    Nothing Feedback Regarding My Recent Stay Dear Ramada by Wyndham Management, I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. To begin with, our check-in time was 4:00 PM, but despite arriving after a long journey, we were asked to wait approximately an hour before receiving our room keys. This was frustrating, especially after traveling a considerable distance and expecting the room to be ready at the promised check-in time. Another concern was the parking fee. We were charged $35 for parking in addition to the room rate of approximately $90. The parking fee felt excessive and significantly increased the overall cost of our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the room itself was also disappointing. The carpet was wet throughout several areas of the room, to the point that our socks became damp while walking around. There was also an unpleasant odor in both the room and the bedding, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. In addition, the coffee maker did not have water available, the bathroom tissue holder was broken and repeatedly fell off, the room lighting was inadequate, and the air conditioning was not cooling effectively. Overall, the room appeared poorly maintained. We chose not to request a room change because our time was limited, and we did not want to spend our stay dealing with additional inconvenience. Instead, we tried to make the best of the situation and completed our stay as planned. When guests pay for a hotel stay, they do so expecting comfort, cleanliness, and a chance to relax. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, nor would I feel comfortable recommending it to friends or family.     Property is close to the falls and Clifton hill. It is a good affordable option and has iHop restaurant on the main floor which is convenient. Lightings in the room and bathroom were minimal. Especially bathroom lights were pathetic and we can barely see anything. Not even one complimentary water bottle was given.

    Very pleased with the cost for the hotel room. The hotel was overall clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice as well. The light in the bathroom wasn't very bright, so it was kind of dark getting ready, but nothing I was worried about. The air conditioning was a bit loud even when not actively running. Also, limited tv channels, but I'm not trying to complain considering the low cost of the room.

    the room was spacious but the furniture needs upgrading. tv sound and picture very poor, had to use my phone for entertainment. AC unit was noisy, had to call the technician to fix it, got done promptly. The bathroom lighting is inadequate, the toilet seat is too low and not big enough for adult. staff could have been more informative.

    Pool was cold and pool room was freezing, we couldn’t swim. TV didn’t work properly, was full of static. Light in room and bathroom very dim. The only mirror was in the bathroom, needed to use my iPhone as a mirror to put on makeup as the bathroom was occupied.

    The entire hotel has deteriorated since I stayed there last time. The carpets in the lobby and hallways are major tripping hazards as they are lifting and have major raised areas. There mush have been a flood or something. Also the bath in the room must have been poorly refinished as it had peeling paint on the bottom. The fitness and pool area are dated and the fitness are smelt bad. They charged me $35 for facilities that I was not comfortable using.

    Checked in early with very accommodating staff. Room choice was very poor as return guests. Next to the elevators,(noisy most of the evening) decor and carpet are in poor condition. Toilet flooded and hot water took more than 10 minutes to heat up for a shower. I guess we only paid for a basic room, as we had to request a refrigerator and pay $10 each night. No microwave. No idea how to work the television to be able to watch a movie. No access to menu selection to chose movies etc… not our best hotel experience 🙁

    The hotel is ideal for backpackers not for family or longer trips. The outdated facilities include a noisy bathroom fan that sounds like a helicopter. The bathroom is dark, and the heater/AC is dripping some water. The staff were good and very polite. The location is good, very close to everything.

    The hotel was perfect, great location, great hot tub in the room. However a few things., When I booked it says falls view? This is not true on any angle of the hotel. Beware of extra resort fees charged for each day you are there. Also parking is $25 a day it’s cheaper to go across the Road a bit! I was happy until I was charged a large amount extra when I checked out.

    This is my second time staying here. Check in is listed as 4 pm. Both times the rooms were not ready at 4pm. Despite it being a long weekend there were only 2 staff at check in. We were given a room with a pull out couch but there was no bedding or blankets for the pull out. There were no towels in the pool area and the bottom of the pool is so rough my son ended up with multiple cuts on his feet. The hotel offers you a coupon for IHOP, but IHOP puts absurd restrictions on using it and our take away food looked as if it at been tossed into a to go container, all eggs were broken and flipped around. Despite the issues, the price was good, the staff are very friendly and were quick to respond when issues were brought forward ie. bringing towels to pool area after request. If staying here I would recommended water shoes for the pool.

    This hotel had given me the most awful experience of my entire life. Upon a long travel day we checked in and went to our room (I tend to check beds for bed bugs as soon as entering the room which i proceeded to do) I pulled the blankets all down at once the mattress was okay, then when checking the blanket there was a yellow stain which I can only assume was urine and a tear in the blanket next to it. At this point we hadn’t ate so we went to the front desk to inform them of this and asked for it to be changed while we were gone, we got back around 11:45pm to enter the room only to find it was not changed at all! We contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel to which they switched our room. The room they switched us too was still VERY dirty now had bugs and plenty of black mold, we called back down and got our room switched again, this time our mattress had blood stains on it, there was bugs in the picture frames and again black mold. We went down to the front desk at that point as we wanted to leave, the front desk told us because it was after 12am at this point they could not refund us for that day but could for the following two and she also moved us to another room this one had no carpet, we agreed and went to the new room for the night, when we entered the room it was a bit cleaner still mold and some dirt but nothing too bad, but when checking the bed the mattress or box spring we are not sure what it was was upside down and tore apart, we did not sleep that night and

    The towels were ripped and had holes in them, which was shocking for a hotel. For the price I paid, it was a huge disappointment. It looked more like a shelter than a hotel — definitely not worth the cost. The maintenance seemed to be at zero. The hallway carpet was very dirty, and the entrance carpet was loose and stained. Spending one night there felt like a nightmare. The toilet’s water tank kept making noise as if it was leaking, and the pump ran constantly. As a maintenance technician, I’d suggest replacing the flapper in room 317. Honestly, I hate to say it, but this was the biggest disappointment of my life. I’ve traveled around Europe, Africa, and America, and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Whoever is reading this review, let me know if you need pictures.

