    This comes from a first time going there.The hotel itself was great everyone was friendly and helpful as a gambler I feel almost all the machines you had to fill up different pots to get a chance to win something, to get alot of playtime if you know what I mean.We were there for 2 days and at different times,but it just seem like no one was winning

    The rooms were big and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are really nice. The parking lot closest to the hotel impossible to find. No signs. We parked in the deck and had to walk through the casino and down an escalator with our suitcases. The toiletries were not as good quality products as you would find at a Hilton or Marriott.

    The view of the fireworks at the falls from the room was excellent. Casino was a good size and clean. Full Plate was a great choice for dinner with many excellent options. Parking/valet was a bit confusing.

    The property is just an eyewash and not worth a visit. I got a suite room with jacuzzi which as not properly prepared. The bath amenities were very bad quality. The tab had drainage issues. Nobody listens. The staff allocated me a wrong room and then they locked me out without even informing me. Because of casino and an online hype it’s being selected by people but there are much better properties around which are more welcoming and with better amenities. Marriott is one of them.

    Big, clean room - easy access in from the front door. Our room was quiet and had no issues with the bustle of the casino below. Overall folks were kind and seemed to be having fun. No regrets picking this spot. Our window had a great view of the Niagara Falls area - we could see the mist rising from the falls. The first thing that hits you entering the casino is the blast of cigarette smell from the adjacent 'smoking-allowed' casino wing that's right near the entrance. Fortunately the smell does not get worse from there; not detectable from me outside of the lobby.

    Hotel was nice, free valet parking was a bonus. The restaurants were pretty expensive, but the food was good. Unfortunately, our room was right next to the elevators, and they were going 24 hours a day, they were loud and sometimes actually made my bed shake. If you stay here, you might want to request a room that isn't by those elevators.

    Without a doubt, the Seneca Niagara Resort is a beautiful and well-kept property. It was huge. The room on the 26th floor was spacious with beautiful Native American art and a view of the river. There were plenty of eating establishments to choose from. I was able to dine at the Three Sisters restaurant, the Blues Burger Bar, and the Full Plate Eatery. My favorite was the Full Plate Eatery. It offered amazing choices and I went there twice. I don't usually stay at casinos because I am not much of a gambler, but the location for me was PERFECT. It was a family-friendly area. Just outside you could walk through the Falls District to the Niagara Falls State Park; that's what I went to see. I loved Niagara Falls! The beauty of the park and waterfalls were the highlight of my trip. I would definitely go back.

    Downsides: Room service was difficult to reach, and the hotel appeared to be understaffed. The spa closed early on the Labour Day Monday holiday, and no massage appointments were available the following Tuesday. The gym also closed relatively early at 10 p.m., which was unexpected. In addition, the wait time for the buffet on Monday evening was particularly long. Highlights: After the long wait the food was delicious, and our waitress was attentive and kind. Complimentary valet parking for guests was a great perk. For a hotel that allows smoking, it was a major relief that the smell did not carry over to the non-smoking floors. The proximity to Niagara Falls State Park was wonderful, and the charming village of Lewiston, just a 20-minute drive away, was a delightful discovery.

    The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which had a significant impact on our stay. The rooms are very dated and in need of refurbishment. While the exterior of the hotel, the lobby, and the casino look impressive, the quality does not carry through to the guest rooms. We also ate at one of the hotel’s restaurants and found the food to be inedible. When we raised our concerns with staff, we were simply told that nobody else had complained, which was not a satisfactory response. Overall, the property looks far better than it actually is. Given the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation, service, and dining. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

    Do not allow Victor from Valet parking assist you with parking. He’s very rude nasty & racism to black color people. How I was treated during my experience, it was awful! I didn’t wish that experience for any other customer spend their money at this place!!!!!

    Rooms are basic. No tub, even water bottle charged 2$. Not even enough towel when book for 4ppl. House keeping didn’t repond to request for addition towel n shower gel. ( only a small shower gel bottle for 4 which normally enough for 1 person ) I am not sure why Expedia misguiding customers without telling the true nature of such hotels

    Everything was great. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. Only hang up was the long line waiting to check in. Hotel personnel talked about being undermanned and over booked. Memorial Day weekend so it was understandable.

