Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a mix of positive and negative experiences. Guests generally appreciate the central location and proximity to Niagara Falls, but express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
- Central location close to Niagara Falls State Park and Canadian border
- Friendly staff in some instances
- Poor cleanliness and maintenance
- Hidden fees and extra charges for parking and breakfast
- 5/5
It was conveniently located walking distance from Niagara Falls. The building is old, hallway carpet needs a rug doctor with all the stains and the room had a weird stench. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were really nice. You pay extra for parking.
- 2/5
Breakfast is terribly disgusting with nothing to choose from.
- 3/5
The restaurant and bar in the hotel, Chill 443, (which we were looking forward to trying and was a selling point for our selection) was closed. It looked as though they partially replaced it with a Starbucks that only seemed to be open during the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was not well stocked and it seemed as though they only had one person who was trying their best to keep up with restocking. Garbage cans were overflowing and tables were dirty. The distance of the hotel to everything you might want to see in the area was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. These are the main reasons this property was worth the price. Be aware that there are A LOT of additional resort fees and taxes in addition to $75 deposit (refundable after checkout when room is inspected so report any issues with your room!) and $19.95 for parking when you arrive. A $295 room ended up being $379 when all was said and done.
- 3/5
I didn’t like that they charge $20 a day for parking. No food options besides grub hub after 9pm. Little expensive for nightly rate during the week
- 5/5
Great trip great location!
- 3/5
A beautiful location, but this hotel could use some attention to facilities. There was an AC problem with our room and the washer/dryer (though free) was extremely dirty & inefficient.
- 2/5
The safe did not work. And the flooring in front of the shower and in front of the TV was coming indone. I reported this upon checking out. This staff could not be bothered. But the most important was the false advertising; the advertised the restaurant poster in and out y hotel said breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant was only open for breakfast to provide a continental breakfast that’s yet. I would not recommend this hotel. I usually stay at Wyndham where I go. This was a total disappointment.
- 4.5/5
it's a great location. The staff was very friendly. They give you tickets for breakfast. The only hot item was pancakes ( no eggs, sausage). They had cereal, oranges and juice and coffee. Just expected more.

I’m very happy.

The room was nice The view was terrible
- 2/5
The location itself and its walking proximity to the falls is one of the best. The hotel itself ruins this at the front door, with trash cans at the door poorly maintained. Come off the elevator to my floor for 2 days to the same pile of trash sitting by the ice machine, left by other guests on the floor. The cleaning lady was parked by it after my first night and never thought to pick it up. The bed itself was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel/resort.

The room windows appeared not to have been cleaned for a very long time. The hotel itself is quite worn down and in need of maintenance. We were unable to take a shower because the shower knob came out of the wall, it was already broken and simply sitting there unattached. Although we were offered the use of a shower in another vacant room, it was inconvenient and disruptive to be moving from room to room as a guest. This situation should occurred if it was grooms are maintained.
- 4/5
Great location. Good & friendly staff. Everything was great. The breakfast was too basic.
- 4/5
Close to Niagara Falls, but property is older
- 5/5
Breakfast was weak. Pancakes and donuts. Overall, nice experience!

Location... very near to the Falls Nothing
- 2.5/5
Location is very convenient. We walked to Niagra Falls, and also other falls. We did not buy any other touristic tours since we had a 4 year oldu and a stroller. The location of the hotel enabled us to walk. Most of the hotels are located close to each other so we just picked the price. Our price included breakfast which was okey they had pancakes, bagels, cereals coffee etc which is more than enough for a free breakfast. I dont think the hotel was clean, it was not dirty but you know what I mean it was not the cleanest hotel.

Lovely staff. Good location clean room Hot water takes a long time to get hot. Small issue.
- 4/5
The staff were amazing, quick and polite. Location was spot on. The breakfast was sad, no protein other than boiled eggs and we paid separately for it. The shower had little brown hair where the soap area was. The room had a smell that I couldn't quite figure out what it was. The bedding had old makeup stain.

