Location was perfect, only minutes from the Falls and there was so many things to do and see just a walk away. Breakfast was great. Room was great and roomy plus very clean. Front staff were awesome and so helpful. Housekeeping were great. Will be staying here in the future. More hot selection for breakfast.

Good location, very close to the center and the falls. The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, not many options, but for us it was enugh. Caffe and tea are free and available all day. Minus for the closed swimming pull which the kids were counting on. No one had told us that the pull is out of order when we made the resevation.

Our room and hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Jetted tub was a great feature and very clean. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was ideal to have each morning. Not a huge selection, but great for an included meal! I would definitely book this hotel again if ever in the area!

Room was clean, however there is no Mirror in the room, the only mirror we had was in the bathroom. Also the TV quality was poor which needs to be improved, they need better TVs (Smart TV) as well. Breakfast was good as well

Breakfast was pretty good but missing the bacon to go with the sausage and eggs. I personally prefer bacon but my daughter and wife like bacon. The bed in our room kinda had a dip in it so it would make you gravitate towards the middle. The pull out couch my daughter slept on was horrendous, it also had a big dip in the middle and was uncomfortable. I honestly felt bad that it was her bed to sleep on. The mini fridge made a fairly loud whining noise

Average room, don't bother asking to check in a bit early, we were half hour early, wouldn't accommodate. Dont bother watching tv, stations don't come in that good. We weren't allowed to take anything back to our room, you have to eat in the breakfast room, we were scolded by the breakfast police when we tried to take our coffees back to our room.

It was an average hotel. Thought it was higher end. Bit overpriced but was fine to sleep in and shower. We did find the fridge unplugged and empty shampoo/conditioner in shower. Breakfast was good employees were good. Nothing really bad to say.

Rowan was very nice and efficient at Check-in. Room was great and spacious. TVs are small and poor selection of channels ie all I wanted to do was watch local news in the morning and this wasn't an option. Bed comfortable.

The hotel was large, spacious, and very clean. The staff was great. Its central location was a big plus — close to Niagara Falls amenities and attractions, which made it easy for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable stay. The only downside was the beds and pillows, which were a bit uncomfortable for us as they were too soft.

First time coming to this hotel. Booked it for the free breakfast. Breakfast was ok. Not much variety when it comes to hot breakfast. Just egg and sausage for our 2 nights stay. Liked the free coffee and cookies at the reception area. The weather was cold and having available coffee or tea after coming from outside was a plus. Place was quiet. Not much noise and we were at the top floor. So probably why it was quiet. Area was close to eveything. Clifton hill, casino and the falls.

Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Front desk and breakfast room staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was nice and comfortable. Ample parking although I don’t like being charged extra for parking. Blend it into the room rate instead.

Bad points: 1) The cooked breakfast items are disgusting. There are only two options daily. These appear to be egg patties made of some sort of fake egg product dyed white and yellow to give a superficial fried egg appearance. The other is a flacid, smelly, low grade sausage patty, variably cooked between cremated and raw. Both of these items are inedible and sickening to look at. Lukewarm sweaty garbage. 2) There is no soap provided by the hot tubs in king rooms. 3) Parking is very expensive. 4) Hotel is dated 5) Hotel can be loud at times, be it other guests, irritating housekeeping staff playing music from their phone outside your door or the neighbouring businesses all of which have loudspeakers playing music on the outside of their premises. Hotel is not appropriate for sound-sensitive people. Good points 5) I had a king room with the hot tub. This was nice with excellent heat and water pressure, but I had to transport soap from the shower area in a cup. 6) Plenty of towels and bedding was incredibly comfortable. 7) The location and convenience of staying here is second to none for a few days exploring the area 8) The cold food options and make-your-own waffle station at breakfast are pretty good, let down by the idea of edible hot food being available. 9) There is good coffee available at breakfast and for free all day in reception. This is welcome in winter.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. It's a 2.5 km walk to the Horseshoe Falls and minutes from many local restaurants. A waterpark is also available about 300m from the hotel if you didn't want to use the hotel pool. A couple of notes if you use the Fitness Area, only one of the two treadmills were working and the working one didn't allow you to pre-select a workout ... perhaps a circuit board issue? I was able to get two good runs in but it required me to manual make adjustments. It worked but not what I was expecting. Secondly, the weight machine was missing a handle. This limited what could be done. Don't let these small issues keep you from booking. We were pleasantly surprised by the offerings and look forward to returning.

The heating/cooling system was noisy and especially when we were trying to sleep. The staff members were first rate and customer focused. Although the facility is a bit dated, the excellent service made up for that.

I interacted with 6 staff during my stay. 5 were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. One wasn't unfriendly but no warm feeling and was not helpful. She actually walked away and said I would need to ask the other staff memeber. The other staff member had a line of 3 people, I had to wait for her to finish with(understandably). Then as there had been no communication passed on, I had to explain my question again. This associate was very friendly and was able to answer my question immediately. And she apologized for the wait which was not her fault. This event did not sit well with me.

