    The air conditioning in our room did not cool in our room, they sent the maintenance guys, but they did nothing, was told to give it a little while to cool down even though no cool air was coming from the unit, went to dinner and shopping came back 2 hours later, still wasn’t cool, went to the desk and they told me to give it more time and told me to up the temperature (treated me like I was stupid) and said come back in a hour, I said what will happen in another hour, they said nothing, they were booked up , I have stayed in about 4000 nights in a motels , terrible attitude of the desk attendants , very miserable night with no a/c . I would not recommend this place to anyone

    This hotel needs maintenance, is so dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. The access corridor to the parking lot had a ball of hair rolling down the corridor for a whole day. Breakfast is included, yes, but there are not many options other than toast, egg and cereal. The floor was raised. A total disaster

    Breakfast was the same every day and the oatmeal was always cold. The dresser had a a wedge under a leg to try and help, yet it was still so unlevel that the top drawer or multiple drawers wouldn't stay shut. Front desk was helpful and polite. Cleaning staff rude and constantly blocking hallways, whether by carts or multiple staff, and literally ran into us without so much as an excuse me or apology and then sucked her teeth like the guest was an inconvenience for being in her way.

    This hotel left a lot to be desired. It wasn't very clean, including brown stains on the side of the mattress and ripped bed skirts. We had 4 people in our party and only 3 pillows per bed and they would not provide additional pillows when asked. The elevators are extremely slow, even during non peak hours, we ended up using the stairs a lot. While the location walkable to Niagara, it is the furthest away from the park compared to the other options so you will be walking a lot. The hotel overall just needs a really good update. The free breakfast was actually good, so we appreciated that each day. I recommend you choose something a bit closer to the Niagara falls entrance, stay at the Casino, or stay on the Canadian side where there is more to do and things are more walkable.

    Picked this hotel because the closeness to the Niagara Falls State Park and price. They served daily breakfast and the property has parking. Having said that, this hotel needs a major makeover, paint, broken fixtures (even the nob flush my toilet was broken). Also, the hotel needs major deep cleaning. The floors, edges, grouts in the bathrooms, and the entrance rugs, elevators…, sadly all the areas looked dirty. Even the day I arrived, the floor in my room was dirty, I had to walk in flip flops in the room! Don’t think I’ll be visiting again

    This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. First our TV stopped working so I pick up the phone to call the front desk and that wasn't working and yes, it was plugged in. So, I go down to the front desk where there are screaming kids to the point the front desk clerk apologized before I even spoke, When I tell her about the TV and phone, she tells me the maintenance man is gone for the night but if I want, she could let me have the remote to come down to watch TV where all the screaming kids are.     Stayed one night and I’m glad about that. Good location. The linen and bathroom were clean. That’s as good as it gets here. Can’t speak for the breakfast. The floors were filthy throughout the facility and in the room as well. Nothing in the room looked like it was wiped down. The bed was comfy and the tv worked. No bed begs experienced. Don’t expect much here.

    The floors in the hallways were not clean. The dispensers in my bathroom were broken and had mismatched soap. Unfortunately the sound proof rooms were not soundproof. I was awakened by someone's loud TV at 3am which continued until I finally gave up and got up at 6am. The rooms were spacious and it had alot of potential but looked as though they may be short staffed.

    Hotel was dirty and filled with bugs. Hair in the bathroom when we first arrived. Towels smelt like burnt cardboard. They only had 5 breakfast options. Salty eggs, pancakes, pita, toast, and sausages. Staff were nice. Air conditioning was good.

    Rooms were ok. Our bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way because the floor was not level, the drawer to the dresser would open and not stay closed due to uneven flooring and the closet door handle was hanging. Toilet handle was loose and I could hear the next door guest’s conversation, thin walls. Also, the cable box was not connected to the receiver when we first checked in. Fixed it right away. The hotel was not a worth rating it has. Expected better.

    For the price I would say it was ok but other than that I would not recommend it. Our room was not properly cleaned before we arrived, the key cards stopped working everyday and the staff couldn’t tell why it was happening. No room service for the whole time we stayed there and we had to go to the front desk to ask for anything. We had free breakfast but it was the same kind of food everyday and very crowded. We had to pay for parking too, it wasn’t free. Overall I would say the hotel was closer to the state park and price was cheaper compared to other hotels, so I would give 2.5 stars for that.