Dirty windows, water leaking damages around windows dirty carpet, bathtub was clogged. Everything else was good
- 2/5
Place needs a total renovation. Stains on the carpets in lobby and hallways. Tiny rooms and tiny bathrooms. Had to wait 20 minutes to catch an elevator in the mornings because the hotel only has 2 small elevator’s and one was not functioning properly. Hard for a pregnant woman to walk 5 flights of steps multiple times a day.
- 2/5
They charged additionally and trash was not removed on daily basis
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
The suites where really nice . Short walk to the falls .
- 5/5
The hotel is clean staff friendly and helpful
- 4/5
Nice place clean and I would stay again
- 4/5
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful was pleasant having their help and many seemed to go above and beyond making the stay great. Room was over very clean but had many issues that some where taken care of right away by the maintenance staff. The floor in the room was lifting and the flooring would stick to your feet lifting off the ground. Room was nice and great view other than the floor. Would stay there again due to staff and making you feel welcomed and home away from home.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice view, staff were helpful, walking distance from everything I needed.
- 2/5
Booked a suite for couple days. Was a basic hotel room. No way a suite in my eyes at all. Highly over priced. Small tight quarters. Refrigerator did not work very well. Had to throw food out that was in over night. Flooring in bathroom loose and popped when you walked on it. Restaurant was closed so we had to find breakfast else where.

The hotel is in the area, where there are no food stores, only fast food joints. The hotel is good but the food situation is a major inconvenience.

- 5/5
Great rooms with a nice view
- 5/5
Great location near great ditesy
- 5/5
Everything was great. I stay here anytime I go to Niagara Falls.
- 1/5
The place was so dark and dreary everywhere and now I see why! If you want to stay in a filthy, dilapidated hotel that boasts a skyline view and whirlpool tub then this is the perfect place for you! The curtains in our room had blood on them and windows were so dirty we could barely enjoy the “skyline view”. The whirlpool tub had 4 settings and only 1 of them worked. Carpet had cigarette burns and the room smelled like mildew and bad decisions. The bathroom wall was falling in and there was water damage all throughout the room. Do NOT recommend unless 1-star hotels for the price of a 5-star are your thing.
- 2/5
not
- 4/5
Parking was easy, room was clean just small and couldn’t fit much in refrigerator. We stayed 4 days and no breakfast was included
- 3/5
Nearby attractions to the west. Canada to the north. Ghetto and completely run town two blocks to the east/west. Resturant was completely closed, and maintenance said they have no plans on reopening. Not a place to bring a family.
- 5/5
Everything is pretty much on point. Just need the restaurant open. Besides that excellent property.
- 1/5
Did I two rooms one for myself and the other for my grandchildren one of the rooms that I have heat in front in 35° weather . They cannot relocate me to another room because they didn’t cannot accommodate me and my grandchildren. I had to stay in the room all night, freezing cold and cannot get any sleep. I think I should’ve got refunded for the room.
- 5/5
The property was clean, the staff was warm and inviting, and close to activities. Unfortunatedly, the restaurant was not open for service during my visit. I recommend calling the hotel to confirm the restaurant is available before booking.
- 5/5
The sky suite was awesome, from the fireplace to the steam shower I enjoyed my stay unlike any other hotel. Located just a few minutes walk to the falls it is the perfect place to vist Niagara Falls. I even walked from the hotel into Canada across the Rainbow bridge. The bed was excellent and after a long day of sightseeing I slept well.
- 3/5
On our last night we ended up with a soaking wet floor by our door and then the fire alarm went off at 8am. Staff was extremely nice and welcoming. There's a Starbucks in the hotel and perfect location for everything. I do highly recommend this hotel even with a couple of complaints. I had a wonderful stay
- 3/5
The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located. We requested a jucuzzi tub room, but only used the tub one night cuz the tub had no step to get in and it was not very easy. Trey also didn’t have enough parking for all the guests. We paid for parking but couldn’t park on premises had to park in a garage a block away. They had no options for a sit down breakfast other than Starbucks. It advertised a restaurant but it wasn’t open this time of year. But I saw nothing stating that prior to arrival and booking. I think they could have handled the parking and food situation better.

