There was a balcony, if the weather would have been warmer, it would have been better to be able to sit there. Better curtains would have made it look not so run down. The room just needs an update.

The view was amazing, and the location was right next to many of the attractions. The hotel has chargers for electric cars and good parking. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The sink was clogged, and there was a smell in the hallway.

Location was perfect The staff especially the managers who were at the desk were very rude and doesn’t really have any customer service etiquettes. The new lady I don’t remember her name was very sweet though! The old managers needs to be taught a refresher course of how to interact with customers!

Location and proximity to the falls There is a pending $50.00 charge that wasn’t informed to us But still pending . They should have informed us about it. Also, quite noisy . We were on the second floor and could hear sounds from the 3rd floor.

Location Rooms were very out dated, room was located in corridor in front of maids closet(which there was garbage and dirty laundry in front of our door), holes in closet door, floors uneven, toilet leaked, requested king bed got a double, tv never worked properly and when we called down to front desk no one answered and no microwave.

It was close to the falls. The hot breakfast was satisfying and the pool is nice. There was no option to connect to Netflix, prime video, or YouTube. The manager of the place was a bit rude to one customer who was just making a question.

The free breakfast was delicious and the location near the falls and restaurants was awesome. We also loved the pool and hot tub. Every time we tried to get in our door we had problems with the swipe card. The room didn’t have a couch and I saw a few ants in the bathroom.

The location was excellent, very close to the falls and close to everything else, the staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms need to be cleaned much better and better beds.

I am charged 36.56 extra. My receipt from hotels.com says i pay additional 8.22 at the property but my credit card is charged 36.56. What are these charges for?

There is no sense of urgency from the front desk staff. One of them uses a magnifying glass to read the screen. He should be given some reasonable accomodations by hs employer. Get him a larger screen or a proper device. The breakfast was poor. Runny eggs, only sausage for a meat option. Batter for the waffles all over the counters. No juice, yogurt in large bags instead of cups. The pool is so chlorinated that your eyes are burning before you make it all the way down the hall.

The room itself was outdated and unsanitary. The headboard was visibly stained, there was mold in the bathroom, and the toilet had noticeable stains. Dust covered the furniture, the bed was old and uncomfortable, and both the curtains and towels were stained—some towels even had brown marks on them. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and left us feeling disgusted. We raised these concerns with staff, but were told there were no other rooms available and that we were still required to pay. To make matters worse, we were overcharged. The final cost did not match what was shown at the time of booking, and we were charged more than double what we expected. Between the poor customer service, the unsanitary room conditions, and the billing issues, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend this property to others.

Very disappointed. I was told that the room would be a city view and yet there was no view to speak of. As soon as we got on the bed, we noticed a long pubic hair on the comforter near the pillow. So we decided to lift the comforter and noticed a couple more underneath. I also noticed a red lipstick stain on the corner of the comforter by the pillow. Clean room and couteous staff

The wind howled through the room and out the balcony doors that badly need weather stripping. The heater bangs and rattles when turning on and by early morning was only putting out cold air. The tiny bar fridge also made noise loud enough to keep us awake. The pillows are like rocks, a lumpy bed, a TV that turns on and off when turning on the bathroom light and the toilet backed up. Never again will we stay there.

Horrible worst hotel ever terrible staff

The room was a little dirty, cobwebs and hair in the toilet. All the indoor hallways were freezing cause the security doors were left open (in winter). The pool area was dirty with a lot of hair balls, the pool bathroom was worse. The inside of the pool was also dirty, the hot tub was cloudy. The front desk lady hardly spoke English. There isnt enough parking for the hotel paying guest (overflow parking is behind the building in another parking lot (far to walk with luggage - non-paying guest should park in overflow parking not paying guest). Was given a joined room without notice. We my guest and I went down for breakfast at 8am (which is when it starts 8am to 11am) there was no Hot food left, only bread that had been left out over night not wrapped up. Overall bad experience and will never get another room here. The only upside is that its across the street from the casino with easy access to the casino. 1 star... Do better people..

I stayed at the Quality Hotel Fallsview Cascade on Dec 27 and was placed in the Tower area. While the room was clean and the location is excellent for accessing the Falls, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. The room is in need of some repair, specifically regarding the electrical outlets. One of the outlets was open/exposed, and I actually received a small electric shock/static discharge when trying to turn on the fan. This is a safety concern that needs to be addressed immediately. Regarding the breakfast: It was okay, but the replenishment service was lacking. When I arrived, there was only one piece of fruit left (a molded orange), and despite staying for the duration of my meal, the items were never refilled. Overall, it’s a decent spot for the price and location, but the hotel needs to step up its maintenance and breakfast management.

