The Staff were all amazing! This location was very close to all we wanted to do in Niagara Falls. Highly recommend to everyone!

I visited this hotel in 2019 , from then now , there is no change though lot of upgrades came . my big problem with this hotel is cleaning ness. very bad bathroom commodes , lot of black poo around edges , and lift carpet area , so durty. staff not maintaing proper cleaning ness , no maintence , bad wet / closed smell in all hall ways , no proper ventilation.

Good hotel nearby the Niagara Falls park, clean and convenient. Great breakfast. Room was spacious, with a mini fridge and microwave. Good internet. Overall a great place to visit the falls. Close enough that you can walk to the park. I think the only thing I found weird is that they charge you for parking, seems like a standard practice in all the hotels in the town, I feel that it would be just better experience to have it included in the price , I just hate additional fees.

Paying customers that stay at this hotel should NOT be charged a parking fee. The parking was attached to the hotel property and was nothing out of the ordinary.

The breakfast was pretty good for a Thursday morning. We walked from the hotel to table rock in Canada so it was doable for a 67 and 70 yo couple. There is a parking lot closer to rainbow bridge that cost $10 but you need to get there early. We enjoyed our stay.

ROSE at the front desk was a literal angel. She welcomed me like a family member. I’ve traveled the world and never had such a sweet welcome as I did with Miss Rose. She talked like we were friends made sure I felt welcomed gave me a bag of snacks and water after I told her I had a rough day even though I’m sure her day was also rough. Then she proceeded to say that fireworks were getting ready to go off for the first time that very night! You can tell she takes pride in her work and her customer care.

Parking was good. Location was great. Stephanie at the front desk was awesome 👌

I liked the fact that there was a concierge in the motel to tell you about yours you can take to the falls. We did this tour it was wonderful! Better than striking out on our own!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had variety. It was a little farther then I expected from the falls but still walkable. Starting April 1 the hotel started charging $10 a day for parking, however it costs that in the public lots as well . Overall it was a good experience.

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast I wish they had different options available we stayed three nights there and had sausage all three days. Wish they had a cafe in the hotel to eat lunch there also. Parking I thought should have been free since I feel you pay enough for the rooms

I would not choose this hotel again as the rooms are carpeted and smelled like they had been shampood a hundred times with the stench of old shampoo order. It was so strong and no way to air out the room. I would suggest removing the carpet as this is an animal friendly hotel and the carpet must have to be cleaned constantly which causes the problem. The room was humid with the window steamed up with moisture. I had to run the fan and a/c to get some air stirring as the room had too strong of an odor to enjoy. There are so many other hotels in the area that I would choose a different one next time - just because the room had a terrible odor. It was very uncomfortable to stay in the room, and we were there two days, unfortunately. All the rest was good. Get rid of the carpet, put in a solid floor covering that you could keep clean without having to shampoo constantly.

The only thing I would suggest for an improvement would be to do some landscaping out in front of the hotel. But to be fair - it was very early in the season and they may just not have had time. We were very pleased and if we ever end up in the area we will return!

Breakfast was different day to day. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Parking on-site was inexpensive and in a fenced in area.

No washer and dryer

The only thing I would say is that the air conditioning wasn't working. There is only 1 soap offered as toiletries, so ensure you pack all you need. It was ok and quiet for 1 night stay

The breakfast was ok. What dissapoint me was that the property description said its 2 minutes walking to the Niagara state Park . Which is no true . Its 15 minutes walking.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was exceptional. We love that the hotel was located within walking distance of the falls and the casino. This is one of the only places we will stay when we visit Niagara falls.

Hotel was clean no issues. Front desk staff was super helpful. Close to the falls and anywhere you need to go in minutes. Only issue was my room had broken hooks and we were there for a cheer comp so we couldn’t hang uniform.

Hair all over bathroom floor, toilet was dirty. and the breakfast - sausage was dry and eggs were cold - at 6am when breakfast started , nothing out to make waffles.

I love this hotel! We visit often, because my children love to go swimming. The pool is warm, the staff is kind and efficient and the rooms are always clean.

This was a very nice place to stay. Walkable to the falls and to the Rainbow bridge. We felt safe when we were walking to the park at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable and hotel was very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Had an excellent 2 night stay with family

Our room was spacious for ourselves and grandson as well as our two dogs. We enjoyed the kind staff and the close proximity to Niagara Falls.

