Well, the first room smelled like cigarettes. They did switch it for me—the other one was very clean—but the common areas were very, very dirty; the restaurant, the hallways, and the stairwells were all filthy. They really should clean more often. The air conditioning was indeed very good, and the staff were helpful.

Floor was dirty with bare foot and property also not much clean. Mid night also some noise and it was nightmare. Not suggesting for family

Wrong hotel

I like that your location is close to the National park and also restaurants and a small mall with target and CVS, I like that you have large parking lot. The maintenance came promptly and some of the staff were nice. I didn't like that the room was not clean. The chairs were filled with stains, which was gross, the floor had trash (a huge hair ball was under the safe in the corner). The refrigerator was gross and rusty. There was no shower curtain, so we had to request one. Then to top it all off, when we returned to our room the next day, we discovered a leak in the ceiling right onto the side of the bed I slept the night before. Also, at night loud sounds can be heard, either coming from the fridge or walls (not sure what was making the noise off and, on all night,). It's too bad that this hotel is not well taken care of as far as the cleanliness, I think you would have been fine if it was properly cleaned.

The rooms were cleaned ages ago. There was no escalator in the property. There were only 6 tables for the breakfast. There was only one fruit available in breakfast.

It's decent for the price point but there are certain things that are not acceptable for any price point. There was a weird smell as soon as you entered the room. I had to use my own air freshener everything we entered. No dust bin in the room, only 1 in the washroom. Overall neglecting such minor things makes the difference between an excellent and an 'Okay' experience.

It was a terrible check in I told the woman I wanted a room they clean often that isn't near the back. She said " oww I though you were here before " the cleanliness was horrible. Dirty sheets , pillow cases with hair imbedded , a strong smoke smell wasn't sure if it was coming from the heater , floors had toe nail clippings and wasn't swepted ever , hallway nasty

Good location not much of a breakfast just continental type with poor coffee. Breakfast and coffee was very limited the continental type.

Rooms were a little dirty. We let the front desk know the toilet still had stuff on it. They handed us the spray bottle and a rag. We sprayed it and cleaned it a few times before using it. I cleaned the room myself. The beds are comfy. It was nice quiet stay.

Two adjoining rooms. Went well. Double beds smaller than I remembered so we needed to get a roll away for me to sleep on. The rollaway frame was awful so I put the mattress on the floor instead and that worked out well. Good breakfast, nice people. Great stay and excellent price.

We arrived late at night. The receptionist was still on duty. We were there for only 10 hours - just enough to get a great night’s sleep. The room was clean. We were able to adjust the room temperature to our satisfaction. There was plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable.

There was no shampoo is the dispenser, long dark hairs on the toilet and shower. Hair dryer didn’t work. Thin walls- could hear the person snoring next door all night long. Breakfast was toast and cereal, not even fruit. Beds were very uncomfortable.

When I entered in booked room, it was dirty and they changed only sheets of beds. After complaining and requested to change the room first they refused when I told one person/lady to come and see I am complaining about she came after two hours and top of that I had to go personally down to see whether she is busy but found she is watching views in her cell phone and she pretended that I was busy. After looking the room then she said I will change it. At 3:00 AM during mid night she changed the room. It was a terrible experience I faced. I wanted to cancel the hotel also but it was very late so I did not do it.

Breakfast was good, they had plain cheerios & fruit loops. White & brown bread available for toasting & apples were there. Coffee, decade coffee & hot water for tea was available.

Long time Hotels.com customer, first time reviewer. We frequent this hotel every few months because it's a decently-priced, no frills and convenient location hotel to stay. Last week, we discovered flies and uncleaned sheets. Flies - no problem. We killed them all. We were already situated for the night. Then later upon bedtime, we discovered hair and uncleaned sheets. We made a report to the staff, they politely offered a different room. We went to the other room and the lightbulbs weren't working so we decided to stick with our first room. Just get new sheets right? Wrong. We found 3 live bed bugs in the sheets. Absolutely disgusting. We made another report and gave them 7 days to contact us for either an apology or a discount which they never did. Hence this report / review. DO NOT STAY HERE. This place has really gone down the tubes. They used to serve a hot egg and bacon breakfast, but now they don't. Also the walls are paper-thin. We will not be returning again, sorry!

