Reviews
The hotel's location is its most praised feature, being within walking distance to Niagara Falls and various attractions. However, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms are consistently criticized, with guests noting outdated decor, dirty carpets, and a lack of maintenance. The staff's friendliness is generally appreciated, but their efficiency and the quality of breakfast service are often questioned.
- Excellent location close to Niagara Falls and other attractions
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Outdated and dirty rooms with maintenance issues
- Inconsistent breakfast service and quality
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was hot and the location to the Falls was excellent! There were many shops and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel too.
- 4/5
close to the falls.
- 2/5
Understaffed, took 45 mins to check in with only one person working the desk. TV was inoperative and the hallways were warm and smelled like industrial cleaner. It one star because they did comp the parking and agreed to see what’s possible with the rate. Can’t beat the location.
- 5/5
Excellent location and very helpful staff. Anthony the front desk staff team member was nice allowing us to stay parked there for a couple of hours after our checkout time since our family arrived a little later than planned. If we come back to Niagara Falls, we will certainly stay here again.
- 4/5
The hotel is clean and convenient.
- 5/5
Excellent location and good staffs

Close to Niagara Falls Old property, need up gradation.
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 3.5/5
Convenient to the state park. Run down a bit for such a popular destination.
- 5/5
The hotel was great and really busy. The beds were very comfortable. It was located in a great area. The only thing I thought could be better was breakfast but im very picky and there was slot if people to feed. The girls were doing their best to keep cup. I would divinely stay there again.
- 3/5
We were there 7 days and the room wasn't cleaned once. Asked for towels twice. Nice people
- 3/5
Staff was incredibly friendly. Check-in took a little longer than expected because the desk was unmanned when we arrived and another guest was in front of us. Location was incredible, walking distance to all things Niagara Falls. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. Carpet was stained and made the room smell like wet dog and Cheetos. Phone was crusty (literally), and there was a sticky residue on the table by the television. Linens were clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We slept very well.

Poor
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was very good even towards the end of the serving time.
- 5/5
The staff was very polite and accommodating, the hotel was well maintained parking was great at $10 per night come and go as needed. Our room on the 6th floor gave us a phenomenal view of the fireworks and other festivities. 5 Stars for sure!!!
- 3/5
It would have been good if they can make the check in process more robust.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, the place is filthy, the staff is extremely unfriendly, and they seem unwilling to help. Overall, the service is terrible.
- 4/5
Very good
- 2.5/5
The location was great. Walkable distance to the falls and many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was not that good. The only meat option was pork which is prohibited for us. They also keep the scrambled eggs alongside pork.
- 5/5
It was the perfect stay for visiting Niagara Falls state park!
- 4/5
Location was wonderful. Room was very clean. Easy parking.
- 3.5/5
Location I had a room with a connecting door next to a room. I. Oils hear noise and tv sound from a next door through the door.
- 0.5/5
Proximity to falls Staff was not helpful. Was told may not have room ready when arrived two hours after check in. Requested toiletries and was told out of stock. When saw housekeeping next day was able to get paper supplies. Housekeeping noisy unprofessional playing loud music.
- 4/5
This hotel is close to everything. Clean and decent stuff. They have typical breakfast selection. They charge $10 perday parking fee. Overall good.
- 4/5

Bed was okay. Location was fantastic. Staff was not great. The hotel is definitely aged stains everywhere. Someone was repeatedly pulling the fire alarm it went off no less than 5 different occasions while we were in the hotel