When we arrived in our room, we soon found that the toilet would not flush. So how was it cleaned properly if it couldn’t be flushed? Luckily the maintenance man came very quickly and solved the problem. Later we discovered that there was no light over the bathroom mirror although there was a switch for it. Not good for putting on make up. The room needed more lighting. When sitting on the couch, you couldn’t see. Lastly, the breakfast is boring. We have been to this property 5 or 6 times and nothing has changed. Today the pastries seemed stale. We did enjoy the fresh cookies upon check in and the friendliness of the staff.

Nice stay at this hotel, right in front of the casino, and 5 min walk to Clifford St. Maybe 10-15 to get to the river and start seeing the Falls. Overall, clean and the staff very helpful. Breakfast can be improved, so I’d pass that next time.

Didn't tell us about the parking fee when we checked in and were charged $24.96 parking each day. If we had known, there were parking of $5/day next door. They should have told us about the parking charges before charging it to our account. NOT COOL

Although its not a newer hotel, it has and is well kept. Can't beat the location for shopping, and sightseeing.

It was okay and the employees were pleasant and accommodating the room is out dated and had a smell of likely stale smoke from past years. No where was there mention of parking fees till after booking of 22$ plus tax. We did not spend much time in the room taking in all the attractions as you are within walking distance and was a bonus.

The breakfast was different both mornings we were there. Something for everyone in our group. The studio rooms were clean, spacious and we had 3 all close together. Beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and a good size to do laps in. The parking was 22/night which I consider decent since we were able to walk to The falls and Clifton Hill. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay perfect!

Cleanliness ,breakfast and services were acceptable , the only thing was not ok , the parking fee of $22+tax , while the Clifton hotel that it located opposite side has free parking for guests and it was public parking of $5 on the side street, but cause of the rain I had to use the hotel parking

1. The toilet in the room was broken from the moment we checked in. Despite notifying the front desk, it was never repaired. We paid for a functioning room and basic facilities were not provided. 2. The property did not feel safe. On both mornings, non-guests and homeless people were entering the lobby to take free food and coffee. Nobody from the hotel staff tried to stop them. As guests with a disability and a minor, this made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. 3. We did not receive the level of cleanliness, maintenance or security that we expected, especially for the money we paid.

Everything was in excellent condition, and we truly enjoyed our stay. While the breakfast was good, there’s always room for improvement. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience

Nice and convenient. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I was able to easily walk to restaurants and to the main tourist area and felt safe doing so, even as a solo traveler. I aLos appreciated the whirlpool tub, especially after a cold day walking around. The bed was kinda squeaky and the frame seemed slightly shifty every time I first sat on it but seemed to hold up fine and didn’t squeak when I lay down. My biggest gripe really is that in 2025 there is no excuse to not have a plug or charging port next to the bed since most folks use their phones as alarms. Even the godawful truck stop hotel I stayed in last week had bedside charging.

The room was old and tired. Breakfast was okay; lots of variety. Area was not ideal. Expensive for what we had. Glad we only stayed one night booked.

Liked the location. Liked the breakfast (though you better not want the same items each morning NOR expect it to be stocked after 10 am, regardless of them saying it was available until 10:30. We had to ask for more eggs at 10:05am). It was quiet. I occasionally smelled "smoky" in the downstairs hallways. Staff was okay.

The Country Inn & Suites in Niagara Falls offers a clean, comfortable, reasonable priced and well-located base for exploring the area. The staff and cleanliness were standout features. Staff: (5/5 Stars): The staff truly enhanced our stay. They were consistently friendly and helpful, especially highlighting the excellent service from Kathy and Jolé. The kitchen staff were on their game keeping the breakfast area stocked and running smoothly. Cleanliness: (5/5 Stars): This is a very clean resort. Every area we used, including the lobby (as seen with the tidy seating and modern fireplace in the photo), the breakfast area (with its spotless waffle station and pastry displays), the pool, and the guest rooms, was immaculate. Rooms: (4/5 Stars): The room was comfortable and well-equipped. We appreciated the large, comfortable bed and the useful amenities like the microwave, coffee machine, and mini-fridge (visible in the photo of the counter unit). The room also featured a sofa bed for extra sleeping space and good storage (including an iron and ironing board in the closet, as shown in the picture). The bathroom is updated with a modern look (photo of the walk-in shower). We had good water pressure in the shower. However, the bathroom setup felt a bit tight; specifically, the door positioning is awkward as it can block the sink while open, and the single-panel shower door

Staff was great at the desk and in the breakfast room. Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Great coffee available in the lobby.. the room interior was a bit outdated but well kept. Furniture and fixtures shwed wear. Oberall this was a good value . Location was cincenient to the WeGo bus stop.

There's basically no sound barrier between rooms. If the people next door had been quiet, I probably would not have noticed them. But they were loud. Yelling at kids. The mattresses are a bit old. I felt that this hotel was being presented as at least slightly better than average, but it really wasn't. But as I said, the staff were good.

