They had a nice pool with a deep end. We were able to walk to the falls and attractions in about 10 minutes. It could have been cleaner and more updated.

Quite well.
- 5/5
Yes staff was very helpful when we had a problem with the TV. Came right up and fixed the problem
- 5/5
This was a great find for the price! Nothing fancy but everything you need. Neighborhood is a little shady for about a block , but then you are at Clifton hill. The only thing I didn't like was the metal bed flame. Made a lot of noise
- 3/5
It was just okay
- 3/5
Poor service, noisy heater, lousy breakfast, smallest washroom with missing towel bar and so on
- 5/5
The only thing that wasn't good was they didn't have the person parked in the disabled spot move up into it properly and blocked my parking spot, which I also have a disabled placard so I had to park out behind and walk a farther distance than I should have.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. Exactly what I had hoped for.
- 5/5
Nice 👍 and
- 4/5
the pool is good size enough for 4 or 5 people and heated
- 4/5
Check in was quick and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but the bathroom fan was noisy and needs attended to. Breakfast was adequate and well set up. It’s an older hotel but needs more updating. Thanks for a great stay!

- 5/5
Eoom was nice and clean
- 4/5
Place was outdated, but clean, did what it was intended to do. Walking distance to clifton hill, wego bus and the falls. Breakfast was very limited. I would stay here again
- 5/5

- 4/5

- 5/5
Checking in was quick and easy and the pool was nice and warm! I’ll for the price I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had some good options.
- 4/5
Clean and accessable. Onsite parking but with $10... Could do better by proving slippers in the room and a bit big towels...lol
- 4/5
Check in was quick and the gentleman was so helpful
- 5/5
The hotel is walking distance to the falls , restaurants and Tattractions.
- 4/5
The staff were all wonderful. We had issues with our first room with the sink and the tub clogged. The water just went down the sink very slowly and the tub did have a hair issue in the drain. They did try to get things fixed but had issues so moved us to another larger room. The bathroom in the first room the only light was around the mirror, so was quite dark for the tub/shower. The second room had much better lighting and a separate shower. They put us in a room that had a jacuzzi tub in the room but we didn't use it, the shower worked well. Had no issues with the Wi-Fi. The first room the television was strange and hard to figure out. No digits or volume buttons on the controls. The tv in the new room was much more user friendly. The breakfast space was a little small for the number of people on the Sunday morning but was fine on the Monday. The breakfast had some choices and was good. The hotel is located very close to Clifton Hill and the falls so everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We had thought the hotel looked a little dated when we got there as the paint on the outside was peeling, but on the Monday they repainted the whole building and looked quite good.
- 5/5
Nothing really to complain , highly recommended for the price range .
- 4/5
Convenient
- 4/5
Area of hotel is very convenient. Shops and attractions very near by (can get anywhere by foot) Rooms clean and confortable. Breakfast, not enough choices. And dining room too small
- 4/5
dining and shops are near and convenient.
- 1/5
Extremely disgusting and smelly place. Washroom is small, sink is broken, dirty. Elevator is smelly. Entire place is disgusting. Did not have time to check the review before booking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
- 5/5
The hotel was really nice! The hot tub was the perfect temperature, and the staff and service went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The location was also excellent, close to all the attractions and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a great experience!
- 3/5
Room was not as shown in the picture, beds were not queens but doubles.
- 4/5
It was great for how close it was to everything . Air conditioning kept shutting off. Not a big selection for breakfast.
- 5/5
Spacious and clean .very comfy
- 5/5
Happy made our check in very enjoyable. Very friendly person. Room was spotless
- 5/5
La atención de recepción Happy excelente nos sirvió de mucha ayuda y nos dieron la habitación antes sin cobro. Lo único que el área desayuno deben ampliar pero el servicio muy bueno
- 3/5
Good location but property needs to update
- 3/5
The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely noisy, which prevented us from having a good night's sleep.
- 5/5
The location is very good, very quiet and close to the Fall. Breakfast is fine.
- 4/5
The staff here is great, the location is perfect for a short walk to all the great stuff on Clifton Hill, and to the Falls themselves, and this place has TWO pools, a large very nice warm indoor pool, and a smaller but fantastic and briskly cool outdoor pool! We went from the indoor to the outdoor and it was like a spa experience, just awesome!