Everything is so badly it was not clean also 1night was so expensive! Its like Motel not a Hotel.
- 2/5
The location could not get better The staff was untrained and unprofessional, the complimentary breakfast was not of the best quality and was very poorly managed
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 2/5
Ok. Clean but still feel old and borderline uncomfortable due to how old it is.
- 2/5
I will not go back again.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and helpful. Cleanliness needs to b better - breakfast room messy, carpet in room needed vacuuming. Breakfast was good but ran out of supplies - plates, coffee cups and a bit crowded. Parking was well and secure.
- 3/5
We had to wait two hours after posted check- in for our room to be available. And, even then, we had to take a smaller room than booked because they had no idea when the rooms in our size would be clean. After 7+ hours on a plane, we were not going to wait 3 or more hours for a room.
- 3/5
Hotel a little out dated must smell in the hallways carpet looks dirty and dingy room was nice and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was no great messy area was dirty ran out of a lot of the items.
- 5/5
The location to the park and the Rainbow Bridge was perfect. The hotel’s concierge is fantastic - kind and helpful! We booked a tour through her and utilized several of her suggestions.
- 2/5
Staff lacks custom service. Front desk staff wearing a winter tossel cap, housekeeping wearing ear buds when I approached to ask a question (I banged on wall to get attention), coffee machine in lobby only water came out, lemon water canister in lobby very cloudy, breakfast staff NO gloves handling food and she actually pulled her cell phone out in the middle of a very crowded dining area. Stairs to basement breakfast FILTHY. Cleanest part of our staff was actually the bathroom near front desk.
- 1/5
The bathroom was covered with hair and the TV wasn’t working when we checked in. I called the front desk to report, but no one picked up. So, we went downstairs to report, but there was a long line at the front desk, which had one person manning it. We got hold of an employee, Mark, and told him about the bathroom and the TV. We also requested for extra hangers — because there were only four in the room — and an extra luggage stand. Mark said he’d send up house-keeping immediately. We waited for hours but no one came. The next morning, we went downstairs and Mark was at the front desk. Like the day before, there was a long line at the front desk and, Mia, another employee who checked us in the day before, saw the long line, but instead of helping Mark, left the hotel with a third employee. The breakfast was in the basement and people were using their fingers to handle food instead of the spoons/tongs that were provided. It was disgusting. The food was all carbs, sweets and processed meat. There was not a piece of fruit in sight. Our entire stay no one came to clean or fix the TV even though we reported it to at least three different employees. The only saving grace was the concierge, Maureen, who was helpful but never told us about the free trolleys that take people around town. The other helpful employee was Chenzy, who we met on our last day. I would not stay there again even if they paid me.
- 3/5
Staff need to learn more about hospitality
- 2/5
Needed to request Toilet paper - that’s a first for me. The floors on the hallway were filthy The kitchen for the breakfast could be better organized. Was given a room with a great view (so said the front desk) but no view to be found. No tv remote in the room. Really disappointed with the whole experience having come to expect quality based on my previous stays at the brand. Needs a lot of improvement. I would not prefer to rebook at this location in its current state.
- 5/5
Very close to Maid of the Mist. 5 minutes walk. Good for people who want to see the Niagara Falls. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend to stay at this hotel.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient to many stores and restaurants. Comfortable beds/pillows. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Great staff and wonderful breakfast
- 5/5
Lo que más me gustó es que está enfrente del parque Niagara’s fall, super easy para llegar a ver el mejor espectáculo
- 3/5
Breakfast needs more variety and the staff was horrible
- 1/5
Room was so dirty and bathroom had broken shower. Furniture was broken and breakfast area was so dirty. Very poor quality of hotel. Bad bugs were there.
- 4/5
Cannot get a better location …right across the street from falls …. Huge room and equally huge bathroom…. 4 stars due to the breakfast …. Food wasn’t being refilled fast enough even though it wasn’t that busy …. And not much to talk about the food quality… and the reception wanted to charge us extra $50 for an hour early check in … even though the hotel seemed quite vacant
- 3/5
My stay at Comfort INN was okay. They have limited room service which limited on a need bases. I was not impress with the location of the cafeteria for breakfast. They can make some improvement of the food area. The variety of food was limited.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Brekfast area is very dated and was not clean. Also the staff managing the breakfast were very rude. Items were not being replenished and had to wait a long time to get what you want.
- 5/5
Great place. Stayed over one night after a week in Niagara Falls. Very clean, well maintained property.
- 5/5
Right next to the falls.
- 2/5
Breakfast is very bad. Breakfast room is in the basement. The dining area very dirty and crowded. Long waiting line to get basic food, bread, yogurt, bega, coffee, run out all the time.
- 3/5
Parking was good. Breakfast sucked.
- 5/5
Hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the park, transportation, and food.
- 5/5
Todo perfecto superó mis expectativas
- 5/5
Location was great and breakfast was good
- 4/5
Breakfast was not good...powdered eggs we're sitting in 3 inches of water...we went to breakfast at 0830...an hour and a half before breakfast ends and almost everything was empty...we waited about 30 minutes and all they refilled was the waffle batter...2 staff ladies just stood at the entrance scrooling on there phones...other than the breakfast our stay was very good.
- 5/5
The hotel is located directly across from Niagara state park. Once you park, you won't need a car to explore Niagara Falls. Perfect location. Staff were wonderful. Rooms were comfortable. No microwave was provided in room. Breakfast was okay.
- 4/5
Availability of free drinking water on every floor would have been great. For that you have to go to the reception
- 1/5
They lost my reservations and blamed me for using a third party competitor, half of the reserved rooms weren't even ready at check in, only one working ice machine, breakfast was in the dirty basement, the manager never called back when trying to reserve rooms at a group rate, and they charged 4 additional rooms to my credit card which took us calling them multiple times for them to finally fix it. Never again. Thy Hyatt is right next door, go there.
- 5/5
Very affordable, very accessible to Rainbow Bridge, very helpful staff, and very safe.

There’s a FlixBus stop right opposite the hotel; hence very convenient to travel from and to Buffalo Airport.
- 2/5
Breakfast was gross and not cleaned well between users and in a very grungy looking basement floor.
- 3/5
The breakfast was not very good. The room was not totally restocked with bottle refills or tissues. Furniture was warn and noisy on back patio area.
- 5/5
Perfect location with friendly & knowledgeable staff ready to assist.
- 2/5
very outdated as far as tv goes. power went out at midnight no generator. overall was a okay experience. room view was very nice.
- 4/5
No
- 4/5
It was good stay. This place is really close to the falls. One thing i was little disppointed is there is only one sports channel out of 10 cable channels. Only 10 channels you can watch in your room.
- 5/5
Perfectly situated for the ultimate Niagara Falls experience!!!
- 4/5
It was a good stay for our to Nigara Falls it was location to the falls and points of interest and to food services
- 5/5
We love the location of this hotel and we have always had a great experience.
- 5/5
Room was clean, at first had a weird smell but after it was fine. I liked that they served breakfast it saves you time for your activity’s I liked that hotel it’s very close to the park so you can just walk. No need to drive unless you want to go out of the little town. If I ever come back I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Had to request for crib multiple times and finally received a broken one, with no bedsheets etc. Ultimately my son had to sleep with us on our bed. Not very happy based on the price we paid.

- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
The free breakfast was hideous. They have a lobby cafe with a beautiful view but it's unused. Shame that the free breakfast was in a windowless basement with industrial type food.. The bedding was thin and inadequate. Terrific and the best location on the US side of the Falls. It is the closest hotel to the park and Falls. Shame it does not live up to its location.
- 5/5
Is spacious, cleanliness is fair. But i witnessed one incident while in breakfast , 2 old folks about to take breakfast to their room for someone cant go down becuase of some reason. Unfortunately, the kitchen attendant didn’t allow them. And she strongly said to talk to the front desk.
- 5/5
Great location. Decent breakfast.
- 4/5
Needs updating

The location is perfect! Its the closest hotel to Niagara Falls State Park. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They have a 24/7 coffee/tea area and access to a microwave.

The food was beyond amazing ….. every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The variety was incredible, and I enjoyed every single bite. The drinks were perfectly made, refreshing, and always served with a smile. Customer service? Top-tier. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made me feel valued and welcomed throughout my stay. And my hotel room ….wow! It was stunning. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a day of enjoying the beach and sunshine. Oh my God… I am definitely going back again soon. Jamaica stole my heart! 🇯🇲✨

The room was clean, smelled good. Very nice staff. Simple and good breakfast. Nice view of the park and the river. The location is PERFECT!
- 3/5
When I checked in I was not asked for my ID or my card to verify it was me. The TV or remote something’s off and the outlets are not working unable to charge phone. The lady doing breakfast was doing an amazing job as it seemed to be very busy and she was trying to do her best to keep it up.
- 5/5
Clean room, soo friendly and really a good place for the family

- 5/5
Yes the staff was very courteous
- 5/5
All good
- 4/5
Gud for staying
- 4/5
My stay was smooth. Nice breakfast options and the hotel is very close to the niagara state park and the rainbow bridge which was convenient for me. My only advise is to spray some air fresheners in the room to remove unpleasant smell when a guest checks into the room for the first time. I will definitely book again next time I plan to visit the area.
- 4/5
convenient area
- 5/5
Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view overlooking the park and Canada. At night, we could even see the fireworks from our room, which was a special touch. The free breakfast was decent and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again and would choose the same place without hesitation.
- 5/5
Excellent room and service
- 4/5
Clean room. Check in and check out very smooth and quick. Breakfast lady on Sunday was very rude to customers. Young lady on Monday was awesome.
- 2/5
It’s not that much good cleaning people never show up we request every day no body show up and breakfast every day same sometime @9.00am it’s everything people not even get breakfast it’s not that much good even coffee is out every morning
- 2/5
Because of the off season the property is not well managed. Less staff. We stayed there for 3 nights and asked to clean the room multiple times but no one cleaned. The common areas are also stinky, breakfast was very limited and low quality. I don’t know how the serve in good season. Would not recommend.
- 4/5
Great location for the falls. Restaurants are within walking distance.
- 4/5
The stay was great—clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was very limited and poorly managed for the number of guests. We arrived at 9:00 a.m., and there was no bread, muffins, bagels, fruit, or milk available.
- 1/5
Room carpets are worn out and torn at places, breakfast is super crowded and nobody is to clean the area. First of all you need to wait hour or so to get the breakfast. Manager will never be available and can’t be reached. Don’t regret by booking here, instead see alternatives. Worst ever experienced in my lifetime.
- 5/5
La habitación estaba limpia y organizada, muy cómoda!!la recepción amable
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It would be nice if the phone changing ports were updated. All in all nice stay
- 3/5
Breakfast was incomplete - no wafles
- 4/5
Location is nice, at the entrance of Niagara Falls
- 4/5
Beds comfortable, good position. Good for the price
- 4/5
Very convenient, great location
- 3/5
The rooms really need some TLC. Our room had a chunk of carpet missing between the bathroom and living area, the shower head leaked so the water pressure was subpar, and the tv offered no way to access Netflix so I could watch Thursday night football. Location, staff, and breakfast were all excellent.
- 5/5
easy to find and great location
- 5/5
Clean room, very good breakfast easy check in. Highly recommend