Wyndham Garden provided a great overnight stay. It was clean, comfortable and well located for access to the Falls. Nothing fancy, not too many amenities but friendly staff who provided local color commentary when asked. We would stay again.
- 4/5
We came for a quick overnight trip to ring in the New Year on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls! The hotel was literally a traffic light away from the border.
- 1/5
Lack of parking.
- 4/5
Front staff were excellent. Clean overall.
- 5/5
For somewhere close to the falls, Buffalo etc, it’s a great place to stay. This isn’t a 5 star, so expect a bit of an older building, the elevators sound like they need some maintenance, but everything went well with the stay. Came for a Buffalo game. The staff was amazing. Parking was great, and definitely walkable (when it’s not freezing outside)
- 5/5
Room and hotel very clean staff was nice

No hot water in the morning, lukewarm at best! The bed was terrible, edge would collapsed when you sat on ( top touched the bottom)

Plus side:walking distance to everything, including the bridge across to Canada, so location was excellent.
- 1/5
The staff was decent, but could have been better. The only good thing about my room was the hot tub…but even that was not working properly. The room itself was dissatisfying, very dirty, all the fire sprinklers were rusty and covered with dust. As someone with high allergies, it was not pleasant. The rug next to the window was wet-I did alert front desk, they tried moving me to another room and it was the same thing. Not to mention the screaming kids next door to the room they tried to move us to so we ended up in our original room. For someone traveling from 4 hours away and had high expectations for this hotel based on pictures and reviews, this was highly disappointing.
- 1/5
Paid $20 for parking $10 for a cot when I booked a room for three people. Mouldy ceiling, view of AC unit and loud AC unit could've sleep all night long.
- 3/5
went to the restaurant to eat and watch game - the bartends 3 kids were running around jump on couches and she was yelling at them - not what we have experienced from this Name brand - not to mention when we got to property were charges another $49 for resort fees! not worth what we paid - very disappointed. Another guest changed hotels after night one - said they were not staying
- 2/5
The room was in disrepair. Bathroom fan was not working. Ceiling had signs of water damage. Windows were not clean. Smell when we first entered the room was not pleasant.
- 4/5
First room smelled musty floor by the window was wet. Called the front desk and they immediately got us a new room that was wonderful! We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and the property was clean and in a great area
- 5/5
A perfect stay.
- 5/5
I booked a sky room, its small but it is NY. Its 10 min to falls. We crossed to canada you could see the bridge from room. Stafd needs to be a more friendly, we checked in and guy disnt even say hi!
- 1/5
Parking area was safe and easy
- 4/5
The pool was cold but I swam anyway. The elevator might need a tune up but everything worked as it should and was clean. We were close to Niagara Falls and had a great tour that they picked us up for. We asked the desk guy about a place to eat when we got there and he wasn’t actually helpful. The hotel restaurant was closed. We ate at A&W which was good enough for us.

This is an old property. The only positive is its proximity to Niagara Falls—it's within walking distance. I do not recommend this property
- 5/5
I paid extra for bigger and updated renovated room and it was great. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay again here in future. Starbucks and lobby was nice place and add on.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Very nice day great location
- 2/5
But the hotel breakfast and dining choices are poor and expensive Cleanliness was average The staff was a little less friendly than other places that I have visited.
- 3/5
I rented two rooms, one of the rooms were on the top floor wish it was ok, the other room was at an other floor, and it was dirty, the hallway was dirty and the carpet was stained and smelled bad, I try to talk to the front desk and the guy acted like he didn't care at all, was a bad choice to book at that place, never again.
- 4/5
Walking distance to Niagara on noth USA and Canada Side.
- 2/5
Dirty floors on restaurant and hallways ripped carpt ,not friendly staffs.
- 1/5
The property was dirty and nobody say that the pool is not working, sheets are dirty too. The host didn’t explain anything about parking, about the pool, about breakfast.
- 4/5
The property allowed smoking right near the entrance.
- 1/5
Hotel is so ran down inside and out. Pictures in listing only show what has been remodeled. Our first room top floor suite was so bad the floor was lifting up as we walked because it was so sticky.
- 1/5
When I go there they do renovations all day like 3 days using drill to the wall all day if need approved I have live video to show
- 3/5
Needs updating.sorry that the pool was out of service.
- 3/5
The room was smelly, had to switch rooms. The second room also had a smokers smell. The front desk during the evening werent very pleasant. The morning shift girls were much nicer. I asked for a bag to make an ice pack, my sisters knee was swollen and hurt, i was given a bag with a hole in it. I asked to pay the deposit in cash and was told it would be double, just not friendly, they had a sour vibe.
- 1/5
Cuando hice mi reserva decía que el desayuno estaba incluido ahora me dicen que no que es pagado, lo que ofrecen en su página y la realidad es otra no vuelvo a este hotel jamás
- 3/5
Room not ready at check in time