- 3/5
The bathroom fan was extremely loud when turned on with the only switch that needed to be on to get the light to turn on/ off. The bathroom light was a push button on the mirror and it was not very bright. When in the shower you felt like you were in the dark. The breakfast was lacking in variety and the space was so small and packed with people that I could barely get thru Also not appealing to be in the basement getting food. Felt very scary.
- 4/5
Easy check in and out, very accomodating staff. Cleaner saw us walk in drenched from the storm. I asked for an extra coffee cup to warm up and she offered me extra towels which was very much appreciated. Rooms are clean, nice that theres no carpet in the room, better for my allergies.Morning breakfast was perfect.
- 2/5
I’ve booked x 4 people and when we arrived they forced us to pay another roo
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean Room
- 5/5
The Motel can improve the cleanness and the size and number of amenities based on guests occupied in the room. All the amenities are for 1 guest only.
- 4/5
Staff were very nice. Place is old and need renovation.
- 3/5
The homeless around the area was a bit of a safety concern. Other than that good stay.
- 4/5
I've stayed here many times before the name change. If you want a cheap place to stay but not too cheap. I think this is a good place. There were some decor issues. My parents TV wasn't correctly put on its stand causing it to lean over and my bed sheet had a hole in it. Other than that I had a fine stay
- 5/5
Very walkable to places of interest. The only things that need improvement is: Breakfast is the same everyday and needs changing up. They need Kleenex in the room. Bags for the ice buckets. Other than that, I would recommend the hotel.
- 5/5
Walking distance to waterfalls.
- 5/5
Have stayed at this Super 8 location many times over the years. Arriving we got a pleasant welcome from desk manager. As there are no luggage trolleys the manager arranged for someone to carry our cooler into elevator & into room. Room was nicely furnished with a LARGE fridge & MICROWAVE! Love this. Floors were wood so no stinky carpets. Beds were fine to sleep on. Our room didn't have a balcony but that is an option depending how you book. It was busy even for a Mon but we didn't hear noise in halls or rooms. 2 pools. The indoor pool is nicely heated! The outdoor pool even for Aug was cold. You get breakfast included. Croissants, danish, 2 kinds of bread, cereals, waffles: plain & Disney, yogurt, boiled eggs, tea, coffee, juice plus the add ons like jam or peanut butter. Great way to start your day. Parking was very reasonable at $10 per night compared to $20-40 other hotels. Super 8 is close to Clifton Hill, Casino. When we needed extra supplies it was just a phone call to make it happen. Really enjoyed our stay
- 2/5
Showing its age. Bed was not very comfy due to old saggy mattress. Bathroom was not very clean. Broken handle on toilet. Filthy ceiling fan.
- 2/5
For the price I felt very bad with my daughter, a hotel of passage, not for tourists, very noisy and quite neglected, I felt that my money went down the drain, I do not recommend it and would never return to this hotel, very sad for my daughter's vacation.
- 1/5
The room wasnt clean, stain on the sheets and blankets, mold the walls and ceilling, hair(lots of hair) left in shower and blood on the walls. I refused to sleep there with my family.
- 1/5
This property needs to be overhauled. It begs to be renovated. The room we were in had a leak and water puddle was created on the floor when it merely drizzled outside. No amount of cleaning and superficial maintenance can make this hotel better. That was the worst $380 I spent in a room all my life. Never book in this hotel.
- 4/5
We had a great stay, the room was newly renovated and Happy at the front desk was amazing!
- 5/5
Excellent service, extremely friendly and welcoming staff!!
- 3/5
Little dirty. Break fast area was too small and very cramped.
- 5/5
Fantastic location for our family. Chifton Hill is around the corner with tons to see and do.10 minute walk to the falls.
- 5/5
It was a good experience
- 5/5
It was a great hotel to stay at convenient to attractions ,clean , updated, two pools one indoor heated and one outdoor which was nice to have especially on the hot days ,the staff were friendly and approachable would recommend this hotel for sure ! Loved my room !