Started with assignment of a room that was not made up, transferred to new room w/ no remote and despite above and beyond service of night clerk, spent stay w/o TV that was navigatable. Pool was cloudy/dirty?

White powder in and around the vents of the air conditioner. Dirty floors everywhere. Shower floor was peeling and gross. Bathroom in the lobby had feces on the wall. Lamp shades were caved in. We had to ask for a different room three times before we were satisfied enough to stay.

The room they assigned to us was in appalling condition. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Stains, and a clear lack of any proper cleaning or maintenance. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all before we checked in. I even have videos that show exactly how the room was handed to us. For a hotel that claims to care about guests’ comfort, this was beyond disappointing, it was unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the service made everything worse. The receptionist was extremely rude from the moment we arrived. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they acted as if we were bothering them. There was zero effort to accommodate us, no apology, no empathy, and no solution offered. The overall customer service was terrible and completely unprofessional.

VERY LOUD! toilet was backed up all night asked to switch my room and they said they would send maintenance the next day. When they came they left all the dirty toilet water all over the floor including towels they used to try and wipe it up .

The staff was great but the design of the building was inconvenient. There was no elevator and the bathroom inside the room had a towel rack above the toilet with no lid which made it very easy for the towels to fall into the toilet.

The pool deck and pool bottom were covered in dirt. The walls are not insulated at all and you can hear your neighbors talking at a regular volume.

The room itself was clean, the rest of the facility was not. Our room was on the first floor by an emergency exit that people used often at night. Our room also seemed to be by the employee stations and was very noisy.

Toilet seat was busted. Remnants of water left in the jacuzzi from previous users. No bedspread on the bed. Noisy guests all around, including a blaring TV down the hall until 3 am, and someone deliberately banging on the floor above us, likely a child, starting at 8 in the morning for 2 hours. A cheap hotel draws cheap and classless guests. We wanted to save money for the few hours we were going to sleep in the area, having driven all day to get to the falls from Illinois. Bad choice. It was a great example of you get what you pay for.

The bathroom sink was 'outside' the bathroom, next to the room door. A slight smell of mold was noted. Most disappointing were the thin walls and the loud, cursing people partying in the room next door delaying any attempt to fall asleep. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the TV, refrigerator, and AC all worked well.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating, which made our stay pleasant. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient — just one bus ride away from the Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. We had the same items every day: pancakes, white bread, tea, coffee, yogurt, and bananas. It would have been nice to see more variety in the breakfast offerings.

The property needs improvement and cleaning. Bed sheets were stained, walls were dirty seemed like mold. When I asked if I could change from rooms they said bed sheet were all stained. when we got to the second room sheet s where okay but window was broken, curtains ripped and bathroom licking . I mentioned in the front desk snd they listened but never did anything about it.

Location was good. Musty odor in room. Floors were very dirty my socks and feet got black. Staff was not welcoming at checkin. Bfast area is too small for hotel suze. Most of the breakfast area in lobby was empty but only few tables setup. Many guests ate bfast standing up.

The rooms were clean , but the paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom and the ceiling in the rest of the room was dirty. Our room was not completely guest ready we needed towels and toilet paper when we arrived.

Place was quiet old and I could see the dirt on table and lamps. Also, towels were not completely clean. I would say, it was one of the terrible place I had stayed.

I like the wood floors in the rooms, but seems like there’s no sound proof in the room, we were not able to sleep good, it was too noisy, we can hear the rooms before us , then saw the firemen in the hallway because they said someone smokes in the room 🙄 and for real? No elevators, my Mom has knee problems and had a hard time climbing stairs.

