Reviews
The hotel received mixed reviews with guests appreciating the location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds, but expressing concerns about the lack of hot water, dirty coffee makers, and long wait times for elevators due to many refugee claimants staying there. Some guests also felt unsafe due to people hanging around outside the hotel.

Needed to use the printer, the machine is too old and required a USB. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch. The young lady at the reception desk would do better in a role that did not interact with people, My next stay in Niagara will be somewhere else
- 3/5
Room was cold and the heater didnt work well, never really heated up.
- 3/5
Good
- 1/5
The room smell is very bad and one of the receptionist is talking disrespectful. I made a complain about the room once I received the room and she replied that you we can cancel your reservation and take your money. Really I m disappointed from what was happened.
- 2/5
Jetted tub poor heating, shower luke warm at best, could hear everything, people walking in hallway, window in room poorly sealed, ice build up seen on interior window ledge, multiple days. When reported to staff no answer or questions were asked until we showed picture of window, We were asked if we reported it. Water first day thought it may have been from everyone checking in and having showers, busy due to New Years, thought this was the reason, second night water temp still poor after 9 pm Paid extra for room with Jetted Tub that was unusable.
- 4/5
Great value for one night stay and spacious room.
- 5/5
Clean room and staff also. Front desk girl was very nice when we were checking in.
- 5/5
Its good
- 3/5
The best part was the view of the fireworks was nice. The room had a lot of room for the 6 of us and the beds were comfortable. Other than that the room looked like it was given minimal effort to clean. Floors were dirty and the room smelled like old carpet when you walked in. It’s $25 plus tax per day to park plus some $25 DMC fee. So for 2 night it was $96 on top of what I paid for the room. Pool was fine. It was a short walk to Clifton Hill.
- 4/5
Just great
- 5/5
Seamless check-in with friendly staff. Clean, quiet comfortable room at a fair price. Great amenities; close to attractions and restaurants. Lots of parking. We’ll be back!
- 2/5
Never sleep on the basement. Picture showing building a but actually stay in building b. Old and small.
- 1/5
I was charged 127 cad. They again charged 90 cad when i checked in. This was terrible.
- 3/5
No breakfast offered. Ihops was very expensive despite coupons
- 1/5
Horrible horrible horrible. They charged me twice for the deposit. And they charge $40 parking. I was supposed to only play $40 but was debited $280. I tried showing them but they refused to refund me back the duplicate charge
- 5/5
Easy check-in and central position
- 1/5
Hot water and shower conditions are extremely bad. Also, parking was charged extra and were told mandatory to purchase for overnight and were asked to parked the car for one hour extra in morning, they said need to pay 25$ extra. Staff is not supportive in main building of Wyndham.
- 2/5
The room was comfortable. We wanted to relax in the hot tub after a swim. Pool was filthy and loud. Hot tub was not much cleaner.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was friendly, walking distance to attractions.
- 5/5
Spacious and clean room. Traveled with a wheelchair bound family member - just a little tight in maneuvering the wheelchair into the bedroom because of the 90 degree turn.
- 5/5
The room is clean and staffs are courteous
- 5/5
This is a great hotel. The price was good. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara
- 5/5
staff very friendly
- 5/5
Awesome!!
- 1/5
Considering she doesn’t have any fault for that I didn’t bother her because I didn’t want to create any trouble that late at night. But we spent the night there in fear and no peace of mind. We didn’t even use comforters. In morning when I brought it to the attention of supervisor and executive at front desk, all they had to say is that ‘oh sorry these aren’t standards,it’s usuallly better’. When I asked them to provide me any contact for corporate level so that I can escalate this to next level, they refused to provide me any information. I mean this horrible after they charged some hidden charges during the time of check in ( about which I didn’t bother). This is so unacceptable. I can even share pictures of bugs taken in my phone with time.