- 2/5
Property needs updating
- 5/5
It is clean and spacious except the shower curtain.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Location is very good, very close to all the attractions at clifton hill and Niagara Falls. Staff members are very helpful and nice. Definitely place needs lots of updates because it’s very old building otherwise it’s good.

Hair in bathroom big black chunks was disgusting took a picture paid 300$ amd was notclean
- 3/5
Food options for breakfast are limited. Rooms are average
- 4/5
The beds are comfortable, the breakfast could be improved, but, overall the stay was pleased.
- 4/5
Assigned room was not clean. Was given another room which was alright. Breakfast room too small but staff was helpful.
- 5/5
Nice pools, good service and super close to all the attrations at clifton hill
- 3/5
No bathroom curtains, coffee machines are not working
- 5/5
The staff at from desk was very polite and professional. Thank you Mr. Happy your customer service is above and beyond.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast could be a bit better, some bacon and eggs, sausages.
- 3/5
Our biggest problem was being charged by expedia and the hotel. If I wasn’t watching, we would have double paid. How often do they do this?! Thankfully they refunded our second charge.
- 4/5
They were good. We checked in a half hour early and had a chose of room we would like. We were able to see the fireworks from our balcony. We were able to walk to Clifton hill in minutes.
- 3/5
The hotel was economically good. Reasonable price for family. Room was clean. The front desk in charge when we came around past 2pm was very friendly and helpful for like us who were the first timer for this hotel. On the other hand, the cafeteria is quite small, the free toiletries was not enough for us for the few days. And there were no towels in the pool area. But overall this hotel was really good for the reasonable price that they gave especially for family vacations.
- 4/5
The overall stay was excellent. Close to Clifton Hill and the pool was perfect. .the breakfst could have had more options to choose from, but it was ok.
- 5/5
That was a nice and reasonable place. Good condition, pretty comfortable.
- 4/5
Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas on a manquer souvent de papier de toilette la chambre étais très humide couverture tacher par contre bien situé et les déjeuner continental était bon staff souriant
- 4/5
Cons: while the breakfast was included, it was a very small selection with a very small area to eat at. The bathroom was quite dated and could use an upgrade. This may have been isolated to just us but our room wasn’t attended to two days straight and I had to ask someone to come down and take the garbages and towels two days in a row. They came within minutes and were very helpful but it was still a little bit of a nuisance. Overall we had a great stay. Thanks again
- 5/5
Great place for the price! Breakfast was good :)
- 5/5
nice experience
- 5/5
The hotel was great we had a few room problems which were fixed immediately. We had to leave a day early and were taken care of with the utmost respect.
- 5/5
The family room was so big and clean . Location was so good 10 minutes to the fall.
- 1/5
But where do I start when entered into my door of my hotel room the door was slanted and almost looked like it was gonna fall on me second the bathtub was dirty. The walls were dirty. Mirrors filthyThe bedsheets were dirty not only that the Jacuzzi tiles going into the Jacuzzi are cracked when walking by scraped the back of my leg and cut it. My experience was terrible. and when expressing this, the front desk asking if they had another room, which I really didn’t want to stay there after seeing how dirty everything was ….they need professional cleaning to come in there and really do about my experience. I did not stay my full two days. I only stayed the one and then when checking out, they said it charges more on Saturday, but the rates showing on the website when I got it said they were equal charges for equal days so I would have to say that the cut I got on the back of my leg I could sue you . What would that being said not one hostess not one property manager one person that worked at that building tried to accommodate me or say anything further about it very disappointed my day I would never recommend this to anybody unless you are worst hotels in Niagara Falls
- 4/5
It was basic
- 5/5
Wonderful air-conditioning. Super co.fy bed
- 3/5
The brakfest was not good as the room was too small
- 5/5
Me encanto el seńor de la recepcion buenas atenciones aparte todo serca a pie muy limpio lo recomiendo
- 4/5
Overall our stay was amazing! The 2 family room was huge perfect for our family of 7. It was very close to the falls; chilfton hills and everything thing related to what you need to have a great family vacation! The rooms were not the cleanest; showers had mold in the cracks and the curtins had stains, but for the proximity to the falls and being a third of what other hotels charged ots kinda to be expected. The breakfast was also very minimal; a few breads; waffles and juice.