    Loved the view from the room. The property is gorgeous. Nice location and an easy walk to the falls. Staff that I encountered were nice. Had breakfast both days at the Bear claw. Ordered takeout from the burger place and the burger wasn't cooked through so that was disappointing. The casino was alright. I would definitely stay at the resort again.

    Check in was scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 4:10 and was told our room was not ready to check back in a hour which I thought was unacceptable especially for not offering something for the inconvenience, late check out or something also they said we would get a text when room was ready an hour and half later no text message. Finally we went to the desk to inquire if the room was ready and it was besides that everything was okay!

    The steak house was extremely slow and over priced for the quality of the food. If it is the first time on the property don’t expect check in service to provide any details about the property. Just wonder around until you find what you are looking for. Top floor rooms were quiet and clean. Generally, staff is easy to find but they are mostly on their phones and not engaging. Positive is location proximity to Niagara park and walking to the Rainbow bridge.

    The property was very clean, lots of choices for food and the casino. There was only 1 person checking in which seemed crazy for the size hotel. Some of the male staff who were monitoring the elevators didn’t earn any stars for their personality or efforts. The room was large and roomy with an awesome bathroom and huge window to look out. Wished there was a microwave in the room. There was a safe and mini fridge. No door hangers so we couldn’t leave a do not disturb hanger on the door. The mattress was puffy like it was goose down and one side leaned so it felt like I was rolling out of bed all night and going uphill to get to the middle. Ample parking and close to all the attractions.

    The stay was average. It had a lot of choice of food. It was very pricey for even the lower price options. The lobby smelled like smoke because smoking was allowed in parts of the hotel. That was not a pleasant smell. The hotel room was clean, the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I would expect from a resort. There was no breakfast included with the stay. There was no map of the place to know where the restaurants and pool areas were or instructions on how to use the elevator. You needed to use your room key to scan in the elevator to get to the room floor. This was a first for us. We figured it out but it would have nice when we checked in if they asked it we needed help with any of that stuff.

    I booked the room that said it was handicapped accessible for two nights. When we got ready to go there it was definitely not. My sister was tired so we put here to bed. The bed was high and we had to lift her. I went down to the front desk to shorten my stay and get a refund for the second night. They did offer to move rooms but I declined as it was a struggle to get my sister into the bed and she was sleeping. Anyway, they said Expedia was who I needed to contact. Expedia then contacted the hotel and they denied my request. I do not normally leave reviews. But it you have a handicap travel or I would be a little concern.

    Casino, the waitress, no where to be found. You are suppose to get "free drinks" while gambling. Not a waitress found and when you did find one, you would give her the drink order and they never came back. So we bought our drink, $8 for a bud and $11 cranberry & Vodka. That is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! we spent alot gambling and the price for drinks out rageous. Prolly wont go back

    The property is very close to the Niagara Falls Park and all the amenities that we walked to everything. We ate at most of the restaurants and were not disappointed in any of our choices. We especially enjoyed Cathy's company/service at the Steak House. Besides that, on this trip, we came out even on our gambling :)

    The lobby - which was HUGE smell horribly of smoke. I hated having to go through there to get to the elevator, go to the stores or restaurants in the resort. We are not smokers - and it was bad enough that I will choose a different hotel next time around. Also - one came to clean our room during our 3 night stay. No garbage was emptied, no towels replaced etc. Don’t really care about not changing the towels - but our little waste paper baskets were full and overflowing. Not the best experience with room care.

    The room was clean and stocked with the usual items. You can hear the doors closing as they are heavy and slam when they close. I found that a bit annoying for this stay.     Wont go again. The bar did not open at 4 as advertised. Not sure if it ipened at all one night so we went to another hotel for drinks, our offer said we would get a free gift, we did not, at the pool. They advertise beverage cart service til 4, we called twice, never came. When we spoke to the manager, she never even took her eyes off of the computer, and trust me, we never complain and are easy to please people. Go somewhere else.