Excelent location, normal breakfast, clean room, nice staff.
- 3/5
The staff was the best thing about our stay. Garbage was left in the hallways. The hot food was was cold,no kind of warming bath.
- 5/5
Just a minute walk away from the park and a couple of mins walk to the falls. Rooms were clean and the people working at the front desk were nice and helpful
- 5/5
Nice hotel fit my needs and located pretty close to food spots and the convention center
- 3/5
The building and hallways were very dirty.
- 1/5
I was refused service.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the staff very helpful and courteous.
- 3/5
Receptionist was very rude
- 4/5
This hotel is perfectly located on the American side with beautiful views of Niagara State Park and very close to the Rainbow Bridge. It is clean with a comfortable bed. However, it is old and needs renovating. There is no sound proofing and you can hear the people in the next room. We lucked out and got a corner room (2 great views) on the 6th floor. We loved it.
- 5/5
A very good place to stay with yourself family.
- 1/5
When we got to our room the tv wouldnt turn on, the sink stopper was completely broken. The handlebar for the shower was halway broken off and for a shower the pull to turn on the shower would only go halfway, so water came out of the faucet and shower head. The floor also needs new carpeting and spider in the room (my son got bit on his cheek by one) Absolutely do not suggest this place it ruined the entire vacation. Also no rooms come with microwaves...
- 4/5
Clean room, Thank you !
- 4/5
The breakfast is decent. The room is not quite clean and there is long hair on the restroom floor. The conditioner is used up. The shower is not working well. But the staff is nice and after I told them about issues, they fixed them right away. There is a $5 parking fee for each day. The location is great, close to the falls park. There are many great restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Clean room in a great location
- 4/5
It’s was really near the falls. Variety on the breakfast.
- 4/5
It was a good location and the room was clean.
- 5/5
Good hotel very easy access to falls
- 2/5
Pay extra and stay in Canada. This hotel is a little sketchy… questionable side businesses connected to the hotel. Breakfast is located down stairs … it’s a maze… and next to housekeeping. Rooms were ok, but not staying there again, pay extra and go to Canada. Asked for late check out… Nope!! Toilet ran… asked to fix it for two days… nope!! Buyer beware!!
- 4/5

The rooms were good and hotel was very close to Niagara Falls. The staff was very helpful and courteous
- 5/5
Friendly staff, kind and he’s very helpful.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 4/5
Plenty of choices at breakfast, but food was subpar. Parking was very assessible, although $10/night to park seemed a little excessive , should be included. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything else. Service was great, especially the lady at the front desk, hotel was very clean, and location was amazing, right next to the falls, downtown, casinos, and many restaurants and bars! Not to far from Orchard Park and Buffalo, so the ride to the Bills game wasn't too bad! 4 out of 5 stars for me!
- 4/5
The area seems depressed, not many restaurants...just kind of run down. There is a beer bar with some food attached to the hotel, so you wouldn't have to venture away from the hotel if you didn't want to. I guess the Canadian side is where the night life is. I was warned to be careful in the area from relatives who live around here. Overall, I was still happy just because of the access and ability to easily walk to Niagara Falls State Park.
- 5/5
The breakfast was good with a variety of choices.
- 5/5
Everything was good . Thanks
- 5/5
a good hotel, nice room, but its the location that stands out - so close to the trails to the falls on the usa side and right by rainbow bridge for the Canadian side
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast spread was great. Best of all is the loaction. Just walk 5 minutes and your are at the falls. Surrounded with many restaurants. Overall great place to stay if visiting Niagara falls.
- 2/5
Stay was fine till the 3rd day. Found a roach on the extra bed we had. I advised the front desk and was told someone will talk to us no one did.
- 3/5
The room need make over
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable rooms set up exactly as they should be. The walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park and the Falls takes minutes, just right across the street! Nice to have a good, complimentary breakfast in the morning 😊
- 3/5
Parking is spacious and fee is affordable. There’s a lot of restaurant around the area and it’s walkable. The place is very near to the Niagara Falls Park.
- 5/5
A good place for a night at Niagara Fall. Room is decent and clean. Front desk is pretty nice. Breakfast included but not so good.
- 5/5
This is our second stay here. It is just as good as the first time
- 5/5
Perfect location!
- 4/5
The breakfast (not included) was good.
- 3/5
Breakfast is good. It would be better if there were other food varieties. The coffee maker in the room is not clean, and when I told that to the front desk, they said they didn't have staff. However, the hotel's location is super close to Niagara State Park.
- 2/5
renta es muy cara

Terrible breakfast menu. Service staff slow.

The hotel is next to the Niagara Falls State Park and very close to the Rainbow Bridge. I stayed there twice (checking in after 4 p.m. on both occasions) and had to wait for my room to be cleaned each time. In general terms, it’s a good place to stay.
- 4/5
The hotel is next to Niagara Falls State Park and very close to the Rainbow Bridge. I stayed there twice, checking in after 4 p.m. on both occasions, and had to wait for my room to be cleaned each time. Overall, it’s a good place to stay.
- 5/5
Nice staff. Conveniently located near all attractions w private parking
- 4/5
All good except for the extremely loud ?music? In the lobby at check in.
- 4/5
Comfort Inn The Pointe location was our reason for booking. Out the door you are right at the bridge to the Falls. The place was clean, but dated.
- 2/5
The big complaint is that the wall to the adjoining room seemed to be made of paper. The adjoining door is pretty light as well. We could hear our neighbor talking on the phone at 9pm as well as the person she was talking to on speaker. The party next door started a couple hours later. Impossible for us to sleep. We called down to the front desk around midnight. They called the neighbor and it got quieter for a bit…until more people arrived. We finally got to sleep about 4:30am. Complained again in the morning (afternoon actually by the time we woke up), and they said they would address it. Asked to change rooms but none available. Second night it was quiet UNTIL 2am when they came back to their room. We called down once at 3 and the noise stopped. If this is how Comfort Inn builds their properties, I can say with surety that I won’t be staying in one again, ever.
- 3/5
They DO not care if you enjoy your experience bc they KNOW people will stay there due to the convenience to Niagara Falls. Don’t get your hopes up on service there tho. You’re on your own.
- 3/5
Breakfast lot of thins running out, staff is lazy
- 5/5
This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Niagara. It is right outside of the park. You can park your vehicle and not have to get back in it until time to leave.
- 2/5
Asked for hand towels and Kleenex which they promised but never delivered. Electric plugs on bed tables were loose and did not work. Needs refurbished!!

