Loved our room with the hot tub overlooking the Niagara River. It was very nice, spacious and modern. We had a great time. The pool was nice too. Highly recommend.

We were there overnight after attending a wedding on the premises. Good comfortable room. Some minor complaints. The body wash and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. One light bulb by the bed needed to be replaced. And the room AC unit rattled so we just turned it off.

Excellent location within walking distance of Niagara Falls and nearby attractions. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff was friendly, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The room could have been a little cleaner, but it did not significantly affect our stay.

Nice hotel, and friendly staff. Excellent location with a great pool. Had to take a couple of marks off the score as there is no laundry room, or laundry service - despite both being mentioned in the facilities when I booked. We were away for 3 weeks travelling around the Great Lakes and had to walk to a neighbouring hotel and sit there for a couple of hours whilst we did our laundry, which was a shame as the hotel is advertised as having a laundry room, and also providing a laundry service. If it wasn’t for that, we would have given 10/10.

We booked a king bed room and ended up with an accessible king room. Although the room had extra space, it was missing some of the amenities we are used to having it a king room like a hand towel bar near the sink. Also, the shower had a shower chair in it which we had to pull out to use. Once we pulled it out, we found pubic hairs from past guests on the shower floor. Also, the shower curtain does not stop the water from running all over the bathroom floor and puddles developed. The bathroom had a light up vanity mirror on the counter but despite being plugged in, did not light up when turning it on. Mattress was about 10 inches shorter than the bed frame which was strange as well. Wish we had gotten the regular King room that we booked.

The hotel was clean. Staff were helpful. My son left his watch behind and they mailed it to our home. Made everything very easy. My only complaint was our walk to the property from the parking lot. Our truck didn’t fit in the parking garage and they were ready with a back up plan. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff made us feel so special and were extremely helpful! The rooms were clean and large and the jacuzzi tubs were a hit!

I dont recoment on this hotel!, First they get me a room with the king bed so the house keeping do not doing the bed at all. than they change another room with 2 queen bed than that room there is empty sampoo and conditioner not a single drop!

We live locally and this is the best hotel in our area. We have stayed here several times mainly for the beautiful pool and hot tub area.The work out room is nice as well.I WISH hotels kept pools open later hours or 24 hours at your own risk. Sometimes families over stay their welcome in these areas and other guests miss out on the swimming due to this. Hotels could restrict it to only allow adults to swim 24 hours,no children.I love that the work out area is open 24 hours.We stayed in room 534 and the air was not working.My family and I didn’t sleep well due to the room being extremely warm and the air even on 60 was blowing warm/hot air.We noticed come 5-6am the air was finally cool.We loved the space in our room,we had the kids suite and the extra space along with the 2 queen beds, 2tv’s, and sofa was very nice.One thing I’m suggesting is for housekeeping to move the furniture around when cleaning.We moved the extended sofa and there was a bunch of popcorn under it from the prior guest.We also saw a baby spoon under the dining area.A quick look under any accessible furniture should be done first.This is usually an issue in all hotels I stay at, I kind of look for it and expect it.Overall this hotel is beautiful and we will absolutely be staying here again.No bugs or anything that would stray us away.Pool area is a must see, love the warm cookies on arrival.Not comfortable using room coffee makers so the 24-7 coffee is such a huge treat for us & guests. Loved our stay!

Very nice location. The pool and hot tub are both very nice. The breakfast is good. I didn't get any days with the breakfast buffets, but I did get to order the breakfast. I ordered the shrimp with noodles at dinner it was good but very small portion for $33.

Our room was very comfortable and spotless. Staff was so accommodating. Hung at the bar for a bit. It was vey well stocked, staff was great and very helpful. Easy walk to the falls. All in all an amazing weekend.

When I checked in the front desk clerk was so welcoming and friendly. Her name was Sara, we chatted while she completed the check in and she was very helpful the whole stay with any questions I had or anything I needed. The breakfast was good from Parkway Prime, the kids and I enjoyed it. The pool was a good size so that there was plenty of room and it didn't feel overcrowded when there were many guests enjoying it. The hot tub was also great.

Resturant food wasn’t great we ordered steak came not to our liking. Also our room didn’t have heat , but the staff was able to upgrade us to a 1br sweet. Overall the staff was great and helpful. I felt a manager should have followed up with me but they didn’t. Also to note there is a $15 a day charge for parking they don’t tell you about until after checkout

Great staff but Restaurant food $52 steak was so tough a pit bull would have had trouble eating it. It’s not the nearest hotel to falls as advertised. They nickel and dime you for everything $15 day parking, no free breakfast, no robes in suites, pay for water in room.

The stay was good. The pool was nice but the guest who were not following the pool rules ruined it. Kids running on the pool deck - yes they did fall and hit their head - tipsy adults bringing glasses in the pool. Glasses dropped and shattered right by the hot tub......I just left and went back to my room. Kinda sad cause the pool is the reason I booked the hotel but it is what it is.... Staff was very friendly

My room smelled like weed, room was dirty, and we tried to cancel our reservation but was denied. So I paid for a room that we couldn’t use. My daughter has a lung disease and the smell was causing her to have difficulty breathing.