    Hotel/Casino is HUGE and there are smoking sections too. There's also an arcade. What's irritating is that they still use Covid as an excuse for NOT cleaning your room daily unless it's 3+ nights. Note that my reservation was but they still refused. You have to call Housekeeping EVERY AM before leaving the room to request a cleaning same day. You cannot book in advance. If it was missed, you'd have to request it later that day and hope there are still enough staff around. I like the room aesthetics and the overall decor of the hotel but the cleanliness and amenities were definitely not even 4 stars (no robe, free bottles of water, hairbrush, cotton swabs...etc.). Room itself can get very hot b/c of the humidity - may need the AC on all night but that's kinda noisy.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Angie at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed.     Check in was very easy. All the staff was very polite and helpful when needed. The facility is just overwhelmingly beautiful.     The pool hours and restrictions were not very good. I had 2 boys ages 16 that,wanted to swim but we didnt arrive until 730 and the pool only allows adults after 8pm. That waa pretty disappointing!!! Plus the arcade closed early ao there really wasnt much for that age.

    The hotel reeked of cigarettes. The neighborhood is sad. Our nonsmoking room smelled of stale smoke. Mattresses need replacing. Only one bar of soap provided for the bathroom. The positive of the hotel is the positive staff. The other positive is that you can gamble and drink and then stumble up to your room - there is no other reason to stay here, if you’re going to Niagara, stay on the Canadian side, or any place else.

    Everything we needed was at the casino. We had kids under 21. We were able to walk them across the casino floor with a plaza from security. It made getting to and from the convention center easy. Free valet when you are staying at the hotel. We ate at several of the restaurants in the casino. All were delicious and not outrageously priced. Check in and out was very easy. The rooms are huge. Bathrooms are also large. Overall it was a great place to stay. I will definitely book again.

    We had a lovely and spacious double queen room. It was very clean indeed. I will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to all types of travellers! There are security guards at several access points including at the entry points to the casino, and at the elevator entrance to the hotel, which was very appreciated, so the general public cannot access the hotel floors.

    The room was clean, the staff were incredible (helped find my roommates wedding ring that he took off when exercising the morning of departure and inadvertently left it in the bathroom), check in process was great and smooth. There are a few downsides: the Sportsbook is pathetic and shouldn’t even be called one. It is two rows of four flimsy leather chairs with small TVs that typically are playing re runs. Additionally, each year the spa has extremely limited options for massages and the food is more limited than advertised. Also, like all casinos, the free drinks can be slow and the girls can be rude. Overall, I would 100% recommend this resort for a gambling get away weekend but it certainly is nothing luxurious. Great time always.

    This was the first time that I stayed here it was for a special day for my husband‘s birthday and sadly I was very disappointment. The room was big (sadly the bed was small, had a 2 queen. Pillows were uncomfortable). It was nice. It wasn’t as clean as it smelled it did smell like it was bleach being used around OK cool but it wasn’t as clean as I thought it was disappointed in that there wasn’t no free coffee. The only ones will be in our room (had no creamer or sugar) bottled water in there was two dollars. It wasn’t free. They have a buffet, but for your hotel stayers, wouldn’t you want them to have at least free breakfast and coffee to keep staying plus it’s a casino. It should be at least complementary for them to get free breakfast everyone else yeah I know but damn. It sucks that we had to park in the parking garage and then walk all the way across to get into the area for us to get into our hotel room. It was very inconvenience. Had to get a luggage cart from inside, then had to bring it to the car to put stuff on it and bring it inside and also bring it back to them. It sucked there wasn’t that much stuff around the area some stuff we had to go far from depending on what it is. Overall nice they had a smoking room but very disappointed in not having key things that could get more ppl to stay more and better ways were ppl in the hotel part to be parked in a better area for easier access in.

    What can I say? It’s a beautiful entertainment complex. It was a wonderful way to enjoy a winter holiday without ever having to go out in the cold and the food and the service on site is absolutely brilliant. Everybody so far that we’ve had to deal with is so nice and they are very invested in you having a wonderful day and a positive experience.     Decent room. Hotel and town looks old and like a dying town which has had its time. Average age of casino customer is probably 75. Literally saw people with oxygen tanks going to the slots and too many motorized wheelchairs to count. Buffet restaurants cost was $27 but the food looked like canned Chef Boyardee quality. For close to $200 a night I’ll stay home next time. Also no late checkout offered at all.