The reception was ok. Rooms were ok had to wait a little to get the towels. The worst part was they did not clean the ice and snow . it was difficult to walk around with my wife who had gone through knee surgeries. They could have given us rooms near the food area so that we did not have to walk in snow and ice AND there was no enough parking.

After checking in on the evening of December 24 and returning to our room around 3:00 a.m., the toilet overflowed upon first use, flooding the bathroom and part of the room. Our shoes, luggage, and personal belongings were soaked in toilet water, creating an unhygienic and distressing situation. Despite contacting the front desk immediately, no maintenance support was available due to Christmas Eve. A front desk associate attempted to assist, but the issue could not be resolved, leaving us without access to the bathroom in our room throughout the night and forcing us to use the restroom at the reception area. The issue was only addressed the following morning, by which time the room had an unpleasant odor and was unsuitable for rest. We were also delayed for prior morning commitments. I was advised to email the manager, which I did, but have received no response to date, reflecting a lack of follow-up and accountability. This experience significantly impacted our stay and fell well below reasonable expectations of hygiene, safety, and guest care.

Why did you charge me an extra $50 after I left? This is not your right.

I feel as per the price it is very cheap. We booked room at 6th floor and balcony view was nice. Parking is also included and breakfast was good too. But still there are many things which can be improved, first this hotel is too small. They sale even water for $2 cash. Also, there was no mat, bathroom slippers. There was no water to make coffee or tea. Location was good, it is very close to all the attractions.

We were initially offered a room upgrade; however, when we went to the front desk to exchange our keys, staff abruptly withdrew the offer, stating we had been in the room for nearly an hour. During that time, I was on hold with Expedia, as that is where the booking was made, attempting to resolve the issue. I offered to provide proof, but staff continued to be insulting rather than helpful. Noise disturbances were constant — we could clearly hear neighboring guests and heavy stomping from the room above. Due to the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and noise control, I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.

The breafast provider lady was very good. The rooms were terribale. Spiders in the room and bathrooms. They gave us rooms outside the hotel building. Light was switch off in the middle of the night. Over all experience was horrible. We shortened our stay and check out.

The staff at check-in were friendly and knowledgeable. Offered meal suggestions for my picky kid and even a coupon for the restaurant. They gave us a room really close to the pool as well.

The staff were very nice, but the property and our room were more run down and tired than I expected. It obviously needs some work. I purposely booked this hotel because of price, included parking, and included breakfast. Breakfast was not very good. The eggs had way too much butter in them and there was no bacon. One employee was doing everything and every table was full. She clearly needed help.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety — bread and butter, fresh waffles, muffins, coffee, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, granola, fruits, toaster, and microwave available in the lobby. Coffee was available in the lobby throughout the day, and everything was self-serve, which was convenient. One major area that needs improvement is odor/cleanliness. The elevator and carpets had a strong smell, which was unpleasant. The AC/heater was very noisy, so we had to turn it off even though the temperature was low. The bathroom tap also seemed odd and needs fixing. With better maintenance and attention to cleanliness, the stay experience could improve significantly.

Tv channel selection was very limited. In a room rented for two people you should have two chairs. Everything else was fine.

We were in the old motel section of the hotel and it was drafty and loud. It was not connected to the rest of the hotel and so you had to go outside to reach the pool and lobby. To get into the new section, we were told that we needed to book the rooms with two queen beds next time. I wish the website had stated this. The pool was warm. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

This more like motel than hotel. For the price I expected hotel. Place is outdated. Need spruce up. You need to keep curtains closed so that people walking by do not look at you inside. AC/ heat did not work properly. Dinning room was very nice, roomy, comfortable and clean. Food was just average.

Arrogant desk staff.

We asked the front desk staff for towels. He could only give us two old bath towels with holes, no face cloths nor hand towels. The tab water and shower water was extremely weak! When the people in the next room used the bathroom, it was extremely noicy, like having a storm.

First I paid for two parking spots and was unable to find parking.The hotel had no elevator to the third floor and made it impossible for my wife with two bad knees to take the stairs, after arguing with the woman behind the front desk who additionaly wanted to charge me an extra ten dollars for a room on the main level, I had to loose my temper in order to have the extra charge for the main floor room dropped and a parking spot in the V.I.P spot. The room was ice cold,the heater was noisy, I was kept up from the noisy water noise when the above units used the bathroom. Not impressed!!!!!

