not too friendly...
- 4/5
You need to add at least one more waffle maker
- 5/5
Staff very friendly. Property in good condition.
- 5/5
The continental breakfast was really good. Lack of elevator made it difficult to carry stuff to 2nd floor. Otherwise, had a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Didn't access food, lines too long. Did like coffee availability. Bed very comfortable except for pillows, next time we'll bring our own.
- 5/5
It was nice area.
- 4/5
Room was good and sufficiently close to the state park. Breakfast was mid.
- 5/5
Best staying around Niagara Falls.
- 4/5
Quiet
- 4/5
There was nothing around the property. We were going to the Falls so it served our purpose but finding dinner around the hotel was limited. The hotel was clean, staff were nice so again great place for the price.
- 3/5
Good location, Base boards had lots of dust. No shampoo or soap, breakfast poor.
- 5/5
Nice hospitality good people
- 3/5
Breakfast did not have much option and some guests were too noisy but the property was clean and nicely kept
- 4/5
Clean
- 4/5
Hotel room was nice and clean. Checking in, had to wait a couple min before anyone came out to help. The area around the hotel didn’t look like the best of neighborhoods. The parking lot is small, I think there was another one on the other side of the building but it looked sketchy over there.
- 5/5
Staff is really nice and welcoming. This is a very good budget-friendly place closer to Niagara Falls
- 5/5
Had a comfort and safe accommodation

House keeping is great. Towels and Drappery and curtains and bedsheets are clean. Pillows are very comfortable. Parking is divided on two sides of the motel, but safe. Breakfast is fresh and healthy. Just one suggestion, second waffle machine will add more value 😀 Overall we are very satisfied. All 16 people in our group enjoyed stay in our four rooms. Strongly recommend and shall stay again whenever back to Niagara Falls US side ❤️
- 4/5
Good place to stay near Niagara falls
- 1/5
Super noisy, no sound isolation, you hear everything from other rooms. If some guests are noisy forget about having rest. Dirty in the room and bathroom, everything is old and stinky. Hallway corridor smells bad. Breakfast is fine for its class.
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff, not much for a breakfast but there was something.
- 4/5
Great motel! nice people!great prices!
- 5/5
Great hotel and affordable price
- 1/5
My children and I did not stay one night end up staying at another hotel it definitely is not what the pictures portray can’t imagine how the got there rating if you look up that motel on google it has a 1.3 rating
- 2/5
Too much disturbance in the middle of the nights. Lots of sounds from other rooms, it should be a 1 star hotel at best. You mentioned it js 3 star hotel in while booking, but it looks like 2 star hotel
- 2/5
The main big con is that the bed sheets were very dirty and old, which was pretty uncomfortable to sleep in. The rooms hadn’t been renewed lately, and you could smell it. There was no microwave in the room, so you had to go to the breakfast area to heat your food. The breakfast was very poor. We came there in the evening and the owner told us to go through another entrance. When we came to that entrance there were a lot of bugs, and we were scared to open that door.
- 5/5
Nice and clean stay. Not rany but family friendly. Will be staying again
- 5/5
Not bad if you need a place were you can save money and closer to niagara this is the one
- 2/5
Very old, not clean
- 3/5
This place was average. Seems older and they’ve not made upgrades to it. Old carpet and tile in rooms. Old A/C unit which was loud. Bed was uncomfortable and also seemed old. Scratchy sheets. Wallpaper in bathroom is peeling. Ice machine is broken so front desk staff had to give us ice from his personal ice tray. Only one light worked in the room.
- 4/5
not a bad property not in a great area. no vending in hotel have to walk up to a 7 eleven.
- 5/5
Location is not far from Niagara falls state park.
- 1/5
I was in a family trip and we stayed in three different rooms. All rooms were terribly dirty. There was some kind of foul smell in the rooms.
- 3/5
The breakfast not included eggs or meat… only bread, pankakes and muffins with some yogurt or milk with cereal
- 4/5
Service was great, people were friendly. Room was clean beside the fact the there was hair on the walls and in the drain of the shower. Breakfast did not have many options and no protein options.
- 2/5
Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am, room cards are not working from 10am itself, when we moving our luggage, felt so inconvenient. Breakfast place is too congestive.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Good price, nice staff. If you don’t care about relatively small room, this is the place to go!
- 4/5
Everything was good other than the creepy noise from the door every now and then.
- 4/5
Clean rooms but very loud hallways. Front desk guy wouldn't use the credit card I requested after asking numerous times, just kept ignoring me.
- 5/5
Was very good infact amazing
- 4/5
The hotel is good. Clean environment.
- 5/5
Very good hotel all around for the price. Clean, close to the falls, well maintained, friendly staff, solid breakfast included. Better across the board than other comparably priced hotels.
- 3/5
the breakfast is not great, but i think it matches the price
- 4/5
Comfortable economical stay.
- 1/5
I would recommend not to prefer this hotel
- 2/5
On the first night, there was a complete power outage in the hotel, which caused significant inconvenience. There appeared to be no backup power available, and the situation disrupted our comfort and ability to rest. On the second night, after midnight, the air conditioning in both of the rooms I had reserved stopped functioning properly. Although the fans were running, the ACs were no longer cooling the rooms, even when set as low as 60°F. The room temperature remained noticeably high — likely above 72°F — and it became very uncomfortable to sleep. Since the issue occurred in both rooms, I don't believe it was due to a mechanical failure in a single unit, but rather a broader problem with the building’s cooling system.
- 3/5
its not bad according to the price
- 2/5
room floor mat was very dirty, even though room was smelled very bad i got infection.