    You get what you pay for. The staff was nice and friendly but even their charm could not overcome the overall condition of the hotel. It seems like the place is in a dire need of renovation, everything seemed outdated, old, broken down and bit dirty. I guess it's fine if you're just looking for a bed but if you want a pleasant, relaxing and bit more classy experience go somewhere else.

    This hotel was incredibly dirty, filthy! The curtains in the room were all falling apart, there was dust built up everywhere and just to open the door we had to try 10 times! There was constant loud noises and running even past midnight. We booked this hotel because it was rated as excellent at 8.8 out of 10. It definitely was NOT! Everything was horrible except the staff was just average. I would definitely not recommend this place to anywhere. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!

    Everything in the room looks outdated. Shower looks dirty or just need some TCL. My hotel room only had two partial row of toilet paper which is weird to me. Thank god it was enough for our stay. The breakfast was good for the amount of people eating. Food was fresh. Check in and out was ok. My overall experience at this place was ok. One thing I really don’t like is hearing people walking at night from the unit above and walls are super thin so you can hear people extra activities at night.

    Rooms are old and outdated. The beds were clean but the floor and bathroom needed some extra effort. As I was only there 1 night it was not a big deal but I would not stay there for longer than that. Location of the hotel is good as most attractions/restaurants are walkable.     The room itself is pretty decent and soundproof. That's about that. The receptionist was very rude. We had 4 rooms and the keys were not working. I had to go up and down 3 times to get the working key cards for all the rooms. Not only the receptionist DID NOT apologize, she BLAMED me for the faulty keycards. (As if i can magically deactivate the keys with my magic hands. The key cards were no where near our phones or wallet.) We needed some extra towels. They provided 4 towels, and when we asked for more towels, they threatened to call the police saying we were making a scene. (We had 4 rooms! one of the rooms had no towels, and one of the rooms had water leakage where we had to used 2 towels to clean the water. I don't think asking for 8 extra towels was too much.) Some rooms had no shampoo or body soap. No point calling front desk because no one answered. If we need something, we have to go and ask them. The hallways were dirty. There were hair on the floor in the rooms as well. Overall it was really bad experience for us.

    En primer lugar el aseo del hotel en general era terrible, los pasillos eran sucios con ropa de cama tirada en el piso, las duchas con hongos. Reservamos para 9 personas y solo habían 4 camas, pedimos que nos facilitaran una cama extra portátil y se negaron a ayudarnos. Las recepcionistas muy poco empaticas. Breakfast was so bad peanut butter in a jar free for all with the spoon in it found hair in sausage I have pictures not a place anyone should have to pay for I asked for jelly and the server didn’t understand English oatmeal in a cracked crockpot only white and wheat break. The worst park is PHONE DID NOT WORK I called from my cell phone and they blamed the weather but funny next day was beautiful and still the phone wasn’t working and either was the alarm clock. This place needs a corporate inspection very disappointed and not worth the $350 I paid

    When we arrived we went up to the room and noticed there was only one towel. So immediately we called down to the front desk to say that we needed more towels and they said we can't bring them up. But you can come down and get them okay. That's kind of awkward next thing. TV didn't work and it was missing the back of the remote. We just let it go the next day. Found housekeeping and housekeeping said oh there's supposed to be two remotes and then the remote they gave us the second time. Still didn't have a back to it. When we left we told front desk about it. They said they weren't going to charge us and the other thing was that there's all kinds of black and and just yucky stuff around the fridge of the bed and around the tub and around the base of the tub. Conditioner was out of conditioner but on the good note the AC worked very well and after a long day of walking in Niagara the beds were comfortable enough. But for the amount of money I don't know that I would stay there again.

    The walk to Niagara Falls was so worth staying at this hotel. You could take the scenic route along the river that took about 15 minutes or you could take the street route with all the restaraunt an and souvenir shops which was about 10 minutes. They also had a free shuttle to the falls. The housekeeping was short staffed while we were there so the front desk employees were working their butts off to make sure everyone had towels and things. They were never short tempered with anyone that I saw. Great job ladies!!! There is also a restaraunt connected to the hotel.

    Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The flooring in the hallways was coming up causing tripping hazards. Our room had a bad smell. The water pressure was awful. If you are someone with a lot if hair good luck getting all the soap out. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Breakfast was just ok. But not nearly enough seating to accommodate guests. Parking was fine they gave us our parking pass and didn’t charge us. This motel is within walking distance of the falls and downtown restaurants.

    Well other than waiting for over an hour to check in, which should have been a king size bed, I ended up with two queen-sized beds. The room was literally on top of the laundry room so anytime the laundry room was in use, I could hear and feel the washers and dryers. Couldn't get the TV to properly connect so no TV for three days. The pool definitely needed cleaning cause there was dirt and grime on the edges of the pool and the water was cloudy.

    The breakfast was not good at all. A huge bummer since that’s why we booked it. The pool consistently had hair balls all over the floor, it was clear they didn’t clean in there and there was never towels stocked. There was a French fry on the floor in the hall the entirety of my 4 day stay. The cleanliness in the rooms was not the greatest either, very dusty and just overall not clean. The tv in our room didn’t worth either, and the top drawer of the dresser didn’t stay closed, it was open in the walkway the whole time which is just kind of inconvenient but annoying they choose not to fix it.

    Location was great for my needs. Parking was good, but they charge an extra fee of 11.00 dollars or so for it. On site vending machines were pretty useless, as most products were sold out, almost sold out or the machines wouldn't accept the one dollar/five dollar bills needed for purchase. The room keys didn't work - wouldn't open/unlock the door to my room upon arrival, so I had to go back downstairs to the check in desk to get it straightened out. My room- especially the bathroom, was not the cleanest. The bathroom toilet seat really needed replacing, the toilet was dirty, ceramic tiles had smear marks and many chips, dings etc. The bathroom faucet had almost no water pressure. My room had two queen sized beds in it...one of the mattresses really needed to be replaced. Room was not very soundproof at all. I liked the fact that a " Moe's" Restaurant was attached to the Hotel...Staff was friendly.

    Hotel is not following franchisor standards and cutting corners and not upholding brand standards. Hotel smelled like Marijuna smoke and it was bothering my kids as it was coming from the Cental exhaust system. Rooms were dark with respect to lighting, Direct TV channels did not wok, TV was too small compared to wall space, room was out of body wash, and it was evident that the shampoo and conditioner were refilled with generic products. Breakfast was a 4 out of 10 with respect to choices and quantity of products offered, common errors were dirty and not maintained. Very disappointing stay for a total of 8 of us between 2 rooms.

    The staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were fine, and the shower ran hot. The pool area was warm and well maintained. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of options but well prepared. It was just really dirty, moldy showers, crumbs everywhere, trash under the bed on the floor. There were dried pieces of rice on the bed before. They don’t sanitize remotes or counter tops like other hotels. The location of the hotel was great. The parking is in a lot behind the building, around $10 a night which was not bad.

    The rooms are outdated. The bathroom was awful. There was old blood on the lamp shade. The mattresses had stains. Half the television channels didn’t work. Staff were pleasant.

    This hotel stay was terrible with the exception of the maintenance man, Eddy. Our stay was 1 night in a double queen room. Upon arrival to the room, there was hair all over the floors, the bathroom walls and hair embedded into the hotel towels. We couldn’t even rest our belongings on any of the chairs in the room because they were filthy and ran down. Made a request for another cleaning of our room only to be met with rudeness from the hotel receptionist by the name of cheyante. She was not receptive to our request for concern regarding the cleanliness of the room and rudely interrupted me by saying they had no rooms available to move us to when that wasn’t what we initially asked for. They did not have anyone to clean the rooms after 5pm and instead of simply telling us that there was no one available, she proceeded to throw the issue onto the maintenance man without giving him full disclosure of what the complaint was. Eddy met us at our room and did his best to help us with our issue and gave us additional towels. Overall, terrible stay and service (with the exception of Eddy). Would not recommend nor will we stay here again.

    Our rooms for the most part were clean. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at with breakfast, this was the dirtiest which was caused by lazy customers and lazy employees who never cleaned a single service area or table. I keep wondering whether I should complain to the city health department. There was only one employee who showed a smile and provided help outside of the housekeeping staff. Because this hotel decided to forego carpeting, the sounds from adjoining rooms especially from the room above us were extremely noticeable. The hotel charges for parking in a city that has more empty and abandoned properties then occupied.