The only thing opened on the property was the gym we changed our mind on one motel dropped the canceled it and came to this one because it was a windemere it wasn't what I expected compared to the last one I was in there were no compliment breakfast or nothing so it cost us an extra $100 for to go to breakfast and stuff for our trip we didn't expect to have

Clean room, hot water, the pool need some fixing, the night costumer services lady.. super rude for no reason... i guess overnight got her. But the day lady is very nice.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff were friendly.
- 3/5
When we checked in the staff member was very unfriendly, seemed to not care. When I asked questions, he would look at me like a deer in headlights, like he had no idea what I was talking about. Did not explain anything when I had questions until I pressured him. Found out when we got there, the parking lot was being worked on and had to park at a remote lot at the Sheraton a block away. This was not convenient. If I new ahead of time, would have booked elsewhere. There were many pros and cons. When you walk out the parking lot door, there are always people smoking right there, (I have Asthma so yes, it affects me bad), cigarette buts all around the walkway, just disgusting and smelled like an ashtray at the entrance. On the pros, room was clean, bathroom was small, but shower and facilities were all clean and worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Location was very close within walking distance to most all things to do and places to eat. They really need better help and get their act together. I could write a book on the pros and cons. When we left same staff member did not thank us for staying or anything friendly, just "Your all set". I asked for a printed invoice of all our expenses, it was like "gee really". Nothing like "Hey thanks for staying with us hope you enjoyed your stay" nothing cordial. Real wet rag attitude.
- 3/5
The service was lacking though the guy that checked me in didn’t look like he wanted to be there. My wife and I stayed for the weekend from Friday -Sunday … the check out time is 11am and my wife and I were getting ourselves together to check out at 9am to get a head start on the drive home and one of the staffers was pacing up and down the hallway talking on a walkie with a bunch of keys in her hand.. literally the second my wife and I left the room she bum rushed into the room … as if we were late leaving…which we didn’t understand the rush if check out time is 11am … I wouldn’t go back..
- 2/5
I dont think i have ever experienced such rude receptionists, who really didnt care other than to give you a key, one was more interested in his phone. There is a buildding site opposite and although not that noisy when we were there does bring the property down, and windows were filthy. ait con/heater unit was noisy. Cleaners had sone a good job in a room that needs some tlc
- 3/5
Poverty stricken area not too far from the hotel. Windows were very dirty. No point asking for the highest view (pics turned out awful due to dirt smudged exterior windows.
- 5/5
Central location was great you could walk to everything at Nigara Falls
- 3/5
The location was great but the hotel was dirty and there were vacant buildings and lots near by. Staff wasn’t helpful at all
- 1/5
The property is OLD and DIRTY and was scary; it is apparently under construction. Felt ripped off and I almost slept in my car instead. The windows in the room were filthy, moldy, the ceiling was opened up, the hallway carpet and elevator area was FILTHY.....
- 4/5
Hotel was comfortable and clean. Bed and bathroom were very clean and I enjoyed the stay except for the restaurant. Food was good but we must have interrupted the server's social life. There was no service, had to ask several times for anything we needed. I know people may be tired at end of shift but we were just in the way I think Also there was a large spill on the floor that staff just kept walking through.
- 3/5
It was close to the falls and the walking to Canada. Floor smelled like marijuana, hotel was relatively clean some damage in my room but doing renovation overall decent place.
- 3/5
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My main issue with this hotel is the hotel was nowhere near as nice as the pics portrayed.
- 3/5
location by state park good. upstairs carpet needs cleaned. And bed needs replaced.
- 3/5
The room 125 was very noisy which was next to the AC unit. I tried talking to the person at the front but he keeps saying that's all they have left. But next morning at reception, the other guy said that they had room and they should have been able to switch it.
- 3/5
Okay view of the city and to watch the fireworks. There were loose tiles in the bathroom floor and the air conditioner was annoyingly loud. Otherwise nice stay.
- 1/5
It is in an unsafe area with sirens and loud vehicle traffic all night. It is very run down. They charged a previously undisclosed facility fee although we arrived after 5pm and left by 8am.
- 1/5
Expedia charged me way high.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Niagara Falls 👍
- 3/5
Pictures were very deceiving. I want to take a look at the room to see if it was as dirty as the outside, however, we were told no. The lobby had worn out furniture and it looked like they had done the bare minimum to keep it going. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, there was mold on the windows, the windows were filthy and the elevators were old and just years of built up dirt. I booked through a third party website so they would not refund our money, try to be careful with the third party websites but of course they only know what the hotel send them about it. The staff was ok and we had a burger at the restaurant which was decent. They were not that busy but it looked like they had limited staff. It was close to the state park which was a plus but there were a few hotels that looked a lot better close to the water. The bar staff was friendly but slow.
- 2/5
I understand that in tourist areas people keep coming, so this kind of attitude might be inevitable, but the receptionist’s attitude was close to the worst. There was no sense of being welcomed at all, and I honestly regret not staying on the Canadian side instead. On top of that, I was charged an extra $25 at check-in, supposedly for parking and cleaning — but shouldn’t that have been included?
- 5/5
excellent
- 5/5
We pulled up in the back that was not welcoming but when i found the front, it was better. The hotel was very excellent.
- 5/5