Security issues, no camera around the property,our vehicle was broken into and two suit cases of almost every piece of our clothing was stolen also the car was ransacked. We were told by the front desk there was nothing they could do.All in all nobody could pay me to stay at this hotel again.

This is our "go-to" hotel when visiting Niagara. The rooms are clean and quiet (even though ours was beside the elevator). The breakfast is good with an attentive server keeping all food items well stocked.

Breakfast and parking was included in my price. The hotel is very well situated being right next to the Casino and Brazilian Steak house. Check in and check out was very efficient and staff courteous. This is an older hotel so the exterior is a little outdated however the rooms were renovated and were very clean. Breakfast area is pretty big , food is fresh, area is clean. Would return to this hotel. It was good value for the money.

Very outdated. Noisey, room was very hot and could not control the air conditioning. Shower stream was like using a garden hose. Mattress was uneven but was clean. Awkward layout of rooms locations.

The room was absolutely disgusting. My wife spilled water on the bathroom floor and just went to wipe it up with a towel. Even with a light pat the towel came up black with dirt. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything all around you. They had a nightstand up against our interior door that adjoins to the next room. On 2 occasions the people next door tried to get in. We could hear and see our door rattling as if someone on the other side was trying to get into our room. We put another chair plus the nightstand up against the door. Then there is the balcony that has a bit of a divider but the rest is a small railing that could easily been hopped over. No privacy between rooms. We didn't use the pool because we would have to go outside in the cold to get to it from our room. Resort fees were charged for a terrible stay!

Value for money, this is the best place to stay in Fallsview. Room was simple but very clean, staff were all very friendly, and free parking and continental breakfast are big bonuses. Location is ideal across from the casino and a 10 min walk to Clifton Hill.

Not made aware prior that the pool & hot tub were closed only during our 3 day stay. Also pictures online, showed an in room jacuzzi, but wasn’t operational! The room was minimally cleaned at best, spring popping out of the mattress, we will not book again!

Breakfast was okay, with a few good options like toast, eggs, and coffee. However, the variety was limited, and some items weren’t very warm. The staff were friendly, but the area got crowded quickly. Overall, it was fine but could use a bit more freshness and organization.

Good for families - reasonable price includes parking, breakfast and indoor pool. Walking distance to the Falls, most attractions and restaurants. A bit older but clean and well maintained. Carpets in the halls need cleaning or replacing.

The sheer curtian in the room was completely tattered amd torn, looked like it had been sewn a couple of times but not really the type of material ypu can sew. They shoul've just trown it out instead of leaving it hing up. The walpaper was peeling off, and the flooring was no longer sealed.

Arrived about 11:30 pm. Kids fell asleep right away. When we finally got in bed, we realized the sheets/bed had a STRONG smell of pee/urine. Not sure if the sheets were not changed or if someone had urinated in the bed and the mattress did not have a sufficient mattress protector. Tried to sleep on top of the comforter since our kids were already asleep and it was way too late to change rooms. Still woke up smelling of pee and had to shower immediately. Absolutely gross. Let front desk know of the issue in the morning and they nonchalantly let us know they would make housekeeping aware. They did NOT apologize at all for the issue.

The room was outdated, windows open with handle broken and the pillows gave us terrible neck aches. It’s okay enough if you just want to crash somewhere but personally I would not go back.

The room was very dated: tv was tiny and looking out our 2nd floor room we looked at a dead bird and the HVAC equipment right. New towels were delivered by someone in regular clothes without any id badge etc. With designer rooms advertised- was expecting a bit more updated.

When I reported this during checkout, the man at the front desk insisted there is no humidity in Niagara Falls to cause mold!?!? A bathroom with a hot shower gets steamy! A mold magnet! Duh! The location of the hotel was perfect.

It's obvious that it is a older hotel that needs some upgrades, like screens on the windows. We stayed 1 night and the room was fine for our stay and clean. Bonus is that you are just steps away from the falls and the main drag for novelties.

Balcony was of the parking lot and casino building. Not much that hotel could do about it. The balcony however was a good size and a good place to sit and enjoy the outside.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was close to the casino and falls. The stay was comfortable. Also the price was more than fair. I would stay there again.

We stayed here for the location, free breakfast and free parking. I was not notified about a hotel fee when I booked through Expedia, but I was charged a hotel fee per room. The only issue that I had with this property is that it is not convenient to get to the second story outside of the lobby. You have to carry luggage up the stairs.

