We call almost 20 times for open doors because door keys doesn’t open. We take 4 rooms and all with opening keys problems. I don’t think go there again.

Nice, clean, A/C room. Walking distance to market. Only problem was Microwave was not clean.

Slept in the car with the heater on. Checked out and went to a motel just up the road.Requested a refund. We'll see how that goes.

It smelt like mold, felt like i was getting bit. The tv picture was gray. If i could give them 0 stars thats what i would do. We left and got another hotel. Expedia, should take them off your list. Worst than terrible, i wouldnt let my enemy sleep here.

The staff that checked me in appeared to be on some type of mind altering substance. I went to the room and there was no heater only an air conditioner. I don’t mean the heater was broken. It did not exist. I chatted with Expedia and they must have reached out to the owner because he knocked on our door and told me I had to leave. I advised him it was too late to leave and all other hotels were booked. I contacted Expedia today and they were no help. They offered a 25$ dollar credit. Do not recommend

Heating was not working. Washroom selling was damaged. No proper lighting.

Bathroom was filthy didn’t get cleaned before we came in. No toilet paper or clean towels

I stoped at 2:30 to see if we could have an early check in. Person said no not til 3. I explained wd were headed to Niagra Falls for day and fireworks. Would not be back til 10:30. He said they would be closed. So he finally checked us in. Put us in room next to people smoking outside. Room had no electrical outlets that worked in bathroom. Bathroom door stuck on floor so you had to push hard to open. One bath towel for reservation of 2 people. That towel had not been washed it had gross stains on it resembled poop stains. Had a live animal trap set outside the pool area. Office was closed no one to talk to. Gross dirty place.

The check in was awful. No one was in the office had to ring the bell and yell hello. Then had to find someone else to find to find rhe person to check in. Outlets are no existent had to plug an extension cord into the bathroom outlet. Also some guy was given the same room and was surprised when i said hello. Will not stay here again.

It look clean and neat in pics , once you visit you see flys and stinky smell as the property is too old and the communication.

washroom door lock wasn't working, towels are not clean. i paid 200 its not at all worth for me amount i spent on it. Good thing is dyning options are nearby and shopping as well even though i dint use them.

I.DO NOT recommend this hotel for overnight stays. It needs major sprucing up.

Good price. Nice clean room but toliet was somewhat not clean. It is more previous person renting uncleanes than the hotel.

Didn't have toilet paper the toilet wouldn't flush and when I finally got it to flush it wouldn't stop.

It was my first time staying at a motel since everything else was sold out due to the eclipse. The staff and service was excellent. We had an issue with the key and then the microwave, and both were fixed quickly and efficiently. We had a good experience. I would recommend this motel.

Overall The Motel Was disgusting and the Service was even worst. Me and my wife came for two days to stay at the Caravan Motel and As soon as we got there from the Start there we're Red Flags. I know I didn't book a Hotel stay I was Very aware it was a Motel but The Fact that you can't call for room service, you had to walk over to the office and ring a bell is absurd. Then when getting there the Sheets we're dirty The room smelled, The Lock didn't work(Witch is a safety Hazard) and There we're Ants all over the room even on the bed. Walls cracking, Bathtub with Stains on them. Overall just discussing. I hope I don't get sick from this stay. It was a last minute booking and I saw the reviews and sometimes reviews can be deceiving so I said (Let's take a chance for the Eclipse) and NO the Reviews we're spot on. Overall Terrible. Also Customer Service Is bad and Could tell there money Hungry. Never again!

Good for traveling with family.

Motel is a no frills very basic motel for needing to rest your head. Serves for that basic need.

The property's location is great. It is very close to Niagara Falls and to other stores like Target, restaurants, etc. It's not dirty, but it could be better. Bed sheets has lots of fur. Our room (108) smells like wet clothes that didn't dry. Bathroom is okay but the soap that was there has been used and housekeeper didn't tossed it. I wonder if our bed sheets/pillow cases/towels have been washed either? Front desk staff is okay, not friendly, but no big deal. Overall, not recommended. But if you're on a budget, you can try.

The room was small. But it was clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price

Besides that my room was close to the road, there was a terrible noise coming from the road ( for a while I tough my room was in the middle of the street) To make me more cursed, the neighbors and their children shouted at other neighbors , and this until 2 a.m.( why those 2 children's where still running aroud and scremminf at 01h00 in the morning) The room is correct and clean, but the noise from the road and the neighborhood makes I had a very bad night.

There’s no telephone in the room for local calls or emergencies. The doors don’t shut properly the room is so small you can’t even put your suitcase on the floor without tripping over it. The bed sheets were stained the room smelled there was new car scent air fresheners hanging from the light fixture. No fridge in the room of broken dresser and not even a chair. The carpet was stained. The toilet was low to the ground. The only thing was freshly tiled was the bathroom. We tried to get a refund. The manager refused to give us a refund even though we claimed that nothing match the description that we got off Expedia. Expedia said that the manager was going to give us a refund. The manager said they have a zero refund policy so we were stuck there for three nights . Horrible, horrible, horrible.

And if you want to rent a room there, DO NOT rent room 112.... Again Do Not rent room 112.... The next door is for rooms service, like the Laundry and other services, and the stuff there would stand and talk too loud, especially in the Morning, Not even thinking that there is someone in room 112.... The day we were getting ready to leave, the staff was there early, standing and talking too loud, somehow Yelling and screaming... For a second I tried to go out and tell them to calm down, I however just let it go.... Thank you room service staff that you woke me up early.....