    One of the worse hotels i've stayed at. The room was not very clean. Parking is not included. We were charged $25/night + tax...so came to approximately $29 per night just for parking.

    Comfortable hotel, and clean. But dated. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, but overall nice place to stay. But beware of hidden fees: my invoice charged me four times on HST. The IHOP is also ridiculously expensive. For two people it was around $60 and that also included the $15 discount. Luckily, there was a buffet restaurant just a block a way, which was more reasonably priced. The pool was very nice and clean.

    Pathetic hotel, rotten smell and they have pasted a policy that I order to save water and soap they will only change the hotel bedsheet and towels once in 3 days. Can someone imagine staying in a hotel paying CAD 180 for a night where they will not give you fresh towels and bedsheet to sleep on. Someone should take their licence to operate the hotel.

    Ihop service was horrendous. We waited over 30 minutes to have our order taken and another half hour before we got our food. It was not busy in there. They were extremely understaffed. The room smelled terrible air conditioner made a lot of noise kept us up all night. Lighting was horrible. Bathroom was very dark. We did not even bother using the pool. It smelled horrible and looked like it was in very bad condition. Charging $25 to park. There was unnecessary when the parking lot was completely empty.

    Room #314 Complaints many Arrived and was told there would be an almost $100 charge for parking in the hotel parking lot. Carpets in front of lobby elevators is severely wrinkled up causing a tripping hazard. 3rd floor carpets were also damaged. AC broke twice so room was hot when we returned from day trips. Bathroom smelled unless fan was running, sink had major cracks, tub had chips out of it, inadequate lighting. King size bed had too small of sheets so they kept coming off. No microwave or mini fridge (I do realize that I didn’t ask for these but most hotels have these as standard)

    The front desk was very unhelpful. I called prior to arrival to confirm that the pool was open and was told it was not,once on site I could see that the pool was indeed open and the staff insisted that no staff member would have advised it was closed. The supervisor implied I obviously called the wrong hotel, which was very insulting.

    Property is good value and walking distance to everything. IHOP attached is convenient, especially in the AM. If your an early riser, doesn’t open till 7:30 though…. Property is dated and shows, but otherwise adequate for staying when attending meetings.

    The staff was very nice but for $300 a night I expected the room to be cleaned. There was hair all over the bathroom, the shower curtain smelled really bad and overall the room was very run down. The hallways were filled with stains and just looked like it hadn’t been updated in years. Also we were in a room for 2 people and were only given 1 towel… that was it. No face towels, just 1 half sized towel for two people to share. bring your own toiletries… the only thing they give you is a tiny bar of soap (one left in our shower was used….) some body lotion and a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner. Anything else you need to pay for. The coupon they give you to IHop is very nice though considering it’s attached to the hotel. There are better hotels for a much better price in the area.

    We had issues with a drunk guest that kept trying to get into our room & the same guest yelling, screaming and hitting his wife in the room. Reported this to front desk because we had fears and they said there was nothing they could do and they don’t get involved in situations like that. We couldn’t be the response we received, please don’t stay at this motel.

    I had to check out early do to a family emergency when Expedia contacted the hotel they refused to provide a refund for the remainder of the 2 nights. I understand maybe not the one night but at least provide the other. I was disappointed in the way the situation was handled!! And was never told about the 25.99 plus taxes for parking per night! I was absolutely upset and would never recommend!

    The jacuzzi in our room didn’t work when we first got there and the maintenance had it fixed before we came back with our dinner! There were no extra towels in our room however I’m sure we could’ve asked for some, the pool was a bit cold but definitely usable. The only thing that took a long time was for our room to be cleaned and towels replaced (took most of the day to come). The bed we had was amazing, sooo comfy, I had the best sleep!! In all I would for sure recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

    Everything was pretty close to Niagara Falls, I just didn’t like they had a lot of undisclosed fees at the time of check-in. In the ad says the breakfast is included but it is not, they give you a $15 dollars off type of gift card for the ihop in the hotel.

    This Hotel is in dire need of an upgrade . The lights in the bathroom are useless you cant see anything , I could not shave because of it . I don't reccomend anyone staying here, they don't even have a coffee machine in the lobby for anyone to even purchase one. Last time that I stay at this Hotel.

    Overall, the room was clean. The shower takes awhile before the hot water comes up. Its an old hotel, so most of the accessories inside are dated or damaged. No mini fridge in the room, so you need to grab a bucket and get ice near the elevator. Also when you need to heat up food, you have to go down to the lobby, and use the only microwave in the building.