First thing the staff was not very friendly at check in and check out. I have never had to pay to park at a hotel I was staying at ever. They only five channels on the tv. The stays at both Comfort Inn were not a good experience and I will never stay at any other Comfort Inns ever.
- 5/5
Great and close to the falls!
- 3/5
Location was great. Check in was welcoming. The $20 parking fee wasn’t expected and should be mentioned during reservation process

The staff discriminated from eating the breakfast as we have arrived after 10 AM, but could see plenty of other guests having the breakfast. I understand there are rules, but they outright not allowed to have breakfast, and said they have closed.
- 4/5
Clean rooms
- 4/5
Walking distance to major attractions.
- 3/5
They charge you $10 a night to park your car. There were so many people in the breakfast area they could not keep food out. We ended up going to a resturant to eat because of the frustration. They should have more than 1 person trying to feed all these people. On a good note it was within walking distance to the area sights
- 3/5
Rooms were clean and the location was perfect for going to the falls. Very easy! Walkable location. The location alone made up for a lot of the negatives above. But I figure that's what they count on.
- 5/5
Facilities old
- 2/5
The breakfast staff was rude. No working ice machines
- 5/5
Habitación muy limpia, el servicio en recepción es muy bueno.

Great location clean rooms ok breakfast cool potatoes .

Upon our arrival, they suddenly cancelled my reservation without my consent! the front desk is so unreasonable, rude, even bully.
- 4/5
Waitress were not willing to serve you

TV signal is horrible. Iron table broken. Needs a general update.

