Motel is clean and well lit. Rooms are clean. Great stay.

Over all it was a nice place to stay. The owners were great and the rims liked newly remodeled. Only real complaint was noise. Uf you are a light sleeper the walls are thin. We could get the people next to us and they weren't being unreasonably loud either. And a fun cave is the motel was featured in a tom hanks movie, A man named otto.

Room size was good And properly cleaned. Parking area had plenty of room.

Small town feel

Great place for an overnight stay! Needed somewhere to stop off for the night. Chose this based on rate and online reviews. Close to many restaurants. Check-in was easy; staff very pleasant and helpful. Free parking close to room door. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have an in-room coffee maker, but Starbucks nearby took care of morning coffee. A/C kept room pleasant. Cable TV had many offerings. Great facility! Would definitely stay again should I be in area.

Property is conveniently located to shopping and entertainment. Very clean and well kept, management friendly and responsive.

There was no cooking allowed in the room other than that everything was perfect.

Wonderful place to stay! Just enough nostalgia of the old motels but completely updated and modern. Very clean, safe and quiet and a short drive to the falls. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a quick stay.

Only issue was I couldn’t get the WiFi to work. That really wasn’t an issue though. Main thing was staff was incredibly nice, room was clean, it had a refrigerator, bathroom was nice, close to a bunch of food options and 5 minutes from Niagara Falls. For the price it was sincerely a great deal. If I come back to the area again soon I will be staying here again. Thank you!!!

From check in to check out the hotel was great and the service was superb, I believe her name was Mary (I apologize if I'm wrong) was friendly and helpful. I was there for college orientation for my daughter and it was close to the school, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean, the shower had the best water pressure I've had in a hotel in a long time. My only regret is I didn't book fast enough to get this hotel for parents weekend. Nothing

It was updated, clean, quiet, comfortable and the location was great for local sites.

Clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit on the small side given the amount of furniture in the room. The personal touch from the presence of the owners was really nice. They were very friendly and helpful. Great parking, and option of storing luggage.

Parking was easy. Very close to Niagara falls state park. lots of dining options available nearby.

It was ok. The “excellent” reviews were an exaggeration. The bathroom was tiny. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell, which was almost overwhelming. We probably would not choose this hotel again.

AC worked but needs to be replaced due to problems with controls. The hot water is slow to arrive and otherwise fine. I will gladly use the motel on our next trip.

Perfect local for visiting Niagra Falls! Front desk manager was very helpful with suggestions for getting the most out of our 2 days in the area. Rooms are small. But updated and very clean. Hot shower, great AC, hairdryer, microwave and mini fridge. Highly recommend

Wife and i loved how easy it was to find. Easy drive to the falls. Buzzy's Pizza right next door was the best pizza ever. Rooms were clean and the pool looked amazing but we never used it. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Lot was clean and easy to get parked in. Would definitely would stay again when we go back.

I absolutely loved my stay at this adorable and nostalgic motel. It has such a charming, old fashioned feel while being very well kept. Everything was spotless, the rooms, common areas, and even the little details showed how much care goes into maintaining the place. What really stood out was the staff. They were exceptional, warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making me feel right at home. A perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality.

I have stayed here on two occasions. It is a budget-priced property with great benefits which makes it an exceptional value. The rooms are immaculately CLEAN. That is VERY important to me. The rooms and property are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. There is a microwave, refrigerator, TV, and A/C in the rooms. There is also free WiFi included. There is a notebook in the room with lots of helpful info. I expect to need a room in the area several times per year and plan to stay here whenever I return to the area in the future.

Great staff very clean just needs some renovations

For a motel, the rooms were very neat and spacious. Teh rooms were well maintained. The only thing was there was no gate to the property and doors open to outside. So did not feel safe. But there were no noises and it was decent stay.

Clean and neat

Cute, clean Motel room. Staff was friendly, room a little dated but was clean & comfortable, no coffe/tea but has microwave for it or there's a great bakery 2 doors down ElCamillo so you can pick up some coffee & tasty treats. Outdoor pool area wax also clean. We had a good time in the area. Enjoy your visit. If anything, I'd add more trash bags to the room, a grab bar by the tub and some safety strip inside bottom of tub.

Only stayed a night but staff members were great and the room was quiet

It was such a nostogic motel. I loved it. The owner was super sweet during check-in. The pool was so clean and nice to just sit around after a hot hot day at the falls(we forgot pur swimsuits). There was free shuttle to the Falls and back. Slept so well, air conditioner was awesome. We will definitely be back to stay.