- 1/5
I always expect the hotels to be clean no matter the price range. Unfortunately, this hotel wasn’t. I had to clean the bathroom at my own standards. I gave the complaint to the manager. I’m still waiting for my promise discount.
- 5/5
The parking is available for a daily fee. There is continental breakfast offered included in the reservation. The room was clean and comfortable,
- 5/5
was perfect
- 5/5
Best budget place to stay at for Niagara Falls.
- 4/5
Great motel at a reasonable price right near Clifton Hill. Staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not awesome (dirty towels when we arrived, dirty floor, found a pair of socks from previous customer, weird fingerprints on bathroom door and bathroom wall). The breakfast area is way too small for the amount of guests, leading to line ups and frustration. Indoor pool was being painted during our stay. The outdoor pool, while small, was a welcome break during the heatwave. Charging $10/day for parking is weird. Its a motel. How else but by car do people come here? Just charge $10 more for the room. Overall, very nice stay though they could improve a few things.
- 2/5
Very loud hotel Hard beds Outdoor pool ++ small Breakfast was waffle, breads, banana, yougurt no meats very basic and super small room to eat in
- 3/5
Love the staff
- 4/5
Nice quiet and close to everything.
- 3/5
Appreciated that there were two pools which was great as the main pool was under renovation when we stayed. The hotel needs updating, but the staff makes up for many of the hotel’s shortcomings. Overall a safe and clean place to stay; we stayed 3 nights.
- 2/5
Sheets were not clean. Room was smelling old
- 5/5
Alex, Sam,Ashima they are very helpful and Awesome
- 5/5
Very nice stay, staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location- close to everything
- 3/5
Language barrier with the reception clerk. The office for check in was not labeled, so I was unsure where to go. The location made me feel uneasy.
- 2/5
We stayed for two nights. The front desk manager, Mr. Happy, was very polite and helpful, which we appreciated. The location was convenient and within a reasonable distance from Niagara Falls. The room was clean, but we were surprised to find no slippers, not even in the bathroom, and there was no bottle of water in the fridge. The most disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. It was advertised as a “continental breakfast,” but unfortunately it didn’t even match the quality of a basic breakfast from a local café. There was no cheese, no tomatoes, no fresh eggs, and no sandwich maker. The cafeteria itself was located in the basement and the tables were not clean, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Another issue was that the bathroom had no ventilation, which made it quite uncomfortable after showers. Overall, the property lacked the standard features of a typical hotel and felt more like a motel. We expected a bit more based on the description provided online.
- 5/5
Everything was clean, front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Close to the Falls and Clifton Hill. I checked in late and staff was helpful.
- 4/5
I could tell they’ve done a lot of Reno’s & are still working at it! Front desk staff was amazing! Thankyou
- 2/5
Also breakfast is served in a basement that smells musky and damp. Pay a little extra to stay somewhere better.
- 1/5
Not nice
- 5/5
friendly staff and excellent service 👌
- 4/5
Poweŕ went out during night and it was hot
- 1/5
The room was dirty - sheets dirty, sofa stained - bed cover stained/ dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty. Dust at sides of fridge Very poor
- 5/5
Amazing price point walking distance to Clifton Hill. Very convenient. Cheaper parking fee compared to other hotels. Very great experience would go back.
- 2/5
The room pictures on-line do NOT match the actual room as the property does not meet its parent company standards, as this property is very old and shows its age.
- 5/5
I was checked-in very quickly and they even let me check in early. The room was renovated since the last time I was there. The room was clean and up to date. If I have to say one thing that needs to be worked upon is the exterior needs to be cosmetically approved. However, my stay was great and their Continental breakfast was really good. I would recommend this hotel to people that have a family and are on a budget.
- 3/5
Family suite was perfect for 4 golfers. Room was spacious with table and 4 chairs. Hotel is dated with maintenance issues - specific to our room - damage to floors, inadequate lighting, bathroom fixtures were in need of repair or replacement. Staff were excellent and rooms were clean. Great location in respect to downtown but area a little run down.