The bed was fairly comfortable. We arrived to no towels. Apparently laundry was late, but we did eventually get some. The guys behind the desk were interesting. Not overly welcoming when I arrived to check in. Nicer when I checked out the next day. Vending machine was broken so no late night snack. Breakfast was disappointing. Arrived at 8:45 and there was no fruit. Runny scrambled eggs and cold sausages. The location was great. Ok if you just need a place to lay your head. Don’t expect the room to look like the pictures.

Simple, no-frills, old-fashioned functionality. No unnecessary & expensive fluff. The perfect place to stay. Nice continental breakfast.

It’s an older hotel. But room was clean and renovated. Close to restaurants and walkable downhill to falls.

Lovely location

Very close to Niagara Falls and just a walk down the block to the falls. Very large area for breakfast with good options. The pool area was very warm and with a lot of chlorine smell. Very reasonbly priced. Would stay again.

It was near the falls. Your could hear the roar of water with some rooms having a view. It was in a great walkable area to the falls, restaurants, and shops.

So much dust and not overly clean. Check the dust in the heat vents in the bathroom.

Our only issue was waiting 2+ hours for our room to be ready after we arrived at 15:30. I understand that staff can be super busy and rooms may not be ready when we arrive, however, we were offered no discount or coupons for the delay. In the literal, 1000's, of hotels I have stayed at around the world, whenever the room wasnt ready on time, i have always been given some token to offset the delay. Other than thya, this hotel is worth the value and is located in a great spot to visit all the attractions around the falls. And from our room, the fireworks display was awesome.

Our only complaint was about one of the reception staff. He was an older man with extremely white hair (he may have been albino) He was very rude to me when I asked for directions on a map as to our position there, suggesting in his "repartee" that I didn't know that water runds down hill. 83 years old and I didn't know that?? Also when I checked out he was engrossed in a phone call, grunted in reply to my "Good Morning" and never acknowledged my presence at all. I found his attitude extremely bad for someone on the reception desk. But he was my only complaint of our stay. The hotel's position is excellent, merely a short walk down the hill to The Falls. And the Bistro next door has excellent food. I would recommend a stay here if you can ignore the older receptionist. The young man who booked us in was charming.

The beds and bathrooms were not clean. There was a big insect in bathroom and hair stuck on shampoo bottle.

Only thing i can say is stop the big bags of communal yogurt, its extremely unsanitary. And the cleaning staff needs to clean the halls better and along the.edges in the room. A little variety would be nice on the breakfast. Other hotels offer a much better buffet in the morning include in the room price. Nice thing is they take a cash deposit of 250

The staff are very nice & helpful. I would have given this hotel 5 stars. But, we had an exceptional room the first night. On 7th floor with view of the falls. We had to move the second night & that room was inferior. No shade on one of the bulbs. You had to bodybslam the door to get it open & that room was dated. But all in all clean.

We liked that this was a quick walk to the falls. The fireworks over the falls were great! Our room felt a little cramped, but for the price in that area it was a good stay.

Room looked that it didn't change since the '60s, there is a chandelier that my grandmother would think is old, the tv has not been changed since the '90s, wire very messy exposed wires, oh! This is not a hotel it is an old motel. The big sign outside stating "resently renovated" take it down. The breakfast , nothing special, I do commend the poor lady working there, don't know her name but koodos. I guess you get what you pay for. Staff at front desk gets upset if asked a question about charges and become rude. Who ever wants to stay in this place, RUN AWAY!

Parking and breakfast included…excellent. Building is a little dated. But they more than make up with it, with excellent service, friendliness, and professionalism.

This place has the rare feature of free parking very close to The Falls. But, there is not enough on-site, requiring later arrivers to use a large lot close to the hotel. Not a long walk, but inconvenient. The "continental" breakfast usually has only apples as fresh fruit, but it has scrambled eggs and sausages. The yogurt is in big squirt bags. There is no honey. Also no unsalted butter. Cleaning is adequate, but don't look too closely in the corners. Beds comfortable, and that matters. Will return.

Clean room. Good for our one night stay. Close and walkable to the falls. Restaurants nearby. Easy parking. Didn’t try pool or hot tub but looked nice. Hotel is worn / aged but I figured that. Breakfast at 8 so we didn’t get it having to leave earlier. Seems late start compared to usual hotels and when traveling or working.

Will definitely stay again

One of our family vehicle was an EV and they have some EV charging spots!! And they even provided the adapter to fit the not so popular brand. Awesome. One enhancement that could be made was that they could add security cameras around the parking areas to monitor any suspicious activities.

This was in a super location. None of the big chain hotels were in a better location. In fact, they were a whole steet over. We were so excited when we realized all we had to do was walk out the door and down the hill to be at the falls. Less than five minutes.