My traveling companions and myself felt this was a beautiful hotel- close to walking to the casino which had several restaurants and the Falls about 10 blocks away. Very walkable and we are in our 70’s! Not a busy part of town in the fall time!

The breakfast was pretty standard, nothing new or exciting. The room was clean, but the bottom sheet did not fit the mattress. Staff was unable to assist in providing a schedule for the Trolley Service.

Overall great place to stay in Niagara Falls. As frequently happens, however at places with large bottles of soap and shampoo, ours were in need of filling. We bring our own now, simply because more often than not, something needs filling.

The place was old and dark and needs to be remodeled. The people at the front desk were what I called sketchy. But maybe that’s all you could get on the side of town. I wished I had stayed somewhere else. I stay at Hampton all the time. This was the worst. Couldn’t wait to leave. The only good thing is the room was clean the only reason I didn’t leave.

Would stay here again. Close to the falls.

Unexpected visit at Niagara Falls for work. Had to get this hotel rather suddenly. I was pleasantly surprised and would actually stay there again if I was visiting for leisure. Nice breakfast , friendly staff, my puppy was welcomed and there is a large area where he could be walked. Definitely recommend.

Parking lot at the hotel was overfilled, had to find street parking.

I was in room 412 and this morning as I was getting ready I seen roaches in the bathroom and the bed was so hard did not sleep good

The breakfast was great. I didn’t like that the hotel was full so breakfast just busy. However it wasn’t the hotels fault. The room was clean, bathroom clean - nothing to even complain about there 😊 it said walk to falls, we drove cause a walk was a little far. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

When we arrived Friday July 11 around 4pm. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Niagara Falls, New York. When I arrived, there was no one at the desk so I patiently waited. A few minutes later, a woman came out from the back office. She immediately looked at me like she was annoyed that I was standing there. She did not have a friendly smile and just seems super inconvenienced. I gave her my name. She told me she could not find me. I told her that I did book it through Hotels.com. She still cannot find my name in the system and was super annoyed that I even booked the third-party. I showed her my reservation and then she proceeded to reprimand me that I told her my wrong name… I’m 42 years old. I’m pretty sure I know my own name, for some reason, Hotels.com put my last name under a single instead of Smith so that’s why she couldn’t find me. But she made sure to let me know that was my fault. She also proceeded to argue with me that The reservation was under Expedia… I showed her the proof that it was under her Hotels.com, and she still argued with me. Eventually found my name, then she said to “ Breakfast is from 6 to 10 here’s your card” I asked her what my room number was and she told me to quote “look at the card!

The property is outdated and old. The area around the property was unkept and dirty. Trash on the grounds and disappointing. The rooms were not the cleanest as there were stains on the covers on the bedding. Not adequate area for breakfast for the amount of people the hotel holds and limited food. For the money it was definitely not worth it.

Not up to the standard if Hampton Inns I have stayed before. The towel and bed linens were older not white not fluffy just brownish. Lobby small smelled like smoke and felt like a cheap hotel it was 309 for the night.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The hallways were pretty warm but the air worked perfectly in the room. Breakfast was delicious.

Super convenient and clean hotel

It was okay for the one night we stayed. The room was not the cleanest. There was a stain on one bedspread and water dripping from bathroom ceiling vent. The area seemed safe until we were approached by a homeless person in the parking lot begging for money. That made us very uncomfortable.

Staff was rude , I had a service dog and was approached very aggressive and rude about not having him near the pool. The delivery should have been more respectful . Defiantly would not recommend this place to anyone .

The hotel was ok, it was clean. The area in general was dirty and run down. Had to pay to park everywhere we went. Ended up eating at a papa john’s because we couldn’t find anything else and we had to pay to park on the street outside the building.

I like it was quiet and clean. I didn’t like I had to pay extra for a lay away bed.

Room was ok for comfort. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom door was not level so every time it was opened or closed it rubbed on the floor and stuck. There was also ants in the room if drinks were left open for more than a few minutes. Let the front desk know and they said they would spray room however was the same when we returned. It was a pretty good price however will look at other hotels on a return trip.

Very convenient to the Falls! Workers and service were outstanding! I left my winter coat in closet and it was kept safely for me when I came to pick it up! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank You!