- 2/5
Windows and carpet were filthy. Music blasting through the lobby. No room cleaning. Clueless waitress. We didn’t know what the bar did/didn’t offer and had trouble hearing because she had her earbuds in.
- 3/5
Closeness to the Falls
- 2/5
We were on the 5th floor the windows where not great we heard people on the street laughing and talking and music all night long seriously all night the walls were so thin we could hear other people's cell phones ringing in the surrounding rooms as well as every toilet flushing it was not a relaxing nice stay at all the bed was crammed into a small place so there wasn't any room on the sides the bathroom door kept sticking so had to be yanked hard to open we will not be staying there again

- 3/5
Check in was very slow. Staff couldn’t give an update to how long it would take. Took over an hour after check in time to get a room. We booked a king and got a double.

5 Star for the room size and view. 1 star for Guest Behavior. "The Hotel was a fantastic choice for our recent trip to the niagra falls usa. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Niagara falls USA and its attractions. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Not very impressed with the attentive service from the staff, during my stay I have meet with three of the staffs in the front desk all of them seem to be not welcoming as well as tired like they have been working 24 hours. I sometime sat in the lobby to check the behavior of them with other clients too. Very bad experience. Its a hospitability job you guys are doing come on have some smile on the face with some attitude to answer the questions a guest might have. Not a sad dull face showing no interest to talk to any guest. The hotel's amenities, like the swimming pool is good and awesome but remember its cold water only no heated up but you will love swimming as the water is clean and everything surrounding it is great, fitness center, were also a great addition, there is a small free guest laundry with one speed queen machine of dryer and washer. The Suite room i booked was expensive so I was expecting the parking to be free. But to my surprise when I reached there they took money out of my credit card without even informing me for what are they charging me for.

Place is very rundown, no continental breakfast- on the good side it is very close to the falls
- 2/5
Kids can’t use indoor pools because water wasn’t heated. They over charged

No good

The staff was very rude at check in. The rooms are perfect. The area is okay, close to the falls.
- 1/5
From check in to checkout poor experience
- 5/5
Great room and awesome view, good food too.
- 3/5
Tied property - under construction- cardboard on the windows. Literally nothing close by for food. Slow check in (but my person was lovely). Expedia should state it is under Reno. Didn’t feel super safe at this hotel at all.
- 1/5
Disgusting
- 2/5
I stayed at this place for 8 days. I had to request that my room be cleaned once and got pushback from the cleaning staff. There was also construction going on and at least two of the days that I was there, it was very loud for several hours. I called to ask for a different room and they said that they didn’t have anything available within my price range and that the noise would not be lasting too long. It was at least three hours for two days in a row.
- 2/5
Excellent location but the hotels needs serious renovations
- 2/5
Location to the falls and rainbowbridge is probably the only I gave them any stars. Looks like they updated some but they haven't done well with keeping up with it. Pool was cold in July. One of our rooms had a left bra by window. Front desk seemd annoyed by us just checking in. Restaurant is not available some nights. Its not even posted so you have to guess when it will open. This place has potential. Too bad.
- 3/5
Location was excellent! Best ever location. The rooms were large and parking was easy, However, They were re-doing the hotel and sadly we got a dated, old, room. I'm sure the new rooms were very nice. Sadly We'll never know. We left the car at the hotel and walked to the maid of the mist. it was close and easier than finding and paying for parking.
- 4/5
Location is the best