On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary coffee and freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a lovely touch. The complimentary breakfast was also good and had a nice selection. The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from Clifton Hill, which was very convenient. The only concern was that Hunter Street, just outside the hotel, could use more lighting at night, but once you reach the main street (Victoria Avenue), it feels bright and safe. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with only a few minor areas for improvement.

Room was clean, stocked with toiletries and tea. You did have to get your water from specific floors but that was no big deal to us.

The room was clean, bed was comfy. The bathroom design was not great. No light over the mirror/sink area making it hard to style your hair and apply makeup. Also, not much room to put toiletries. Had to keep them out of the bathroom. Also, no full length mirror.

The day shift staff was nice and the room was clean enough for sure. However, we ended up being put in a room on the 7th floor. While it was quiet on the top floor, the water pressure wasn't good at all. The TV reception is just ok. My biggest complaint was the guys smoking weed out in front of the hotel. I understand that marijuana is legal in Ontario but felt like permitting it, very close to the front doors, is not something I appreciate and will probably notoʻĺ

The beds are good, the rooms keep the sound out, it's nice and close to walk to the falls and eating places, sights and fun. Stayed before. Reasonable value. Staff friendly.

Staff were great. Room was clean and well equipped. Only issue was general noise both inside and outside the hotel. The hotel has little or no sound proofing.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. 5 minute walk to Clifton hill. Continental breakfast was lovely. The pool was nice, there is not a hot tub. Overall nice for the price.

I stayed here three nights during my recent visit to Niagara falls. I was incredibly impressed with the property. I had a king suite so felt at home during my stay. The free breakfast was wonderful with multiple options. I was also very impressed that the property communicated with me regarding my arrival and ensured that my room was satisfactory. You're able to walk right down to the Waterfront and any dining and entertainment options. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay!! Rooms were clean, exceptionally large & beds comfortable. Breakfast was great! They had 2 staff people keeping up with replenishing the food which was important with the constant flow of people. Table & silverware was even “real” instead of paper/plastic. The front desk staff was very efficient & accommodating. Loved the daily cookies that were offered. The falls were a walkable distance & we liked having the hotel located away from all the busyness of attractions. We would definitely stay here again & refer others to this location!

We were not expecting to be charged for parking. The place had seen it’s glory day you can tell that it’s old with worn out carpeting and furniture.

Check in was a super easy process and the lady who checked us in was very friendly. The hotel was within walking distance to the falls and while it wasn’t overlooking the falls, it was still in a perfect location to Clifton street/the falls/rainbow bridge. Would definitely stay here again.

There was a nice lady named Chris that checked us in. She was so nice and thorough. Room was typical suite with free breakfast. I was a little surprised they charged for parking since they have a normal parking lot.

The room was spacious and clean. We just had some issues with the mattresses. I asked for extra comforters and they quickly provided. It would have been nice to be moved to a better room but they didn't offer. But staff did comply with other request. I have special dietary needs that couldn't be accommodated but I found that to be an issue at most hotels.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a no frills hotel conveniently located to Niagara Falls. This was very walkable to the Falls and many shops & restaurants. Just off the strip and very safe. Friendly staff and breakfast each morning. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. I would stay here again for sure!

From the start, service wasn’t warm or welcoming. At night, the room was extremely dry and worst of all the ceiling began leaking water. The receptionist acknowledged the leak but moving rooms at midnight with kids asleep wasn’t possible. The beds were also uncomfortable and we barely slept. In the morning, although we were offered to change rooms again, exhausted and disappointed, we decided to go home. Management offered to waive only the parking fee, but refused a refund for the unused night — despite the inconvenience, the leak, and a ruined item of ours. We had booked the suite, above our budget, expecting comfort, which made this even more frustrating. Overall, guest experience didn’t feel valued. Pros: the location is excellent, close and walkable to Clifton hill and main attractions, and the breakfast was good.

It was in a nice location. It was close enough to the entertainment center and Niagara Falls park that you could walk but secluded enough that it was quiet.

-Location - Walk to Clifton Hill in 5 minutes or the Falls in 15. Just on the edge of the downtown core, so it’s peaceful and has plenty of parking. - Comfort - We had a 2 queen room. Beds were very comfy, AC was excellent, plenty of towels, and more spacious than expected. - Breakfast - Plentiful! Nothing fancy but lots of choices and very fresh. (Tip: it gets busy after 8 so arrive early if you can or you’ll wait for a table.) - Staff - Last, and best, the staff here were exceptional! Efficient, gracious, patient and competent. They’re gems!

Stay was overall okay, main issues were that the in room hot tub was laughably small, as a 6'1" man I couldn't fit in it at all. And the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Great place to stay. Kinda a long walk to see the Falls but getting lost is part of the fun! It is quiet at night and the rooms are very clean and nice. I am a senior so the walk to the Falls was about 30 minutes. I would stay here again.
