Easy to get to my room and it was very clean The only thing I didn’t like was the freezer in the room had an ice cube try that had spilled and ice formed all along the bottom. Not a big deal though

We have several suggestions for a more comfortable stay. 1. Floor mat and boot tray should be provided for each room especially during the winter months to protect the hall floor. 2. Breakfast room needs to be enlarged to accommodate the number of guests. 3. Toilet paper holder needs to be replaced in room 119. The young female receptionist went out of her way to address any concerns that we brought to her attention. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel when visiting Niagara Falls.

It was clean room. Friendly guests. I would suggest putting in a carpet at entrance in room during winter. My room has no carpeting and all the snow melted from my boots across the room. Otherwise it’s a great location and good hotel

I booked this last minute due to weather and was delighted with the choice. It was a great value as it was inexpensive but the property appears to have been recently updated. The rooms are well-appointed with a fridge and microwave and lots of great pillows. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are well sound-proofed and quiet (perhaps assisted by the fact I was on the 2nd floor) and I was able to get a great nights sleep. It’s an easy walk to OLG stage (my reason for going to Niagara)

Dining room was really congested , it was really difficult to grab and eat breakfast there.Additionally , breakfast was not good with less options. Furthermore, hair dryer was not working in washroom and too many noises from the room hitting , fire alarm at mid night without any valid reason.I would definitely not recommend for anyone.

Great location. The room was dated and needs attention. Television did not work, desk chair was broken. Power went out in the night and alarms went off at 2 am.

Room was marked non-smoking, but smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was a few mini muffins, plain toast and defrosted frozen waffles. Tight limited seating area for breakfast. Was fine for 1 night, beds were comfortable, but wouldn’t stay longer due to the smell of the room.

We enjoyed having a restaurant named Almac’s 100m down the street where they served $13 all you can eat breakfast buffet.

I got there 30min early after a long flight and drive from the airport and the lady at the front said she will charge $20 for early check in. Very disappointing

Nobody turned on the heat and the room was freezing cold. The heater ran most of the night and was loud making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was dirty.

We love it nd definitely we will come here for next time .

The room was spotless but for no nightstands were in room no big deal but things that stood out our toilet seem to run on for longtime the lady at front desk was extremely friendly brought us right away extra blankets and even came to room to help get the tv up and running breakfast buffet room was small and food minimal but you would not go hungry

we would have liked a coffee machine in the room. Housekeeping was not up to par.

Room was cold, moved us to a room that was warmer and then TV didn’t work. Staff did her best to make us comfortable and did come fix the TV.

Furniture was disproportionate to room and made it hard to get around. No outlet near the desk. No stand for suitcase. Staff very cheerful and happy to recommend reataurants. Cigarette butts in cans outside each room door was not very inviting. The bed frame was flimsy steel.

They charged $20 for parking which was a very big surprise. The price for parking was nearly 30% of the cost of the room. This was just a money grab, which was not conveyed before you book the room.

Biggest complaint was size of bath towels they were very very small. Room was clean and quiet, staff were polite, only issue was window ledge in room was very dirty and full of dead bugs so we had to wipe it off other than that all good.

Lots of Buffett and dining options around. Walk to casino is easy . Easy join to Main Street to Toronto Only thing is there was no iron or coffee maker in room. Carry your own for convenience. Parking is $20 on premises. Also there is no toilet for public at reception so don’t go before check in and go to bathroom before you check out too. The place is cleaner than most commercial brands so I applaud them for that. Bathroom is spacious too and the handbasin it outside so 2 people can do 2 different things at the time without inconveniencing each other. I will go again for sure

Rooms were very clean, Roku tv to watch anything you’d like, beds were comfy. Only a 13 min walk to Clifton hill. Tons of food places around. Staff are very friendly. Quick and easy service. Would recommend and I will be back.

There were not enough towels, no hair dryer as advertised, and the property appeared poorly maintained and neglected. The conditions were nothing like what was promised in the listing. Given the mold, water damage, and unsafe environment, I am requesting a full refund. I strongly recommend that this property not be rented out again until it is thoroughly repaired, cleaned, and properly inspected for safety.

The wifi didnt work i couldn't connect to it. And there were weird spots randomly on the wall and ceilings maybe bloos maybe snots

Overall lovely stay as a solo female.

