Great location and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The only downsides were that the shower in the pool area wasn’t working, and the renovation work on our floor was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a good experience.

We stayed for two nights. The room was only stocked with a very small amount of tissues. On the second day, I called the front desk and requested an extra box of tissues. I was told one would be delivered, but it never arrived before we checked out. This was disappointing, as tissues are a basic room necessity. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping service and follow through on guest requests more reliably.。

1.) check in experience. The hotel clerk spent more than 1 hour to find our reservation; 2.) over charges. It states $20 charge for overnight parking, but charged over $32 on my credit card, even through we followed every steps the hotel gave.

The dirtiest hotels I have ever been to at this price point. Expedia listed breakfast was included but, it was not. Also, the hotel management didn't notify us about that. No restaurants open before 11 AM. So we had to walk to a seven eleven for our breakfast. I don't think, I will never book through Expedia ever again.

The only thing that is disappointing was the the car the hotel arranged for us to the airport. The driver gave us an unasked for non stop political commentary on our guest's home country in extremely disparaging terms. Made us very uncomfortable.

Very good location as it is a few mins walk away from Niagara Falls State Park. Since I'm always on the lookout for Indian restaurants and there a quite a few nearby the hotel. Very accessible

To get a check-in it took long time

The beds and pillows were the worst. The bathroom had zero privacy with a glass sliding door that would open on its own. Breakfast and parking were super expensive, the ac/ heater did not work properly, and all they offered us were foam pillows. The thing that made us leave after one night was the construction on the floor below and they ran a concrete hammer drill into our floor from below on and off for an hour between 4-5pm that was so loud we could not talk over it

Careful with the starbucks in the lobby, every thing was almost 2x the price of a normal starbys. Our key card didn't work at the reef beach club. Overall room was find.

I had booked the hotel a few hour prior to cancelling, I had an emergency and had to cancel , the lady at the front told me that she would cancel the reservation but I still had to contact Expedia. When I called Expedia , the hotel denied the cancellation and I got charged for the full stay. I am very disappointed.

We reserved the room for 4 adults but the room set up was for 2. When we complained they said because you booked it from Expedia and we don’t have connection to them though they were able to view that on their screen and said it was our responsibility to let the hotel know which did not make sense because as we are checking in they were able to see all the details from us so it was the staff responsibility to leave a note for the staff who were looking after our room

Our stay was great. The room was updated, clean and spacious. The hotel was very busy with nearby events but noise levels weren’t unreasonable. The pool areas is fantastic with a well maintained pool, plenty for comfy seating and tables for eating as well. The nicest space I’ve seen in a long time. I’d highly recommend.

Great hotel directly across from the convention center and the casino. The hotel is undergoing gradual updating, so almost everything looks brand new. One negative was that only one of the two hot tubs was operational, but that being said, what other hotel has two?!!?? Also, the cleaning staff is almost too good, as our hotel fridge was cleaned out, including our unopened soda. Minor inconvenience, but still was a bit disappointing. Regardless, the hotel is fantastic and we would definitely stay again.

Everything was clean and tidy. Very relaxing stay compared to the Airbnb that we had to cancel. I would definitely recommend it if you are coming to visit the Falls. Just a short walk away. Also, Becky who checked us in was wonderful and very helpful!!!

Sheraton hotel was pretty good and everything but trust me the staff are incredibly rude. First of all, when we tried to check in the staff would not listen to us due to our reglion I am guessing. But everything else was good like the pool

Overall the hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing and very welcoming. The fitness area looked nice and the pool was cool with a large aquarium. The room was comfortable with nice bedding and towels. The room we stayed in was recently renovated. The hall areas looked like they need to be renovated with carpets being held together with duct tape. There was not a complimentary breakfast and additional fees you are required to pay at check-in (e.g., daily parking, 2 water bottles in the room, access to the pool, wi-fi, a card that gave you some coupons for the area and a few other things that we didn't use). The rooms feel like they need to ne better insulated because the overall level of noise was high both in the hall and in our rooms.

Hot tub was not hot. No locks on bathroom doors in room. No vent in bathroom.

Hotel is nice but too many hockey families made for a noisy evening and requests for silence from staff. Rainforest cafe neglected to put out a sign for private event during normal business hours leading to a alternate lunch location, major issue considering they run the arcade next door which was well funded while patrons waited to be told they were closed for a private event.

Rooms need updated but great otherwise

The room was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable. The first night I couldn't get the hot water to work. I had to take a cold shower, Friday night. Then I went to get the breakfast buffet. The asked for my paper voucher. I thought it was breakfast included. The swimming pool was hotter than the hot tubs. The jets weren't on Friday night. The hot water worked Sunday morning.

The 200 dollar hold on your bank card for incidentals is absurd.

You could hear everything going on in the room next to us and in the hall. So I would have to say it was noisy. I wish the rooms were more sound resistant.

We stayed 4 nights. The second night we had to ask twice for clean towels. They finally brought towels, but did not clean the room. The fourth night, I went to use what i thought was a clean towel, but when i unwrapped it, there was hard candy stuck to it.