The room and location was great .. the only thing was due the trees and foliage my room with a view of the falls was a view of the trees..

Dirty mop used to clean the floors. We arrived 45 mins after the check in time and still had to wait 30 mins for our rooms to be cleaned. How do you clean 2 rooms in under 30 mins. Makes you wonder.

It was a nice well kept hotel within walking distance of all the attractions we were interested in.

We have stayed here several times. Rooms are clean, parking is free, continental breakfast is excellent. Only complaint is the AC unit is noisy.

very good value for the area. only a few blocks to the horseshoe falls. we didn't get a chance to use the pool as we had a hot tub in the room. breakfast was good, a standard continental breakfast + scrambled eggs and sausage links. view of fireworks was ok... we were on 6th floor and on the falls side and couldn't see the falls due to tree line at the bottom of the hill... well worth the money. i would stay here again.

We had a partial view of the US falls. The room was quiet and clean. It was close to the parkway so it was a nice walk down to the falls. The breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely and helpful. The only slight issue I had was that the tub drain was very slow to the point where it took an hour to drain. I told the staff and they said it would be dealt with. I would stay here again. I should mention that parking is free for guests and breakfast is included.

I had a horrible stay at this hotel. Hotel was not fully clean, there was a disgusting smell coming out of the bathroom sink. Next door neighbours were too loud and were not mindful of others neighbours. We were trying to sleep and they were out coming in and out of their room talking loudly and laughing. The staff in the morning were mean and were not helpful at all. The breakfast did not taste good and the food was old. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Inside room, floor was filthy needed mopped. Too many fees being charged to my charge card. After check out, was charged for fees without notice. Breakfast was bare minimum and quality of food was very poor. Got sick after eating the eggs and sausage. Rooms need upgraded, especially tv’s. Lousy tv channels. Service at check-in counter were rude and customer unfriendly. Not enough parking spaces.

Great location, Low price, Clean and quiet, but need serious renovation. Not enough parking space. 3 Free charging stations for electric vehicle, but very tight for parking… Breakfast OK but more fruits should be available. The office person on night shift was not friendly…..

Check in was a nightmare. They had two check in clerk on hand .Both had to use a magnifying glass to check the I.D. and computer screen. Had to wait over half hour , for them to tell Me My room was not ready. On check out, the clerk that was on was no more interest in Me telling Him that the shower drain was backing up, well taking a shower.

A good stay! Value for money. Would totally recommend to friends. Hotel is located in a good location. However to note it may not be too elderly friendly as there is a slope to walk up to the hotel. Otherwise it is very convenient to sightsee the Niagara falls.

Air conditioning is via an unit thru the wall or window, it's noisy and full of dust and diets. Towels are hard and harder, not sure if it's a trend in Canada (hope it won't catch on to the rest of the world), duvet is served neat, no cover just the duvet on top of a sheet (so you are sleeping sandwich between 2 white sheets.

Don’t really like to give bad reviews but unfortunately some reviews that I read was wondering now what standards were other’s reviews. Check in was ok. Parking is adequate but tight. As for our room we thought we selected a room with a view but instead on the 5 floor all we could see was the casino across from the hotel. Not sure who does the repairs or updates to the rooms. The A/C look like it was recently replaced but workmanship lacking could see daylight from the opening under the unit. Electrical cords from the bedside lamps were connected to extension cords than drap over the A/C unit which than connected to a floor lamp. The bathroom looks like it was recently updated but there was a piece of cabinet trim missing. Good thing we were tired, because our television received one station and the volume and channel selector was not functioning.

Great location for enjoying Niagara Falls and surrounding attractions. Comfortable accommodations and adjoining rooms was a plus. Had EV charging which was a plus too! We enjoyed the breakfast and liked that it was available from 8am - 11am.

I wish room was facing the falls (it's facing parking/rooms on opposite side). There's ome weitd 15$ fee, not clear what it includes (tgere's separatr 'resort fee' that just gives free wifi). However location is good and there is free parking.

I have been booking this property for the last few years at this time . Always after the Labour Day holiday and I find as each year passes the property is getting old and outdated. Carpet in hallway very old and dirty looking.Pool area needs TLC. Where we eat breakfast seems a little crowded this year and the waffle maker was broken and has been for quite some time. I did notice that the railing and outside was getting painted, which is good. The inside just needs TLC as well. I still enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is in such a great area and very walkable to many attractions such as the Skylon tower, the falls, Victoria park and the casino. We’d definitely stay there again!!