We went for a family vacation. When you walk into the hotel the smell is overpowering and the staff stare at you and do not acknowledge you. They are very rude and when you ask a question you feel like you are bothering them. It took over an hour to get towels and we went to the desk to just pick them up but apparently they send someone to you. Our room was on the first floor and there were gnats and a roach in the bathroom. When I say gnats I mean tons of them that you start feeling itchy. We complained about the gnats and were told that there is nothing they can do because they are sold out. I then said get someone to spray the room instead an hour later they send two teenagers with a rag each to try to swat them all. The boys said they are sorry but there are too many and we should complain. We had to leave the bathroom door shut and light on every day so the gnats would stay primarily in the bathroom. Floors are filthy. We went to get breakfast on day one and as soon as you walk in you were sticking to the dirty floor and the food was cold, potatoes had several hairs in them. So we left and never went back(even though it’s free). On a side note it is walking distance to Niagara Falls state park(that was the only positive thing I can say about this hotel). Honestly this is my first time leaving a review on a hotel because the experience was so bad that I want to make sure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. There are several hotels by the Falls avoid Comfort Inn Point
- 1/5
Even shower curtain was not there . No bath tissues . We have to request to get one . Even upon complaining about dirty bathrooms the receptionist just note it down and no one ever got back . Overall very unpleasant stay and one to regret !!!
- 4/5
Very close to the national park. Lovely comfy beds. Restaurant onsite and near to other facilities.
- 3/5
Close to the national Park
- 5/5
decent room and excellent location to the view point and fall.
- 4/5
Park was right across the street! Beds are rock hard !!
- 3/5
Location was perfect for walking to the Falls but that was the best part of this hotel. This hotel is very outdated and pretty dirty. Wallpaper chipping everywhere and stains on walls. Rooms are very small and carpet needs replaced. It's ripped and stained. The staff was on another level. Don't ask for anything. They all (except the lady who worked the morning shift) seemed so bothered that they had to work. Every time I had a question they were so bothered that they had to pause their TikTok videos and look up from their phones. Very rude staff, especially the guy working the night shift. He even made the comment of "why do I have to keep getting up? Ugh!"
- 4/5
The room was clean, Wi-Fi worked well for all our devices. The location was what drew us to this hotel, it is directly across the road to the entrance of Niagara Falls State Park. The convenience was wonderful. There is a small brewery/restaurant on property that was delicious, and outside were several food trucks, and many small cafes, pizza places etc with in walking distance. The hotel was also convenient to walking across Rainbow Bridge into Canada. Now the down side, 6 floors and only one ice maker worked, hubby tried every floor, and the only working machine was on the 6th floor. Once we knew where it was, it was only a slight inconvenience. Parking....be prepared, I read online that it was $10 a night, but upon arrival they said it was $20 a night. It was the slow season and the parking lot was almost empty and the kicker was that they were charging the public only $15 a day to park. I voiced my displeasure with that arrangement, and they waived the fee. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for all the conveniences.
- 3/5
The front desk staff, while not outright rude, were not exactly warm & welcoming. Check-in is at 4pm. The older female employee at the front desk told me my room was not ready even though it was a little after 4. I waited in the lobby, along with others waiting for their rooms. Then we watched as other people arrived & received rooms. Even though our rooms had since become ready, she never let us know even though she knew we were right there waiting. How frustrating after a long day of traveling to get there. Breakfast was nothing special. Powdered scrambled eggs, lukewarm potatoes, donuts that seemed stale. A waffle maker that overcooked or burnt your waffles if you let them cook for the amount of time on the automatic timer. There was a nice selection of yogurt which saved the day for me. There was no fresh fruit (apples or bananas) which would have been nice. The chairs in the breakfast room are in desperate need of being reupholstered or replaced. Overall I was disappointed because the free breakfast was one of the factors in me selecting this hotel.
- 3/5
The room is small too many old furniture
- 2/5
The stay was nice but when I went to breakfast I was talking to other people and ask them how they liked Comfort Inn. 3 other visitors heard us talking and had a concern about the same thing. The $20 day parking was brought to my attention. I had already paid for hotel and now they want $20 a day to park. I stayed here in 2023 and parking was free. We placed the parking pass on the car dash and that was it. The people I was speaking with were upset because they didn’t see on the booking about the parking fee. That seemed to be the only complaint. So if you stayed at The Comfort Inn The Point, let me know if you new about the $20 a day Parking when you booked your hotel room. By the way the breakfast type breakfast was awesome. We stayed 2 days.
- 4/5
The room was clean and had all the amenities I expected. The breakfast was good however the furniture could use some updating looked worn out. Also, I did not know about an additional 20$ parking fee require to keep my car parked in the lot. I know Parking around the park and falls can be hard to find but paying guest should not have to pay extra to park their cars.
- 4/5
Super close to Niagara Park & scenic walkways. This time of year is definitely off season so many food places were closed for the winter but it was perfect for our stay. A lot fewer people & we had everything we needed for a one night stay. Room was comfortable but beds a little too firm. Older property but clean for the most part.
- 3/5
Very convenient to local spots. Definitely needs an update
- 3/5
We went breakfast around 8am, no coffee, no cream cheese. Half of the stuff was empty. No fresh fruits either. The staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The only thing i loved about thos place was the location. It is at a very great location to Niagra falls and the Canada boarder.
- 4/5
The location is great! It is a nice place right close to the falls. I enjoyed my stay. Downsides: It is not a fancy place. Breakfast was mediocre. Wifi was bad.
- 1/5
They were very unaccommodating. When talking to front desk they were always rude and talked like they didn't care about their job, the hotel, and especially guest. Never will book a Comfort in again.
- 3/5
The surrounding area is wonderful. The hotel needs some updates and some staff that don't smoke marijuana all the time. The breakfast was not very good.
- 5/5
Great location!! Internet was slow but overall wonderful place to stay! Breakfast is amazing! They have everything you could want!
- 5/5
This was a nice property for the price. It was located located across the street from the state park. There were many dining, sites & shopping within walking distance.