Beautiful lobby, everything was clean and inviting. STAFF was attentive, (always a big plus ) the pool was chilly. Definitely a consistent issue here. The public hot tub had so much foam you had to keep pushing it away. The room was exactly how described, and clean, but lacking a few basic items that needed to be called up for. Had the items been there, I would have rated stay EXCELLENT.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was well maintained and provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay. We would consider staying here again.

It's a shame that the building itself wasn't designed with better acoustical ratings in mind, as the sound transfer from above/beside the room was poor (in that it sounded like our neighbors were in the room with us!). The pillows and bedding are wonderful, the bathroom was nice, the shower was amazing and I LOVE the fact that there is a magnifying mirror!

We never used the pool or hot tub because it was questionable with 50 unsupervised kids using the space. And we couldn't ride in the elevator without having to stop on every floor, almost every time. My husband and I did stop in the bar early for a cocktail before going to dinner with our children (ages 19,18 and 15). The bartender was kind and talkative, we did order an appetizer that was decent. Check out was slow, but ok. I would call to verify team sports staying on site if we ever return.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly and they offer safety deposit boxes which was also helpful given we were traveling internationally. The hot tub did seem to have too much chlorine in it as it made our eyes burn after about 10 minutes in it (none of us have sensitivities to chlorine). The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of the attractions we were attending which was very nice. Possible small things that could have made the stay better would be signage in the elevator for where to find the pool and fitness area, a bottle fill station at the water fountain and liners in the trash cans (in the rooms). We had a great stay and the river view room with the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Hot tub was disappointing- not hot, the jets splashed you in the face, and the chlorine burned your eyes so intensely we had to leave. I like to fill up my water bottle when they have a bottled water dispenser at the workout room but they obviously just fill it back up from the tap- it tasted awful.

The hotel is located near the falls, making it perfect for taking a walk. After a meal, you can easily stroll over to the falls. The park in front of the hotel is beautiful, and the air is very refreshing. The facilities are decent as well. In our room, the curtain was broken, but when we requested it, they repaired it. When I took a shower, the water quality felt very good. However, the breakfast manager (at least she seemed to be the manager) looked upset both times I saw her, which made me feel like she might have been having a hard time.

Room was very nice no balcony staff was wonderful. The bar was full of drunks and there was no smoking anywhere around the building. That was nice enough for someone to go and smoke. I just think that smoking situation is terrible. Terrible. We must be downgraded people.

Our stay at the Doubletree in Niagara Falls was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that the maid didn’t replace the dirty glasses and we were there three nights. The cookies are delicious and they are very generous with them! I would recommend this hotel!

Out of all the Doubletrees we stayed at on this trip, this one far exceeded the others. The check-in/check-out process was quick, our room had a beautiful view of the river, and was easily located to the Falls and surrounding restaurants. The room was spacious, and the shower was huge. I loved the small touch with the night light in the bathroom. And like all Doubletree locations, the warm cookies are amazing. I don't know where they get them but they are soooo delicious. I think I will be staying at Doubletree from here on out.

After booking a rather last-minute room here for a quick weekend trip to Niagara Falls, we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location was perfect, and we were assigned a 9th floor river view room with an amazing view. The staff were very kind and helpful at the front desk for check-in and check-out. This hotel is very close to Niagara Falls State Park and Seneca Niagara Casino, both within walking distance or a short drive. We will be sure to stay here again in the future and will definitely request a 9th floor room again for the views.

It is a older property in need of some TLC. The staff tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Issues were no microwave in the room until we requested one. It was brought up and promptly installed. The phone appeared to have never been cleaned.

What I didn’t like: the pool was dirty, with a strong smell of chlorine, making it impossible to stay there. At check-in, we had to wait a long time — despite arriving in the morning, we weren’t checked in until 4:30 pm (later than the promised 4:00 pm). In addition, the room was not perfectly clean: there was a lot of black hair in the bathroom and on the floor. This didn’t ruin our stay, but one of the main reasons we chose this hotel because it offered a pool. Unfortunately, it’s hard to even call that a pool, and for this reason, the hotel does not feel worth the price.But thanks for all.

This hotel is very well maintained and very clean. We were able to walk to the falls, the illuminations, and the fireworks. This is very convenient because parking right near the falls is expensive. Breakfast is not included, which was disappointing. There is a restaurant in the hotel so you can buy breakfast but it is expensive. Parking at the hotel is free. This is a very nice hotel and I would recommend it.

Location was perfect in relation to the Naigra Falls walking trails amd excursions. They even provided ice packs for my husbands swollen ankle. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a goid stay. Hotel itself definitely needs some upgrading and more house keeping staff though. My room was good, bed and pillows were comfy and the distance to the park wasnt bad. But cleaniless in the hallways needs more attention. Overall, good spot for the night.