    Breakfast was straight up the worst hotel breakfast I've ever had. Sausage, pancakes, eggs all tasteless and soggy cheap frozen junk, no bananas, no muffins, no bagels, no cold drinks (the machine wasn't working), no flavored yoghurt, just 'plain' like you'd cook with. Genuinely insulting to even offer such fare when it's over $125 a night and the parking is paid too, and the interior is clean and functional but was clearly assembled cheaply and hastily. All the signs of a cheap hotel, but I didn't feel I was paying for cheap.

    Location was great, breakfast was pancakes, sausage, eggs, cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juices. Food was kept hot and stocked. Staff was great, and very accommodating. Area felt safe even for a group of ladies walking at night. Room was clean, kids enjoyed pool. Would definitely return!

    I am not a “Karen” but do expect some level of professionalism from a front desk staff. This is what gives me a first impression for the safety and cleanliness of the hotel. One employee was on FaceTime and the other was eating ice cream when I walked in. Check in was fairly easy but I was surprised to be charged an $11 parking fee. The pool was fine. Not the hotels fault, but I was in a room next to people who were loud and I thought they were in the hallway until I heard them using the microwave which means they were in the room next to me but the walls are just very thin apparently. I usually stay next door at the Cambria but booked this hotel simply so my daughter could use the pool, but was not impressed overall.

    The room was fair the walls can use a scrub but the important stuff like clean, fresh towels and bedding were great. But the walls can use a little TLC. One inconvenience is the room keycards. The keycards will not work when you return from your day out. Have the keycards reprogrammed to open your door by the nice people at the check-in counter before going up to the room.The staff will totally understand because It happens all the time. Breakfast was good enough it gets the job done. The staff was friendly, informative and quick to help. Enjoy your stay.

    The pool seemed dirty and was terribly cold. I expected a heated pool for an indoor facility. The maintenance in the property was terrible, missing vent.covers and our door did not work properly.     Breakfast and parking was OK but the room they assigned us was not good.First the door closet was falling and the door handle was broken.They fixed the falling door but not the door handle.One of the bed has protruding metal in the frame which is not safe for the guests. The cabinet inside the bathroom where they store the clean towels was dirty.If we’ve noticed it earlier, we would not have use the towels .The chair was dirty also.Stayed for 1 night, never go back again.

    Immediately when I arrived , I checked the mattress for bugs, no bedbugs thank God. But mattress was old, tattered, and had a lot of stains on it. Cracks in the walls, rust dust and generally worn down fixtures in bathroom, and main area of room,all throughout. Staff was very rude when I checked in, older woman snapped at me and wanted to argue about the difference between Hotels.com versus Expedia. Seemed very irritated that my reservation was booked through a service. They charge you for parking, immediately. When I checked out the person tried to charge me again even though I was made to pay at check-in. Both times, the front desk staff was dismissive, impatient, condescending. I could smell cigarettes and weed in the stairwell Friday night when I got in. The breakfast was pretty average for a hotel… The breakfast server stood and stared at people while they were making their plates, uncomfortable. I will not stay here again.

    The food was the same everyday no change or anything. It was always eggs, sausage and pancakes. There was this lady that I felt everyone hated she always had an attitude with everyone there. She was the reason I felt many hated breakfast buffet. She always was rude like she was in some hurry. I loved the guy that worked in the kitchen, he seemed friendly. The room was nice. It was supposed to be clean on the third day, it never did get clean. When I called to asked the front, they said oh well did you ask to have it cleaned, I was like yes I did because I had garbage to throw out. She gave me two big garbage bags and told me just to put the garbage outside my door. The phones in the hotel were awful to the point where the lady had to tell me to go downstairs to talk. The internet was awful awful and the tv kept glitching. Nothing worked for long. The only thing I really loved about the hotel was the pool hours. It was opened to 10pm and my son and I would take advantage of it.