- 5/5
The property was very convenient to everything. Nice place to stay. I will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
I was there to visit Niagara Falls and I liked the convenience of being directly across the way and Hard Rock Cafe just a block away (favorite place to eat tried a hamburger place and it was expensive and not great). There was plenty of parking (should be free for paying guests but only paid $10) The room was clean and smelled good ( carpets may need a little attention through hallway and lobby, room was decent). Front desk staff were friendly. The included breakfast was good typical hot breakfast but the staff was great they kept everything clean and were on top of making sure that everything was refilled. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely be the place to stay and recommend for future visits.
- 5/5
Able to park my car and have a shuttle to airport.
- 3/5
The check in staff was an hour late getting to the front desk to check us in. Was really arrogant as well
- 1/5
Poor service...front desk people were not friendly, phone in room didnt work, room service never came and took the paper from door though, breakfast very simple
- 3/5
The hotel was great because of its location. Walking to Canada side of falls was easy. Walking to the American side was easy. The only thing was at check-in we got a room that was occupied and luckily the occupant had their metal latch set so we couldn’t open the door fully. He was asleep and we woke him up. I feel really bad for him. But we went back and got another room. The breakfast was okay.
- 2/5
The check in lady was wonderful and very helpful. The other staff at other times during our stay were totally unable to help, when asked. The light on the telephone kept blinking red. When asked, the staff said they did not know how to turn it off. It was on our whole time. The bathroom was noisy, the sink was slow to drain. The dining hall was dirty, old furniture and the staff was unable to keep coffee and hot water stocked. it ran out constantly. There was no pens or paper in our room. The ice machine on ALL floors except the sixth were not working. There was no housekeeping unless you asked for it. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I AM SORRY WE STAYED THERE.
- 3/5
Great position, short walk to the state park and the falls. Plenty of eating options
- 3/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Location, hotel, and great magic show on site
- 5/5
We did not have a shower curtain when we reached our room and the hotel was very short staffed and I had to go down to retrieve one or else wait over an hour. Otherwise location was perfect.
- 4/5
Disappointing that check-in was so late
- 5/5
This seems to be closest property to the falls. Has lots of food options around.
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
This property is in a very convenient location for visiting Niagara Falls. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The inside of the building could use some repair and attention. And the breakfast area is located in a dismal room on the lower level.
- 4/5
Hotel is near the falls and short walking distance to the rainbow bridge. It is a bit run down but clean. Breakfast was included which was a plus. Staff was helpful. There were also food trucks right outside the hotel.
- 4/5
Great !stay and excellent location. Walkable to all excursion sites, tours, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful park setting close to the Niagara River and Falls. Casino is an easy 10 minute walk, too! Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. Great price, also!
- 3/5
My stay was not what I expected...the hotel is very outdated and the rooms could have been cleaned better. The tub was slow to drain after a shower leaving 3" of water left to drain after your shower. They did have a very good breakfast...and the location was perfect.
- 2/5
This is the kind of review I hate to post. Upon arriving the front desk clerk was on his phone and looked up at me as if I was bothering him. Didn't think he worked there based on his demeanor. Got to my room and the door has a "Do Not Disturb" sign on it. Thankfully 3 ladies were walking by and waited until I knocked on the door and got into the room and made sure there was no one in there. Guess housekeeping forgot to take down sign. Got into the room and no toilet paper, no tissues, tv wasn't working well, hair on the floor, and just plain not very clean. The hair dryer was melted around the edges so I wasn't able to use it. Was able to get toilet paper from the desk clerk (after waiting in line again). Also I did not like that they let the public park their cars in the lot as folks who were not even staying at the hotel parked really close to the door. Also as a somewhat eco friendly hotel why did they spray all over the grass thereby killing the bees and anything else flying around? When I left in the morning the female desk clerk and her supervisor were there so I explained what had happened. They were very nice. Yes, you are close to the falls and yes you are close to the casino. So those were good things. I just don't like not having a single piece of toilet paper (or tissues) and being in a room where I didn't want to walk on the floors without some kind of foot covering. Will not be staying there again
- 3/5
The first time I heard that we had to pay for parking! And that is too much for the individual who reserved a room in their hotel.
- 5/5
Overall safe and quiet. So close to Niagara falls. Staffs are friendly.
- 3/5
It sits right next to Niagara State Park, making for short walks to the river and Maid of the Mist operations. The area around it is a bit run down but that is true for all of Niagara Falls NY, unless one goes a couple of miles to the Seneca Indian hotels and casino. But then one would have to drive to the State Park to see the falls, fireworks, etc. Beds were comfortable, rooms quite compact, and baths quite small. I'm 5'11" and about 185 lbs. anyone larger than me would have a tough time in the bathroom/shower.
- 1/5
There was a disgusting smell..
- 5/5
Very nice and clean.
- 4/5
Disappointed in the pillows that were too squishy and had no support to them. There was no microwave in the room. Hotel needs a pool. Breakfast was very good with a nice array of options. The parking lot was hard to find as there were no signs.
- 2/5
Location was great. 3 minute walk to Niagra Falls park.
- 4/5
It was nice that it was so close to the falls. No microwave in room. No swimming pool.
- 3/5
The gentlemen that checked us in was not friendly at all. Also, they charge $20 for parking. $250 a night to stay there and they charge for parking? I’ve never heard of such a thing. We will find another hotel to stay at next time we visit Niagara Falls.
- 5/5
So very close to Niagara Falls! The room was clean and quiet. We were able to walk to the falls and restaurants from the hotel. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
- 5/5
We originally chose this hotel based on price but we were pleasantly surprised to find it so close to the park. Literally across the street! Everything is in walking distance; we only moved the car once in three days. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. There can be a smell of Indian cooking from the restaurant next door as there is an entrance through a lower hall. We didn't mind but YMMV. Ask for a room above the third floor for a better view. Recommend the Red Coach Inn on the corner. Excellent food - B, L, D - in a charming atmosphere.

The staff was hostile, when their job is hospitality, I came over very early around 1 pm to check in. I know I was early so I let them I am early but if the room is empty let me know, he said wait until 3 and I’ll tell u, I went at 3 and he said not available, I politely requested him that I waited enough but please if you can atleast ask the staff or let them know about our situation, they did not, I went back at 3:30 same response, then at 3:45 same response, and apparently at 4 it was suddenly ready, and even after all this cleaning there were clothes from previous guests in the room
- 5/5
Very close to the Niagara Falls . Nice place.
- 3/5
Cons: $20 per day to park. Only 1 ice machine in building. No towel racks in bathroom.
- 4/5
Excellent location for your visit to Niagara Falls. It was clean and comfortable. A few things didn't work well in the room, which was a little disappointing. But generally we were comfortable and enjoyed the convenience of the location.
- 5/5
Location is great and is in the walking distance.