It’s not out of the ordinary but great location and great price. Some employees seem tired or not into customer service.

In reality I liked the apartment we tried but the windows were very dirty, the mattress on the bed is too ugly, my boyfriend woke up with an allergy on his body, I don't know if it was because of the mattress but I feel like we talked a lot and in the photos they have it's not really like that, the hotel is very old and needs a lot of work to be done

The young man working at the desk had no intention to work for people. I got 1st floor, I asked changing rooms. When I asked him, he asked me why I wanted to, I told him I'd seen a room with a skyline view and that's why I booked it. He said without check, they weren't available room today, so to ask tomorrow. I told him I'd just seen that room outside the hotel and booked it. He said no room available. Ah~~ life is just a gorgeous. Elevators are unsecured, AND WITH THIS HOT WEATHER THERE IS NO COLD WATER. EVEN Lukewarm water...hot water with hot weather. Ruin my whole trip. If you have time then spend little more time to search hotels. There are bunch of hotels with similar price.

Check in was slow. There was a hidden $20 charge for internet and pool. Our room had cake icing on the handles of night stand. Hot tub in room had hair in it. Not worth the price

lobby area was a comfortable area, bed was comfortable, room was spacious. The carpet seemed old, the staff did their job but seemed unhappy. the attached restaurant was convenient. Niagara falls was so close and a nice walk.

I did not eat there, got in very late. Was unsure about the hall floors. They looked stained and needed to be shampooed, but otherwise the hotel was in good condition. Staff was very helpful and gave us some guidance regarding getting around in the area. Requested a late check out and it was accommodated.

I absolutely hate to have to leave such a terrible review but this place deserves every bad review they get. This hotel is filthy and I do mean filthy. The elevators are sketchy to say the least, the pool is freezing, the restaurant is hardly ever open and when it is the servers are beyond rude, the windows are so filthy that even though we upgraded our room for the "skyline view" all you see is filth and glare, front desk staff is absolutely rude to the customers and the carpet in the hallways is so disgusting I don't even think a professional cleaner could do anything to save it. On a brighter note the falls were absolutely breathtaking so with that being said we spent our trip avoiding our hotel as much as possible! Don't be fooled by the pictures presented online, I'm pretty sure those are as dated as the hotel itself. This was a last minute trip decision so availability in our hotel of choice wasn't an option for this trip but next time we will be sure to plan ahead and avoid this hotel and I would recommend anyone reading this do the same and save yourself the disappointment.

The property was clean and well maintained. The hidden gem was the chill443 restaurant. It had amazing food and excellent service

Terrible don't stay

Not worth the money for skyline view. Put you on the third floor and windows are so filthy you can’t see any good views. The jetted tub only one side works at a time and WiFi is horrible and a lot of hidden fees.

The Garden hotel was clean, with friendly staff. The rainbow pedestrian bridge was literally across the street. The Niagara Falls State Park entrance just just beyond that, with the falls right there. 100 ft to the left was the prospect trolley ticket booth and stop. I walked and explored the NY and Canadian side of the falls, 2 days was more than enough. Area had many types of food offerings, conventional and food trucks- bicycle rentals, parking if needed. I ended up racking up 21.2 miles walking and used the trolley a lot over the 2 days.

This hotel is right near the pedestrian walkway to Canada, also mere steps beyond that was the entrance to Niagara State Park and the falls. 100ft beyond that is prospect trolley stop. 2 full days I walked and explored quite a bit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Over all the hotel was neat and clean, with some normal wear and tear, but they seemed conscious of it and were actively working to make it shine. (I overheard staff talking about a WiFi outage, they were working diligently to get it up and running in the fastest time possible)