Eddie & Marlena are the best hosts. Accommodating at its best! Lots of places to eat, shop, park etc. if your going to be drinking, uber is available!

We took a quick spur of the moment trip to see the falls before school starts back. The Moonlite was a perfect stay. Very clean and well maintained and with friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend and hope to return.

This property is close to state park Niagara Falls and lot of shopping around in walkabale distance , management is very good, actually I couldn’t make it before closing time of 12AM midnight , but the management generously allowed me to check in at 2 AM as I travelled from long distance, I’m very thankful.

Nice and clean with renovated bath. There's a swimming pool but otherwise no frills. Helpful manager. Being in the downtown area, there're a bunch of dining options - some within walking distance. The Falls is good 5 miles away, though.

At first I was concerned because I don’t usually stay in small motels. However I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the premises was. The staff was pleasant and very helpful and informative. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

The internet service was intermittent which was frustrating. The outdoor pool is kept in great condition but its close to the busy street so not quiet or private. Owners have been there for years and are very friendly.

Nice Motel at a decent price. Close to lots of places to eat and a Walmart, so convenient. They have a pool which lots of guests were using. Only drawback is parking is a little cramped, but still a decent place to stay

Very pleased with our stay! It felt a bit like going back in time with a physical key and registration card. The man working the desk was kind, and the ice maker in the lobby had GREAT ice that we lived chomping on. The family suite worked well for our family with the two beds and pull-out couch. The bathroom was nice, and everything was clean. My husband walked over to Wendy’s while we swam in the nice pool. Thankful for this affordable motel close to Niagara!

We had not arrived for our reservation yet and it was later in the evening, the property had called us to check in to make sure we were still coming. I apprreciated that. Our room was nive and big for a family of 6. It was a nice little stop for a 1 night stay.

Our stay at the Moonlite Motel in Niagara Falls was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming space after a day of exploring. Mary, the owner, was super friendly and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to make us feel at home. She shared excellent tips for visiting Niagara Falls, from the best viewing spots to local dining, which made our trip even more memorable. The motel’s location was perfect—just a 7-minute drive to the falls, close enough to enjoy the attractions but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle for a peaceful night’s rest.

I traveled 14 hours with my family and arrived after midnight to check in to the room I had already paid for. I was denied check-in due to the fact that I arrived so late. I’ve never experienced a refusal to check in at any hotel/motel I’ve booked with for a room that I had already paid for. I was denied a refund. Inconsiderate to the weary traveler. Would not recommend a stay at this place.

Our large “family room” was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. It took some time for hot water to come out of the faucet and shower. This small facility only has parking for one car per room. The motel receptionist told us where we could find nearby free street parking for our second car. There is a nice bakery nearby that has both pizza and pastries.

The motel was immaculate! Everything was super clean and tidy! The gentleman at the front office was also kind and helpful.

Was good and convent for us

Two things were wrong with our trip however. We found underwear above the air conditioner that someone had left. Took multiple times letting the head of the motel, they were there. Secondly, it seemed that the fresh towels weren’t all the cleaned because there were some questionable stains. Luckily the towel in question was a shower mat/cloth.

There is Target store and TJMaX and some eateries there. Room is lot cleaner than we thought it was and staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We got our car rental screwed up at the air port and there was a great Uber driver took us to the hotel and he also recommended me the motel. I’d definitely come back here on my next visit to Niagara Falls.

Nice property for the price. Neighboring guests were fighting and very loud using horrible language. Luckily we did not have any young children with us. It was difficult for some of us to sleep due to the yelling however rude and disrespectful guests are not the fault of the property owner.

The actual room interior, furnishings, and bathroom had been recently updated. Great water pressure! Clean and comfortable beds, firmer than I prefer, but my husband loved it. Pleasantly surprised! The motel has its original vintage signage out front that worried me initially about my choice when we pulled up. We were both pleased with the value. AC unit worked well too. Unique experience.

The room was good size for a 2 night stay with a family of 4, and we didn't even use a family room! Water pressure wasn't great, we did have a leak, and fridge did not actually get cold till the 2nd day, mid-day! Also blow dryer stopped working 2nd day in as well! Very quiet though, all guests seemed respectful of one another, staff was helpful and friendly if they were needed! Sparklers fun is however a no go! Doesn't list it anywhere but just good knowledge for if trying to do small fun things with the kids, you cannot do that! Would definitely recommend or stay again on another falls visit!

The staff was nice but not available 24/7. I had a personal minor emergency and had to wait until 8 am for the staff to come to work.