I found some kind of bugs in the bed the morning I was leaving, I did told the guy from front desk even showed a picture and all he said was “ those aren’t bugs”.

Tricia in the dining area was very kind and understanding. She helped as we had some dietary restrictions. I was surprised as they only had milk and no other options such as almond milk. This property was not a close walk to the falls…..the weather was beautiful but the temperatures were in the 90’s and made it a more uncomfortable walk. I really felt I should be compensated in some way but the front desk said since I booked thru Expedia there was nothing they could do. Overall property was nice, clean and ok. But for the price and location I was somewhat disappointed.

It was a little far from the Niagara Falls activities

Typically I do not write reviews, good or bad. I am compelled to write this one. Having traveled around the world and staying in 1000s of hotels and the majority of Hilton brand, this location was a disappointment especially for what we paid. The room was very out dated with worn furniture from what appeared to be the 90s. The bathroom was updated however one of the dirtiest I have seen This included trash on the floor when we entered, long hair in the sink, shower and clumps of it with tons of dirt and dust under the bathroom pedestal (discovered when I dropped something and it bounced under there). The walk in shower had dirty grout, mold and soap.shampoo build up not cleaned up. The general property was fine but check in was slow. The room next to us had people smoking which is inconsiderate for a property billed “non-smoking”. The room is something b I would expect from an ancient “mom & pop”” roadside motel renting for $69 a night vs. the $450 I paid (including parking you need to pay for). Many other better choices in the area. It’s only saving grace was only the location. Hilton has let me down prior as they aren’t keeping up with the competitors. It looks like to to change my alliances….

This is our first stay and it has been very nice! Great pool and very clean rooms. Cleaner than most hotels we’ve stayed at.

This hotel was clean and the staff members were friendly. Loved the warm/fresh cookies they gave us at check-in. Breakfast buffet was really good but pricey ($22 per person). We walked to Niagara Falls the first day and it was around 15 minutes. The next night we walked to downtown area with food trucks / shopping, etc. So, overall, location was great.

Had some issues with the refrigerator and the elevators seemed to be really slow. Otherwise the hotel was in a close location to town and the food was very good.

The only thing good about this place was their cookies. Three people and only 1 chair, only 2 towels. We always had to ask for more. I was there 4 days and only one bed in the room was made two times. Shower gel way empty. Had to ask twice for some. Even the last day they had not replaced it. Cleaning service was terrible.

I had a reservation for two room . Check in was late when we get there was 7pm but room is not ready. Then they find rooms one 3rd floor second one is 7th floor . Rooms was okey but not worth it for that money. Also the day we leave from morning till check out in building no water. They said pipe problem and we asked give as time we need use restroom and shower, they said no we need to be ready for another reservation.

I like how quick and efficient the check in process was. Everything went pretty smoothly. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel itself was clean, staff was friendly, rooms were big and clean. Had a river side room which was nice. Pool was large but hot tubs chemical levels seemed off as there was a lot of foam in it. Only downside is that we asked the front desk for an extra towel and they said they’d send one up. 40 min later no towel so we called down to tell them never mind as it was already 10 pm and wanted it to shower after the pool. The convenience to the falls was nice and walk seemed safe along the river (about 20 min walk). The area on the other side of the hotel was older, run down and didn’t seem the safest. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Restaurant was fair at best. Their staff was rude, and the service was slow. The portions were large.

The food was expensive and not well cooked

Stay was comfortable thru out our vacation. My kids and family enjoyed the stay and the view from our rooms. Room-service was helpful and lobby staff too. Breakfast was delicious, all prepared the same day and nothing frozen. I could say the absence of microwave in our rooms was a bit minus for us. I think having that in selected rooms would definitely help families with young kids.

Bed was very noisy, toilet didn’t work when we arrived, and rooms were cleaned ok.

Also being able to walk to the water in just a minute or two is the best thing ever! The place is so peaceful and quiet inside and out, and just provides the most relaxing atmosphere, with places to sit outside and enjoy nature. You really get no sense of the hustle and bustle of the tourist trade that is taking place not far away. Also, being offered a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check-in (and check-out as well) always puts a smile on my face. We will never stay anywhere else if we can help it. This is our home away from home whenever we visit the Falls.

Nice hotel but not walking distance from the falls. Didn't like to have to pay for the parking but most hotels charge for parking in the area.

Was s nice place and clean room.

It’s a 15 min walk to the center. So many spiderwebs everywhere. We saw giant spider outside the window & just felt like there were bugs all night. I woke up with a bite on my back & slept with clothes. Okay for just a night stay. Staff was AMAZING!!! Every encounter was so warm & sincere. Too bad for the room, guess too many trees around the property

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Restaurant food was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable, friendly and a great location! Only one or two minor issues regarding cleanliness, but I never brought it to anyone's attention because it wasn't anything that affected my stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Room condition was not as expected

Within walking distance of the falls and restaurants. Nice place for a visit to Niagra Falls and Canada.

Area is nice and near to the falls