Checked in at night on 10/9/25 and was told the place was completely booked. We had a reservation so no problem but also told the elevator did not work. All first floor rooms were taken, so pregnant wife had to go up and down the stairs. No big deal. Room was decent, only one recessed light dangling from the ceiling and no body wash or shampoo. Bed and pillows comfortable but when everyone has to use the stairs, being across the hall from stairs door is not fun when people are loud leaving (or arriving?) anywhere from 4-6am. Doors and walls are thin so I could even hear the traffic going by the road out front even thought it’s not a highway. Shades are decent but still lets the light in which would be fine if the parking lot wasn’t lit up like a Christmas tree at night. Brightest property around. We could also smell weed at night from outside or the hall, somewhere nearby, so not real airtight and we were in the second floor. I was excited for breakfast from the reviews but told it was limited this week. Waffles, bagels, fruit and yogurt was all they offered. The coffee creamer curdled when I put it in my coffee and yes it was the non refrigerated coffee creamer but ick. Price was $73 and we got what we paid for despite good reviews.

Horrible experience, reserved room for my worker and email property with his first and last name,they don't allow him in the room till i come, then they they charge me 400 deposit for the room, when I explain to them that was outrageous charge, they refused to rent the room. Still today's Im not refunded for room or deposit. Not recommend it to NOBODY, I'm 62 years old and never ever happened something like that in motels or hotels I rent.

This is my second time staying here last year I stayed for a quick overnight stay and i rated it 4 out of 5 ,this year I would rate it the same The front desk staff was very kind and helpful ,the room was big and specious , room had 3 queen beds with tv and wifi.However i do find both times now the housekeeping seems to be very quick with there cleaning duties and may not pay attention to detail,the shower had Hair in it which I just rinsed down the drain ,other then that no issues ,There is a huge parking lot ,there is a 20 dollar fee and a deposit however most places do have this policy,All in all would give 5 but do to the hair in the shower I would say 4 and a half stars ,In the end I still would recommend this place it’s close by to the strip and rate are great .

Spotless room! Comfy bed and good breakfast. It was crowded at breakfast and lacked seating space (and they were running very low on food but we also came right before breakfast ended)....but there was outdoor seating or you could just take it back to your room to eat. It was in a great location, in walking distance to many attractions and a shuttle stop near by.

Loved it was close to a tourism bus stop also able to walk easily to clifton hill.

Falls Lodge and Suites is a good affordable accommodation in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Clean rooms, ample parking, helpful staff, complimentary breakfasts and close proximity to all tourist attractions. The only downside is no gym, imo.

We were very disappointed when we arrived to find out there is a 20.00 per night charge for parking! We went back and looked on the website and all it states is parking available does NOT state there is a charge

A very fair deal for what you get. The room was clean and in very good condition. The continental breakfast was more than adequate. Parking is available on site but not included with the daily rate. The staff were very helpful to ensure a stress free stay!

The property is close to everything at the falls. It's safe, quiet and clean and nearly all of the amenities are within a very short walking distance. Great place to play and stay.

Conveniently located to attractions and restaurants. Area outside of room dirty and cluttered with chairs. Drain plug missing in bath tub. Hair dryer didn't work. They need directions to use the Smart TV. Very hard to find any free channels. It cost $20/night to park there.

Room was huge, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was pretty clean, but not totally clean. Towels very thin. Hot water was steady, but water-saving showerhead, so low flow low pressure. Toiletries minimal, barely adequate. Expected more. Breakfast included, but totally high sugar, high carb, low fibre. No whole wheat bread. No eggs. Yogurt the only protein. Couldn't keep up with the demand for waffles, yogurt and fruit, kept running out. No herbal teas. Breakfast room way too tiny for the volume of visitors. Indoor seating for 8 at best, then too crowded to move. There were over 20 people trying to find seats. All seating is meant to be outdoors, which is only good for about 3 months of the year.

Hotel was clean , onsite parking was additional even though they had a private parking lot. My room over looked a public balcony so I could not keep my curtains open. Was not pleased about that. Entrance doors from the parking lot to the private hallways did not latch well making it unsafe. Several times I found the door to the rooms open and not latched.

During checkout front desk . The skinny Indian girl told me I had moved a desk chair to the corner and shifted the bed a little bit so they keeping my deposit. Made me go rearrange them ( which is the cleaners job) before getting my money. Last time staying here. They are racist to black people. Don’t go here

Property appearance seems renovated but rugs are smelly, air conditioner was noisy and king bed had coils which made the bed hard and uncomfortable. There was no iron, board or extra bedding. Continental breakfast was limited to fruit, drinks, toast and yogurt. No hot items. Would not come here again.