Clean and walking distance to Niagara Falls

Love Dunkirk area. Convenient location. Friendly humans including staff. Rooms clean. May need a lil updating. Beds comfy
- 1/5
We booked through expedia double queen bed room. We had no microwave in our room wich was listed in amenities. The light between the beds had the plug ins in it and neither plug worked! Our carpet was really dirty, our beds were very hard, I called for extra pad for my bed and it took 2 days and a call to expedia for them to bring me one. Also we were on a 7 day stay and Didn’t have hot water 2 of those days and after research on other sites than the one we booked through discovered It was not the first time. It was close to the falls and rainbow bridge and it did have continental breakfast. I would not stay again for over 1,200.00 I expect it to be comfortable and clean! The floors were always nasty in the lobby and the elevator and on our floor the cleaning crew drug the trash along the floor and left a trail down the carpet and lobby and it stayed there until the day before we left! My mom called to get our money back and move hotels but the hotel would not cx our reservation so neither would expedia! Honestly I would not book through them again because they Didn’t back us as a customer! Oh and on the site through expedia it said free continental breakfast and parking and we got there and they wanted to charge us 140.00 to park but knocked down to 70.00 and to top that off it was labor day and they were charging people 25.00 that were not patrons and they were taking all the spots so we customers that paid had nowhere to park! Very small lot.
- 3/5
Room carpet needed to be changed. Smell of outside food. Breakfast are needed to be ip dated and better breakfast.
- 5/5
Great please, close to everything amazing
- 3/5
Started off rough as didn’t have the room I reserved (king) so had to accept double room. When checking out total was more than supposed to be, as we had to take double room it was on upper floor and they were going to charge more! Clerk at checkout was nice and helpful, clerk at checkin acted as though I was a bother. Breakfast on day 1 was out of food one hour before closing and they didn’t make any more- many people were upset about that. Day 2 we went 2 hours before closing and did get to eat but it was running low when we left. Had to ask for toilet paper (only little left on roll), lampshades need to be replaced- cracked. Good was location as right at entrance to state park, bed was very comfortable-slept great!
- 4/5
Good hotel for our last-minute booking. Right near the falls for the early morning walk to the State Park. You can also see the (summer) fireworks from the property (or from room if you luck out). It is a very busy hotel with lots of foot traffic and check-ins and check-outs. Giving it the benefit and consideration while not the cleanest or quietest.... it is what is expected of a very family touristy location. (I've stayed at lots of hotels near Niagara Falls, they are all the same)
- 3/5
Hotel was close to the park which was a plus! The overall stay was not so good due to being able to hear guests in the next room, bathroom was not clean and hotel needs an update.

Proximity to the falls.

Close to attractions.
- 4/5
The room was nice but they definitely stick to the 4pm check in. The breakfast was nice the staff working that area were helpful.
- 4/5
At the 4pm check in time, the digital key system was not working, and we were not able to go to the room and drop our stuff off, to continue on with the days events. We eventually were escorted to the room by a very nice employee who allowed us in, and then he later returned with the programmed keys and provided them to us.
- 3/5
The hotel needs updating and areas outside cleaned up. Staff was not very friendly.
- 3/5
But I cannot believe at this prince point, the staff can be so unfriendly! At checkin, they were cold and indifferent. When I went to ask for a toothbrush explaining I forgot to pack one, I was told they were out of toothbrush since the morning, with no apology or any facial expression. Next morning when it rained, I went to ask whether they had punchos, I was told stonely no. 3 different staff members at three different encounters and they all had the experession and air that they didn't care or bother to help. It's a shame that they had such a prime location but they wasted that advantage with their poor service.
- 2/5
Location was excellent and only reason we picked the place. In middle of night there was apparently a false alarm that went off and staff was unhelpful.
- 3/5
Noticed damp musky odor in room. Old rough looking well used worn out room
- 5/5
Perfect! Clean!
- 5/5
The auto super close for the park and the food spots. Very clean come for and employees very nice.
- 5/5
right next to the falls. breakfast was very good. super friendly. clean. very convenient to visit Niagara’s.
- 2/5
Check in was a huge line at 3:45pm. Customer service at the desk all get along with each other but do not give that kindness to the guests. Felt like we were not welcomed. In the morning we left before breakfast but went to the coffee station in the lobby. Only water came out. Desk said that they would let someone know. I asked if there was coffee somewhere else and they said no. They are busy downstairs getting breakfast prepared. Not caring or helpful.
- 5/5
Great location to Niagara Falls park in the US side. Comfortable bed. Parking was not free. Overall, highly recommend this hotel. It’s a great value.
- 4/5
The location was awesome right next Park however they charged us an extra $20 parking and the hinges on the bathroom door needs some oil
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Good breakfast! They let us leave the suitcases in the deposit room after we checked out. Overall very satisfied
- 4/5
Some desk staff were very friendly, others not so much, almost as if we were a bother. Location was good. They were working on the parking lot during our visit. Painting new lines, as well as painting exterior fences. Not an inconvenience in the least, looked like they were trying to upgrade the place.
- 5/5
Very convenient for the park and falls

- 5/5
100% recommended.
- 4/5
Right to Niagara Falls. I booked a nonsmoking room, however the room provided has strong smell of smoking.
- 1/5
Staff are carless, waiting over an hour to deal with dirty room( bed linens has hair in both beds) looks like they don’t change bed linens and they are not able to change the rooms. The customer service went to eat and kept me and family waiting in lobby. I went back home with 5 hours driving overnight as I couldn’t find another hotel reservation around 9 pm. They ruined my trip!!!.