    For the price I paid ($230 for 4 days and 3 nights), I loved this trip. It was so close to Niagara Falls, the border, and the casino. The breakfast was great, saving my boyfriend and I a bunch of money for breakfast (they had pancakes, eggs, toast, syrup, sausage, and yogurt!). The only downside to this location is that the shower has no storage to put your own products (although they do provide body gel, shampoo, and conditioner). Also, the pool was colder than expected. We were able to enjoy it one time for a few hours during our trip, but after knowing that the pool wasn't heated at all, we couldn't find a reason to go back in. Overall, if you're choosing this place for the pool, that will only benefit in the summer. If you're picking the hotel for everything else in addition to the pool, then I would agree.

    I got what i paid($78)!!!! I have a terrible experienced!!!! it says sound proofed but i heard every single foot steps and voice from the other rooms!!! The room was very dirty, sink was not draining properly which we informed the front desk but they didnt do anything!! Washrooms was very dirty the shower has even molds in it! im not happy with my stay! my kids didnt even sleep properly due to loud noises!! overall bad experienced!

    Staff were very nice. We were disappointed by the pool. The water was murky and you couldn’t see the bottom. They said it was salt water but you could clearly smell the chlorine. Needless to say we didn’t let the kids swim. You can see lots of wear and tear on doors and walls. They did redo the floors likely over the old carpet. Our rooms were fine and clean. The pull out couch was less than desirable but probably expected given the age of the furniture, it was basically thin foam that flattened into the frame where you can feel everything. Breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, cereals, pancakes, so it covered all of us well. 2 adults and 4 kids.

    We stayed for two days, they were super nice and accommodating a connecting room for our 3 girls. Rooms were very clean , things to do nearby , you did have to pay for parking I didn’t realized that until time to check in which is $11 per day, and then due of the location it’s mixed in with neighboring houses so when you look out the window you can be facing a houses , even with that we had no issues over all 5 star and will stay again

    Room was not that clean. Few water bottles were lying below bed, ground floor walking aisle was very untidy. For breakfast there should be some vegan options like mash potatoes or hash brown. I did not feel the hotel was worth the amount that too in the off season.

    The room was fine it’s the guest. Lots of noise at 1:30 am loud TV, talking loud etc… and you can hear very clear. Second time we go there don’t know if I will go back. Also at approximately 11:30 pm someone pull the fire pull station because no one was at the reception. Not good!

    The staff was very nice when you could recognize who worked there. No one was in uniform or had a name tag. The room was outdated and coming apart. The floor was seperating. The closet door wouldnt open from the floor being uneven, same with the bathroom door. Wallpaper coming off of the wall. The mattress was stained. There was chewed gum stuck to the floor. Light fixtures were dirty. The front of the chair was falling off.

    The hotel and rooms are outdated, some repair is needed. One of the elevators was not working properly - main floor was not accessible but because. It was still operating so that elevator would be on your floor and therefore the other one wouldn’t come.

    There was no heat in our room, the mini fridge didnt work, the elevators couldnt go to our level 3 or back down as the buttons were broken. Our floor smelled like weed. This hotel should not be in business. The management didnt exist, the employees kept talking crap about the management and nobody wanted to be there. Looks like a run down place that needs new ownership and a full makeover.

    Rooms were spacious and staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was basic but good, always replensihed. The only thing is the description of ammenities on Expedia site said there was an arcade room. The only thing was one pac-man machine by the pool entrance. Front desk was surprised when I mentioned it. Overall we would book here again for the summer. Location was great!

    Our rooms were dirty, tv didnt work, sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty under sink. Our room door was giving us difficulty to unlock since check in. On night two we arrived to the hotel around 10:30 and our room did not open, my husband went down to tell the front desk staff where they reprogrammed the key, he came back up and it did not work, he went back down to where they reprogrammed the key again. Once he came up it still did not work, he went over the inside balcony as we were on floor two and we can see the staff from there and he asked if they can come up to help because we have two small children with us. The younger lady with blonde hair was rude and said “you have to come down” to where my husband replied “are you just going to keep reprogramming because thats not working” and she said “you have to come down to do anything” so at this point i hear her attitude and i start making my way to my husband, he starts walking to the elevators and i see her rolling her eyes and making faces, she didnt realize i was behind him so i asked her why is she being rude and making faces and she was saying ugh excuse me im not and i said i just saw you, the least you can do is come up to help us open the door. She proceeded to ignore me and her coworker told her “leave it” and her coworker reprogrammed the key and came up with my husband to open our door.