Clean , spacious, updated , friendly staff
- 5/5
We stayed for Christmas Eve till Christmas Day and we loved it!! From the room to the service everything was excellent! Hubby kids and i were impressed with the spacious suite- like room we had. My kids were thrilled to have their own tv to watch! It was so quiet at night and in the morning and we slept so beautifully! The falls is only less than 15 minute walk and downtown a little less! The price was excellent and if we can get a similar rate next time for sure we would come back again! Thank you hotel management and staff! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
- 2/5
The room was okay except the heater didn't seem to be working very well, the beds were hard, the hot tub was not hot at all and the pool was freezing. When I stayed here in September, none of this was an issue. A little disappointed because I paid more this time around. The only plus this time was the staff were nice and very quick to respond to my requests and the proximity to OLG Stage is nice. Wish it was a better stay this time.
- 1/5
Unclean room
- 1/5
Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel, found blood all over the sheets, bed was broken, room was falling apart, staff was so rude, I canceled my room 30 min after check in because there was no way I could stay there.

Excellent service. Great feeling with Expedia
- 1/5
Yes, and there was no heat in the room. They had to replace the entire air/heating unit while we were there. Took over 1/1/2 hours to do, never offering to give us a different room. We were tired and this was frustrating. Did not realize we had to pay for parking as well and front desk did not offer us anything for this in convienence and we had to ask. They reimbursed us for parking only. Would not stay there again and feel we should have been compensated more than what was.

The carpet was stained, and it seemed dirty there was stuff all over the floors and walls -very unappealing. The staff was nice and location was great though
- 5/5
Staff was great.

Tower B is not explained on the booking properly. Would of like to know it was separated and the access to the pool requires to walk through the parking lot.
- 3/5
IT OK.
- 5/5
Large rooms!
- 1/5
We were in the basement. We woke up a bit late so we went to have a quick shower before we left. Our shower didn’t work. We had friends in the room across the hall and we went to use theirs which also didn’t work. Because we woke up late and had to leave we didn’t have time to deal with it then. When I contacted the hotel literally the day of they said there was nothing they would do about it as we should’ve said something then. I said it was 10;45 in the morning as we were dealing with this and checkout is at 11. They basically said oh well and ended the chat
- 5/5
The room was very clean and spacious! We rarely had to ask for room service, because everything we needed was already provided to us. The heating was also great considering how close we were to the falls!
- 4/5
The hotel itself is fine. Clean. Staff are nice. The area around it is meh. Close t the casino so thats fine but the other way is a little run down.
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the OLG Theatre.
- 1/5
Very bad Saff service and disappointing
- 5/5
It was good
- 2/5
The photos of the hotel are the new hotel. The old hotel is not as nice. Was a little disappointed when we arrived.
- 3/5
The room was in good condition just the toilet paper holders were all rusted and the shower door wouldn’t close fully which caused water to come out on the floor when showering I had to spread a towel. Upon check in I was informed that all four rooms that i booked 3 were in tower B and 1 was in Tower A I called a head of time to ask if there’s two separate buildings and they told me no not anymore that it’s all on building so everyone will be together on the same floor when i was checking in the lady was rude and was like well you didn’t call the hotel you called expedia number for the hotel that it’s a third party which is dumb because i called the number that was on google for the hotel not the number from expedia. Overall it was alright just the customer service they have too much attitude for no reason.
- 4/5
Good overall
- 5/5
The staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean. Great price and location.
- 4/5
Hot tub should be hotter. It was like a warm bath. Room felt like a furnace when we arrived but cooled quickly. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean. Would stay here again
- 5/5

- 3/5
This property is great if you want a bare bones hotel. It's looking very tired and needs some upgrading. Room 420 was our room. The bathroom needs work; the pipes from the toilet were all rusty, the carpets need cleaning or replacing? However the location is perfect and for the price great value. We went to a show at Fallsview and it is only a five minute walk from there.
- 3/5
Hot water not very good if any. Staff at counter could be more welcoming
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is amazing
- 3/5
The room was fine, bed to sleep in, tv to watch. Great. The BS part was the fact that you charge $25 per night to park my vehicle on a lot that I already payed $200 per night for the room. Kind of criminal.
- 2/5
They nickel and dime you to death with extra fees on top of the over priced tiny room already. 25$ a night for parking. What a joke. Then all the “extra” fees on top. The room was tiny. The hvac controls are worn off so you can guess on what to do. We only stayed here to be close to the olg for the show but we wish we would have just walked farther or taken an Uber. We will not stay here again.
- 1/5
Everything.
- 4/5
Room was clean staff was great, pillows were not good ,and parking should be included in price
- 4/5