We were the room right by the pool so we could hear all the people in there until 9:00 p.m. also the floors were dirty and the hallways. There was a lot of yelling in the hallway at night. But if they just clean up a little more it would be a lot better.

Bad maintenance and Bad breakfast

So, I mean, little holes in the wall and pealing wallpaper and completely opaque, dirty windows are bad enough, but then add some bloody tissues in the safe, dirt on the floor and in the ice bucket, a used coffee disk in the water receptacle on the coffee maker, and you start getting a feeling that this place doesn't give a S***

It was very noisy and stomping could be felt all time. But good place, clean and convenient.

The Lobby was steaming hot and staff did not know how to fix it LOL! Tile in BR needs replaced cracked around tub. Mirror in main room streaked from dirty cloth. No side chair so had to sit on bed to watch TV. Desk chair was filthy. Mattresses sunk to middle. Breakfast in lobby does not have enough tables. We waited awhile then went out. Needless to say we are not coming back.

The beds were comfortable. The hotel is centrally located near alot of stores. We ate at Olive Gardens which was 5 mins. The parking is great and free. There's 2 floors and no elevators is the down sode if you have alot of luggage. Great staff and continental breakfast. Close to rainbow bridge to go over to Canada.

We did like that the rooms have no carpet, laminate flooring. There was hair everywhere in the room. The bathroom tub was missing the grab bar, so two holes with god knows what in them. We slept on top of the covers and skipped the shower. Pool could use some good cleaning all around above the water level is green (? Mold ?), multiple times patrons called for towels to be brought in. Very limited seating for the continental breakfast, and very limited options, unless you want to wait in line forever as the same people were at the waffle makers for a half an hour each. Shame on them for that, as I see that as not a hotel issue but a respect issue for other patrons also waiting to make waffles. The poor girl cleaning and staffing the area was running though. She must like her job very much as many people would not even move so she could restock or empty the garbage. Would not be a facility that I would return to.

Absolutely disgusting!!! The floors in the hallway were dirty and then our room was even worse! The walls in our room had red candy like substance on them and the chair looked as if gum had been stuck to it. I would never ever stay at a Quality Inn again especially the one in Niagara Falls Blvd. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Just disgusting

The room amenities were okay. But there were dirt all over the floor and a dirty and used towel hanging in the toilet. The staffs were not cordial.

Relax after a 5 hour drive , I haven’t been on a girls trip with my daughters in a very long time . What we walked into Was NOT what we expected - the pool was brown and it was SO hot in there I wanted to throw up. We ended up walking right out

Bathroom not clean old floors in the rooms and hallway

The room was unclean. As if it was never been seen before handing us over. There were hairs lying on multiple places on the floor, table, bathroom. The AC unit was leaking water which had formed a small pool when we got the room. There were some tags of cloths which the earlier occupant must have disposed off on the floor instead of trash bin and it was not cleared. We asked staff to get this cleaned and a janitor visited room in 10 mins. We were about to step out and hence, requested the janitor to clean room in 10 mins once we left. When we returned from our outside troll, noting in the room was cleaned. We had to stay the same way overnight and check out without being attended.

The stay was very bad. the rooms were not clean and we were given another room. I stayed there for two nights. Nobody came to clean the room, bathrooms, change towels etc. and we need to go and ask the reception for anything. service was very poor.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The key system was outdated and frustrating to use, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was far below expectations—the floors were sticky and felt unclean throughout my stay. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless they make significant improvements.

The bathroom was leaky and had water everywhere. Basin drain was clogged. Pot seat was loose. Tv had multiple scratches with dead pixels. Terrible food. No eggs or protein options. No cupcakes or cakes. Only break and waffles. Staff did not even replenish the fruits.

The pictures used on site are not at all what the hotel looks like. The pool was gross and over chemicaled. The staff however were extremely friendly. I heard the hotel is going under renovation soon, I hope that goes well.
