Tv not operating properly

It was a nice and pleasant stay

It was what we expected. Smelt nice. Had an ac unit which cooled the room down. Bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean but well used and the same with towels (rust stains but clean). The couch is old, rust stain in the sink, tiles broken kind of deal but great deal for the space.

Only issue's are the mass amount of spiders outside. Didnt find one inside the room but beware the balcony.

Pleasant upon check in…. Just not very much close by to access snacks/drinks. Kinda off the beaten track, but was fine for what we needed.

clean but shabby & very out of date. amenities were greatly exaggerated. our room was right on the street… someone could have just walked up and knocked on our window. parking was extra. we didn’t even stay but the room was non-refundable.

The place is a dump. Desperately dated. Ugly decor, uncomfortable furniture. TV didn't work. Bed was passably comfortable. Very overpriced.

Do not be fooled by the friends, family and fake accounts leaving any positive reviews. This place is an absolute dump, we had very little options chose it solely on its proximity to our family dinner that was relocated last minute. Despite Expedia showing this as a pet friendly motel in our search, it is not so they agreed to cancel the reservation without penalty to us and Expedia when I arrived with my dog. After they refunded my Father who paid for the motel, they went back to Expedia to charge my card that I used to book the reservation. When both I and Expedia called to have the refund processed, they refused to answer the calls and called me back from another number, registered under a different motel name, Bel Air Motel, in Sault Saint Marie and refused to refund me "as per their policy". Very shady behaviour all around so these fake reviews are not surprising. Avoid at all cost, both this motel and the Bel Air Motel as they own both so it will be just as poorly maintained and serviced for their customers. The room itself is just that, a basic room, no "view" as some reviews falsely mentioned, with the heat turned up fully, a "kitchenette" consisting of a toaster and coffee maker, uncomfortable beds as well as a small tv. We would've been fine for the one night and even offered to have the linens cleaned the next day but they continued to threaten us with a $250 charge if we let the dog into the room. Avoid at all costs, they don't deserve your business, absolute scum

Overall check in was quick. Room was clean. It was a last minute decision to use that motel while visiting the falls, super convenient that there was a Tim Hortons around the corner!

Very tired old property. Heavy deodorizer smell.Bathroom.had a strong urine odor. Rusty old heater, no exhaust fan to get rid of any odors. Parking limited.

The motel was right next to noisy road. The fridge was not far from the bed was very noisy. The TV did not work for the two nights that i was there. They charged me a parling fee (one night) while the motel was located in a residential area with no parking restrictions and plenty of them.

Saterday price is resonable, but room is too old.

My family and I were driving from Chicago, so it took us much longer to arrive than what I had expected. We arrived around midnight. Even though the check-in was closed after 9 PM, Ken allowed us to check-in late with a minor fee of $20. I highly recommed this affordable motel with great service.

Very kind hosts. Quiet, comfortable and great shower with fridge and microwave! What else you want? Once quality decorating/trim work is done the price will go up!

The door did catch and lock well upon closing. AND there was an additional $30 charge to park the car.

Didnt like the area, very noisy as room faced a local bar. Very uncomfortable bed.

Nice enough. I thought the price was a little high, but I was there on a Saturday night. I stayed in a much nicer property in Jordan on Sunday night for considerably less.

Diamond in the ruff! We think it's a great place just outside the Falls area and close enough to visit by taxi or take a long walk to see the Falls.

It was a nice room with Queen Bed. It was clean and quiet and the price was right. Note, there was a charge of $15 for parking but that was okay but should have been in the listing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I liked having a microwave and fridge. Couldn't figure out the coffee maker. Three negatives relate to the bathroom. The fan was extremely noisy. The baseboard heater had been taken apart so the bathroom was cold. No plug for the bathtub meant I couldn't take a bath.

The owner was curtious.

Property was clean and lot of stuffs like pillows utensils blankets were in room for extra use

The motel staff was amazing and very attentive making sure we had everything for our 3 day stay great location quiet close to falls and Clifton hill close to all food etc will come back loved the kitchenette and beds were comfortable

It was fine for a place to stay for one night, but overall just a bit too shabby to comfortably spend any longer amount of time there.