- 5/5
Great value, clean room.
- 5/5
Very good hotel. Courteous staff, tolerant too! We were there for a U12 hockey tourney and staff was very accommodating and even let the boys have lots of fun in the halls (most of the time!). Staff ensured night time was quiet. Rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
It was fine, clean
- 5/5
Room was very clean and front staff excellent! Great location!!
- 3/5
It's confusing when we booked this room and another, as there was another building, Tower B where my husband and I stayed. The front desk area could be bigger because there was a huge influx of tourists when we got there and the line reached the entrance, no one can get in. The rooms could use an update. The best thing about it is the location, there's also no free breakfast.
- 4/5
Hotel itself was clean we had the suite with 2 beds and a living room witb couch/pullout and kitchenette. Clean and comforable so aspects are worn but given the area and high guest stay rate it wasnt bad for the price.Would stay again.Close to both falls and other attractions .
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
My partner and I had a great stay at the hotel...we had stayed there a couple times before so knew what to expect: the pleasant check in staff, clean room, comfortable beds, convenient location to the OLG Stage and Tim Hortons. And the fact that I was sent an email after my check in wondering how it went and if there was anything the hotel could do to make my stay enjoyable proves that it cares and wants the best for its guests. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the Falls !:)
- 2/5
The carpet in the room was torn and crumpled throughout the room. Couple of times almost tripped. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The toiletries are still single use throw away. The bed and pillows were not comfortable the parking charges of $25 totally unfair. The same parking lot for outsiders was $10 a day. Found out about it the last day.
- 4/5
Everything was very clean and we were very happy with our room.
- 5/5
Very good service
- 4/5
The rooms are not sound proof
- 4/5
Comfortable bed, clean linens, room is big, washroom is clean
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
The tub took a long time to fill. The toilet and shower area is very small. The view was good and the hotel is close to areas of interest.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and location is good. Walkable distance to both falla and entertainment area.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing.
- 4/5
I did not like that I needed to pay $25 for parking when all the parking lots were only $10 is same area. It would have been nice if they told us that.
- 1/5
The property was under construction. Parking was a nightmare. Dining was terrible and no breakfast. The pictures are false advertisement and I am incredibly unhappy. One of the queen beds was tilted as the frame was broke and there was a large hole in the wall. Horrible experience and disgusting hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and there was no mention that I would have to pay $60 when I checked in for parking and whatever else they charged me for. Very disappointing experience
- 5/5
The check in was efficient and staff around the property were friendly.
- 4/5
Did not use the gym or hot tub, but the room itself was clean and spacious. Staff were all super nice and professional, with the exception of the front desk worker who checked me in. They charge a very expensive fee for parking ($25 CAD + tax per day). You can find a separate paid lot right next door for just ($10 CAD + tax).
- 1/5
Front desk staff very bad manner
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The room was in a basement and smelled so bad we had to go buy Febreeze
- 4/5
Our only complains were that the elevator in Building B is SO slow and half of the numbers inside are missing and don’t light up. Multiple people got off on the wrong floor and went to open their doors only to find out they were on the wrong floor. It kind of became a joke because it happened so much.

- 5/5
Very convenient.

Overall a good property for families.
- 5/5
The receptionist gave us the best room in the hotel. Room 807. The breakfast at the Ihops inside the hotel is too overpriced so better options outside.
- 3/5
Good location. $25 parking per day was a surprise. That could have been disclosed.

Clean, safe, quiet, walkable, easy parking
- 5/5
Not impressed with IHOP that’s attached, eggs were cold
- 3/5
The appearance of the hotel looked tacky. Elevators need to be refurbished
- 4/5
It was all okay. Nothing spectacular. You get what you pay for...good vaule for the money.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
It was over all a good stay the rooms were clean. The rug looked older making the room not look that nice but cleanliness was good
- 5/5
It was perfect, 5he only thing I did not like to much is that they charge for parking
- 3/5
Room smells. Changed to a different room and the air conditioning is so load that we need to unplug it. This is more of a Inn instead of hotel
- 3/5
The elevator was a nightmare trying to get downstairs, no idea why they call it Tower B when only 5 floors. Swimming pool smelt dirty.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. The staff was constantly cleaning. Great workers and awesome location...