    In order to watch TV we had to place the cable box on the ice bucket to keep it plugged in. We couldnt use the ice bucket to get any ice, front desk had no other solution not even to offer another ice bucket to use. Room was run down, holes in the wall, door handles loose, room phone didnt work, there was no way to get a hold of front desk, we also brought that up to front desk attendant and no solution for that. This hotel needs renovation over all and more solutions to any problems that visitors may come across rather than disregarding it. Definitely will not be placing reservations here again.

    The room was out dated and not very clean. Was a rough start, 15 min wait to check in because there was nobody at the desk. Then once we finally checked in we got stuck in the elevator.     The room had wash basin issues. The receptionist denyed change of the room and was very close to being rude. Also the room was allotted in the third floor and incidentally the lift was broke or something and wouldn't go to odd floors, ie we either could go to 2nd or 4th but not third. So had to use emergency exits with my luggage.

    Lots of restaurants nearby. Cons - Reception rarely picked up the phone. One of the receptionist had a degree in being rude. Body wash bottle was empty when checked in. Upon calling the reception to refill the bottle, we were asked to go to the reception to collect it. Bathroom had icky permanent stains god knows from what Rooms and the hotel in general is old. Same breakfast is served every day. There is no menu rotation. The safe in our room didn’t work. For the price they’re charging, it doesn’t feel like value for money.

    My stay was okay. I have nothing extreme to complain about. However, I will say the staff at the front desk at my arrival and during the evening are either just plain rude or they hate their job and they can’t help but show it. The lady in the morning was lovely so maybe I just encountered two oddities. As for the room they are clean but the small details like damage to furniture or wiping down certain surfaces is being neglected. Chips on furniture and the bathroom door needs to be cleaned or painted. Also the mattress made noise every move you make. As for noise you can hear every sound from the hallway. Lastly, the breakfast is fine but only pork meat options. I’ve stayed here many times so like I started off by saying there is nothing extremely bad it’s just okay.

    Cleaning only when stayed more than 3 days and had to request. It took multiple attempts. No fans in the bathroom and all fixtures appear to be suffering from moisture damage such as warped doors, rusted parts of the bathroom vanity. Staff did have extra supplies on request at the front desk to help between cleaning. Breakfast was the same each day so for a longer stay this is not preferable. Good to have a microwave and fridge in the room.

    The closet door handle was broken, and several lamp shades were cracked. It took three separate trips to the front desk before our room keys finally worked. When we requested linens for the sleeper sofa, the manager (an older ethnic gentleman) told us, “If you need something, you come down and get it.” After everything we had already dealt with, that response was very unprofessional. The front desk attendant seemed frustrated as well, mentioning that the manager had sent everyone home. It was obvious customer service was not a priority. At breakfast, we decided not to eat after seeing oatmeal sitting in a crockpot and an employee mixing eggs in a bucket with a drill. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The property is poorly maintained, and the management shows little care for guests. Do not stay here unless you have extremely low standards.

    The room was spacious & clean with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided in pump bottles installed on the shower wall which is very convenient. There is a spacious lobby as well. Moe's restaurant is located inside the hotel and there are many more restaurants nearby within walking distance. The continental breakfast is good with eggs, sausages, mini pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, toast, fruit, juices, and excellent Buffalo McCullagh coffee.The Niagara Falls State Park is within walking distance being only about a 12 minute walk to the entrance.

    This hotel was our go to property to stay at in Niagara Falls. We stayed a couple times a year for many years. This will be our last. It was absolutely filthy. The bathroom floor was never mopped and had long hairs all over, The main door was bent and barely shut and locked. We noticed a couple holes in the ceiling in common areas and carpet in hall definitely need vacuumed. We did inquire about a new room but was told they were booked solid and could’nt move us. I plan on emailing Wydham and suggest they investigate to see if this property if meeting the franchise requirements for upkeep and cleaning.

