The hotel has a great location, close to Niagara Falls and other attractions. However, the rooms are consistently described as small, outdated, and not clean, with poor maintenance and missing amenities. The staff are generally friendly, but there are issues with communication and responsiveness.

The service from all staff was outstanding. Front desk staff and managers were always so attentive and welcoming. Housekeeping staff were so great - room always looked great. Breakfast staff outstanding and food was great. The elevators took extra time, but it was due to the busy nature of the building.

The room titled deluxe king bed was a very small room with an awkward toilet that you'd hut your body against a corner to get in and out. The ac didn't work properly. No black out blinds, so it was bright at 530 am. And hot by 630 am.

Staff was friendly, the room was refurbished (but very small), breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant amazing Not good value for money - too expensive for what you get. We requested a fallsview room - well you could see falls from the small window, however the main view was the bridge and the parking lot.