Check in was a breeze. We got to the hotel by 4:30 but the first room that was given to us was not clean. Was disappointed since it was a long day for me coming from work. However, the staff at the frontdesk upgraded our room for the inconvinience that we had experience.
- 4/5
Thia hotel was perfect for Our 2 night stay..Large Room, Clean with everything We needed. Very Comfortable
- 1/5
Old, rotten carpets! Smelly rooms! We actually had to change our room as the room given to us smelled like dead rats; hence, we asked for another room! The restaurant is not vegetarian-friendly, and the old lifts have broken buttons and gadgets! The pools were old, and the jacuzzi barely worked! They had slippery tiles, which made the floor very slippery. My 4-year-old child slipped on it and injured her lips, which ruined everything and our holidays! Please stay away from this hotel! It is worse than a hostel!
- 4/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Great location, a block from Fallsview. Word of warning though, as we were checking out a police car was in the hotel parking lot investigating the theft of a guest's brand new Land Cruiser. The location is great as I said but there are shady characters all over the Falls.
- 4/5
The property was clean enough and everything in the room was in working condition. However, it would have been nice if guests could have access Netflix. Also, please don’t leave the garbage bags for guest to put in the bins.
- 5/5
We required a place to sleep for one night so we could attend a 50 wedding anniversary of our friends.
- 5/5
Walking distance
- 2/5
We found our door to balcony unlocked and would not lock. Reported the next morning. I was told someone would be up in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I called and the person at the desk said she forgot to tell maintenance. Minutes later maintenance came. He said lock had to be replaced and there was no emergency bar. We could not wait for this repair. It was already an inconvenience. No follow up from front desk. Should have been given a new room or discount. Felt unsafe.
- 5/5
Room was very clean
- 5/5
Perfect view. Staff is incredible. This is the ONLY hotel our family stays at. It’s part of what makes our trip amazing!!!
- 5/5
Good value for your money clean rooms
- 5/5
Pull out sofa needs update
- 3/5
Didn’t like our upstairs neighbours but that is not the hotels fault.
- 3/5
Property a little dated on the outside but rooms nicely updated. Very convenient location 10m walk to the falls, surrounded by restaurants. Our city facing view got treated to a nice fireworks show at night.
- 2/5
The location of the hotel was good, there was a Wego bus stop right outside so easy transportation. Staff here were friendly, but not very empathetic when they were charging me incorrectly at check out. We had the option of asking for an early check in, which we selected for $40. At check out, I received an email of the folio listing the costs to be charged. The cost- $173.31! They were charging me early arrival $40 for each day we stayed (3days)! When I brought this to their attention the lady told me she would fix it, it was because I selected it online that’s why it charges everyday. They are obviously aware of the problem so why hasn’t it been fixed! If you stay here check your costs! Now the room was gross. Yes the bed was comfortable but do not lift the sheet up to view the mattress! They didn’t even have a proper fitted sheet on the bed. Under that sheet there was a large red stain on the mattress along with numerous small ones…the other bed had a very large yellow stain at the head, along with many small stains! Was very hard to sleep on the bed after this! The rug…could not walk on it without socks or shoes on. It needs a major deep clean! It felt so gross on the feet. You could see how dirty it was with stains all over. The bathroom was good aside from the black mold present in the sink. The rugs in the hall are coming up, big tripping hazard! The IHOP had fruit fly's all over well we tried to eat, the food was good though… Really disgusted for the cost!
- 5/5
The bed was comfortable, the tub was spacious and clean. Fridge and Microwave was clean.
- 4/5
Nice view, walking distance was great, parking was expensive. $22 a night was steep when it was $10 right across the street
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
The hot tube was great after walking neatly 7 miles touring
- 5/5
Room was really big-great view
- 1/5
Rundown facility. Extremely overpriced.
- 4/5
Balcony for fresh air. Nicely renovated bathroom and super comfortable beds. Room smelled a little musty but was clean. AC worked great! Also - ordered a room with three queen beds. Loved this rare option and excellent value for a Saturday night in Niagara Falls. Lots of parking and close to the casino. Really good stay!
- 4/5
It was convenient and close to most attractions and casino.
- 5/5
Check in was seamless. Parking was expensive, the extra charge caught me off guard but it’s like this at most places in Niagara. Room was clean, staff friendly, close to Fallsview Casino.
- 3/5
Although clean it was very old carpets can use an update.
- 4/5
Perfect location for a show at OLG stage, was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Also a nice walk to the falls. I was given a room on the ground floor facing the street so it was a little noisy during the night. The bathroom is tiny and the pillows are super thick, not great for a side sleeper. But the location was very convient. I paid $300 for one night
- 3/5