I loved the uniqueness of the decor in the room. I loved that they were fully equipped with dishes and glasses. (not cheap regular hotel small plastic glasses). 2 sinks. The whole room was put together nicely. It had a homey feel to it.

I found the Niagara Parkway a perfect place to stay and it was clean, easy parking. The hot water shower was the fun part, it was so good. The complete room was very neat, clean and sanitized.

It was a lovely recently remodelled room which perfect for my needs and a great and convenient location

Found the property quaint and in good shape for it's age. Adequately cleaned. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Heat was good. Has a nicely appointed little kitchen, and decent bathroom with lots of good towels. Attention has been paid to decor to make it something more than a generic motel room. There is a carpet for boots at the door, but then the floors are non carpeted which is good news for people with allergies. Room was very clean. Would stay again.

I like the location, close to river; Quiet area, Tim Hortons close-by and restaurants across street. There is air conditioning; two separate sinks (one outside bathroom, in the room) and full bathroom, small refrigerator, coffee maker, iron. Reception friendly. Good place fishing on river; big park on other side of river; 4.7 km walk to Niagara falls, takes 1 hour to walk

Owner was very nice but we feel discomfort all night because of night noise and couldn’t sleep well at night. This motel was far from falls.

Although coffee machine and coffee are in the room, there wasn't any creamer or sugar. Air conditioner was very noisy making it difficult to sleep

Because of Covid, the breakfast room was closed. The motel is under new management and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Jacuzzi room was AMAZING. Will be booking again. When I arrived the outer of the hotel looks like it can use some upgrades but our room was perfect.

I really love staying at this motel, free parking, full breakfast and excellent wifi connection.

The Manager "Linda" is always there to help you when you need her, even with the breakfast, included with stay. Niagara Falls is only a 10 minute drive from motel. Motel is in a quiet area with no traffic. You can park at the falls for 15 usd, leave and comeback until midnight with receipt. Uber back and forth as well. Park at Sky Wheel, restaurants and attractions for 7 usd.

The room with ensuite is very clean. The exterior of the property may need a refresh although overall its very clean and well maintained.

Amazing value for a family vacation. The room was very clean and we appreciated the kitchenette appliances. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of healthy, filling alternatives, further adding to the value. The place is family owned and operated and they are friendly and helpful. The place looks a bit run down and is clearly undergoing a renovation in stages, but if you can overlook those things, this place is great and we would definitely stay again.

Expedia allowed us to rent this motel online. However, once I went to the motel, they told me they were sold out already. Thankfully, the lady allowed us to rent out a room they don't normally rent because it was used for employees only. The room was still clean, thank you ladies.

It was a best budget motel me and my wife have ever stayed in. There was in and out access for the free parking. Fast and stable free Wi-Fi. A hearty and healthy free breakfast everyday. The room was clean, a kitchenette was included, the location was quiet and it was close enough to all the attractions. We will definitely stay there again. The owner/manager Linda spoke to us and we got the impression she genuinely cared for our comfort and took our suggestions on how to improve the motel to both heart and mind.

We were very pleased by the variety of healthy options for continental breakfast! The facilities were a bit older, but everything was very clean. Their towels were quite soft and fluffy (great at drying wet hair). There were enough outlets to chart multiple devices, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a quiet area and a quick walk to SaL's Pizzeria which served very tasty pizza and wings! For some reason, there were no plugs for any of the sinks nor tub, so be careful of not accidentally dropping things down there. The WiFi connection was very strong/quick. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place (good value) if you don't mind that the facilities look a bit older/run-down.

Decent and basic amenities and comfort. Stayed on a baseball tourney weekend, so some folks were loud and boisterous on the 2nd level, but we did not hear much with the air on. Would stay again.