No cleanliness, need to pay for parking and WiFi which should be free. Advance payment required. Bathroom is dirty. Poor service.

The rooms and hallway smell. There was a loud conference downstairs. The interior slide lock got stuck when we closed the door to leave so we were locked out of our room. Customer service was terrible!

I enjoyed rhe convenience how close the Falls was to the hotel. What I disliked was the strong smell of smoke coming from the Casino. When you first entered the hotel lobby the smrll took my breath away. The filtration system could be a lot better. Overall, the rooms were clean and the staff was very polite.

Bad: The room was really dated. The AC/HVAC unit made so much sound whenever its compressor would run. I don’t know why we were given the room farthest possible from the elevators that it took a good long walk to reach the elevators. The shower only has some pressure on one setting that has half the holes blocked.

This is a great hotel if you have children! There is an arcade, outdoor games such as corn hole and checkers on the sidewalk, Starbucks, Rainforest cafe, a large fish tank and a great pool. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and a beautiful lively street with shops, food trucks and vendors. Friday nights in the summer there are outdoor concerts and fireworks. The room was an average hotel room but there are signs up that they are renovating and updating the rooms. The staff at check in and check out were average. I called the hotel right after booking through Expedia to confirm reservations and was hung up on 3 different times. They clearly did not care to hear that I had booked through Expedia which was a bit frustrating. Overall the stay itself was great, the hotel offered everything we needed and our family thoroughly enjoyed it!

The property was near the rainbow bridge and in front of the casino…I wasn’t aware that they charge you for checking early although I checked out several hours before 12pm. There is not much to do around the area except for an arcad

Staff was pleasant at reception, as well as housekeeping. Very accommodating. Great location along the main strip leading to Niagara State Park. Good amenities...pool, arcade for kids. Clean hotel. Monitors state there are upgrading rooms and such. Upgrades to carpeting, especially in the hallways is needed. Very bad stale smoke smell. Would love to visit again, once the upgrades are completed.

This is an excellent location as it is across the street from the casino and close to several restaurants to choose from all in walking distance. The area felt safe and the staff were very nice. The rooms are clean and updated. I love the pool area with the aquarium and was also able to enjoy arcade and family friendly restaurant located in the hotel with my daughter. I would highly recommend.

Hotel decor and carpets are old. The floor we stayed in had a strange smell.

The room did not have the best view. It wasn't a view at all but it served it's purpose.

I felt really comfortable with my two grandsons at this hotel. The room were clean with enough space. I really liked the option that I was able to watch apps, such as Pluto on their television without an additional cost or logging into my own account.

Pool was very big compared to others in the area but pool area was very musty smelling and humid. Parking on site but they charge you $20/ day for a vehicle. Also would be nice if they offered a mini continental breakfast. Positives: Room was nice and clean. Bathroom had hair dryer and they had built in shampoo and Conditioner dispensers in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Also on site Starbucks was a huge positive for me. Would book here again despite the negatives.

Requested two additional towels upon check in since the room only had three sets and we were four in total. We didn't get the additional sets until the third day after the third request. The attendant did remove the parking fee from our invoice to offset the inconvenience so that gesture was appreciated.

It was not that nice. There were over $100 in hidden fees that I wasn't aware of until I checked out.

Our rooms had flying looking moths. It was in a good location. Staff was somewhat friendly. Some good staff and some just acted like it was just a job.

Bathrooms were extremely tiny for hotels. And a little dirty. Other than that....all was great. Location was wonderful and the amenities around are great.

My kids left their bathing suits in the bathroom and the post and found gentleman has someone grab them for us so they were at the front desk. We stayed here for 1 night with 5 kids in 2 rooms. It's close enough to walk to Niagra falls. It's in walking distance of restaurants. The indoor pool is absolutely amazing, especially with kids whilst road tripping. We tried to find places where the kids could enjoy themselves and play after being in the car/ plane. This was absolutely perfect! This is the ultimate family vacation hotel. I wish I could copy and paste this place for every destination we travel to. Thank you to everyone for the hospitality and we look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful rooms. Could see fireworks show nightly from room. Great service and comfortable beds. Loved the coffee in the rooms and the Starbucks on site. Great place to stay.

The best feature for a business stay was the coffee shop and food options. The room was perfectly serviceable at a reasonable price for a business conference.

There was also a pile of construction boxes in front of our room.

Location to the various attractions

Was pleasantly surprised how clean and nice this hotel was. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. The rooms are a great size easily fit our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids under 8). Pool was nice and this hotel is in an extremely walkable location. We walked to the falls and easily found a place to eat.

Money was stolen out of my room and a crib that wasn't mine was in the room when I returned from an outing. The police arrived and staff refused to speak to them.

After waiting 2 hours for the room to ready the washroom had no shower gel. Despite getting a room service done the next day the shower gel was yet not replinished. The shower head was broken and so were the floor tiles in the shower area. The property seemed dated overall and needs renovation. The reception staff that attended to us was a trainee and was fairly rude.

Water in shower was not consistent. Changed from cold to hot a lot.