    We really enjoyed our 4-night stay here. We requested a room with a view, and it was fabulous from the 26th floor. The city lights from the NY side at night was just what we wanted. It reminded us of the Manila City lights at night. We tried most of the restaurants on site, and they were all fine and very convenient. The room was clean, but they had no maid service during our stay. Still, we would recommend this hotel/casino.

    We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our time here. There were some things we felt were lacking in the room, however. There was no microwave (I suspect that is intentional so that you spend money at the restaurants in the hotel/casino), there were no lights in the part of the room that has the coffee maker, ice bucket, etc. which made it difficult to see if you wanted to make coffee, the carpet was stained, and there was no information in the room about places to visit, local restaurants, attractions, etc. Once again, I'm sure they want you to spend your money at their restaurants, which we did for almost every meal, but this is a major tourist area, so having some brochures/pamphlets, etc. in the room would have been very helpful. The casino was great, except it was very difficult to locate the cocktail servers. They were few and far between, and I'm sure that is because management is trying to give out as few free drinks as possible.

    Well we booked jacuzzi suite corner room paid 415$ for my bday and got regular room!! For 397$ I could have got 30$ resort credit and 30$ casino credit !! The picture was corner suite room for 415$ !! So disappointed I cryed ! They said since I booked with hotel.com they couldn’t do nothing for me!     The room itself was very nice, however it was impossible to get housekeeping to come and clean. We had to call multiple times and one night we just called for like the 4th time at 6 pm and just asked them to bring towels because they obviously weren't going to clean. The lobby smelled like smoke and almost every staff member was defensive and unpleasant.

    Normally I won’t complain. But customer service really wasn’t great. We stayed 2 days in Canada and came back for our final day and the entire 18 hours we wished we stayed in Canada which is sad, considering this is our nation. Definitely was a sorry ending to our vacation. Waiting and counting down to heading him.

    Nice hotel and casino! Loved the fireworks from our 6th floor room. The hot air balloon was huge. We had dinner at the Red Coach Inn which was excellent. Artichoke and Spinach Dip and Stuffed Avocado for appetizers. Very good!

    Fantastic place! Celebrated my brother’s 70th last weekend. Unfortunately, on Saturday afternoon my brother was standing outside the door and became ill. Within 10 minutes 911 was called, management asked if they could help in any way, first responders were there then ambulance. So in my opinion not only does the place look beautiful, have great food they genuinely care about customers. Thank you for everything Seneca Niagara Resort! Keep up the amazing Job you’re doing.

    We arrived early and were hoping for early check in. We were told our room was not ready and there was no way to notify us when it would be ready due to “not having the staff to do that.” We called at 3:30 and were told the room wasn’t ready and that there was no guarantee it would be ready by the 4pm check in time. We went to go check in again and at 4:10 and the key maker was not working so we still couldn’t check in.

    We really enjoyed our corner suites, the view of the river and the fireworks at night. We're the best we could've expected. The Jacuzzi in the room was nice to use and the bathroom was very spacious and we enjoyed the large shower. The casino was fun and accumulating points to use in The stores was a nice bonus. It was pretty easy to get to Niagara Falls Park and get there by foot to see the waterfalls. The restaurants were good and the western door was excellent, top notch, service, and high-quality food and drinks

    I liked the corner room. However, the room wasn’t vacuumed, there was toe nail clippings on the floor & crumbs on the furniture. The coffee pot was missing & the back of the machine had spilled coffee in it. Makes me wonder what else got skimped on. I did notify staff about it when I left.

    Hotel was large with many dining and shopping choices. It is conveniently located & within walking distance to Niagara Falls, which was the reason for my trip. As you walk into the hotel it is very smoky. My room was nice & beds were comfy. However, the room didn’t appear well cleaned as there were some crumbs on the floor, dust all around and it smelled of stale perfume. Staff members were friendly & helpful.

    Everything about staying at the Seneca Hotel was absolutely awesome. I loved the room and the amazing view from floor 18. I loved the rooms for being so clean and beautiful. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The restaurants were so terrific. So many wonderful choices to eat and very friendly staff. Very professional and caring. You can really tell the staff love their job as it comes through in their work. I would highly recommend this place. Will for sure be back.