Charged up $25 a night plus tax for parking. The guy across the road said $10. When I brought it up to then they said I was incorrect and it would be $30 a night across the road. I went back over to clarify and he said $10. So the staff lied to me and refused to refund the difference. All but call me a liar. Lots of other hotels where you wont be disrespected.
- 5/5
It’s my first time going to hotel where you have to pay for parking
- 4/5
charge to much for the parking it supposed to be included to the hotel price when booking to this hotel.
- 4/5
Tower B with balcony offers great view, especially during fireworks. Rooms tend to be more spacious and updated than the main building.
- 4/5
Very centralized spot
- 5/5
Great location! Easily walkable to the Falls and Clifton Hill. Our room faced the Skylon Tower and we could see the nightly fireworks from our window. Super friendly staff!
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, smaller hotel. You get what you pay for. Very outdated the carpet in the room and furniture was stained and probably needs replacing but other than that good enough. Staff was at registration desk was friendly. Really close to casino and restaurants
- 4/5
Room was clean and hotel is nice
- 4/5
Storage bins around property
- 1/5
Horrible overall
- 5/5
Very nice place. We were in the main building with the pool. Not tower B
- 4/5
Really great ambience and the team at reception was very helpful - it was an amazing experience - I look forward to booking again with the hotel
- 3/5
I was in the basement, it was stuffy and smelled moldy.
- 5/5
The room, the service, and the staff was excellent. No issues there.
- 4/5
It is in a good location. Felt safe and coffee shop right across road.
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
Don’t stay here. They may move your hotel and not ever contact you. Place you in a more expensive hotel with a downgraded room.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
No restaurant on the property
- 1/5
Our reservation was cancelled but the company doesn't seem to realize that they cancelled our reservation and we did not stay there. Cannot confirm refund.
- 5/5
The staff was very pleasant
- 3/5
After making my reservation with the Wyndham gardens in Niagara Falls, I was moved to a different hotel not once but twice! And then after being moved I was sent a link for an early check in by Wyndham gardens. I wasn’t offered any compensation for being moved which would have been appreciated.
- 4/5
We were moved to DoubleTree! all ratings is for that hotel.
- 4/5
No free coffee in the lobby in the morning.
- 4/5
I originally booked at the Wyndham Hotel, but was smoothly upgraded to their sister hotel the Hilton- Double Tree because they were helping with fire relief. Overall would love to deal with either hotel, as they both were doing amazing jobs at handling everyone.
- 5/5
Very good experience
- 1/5
Good hotel.. but were moved from Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview to DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa by Hilton .. we booked a room with 2 queen beds and sofa come bed for 5 adults and 1 child at wyndham garden but at double tree we were given 1 room with 2 beds no sofa come bed. So 2 people had to sleep on the floor with some sheets..
- 5/5
This was a upper class at a great price hotel.
- 5/5
Excellent value. We’ve stayed here many times
- 4/5
Our stay was great
- 3/5
.
- 3/5
Not the nicest area
- 4/5
Kids play with the elevator at mid- night and the employee not saying anything. People on the front desk it’s not friendly. Parking to expensive.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Wyndham was very nice we were treated with respect and received nothing but great service the whole time during our 3 days the cleaning crew were especially professional and went above and beyond.
- 4/5
Great Price Close Enough, its weird because you are the only building in a large empty spaces, feels very exposed
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
We had a nice stay.
- 3/5
Security is not properly imposef
- 4/5
Location
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Walking distance to Fallsview Casino. Room Very clean. Bathroom fixtures all new.
- 4/5
Disliked - building was old, elevators operated poorly, charged too much for parking, other guests were very noisy especially after 10pm.
- 2/5
I don't get how they call this a 3 star hotel lol
- 1/5
Missing furniture in our room moved us to another room so small night stand was sideways and had queen size sheets and blankets on a king bed.
- 5/5
Very comfortable beds and the staff were pleasant and ready to help with recomendation or anything else you need. The rooms aren't soundproof, but I brought earplugs and was not disturbed by the traffic sounds or other guests despite being directly beside the elevator. It felt very safe as well; I was very happy with my time here.
- 5/5
Nice and clean, comfortable bed. Lots to do in the area.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Location is very good, also good service
- 2/5
CONS: The parking costs $25.00 a night (Canadian Dollars); however parking is offered to other visitors to the Falls, not staying at the Hotel, for $10.00. How does that make sense? There are only two elevators and a small lobby: these become mobbed with people during check out/ check in (I often used the stairs behind the reception). The hallways were noisy and the air conditioning unit sounded like a locomotive. If visiting the Falls again, I would stay at a nicer place outside the City of Niagara Falls, and take advantage of the relatively cheap $10.00 parking!