Rather than resolving it smoothly, he turned to his colleague, saying my reservation indicated I had a car, something I never entered in the first place. The whole interaction felt mechanical and unfriendly. When I asked about breakfast, instead of explaining the details, the staff just handed me a small piece of paper and dismissed me with a vague “you can go up to your room.” It didn’t feel welcoming at all, and as a guest, I felt like I was more of an inconvenience than someone they wanted to assist.     Bathrooms were out of shampoos and I am not sure how the room was prepped ready without checking on the supplies. The room we stayed need the door shaved, was hard to open and shut. Looks like there was attempted fixing the door but it still was not completely done. Otherwise the property location is great and convenient parking and good breakfast.

    Cons: Only one small hook in Restroom, need more to hang clothes. Need racks in Restroom to keep grooming stuffs. Only one chair for sitting in the room, uncomfortable for 2nd person, though hotel staff gave one extra chair upon request. But overall, this hotel is very good, I recommend this hotel.     The first room was not clean. The floor had something sticky on it and the toilet would not flush due to a bar of soap in it. The room phone was broken. The next room they gave us was like someone had just smoked a cigarette in it even though it was a non smoking room. Lucky I had air sanitizer with me as this all took place after driving 8 hours to get there. I was exhausted and was not pleased

    Our room was next to the ice machine and it was loud. We could not change to another room. The ice machine in the lobby was very quiet. The elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Even the buttons in the elevator was very difficult to press - needed to press very very hard. Also, the room has a cockroach when we first went into the bathroom.

    Unfortunately, my stay here was not great. The body wash in the room hadn’t been refilled, and when I asked at the front desk, the response was simply that they had no supplies and I’d have to manage without. I also noticed other guests running into issues – one person had a burnt-out bulb and had to bring it down himself just to get a replacement. The room itself didn’t feel very clean, especially in the corners, and the whole place gave the impression of being just barely kept up rather than properly maintained. Definitely needs better upkeep and customer service.

    The hotel staff was very rude. They were not even ready to listen to a genuine complaint, let alone solve it. From the floor above us, there was a continuous thumping noise, which was very scary. But they didn’t care to listen to us at all. Once their rooms are sold and they get the money, they don’t bother about the customer anymore. I will never go to this hotel again, not even by mistake. There are many other hotels nearby.

    This hotel is high standard. Its not squeeky clean because there are slight imperfections in the rooms such as marks. The staff is really helpful. The housekeeping staff are nice people. The hotel was quiet and there were no noises from loud people anywhere in the vicinity. The TV is nice and has channels on it. Everything works. The gym is kind of mediocre but they have a really nice pool. The public restrooms are nice downstairs. Clean. I have no complaints at all.

    I got switched to three rooms within ten minutes. There was blood on two of the rooms’ beds. The hotel was so dirty, it smelled of a mix of vomit and bathroom and there was garbage in halls. It was horrifying absolutely horrifying. The woman at the front desk was so pleasant but after three horrible rooms I had to ask for refund and ran!!

    The location is everything!! The hotel was okay. The guy that checked us in was super nice! The room was good except the shower is odd and has a small showerhead. Breakfast is not that great. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, yogurt, pita, hummus. Coffee, juice and milk. Check in/out was super easy. The bed was springy, but decent. Our flight was delayed and we only slept for 5 hours because there was a loud bang in the hallway like something fell over. The hallways are very dirty and the magic eraser on the ground helped us rememeber where the room was lol overall, a good experience!

    Not as pleasant as Canada side with guest up stair room walking noise coming through my room ceiling.     The shower in the hotel room was terrible. The shower floor was uneven and buckled. Someone could fall down trying get it the shower. Not to mention, the shower tiles in the corners weren’t very clean. The closet door was hard to open and the dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed. The free breakfast was pretty good.

    The property was close to Niagara State Park which was the main reason for this trip; we could not have been in a better location. We did have some issues with the hotel. We traveled with another couple and have had other hotels where there was a private bathroom for our rooms; i.e., each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The same wording was used to describe this hotel room, but private bathroom apparently meant the single bathroom was not connected to either room except by a common hallway. Even worse, I called the hotel before I made the reservations to ask if each bedroom had it's own bathroom. I was told it did. When we arrived there were two hotel/room keys for four adults. I asked for four keys. When we finally got them, all four unlocked the hotel door and the rooms. Two days later only one unlocked the hotel (parking lot) door and the other three unlocked the room. The day before we checked out, none of the keys unlocked the parking lot entrance. The hotel concierge was very helpful with providing restaurant information and arranging tours.