There were lots of mosquitos on the entrance door. TV and Refrigerator power is not working.

The rooms were run down and not cleaned found stuff in between the bed n night stand. Also the bed was hard n old the hot water wasn’t hot n they were just waiting for us to leave so they could get into the room. Terrible place to stay..

The room itself had holes in the floor, that were only held together by the carpet. The door had a huge gap in it, it didn't close right, we took all valuables with us every day for lack of privacy. We spent 5 days in this room and we didn't get housekeeping taken care of not one time. Absolutely the worst overnight experience I've ever had.

Prompt, friendly check-in. Smart choices in sustainable bathroom products. Older building but clean and comfortable. Bathroom seemed remodeled and very nice.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I stayed in. The rooms are dark, crappy lighting, they need repairs and painted. The bed is very old, uncomfortable and stained. The outside exterior needs repaired and painted. If it’s all you can afford, it will do.

It was fine for a roof over our head for the 2 nights. When arriving, couldn't check in 'on time', owner's dad, who was trying to help, struggled to find me in the computer/assign room. The pool was open, but only upon request. No room service, so what towels we had in the room were what we had for the 3 days.

The pool was great. The room was poor. Windows and screen were broken so they did not shut tight and allowed bugs to come into room. Bathroom door was off the hinge so it would not shut tight.

The caravan was a relatively clean and decent hotel. It’s in a great location for shopping. Target, Burlington, Outlet Stores and Walmart are very close by along with a lot of great restaurant options. The room I stayed in was very basic. Be careful if you book room 125 as there are indents in the floor under the carpet by the bed. The entire hotel could use a make over and a thorough cleaning.

This place is eco friendly is because they have trash bins from holiday inn and don’t seem to wash bedding. Checked out upon arrival because we didn’t feel safe.

I was checked in by a teenager and the next day I was told there were NO room services. If we needed towels or toilet paper we had to go to the front office and get it ourselves. I only stayed because it was paid for four days already and I had a paid tour the next day. We ended up leaving a day early anyway because of spiders in the bathroom. I think on my next trip to the falls I'll stay somewhere else.

The staff is very friendly in the property is clean. I did notice that in my room, the carpet sagged about 4” in one spot. No idea how that could be if the floors were concrete. The door did not have a good seal on it, you could see light coming in around it. Television, microwave and refrigerator worked just fine.

The bathroom was recently redone which was good. The beds are definitely old mattresses. Our windows to the room were open upon arrival with no screens so there were lots of little bugs in the room. Also, the mini fridge was quite dirty, ice cream, etc left in it. Pool was open all night which was great for us. All in all, for the price, it was good for what we needed.

With the price we pay this motel is very nice place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights. I highly recommend this place.

It was last minute all the other hotels where sold out so we stayed here check in was okay. The room had a lot of fleas everywhere. Will I stay here again hopefully not but if had to do not want a corner room. All an all I give it a 6/ it’s okay

Room was somewhat small no microwave. Table was was close to the door every time door opened up it hit the table no extra locks on the door that worked no place to get ice had to go buy it no iron table outside the tops were broken. The bathroom was the only hing that was really nice looked like it was just remodeled I felt I over paid

It was the least expensive best option for us and close to everything. The dude checking us in was cool in the beginning but then gave me the cold shoulder when I asked him about biking to the falls like having seen me approaching from across the parking lot wasn't enough time to pause his conversation on his phone to be a good host. Bruh- a little customer service goes a long way. Also, the headboard almost decapitated me; it shouldn't be resting precariously on a worn out and poorly jenkied lip. Tsk tsk.

The room was a little small. But the location was perfect!!! We got there late and was still able to check in. The other travelers were friendly. Front Desk and Housekeeping staff were very friendly.

I would say this is strictly an economy motel. It's affordable and only a 10 minute drive from all the things. The bathroom was really nice and clean when we were there but the room seemed to have the wrong furniture for it's size. We're used to our memory foam mattresses so I slept with a pillow under my back because I can't handle metal spring beds in the slightest. The room seemed to have one foot still in the early 90s with a bit of dated controls but everything worked nonetheless. I chose this one because a BnB I booked didn't work out at all and we needed a place that wasn't more than $120/night because we were not about to drive 6 hours back home after one rough night in NFNY. In the grand scheme of things, this place makes for a decent backup plan.

Very friendly owners!! It was exactly what we needed somewhere to stay for the night with a large family!!! Our rooms were clean and the kids had a evening fun dip in the pool!!!!

It’s a ok place to sleep and clean bathroom, rooms are small for the price.No ice machine, office is always locked have to ring a doorbell to get in. Parking is tight if you have a truck and not marked for the room so any idiot can park in the spot that should be for your room. This happened to me and had to park over many spaces from my room, when loading and unloading the luggage it was not convenient. The staff was only one person he was very nice and tried to help out with any problem that happened and still keep working the main desk. The pictures of the hotel are old and should be updated to reflect the way it looks now. I saw a microwave in one picture which was not in the room I stayed in, a/c worked fine for the room but as I said the room was small for the price. The place is only a short 10 minute ride to the falls and the road it is on has all the regular restaurants most New England towns have. If you are only going to be in the area for a day or two it’s a good safe place to sleep and conveniences are just down the street. The location is probably the best thing about hotel and the price was not too high, again the one man staff was a very nice guy just feel that he could use some help running the place.

Staff very friendly, called me to tell me i left my charger there, room very clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and clean, would have to swim but weather was to cold. Will recommend this hotel and be coming back soon thank you very much.