I find $25 for parking pretty expensive considering adjacent lots are $10 or $15. I didn't see any security which might justify the cost.

A bit dated Enough room to have 6 people eat and lounge together

when i pulled back the covers on the bed to inspect if it was clean, there was only a sheet covering the top part of the bed. The bottom part did not have a sheet on it. When I called it have it redone, they just gave me a sheet and said that is how they do it

Tower b is currently being used to house migrants. They have placed security gaurds on the floors to supposedly supervise groups of dance and hockey team none of which we saw . It smelled moldy and horrible was dirty and locks/doors show signs they've been beat open. Staff was rude and said they couldnt move us to the main hotel they would cancel our reservation instead. Tower b is literally not ajoined to the real hotel its an old motel across a parking lot from the main wyndam garden inn.

The service was okay and Room was fine. But didn’t feel special about the Hotel, it’s an average facility. If you get a really good deal for price, it might be a good option

Loved the presidential suite. Parking at the hotel isa little pricey compared to the surrounding parking lots.

Great location between Clifton hill and fallsview hotels, shopping, and restaurants. Had a great view of the tower and able to watch the fireworks from my room. Room was a great size and the tub was perfect after a long day walking around the sites. Price was respectable for a holiday weekend

When we checked in the lady was very nice. The room was very disappointing. The carpet was old and dirty. Had holes all over it. It was all curled up in several area's. The furniture was old and very dirty and unusable. The sink didn't drain properly and counter was dirty and not clean. The bed was so old and uncomfortable. The headboard was dirty and had hand prints and sticky stuff on it. Toilet paper holder was rusty and dirty. The jacuzzi tub we had to clean before using. The desk chair was broken and very dirty. The Hot tub in the hotel had a pile of sand in it. It was very disappointing. Checking the lady took out key cards and walked away, My wife asked about the deposit being retured, and she replied, "you'll get it back" and walked away. Didn't ask how are stay was. So we left. I wouldn't recommend staying there. I wish I could have posted more picture

The parking is not included and costs $28 per night, i.e. a third of the price for the room. There are much cheaper options, such as a $15 parking across the street or other hotels with free parking. The rooms are what you'd expect for a hotel in this price range.

Tower B conditions indoors was very muggy, the surroundings around were not appealing

Not bad, not great. The cleanliness was pretty poor. Had to clean the bathroom myself before use, and it hadn’t been dusted or properly wiped down. Wasn’t comfortable taking my shoes off as the floor was pretty gross.

Building B isn’t great. Yes, you may get a balcony but that’s the only good thing about it. Other balconies had tires, beds..like people live in this building or something. The front desk lady wasn’t any help at all. If anything stay in the main hotel as it looks in better shape.

Nice, basic hotel. It is walking distance to the falls but it is an uphill walk on the way back. If you have any kind of disabilities, I would recommend closer (FYI you can also buy a pass and the WEGO bus has a stop at this hotel that will take you to the falls). Great overall experience and at a good price point.