This is an older motel but the room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpul. Good restaurant across the road and tim hortons is just a short walk away. Breakfast included with the stay was a bonus. Would definitely book here again

Place was quite old but it’s clean. Parking free just in front of the elevated rooms. Wifi free but slow. Breakfast free but not so nice. Room is spacious but the air conditioner is so small at the front not able to cool the whole room. Check-in was a little delayed reason told the day before was a public holiday hence it was quite packed. Staff not too many. There’s one Chinese guy who seemed to be the one doing most of the jobs. To me, for the price I paid, the room is just fine.

Upon arrival the owner was very welcoming and kind. He told us about that area where the main attractions were and how to get there. The room was clean and contained almost everything you would need. However, the shower kept clogging up after each person showered. We had to wait about 15 minutes between each person so that the water can drain out that was very inconvenient seeing that there were four of us. The breakfast was simply but good. Checkout was a breeze.Its a great place to stay if needed and very reasonable in pricing.

Exterior needs improvements but rooms are clean and tidy. This is 7-10 min drive from Niagaras Clifton hub .. If you have a car then it’s a non issue. Decent continental breakfast.

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to the falls and other attractions. Nice clean rooms which included what I would call an American breakfast.

Hotel property is old and dated. There are not a lot of places near the property to walk and get to decent restaurants. The service was great and the couple who owns the property really took care of our every request. Their hospitality made up for the lack of facilities.

Building was under repair when I visited (2nd floor closed off). Still, had an excellent stay. Will remember this place if I visit Niagara area again.

For the price you pay it's not bad...it's nothing what they have on there site...so don't let the pictures fool you...it's just a plan room with TV that is mostly French you may get 2-3 chanels that are not french but then it's sports...rooms could use some upgrades and better pillows

The hotel staff / owner was extremely pleasant and accommodating. This takes you back to the old days when the owners were everything in a hotel. The bed was very comfy, room was exceptionally clean, lots of space, full size fridge and stove even! For the money, this was a hotel experience I recommend to anyone. If you're trying to compare this to the Contains Bleu you're an idiot. It a a motel but I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We found the room to be quite cold (it was Dec 1st and the air conditioner was still in the window). We awoke the next morning to find a sign on the door of the office saying the town lost power that morning. So not their fault, but still uncomfortable and unable to close the window.

This is a privately owned motel. The owners are friendly and accommodating. Their effort to keep up the motel is evident with personal touches but sadly falls short for the price. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed but were tired and dated. Photo looks much better than it is.

This motel is in a small town south of the falls. It was great to come back to it and stay out of the madness that surrounds the falls. The refrigerator was the best - most motel refrigerators barely get cool. Breakfast is basic. Owners are very friendly and want to help in any way they can. Basic room but it was comfortable and clean.

Not a high end place but nice owners and the room was clean and had a kitchenette. They offered a free continental beeakfast and we were 2-3 miles from the Falls. We paid half the cost of staying downtown and parking was free. Walked to all the sites and back. Lots of walking but worth it if you can!

This place is great. Becky printed out some photos of the band we were seeing as requested with and little note telling us to have a great time. Is close to the border which is what we needed as our concert was just over in the US side so that made the drive short and easy. The room was clean and comfy with a coffee maker, toaster, fridge and a microwave. Wifi worked well in our room. Also the nice little breakfast included in our stay and the free parking helped save money big time. The only faults I had were hat the water took a while to warm up so definitely let in run for a few minutes to heat up a/c unit was in the window so we couldn’t really feel it with the curtains drawn while we got read, but those are the only little things. Awesome stay and would highly recommend and at the price you can’t go wrong!

Room was clean. Not as up dated as seen in the pictures. Staff was friendly and location was only 4km from the falls in a quiet neighbourhood which was convenient for driving to the falls. Not far from Marineland.

First it is important to note that this place will charge you for the room before you check in, although I was under the impression I would not be charged unless I changed or cancelled my room, checked in or checked out. The hotel rep did offer to refund my money when I complained about being charged before I checked in. I did not want to screw up my account so I declined this offer. Other than this, the hotel was modestly clean. The room was comfortable, and there was a fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was not bad. Noisy area, but there appeared to be a swinging bar across the street with live music. I would have checked it out but I was too tired. Because I was under the impression I would not be charged before checking into the room, even though I was, I will not return to the hotel.