    Hotel was not clean. Floors were gross. Not sure what the housekeepers do, but moping the hallway floors wasn’t one of them. Hotel could definitely use a good cleaning. My room door only opened if I lifted the handle up and gave a good push. My bathroom mirror was broke and had electrical tape on it. I would not stay there again. I could’ve spent less money and got a cleaner hotel elsewhere.

    When I tried to ask the front desk about what to do around Niagra they gave me a map but when I tried to ask any other questions they directed me to someone at a desk that could help me. This help desk ended up being 3rd party tour sales. She could get us on the “last tour of the day” but it was leaving in like 10 minutes. When I tried to ask more specific questions she didn’t really answer them and we were in a rush to leave. Unfortunately the tour wasn’t much more than I could have just done on my own and I’m out $400. A more helpful front desk could have prevented this. Parking is paid here. When we went to go to bed my son noticed there were crumbs in his bed. It seems the sheets did not get changed like they should. When I tried to sleep I could hear music ALL night long. At first i thought it was my neighbors but I did notice some speakers playing music outside the building when we walked back from the falls so I’m guessing this is where it came from. I don’t understand why music needs to be blasting at 3 AM. It was still going clear until 7 am. This was the final night of our trip. I am still so frustrated with so many situations at this hotel.

    This place has been the dirtiest and loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. I am so glad that I was only there two nights and spent most of my time walking around the falls and outside of this place. Dirty hallways, dirty carpets and lobby. the breakfast area was a mess during breakfast time. The room looked ok at first then, found hairs all over the place from other guests, cabinets were breaking down and furniture was stained. there were a bunch of people from other countries staying and they were so loud I had to open the door like at midnight and stare at them and ask them to be quiet. I will never stay here again, even for free.

    This has to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at this property before in 2022, it was great in all aspects cleanliness, room service and food. But this time, the room was dirty with dirt and debris in all the corners of the room, drawers. The bath tub was filthy and the bathroom vanity table was rusted. Coming to the food, the choices were limited, no packets for condiments like salt & pepper, syrups, etc. They did not have any options for fruits besides only apple(no bananas or oranges ). The cleaning of rooms were done once in 3 days of the stay which I did not understand.

    I saw roaches in the room. There is water near the lift which can cause residents to slip and fall and get hurt. There are beer bottles around the hotel and in the parking lot. Breakfast is ok, could have been better with omlets, boiled eggs, hash potatos etc. mattress was dirty inside enough though its covered with sheets.. which was visible. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. I liked the pool.

    The room was a good size, however the floor was not very clean and there was a lot of dust/dirt under the aircon unit. Staff were grumpy and not very welcoming. Asked if we could check in about 2:40, was told no, it was 3pm, although reception was quiet. Check in opened at exactly 3pm with a queue of at least 25 people at that point and one receptionist, who served the first person then proceeded to answer the phone and deal with that. A second receptionist strolled in about 3:10pm, and couldn't log in. We had done the pre-check in paperwork, including uploading ID, supposedly to speed things up, but it made no difference at all and still had a long wait. Disappointing stay and service.

    Hard time during the check in and they kept as waiting almost 2 hours talking the expedia , they did not know what they are doing, ask me to pay again while i was already paid through expedia then they gave me samller than the room that i already booked couple weeks ago and they only blam expedia about everything, it was a mess

    I did not like the fact that you chsrge for parking, I've never in my life experienced this, you pay to stay at the hotel, you should not have to pay to park, that is double dipping, there waa trash out front of the doors, when they emptied the trash can, they didn’t pick up the trash thst fell, it was left there( disgusting), the room we stayed in, there was mildew in the shower( disgusting) i wouod not stay here again, j9r would i recommend anyone to stay here

    The bad: There were a lot of details that need attention. One elevator was broken during our 3 night stay. The bathroom door in the pool was also not closing fully during that time. The water pressure in the shower was incredibly low. There was not enough seating at breakfast. Many common areas could use a deeper cleaning.

    Our room was excellent. Bigger than expected. We were only on the second floor but wasn't bothered by street noise at all. Breakfast was good and well stocked.