    The room was amazing and the choice of food on site was really good but I was a little disappointed with the initial cleanliness of our room (the carpet was very mucky) and despite staying there three nights, we didn't have any room service. The hotel is probably the best on the American side but with not much else going on, next time we will stay the Canadian side.

    Even though check in was at 4pm. I had a drive of 7 hrs. so I arrived before 4pm and was able to check in one out of the two rooms I reserved at 2p instead of having to wait until 4p and the free valet is a plus. I will stay there again next year.

    Checked in at 4:15pm went to room and found 2 dishes with food outside the room door from prior quests. Request 4times to have it removed starting at 5:00pm til 4:30pm the next day. After 25hrs of the plates outside door they were finally removed.

    Property was great. Service was not good at all. We inquired about cleaning our room on the 2nd day, and was told only tomorrow would it be cleaned. Never happened, not even the bins in the room were emptied. Service and breakfast at a certain restaurant was pathetic. Amazing meal was had at the Western Door Steakhouse. Brilliant steaks and amazing vegetables.

    Took 2 hours after check in to get a room! I brought2 other couples with me and one arrived before me and got room immediately. The other couple arrived after me and also got room immediately. Love 3 Sisters but when I went there and asked to be seated with my brother and his wife I was denied twice. They were at a table for 4 but the staff would not let my husband and I sit with them! I hadn't seen my brother in 2 years and had to wait! Not a good start to our vacation!

    Great hotel with really good food options. Beef on Weck was delicious. Room service even called back to ask how our meal was. We left our passports in the room safe. Housekeeping and Security were very helpful and instrumental in returning them to us.

    Loved the restaurants at the hotel as the neighborhood around is scary. Staff at the hotel front desk, including manager, were very rude. Rolling eyes, scoffs, did not help with questions on transportation options,etc. Room was clean. Hotel close to park but don’t venture beyond the tourist area.

    Great location for the falls. Steak house was great so was the restaurant Koi. Our air conditioner went bad on our second day and flooded the floor. They put us in a corner room for our last night. No room service so if you need towels or coffee packets you have to tell them. We either drive or took an Uber even though the park and rainbow bridge are walkable the neighborhood is sketchy, especially at night.

    I had problems from the second I got in there. I often stay in hotels. I certainly do gamble in casinos, and this is probably the worst one and experience. I have had certainly would never recommend or go back. There are many reasons, mostly staffing and quality.

    The price for the room was somewhat higher than expected and the ad for the room was extremely misleading. We wouldn't have paid what we did if we knew the room wasn't what we expected. The staff at reception wasn't very helpful with this either. They blamed it on the booking company that we went through and said we should have used the web site directly to the hotel. There was nothing saying that on the web site. All in all not very happy with the accommodations here.

    We had a view and got to see the fireworks from our hotel room every night. The one major downfall was you could really smell the smoke from the smoking casino at night. We couldn't hangout at the lobby bar because the smell was so strong. Breakfast buffet was limited. We didn't try any of the other resturants.

    I checked in over Labor Day weekend for my 30th birthday. I paid for a corner room and originally got lucky to have a view of the river, not the Canadian side just the river. Anyway, the room was terrible. Sheets felt like sandpaper, there were cigarette holes in the curtains. Curtains also weren’t on the track so they wouldn’t close properly. Last thing for this room, I ran the hot tub and the pipe busted and flooded my room and the room below me. They ended up moving me to a room with a view of the parking garage. This room though had clean sheets that didn’t feel like sandpaper. However, it was a downgrade since the view was worse, the curtains also weren’t on the track, not all the lights worked, and there was an exposed near the base of the curtains that had wires sticking out. No “do not disturb sign” anywhere to be found, but it wouldn’t have mattered since they didn’t touch my room until I checked out. OH, and the deadbolt did nothing in the second room. You could still open the door from the outside with it “locked”. Any request I made for compensation, credits, or anything to make up for this were denied by the property. They also took way too much money for the resort fee and couldn’t refund me until I checked out.
