Man at desk when checking in was a total ass.

Nice water pressure, comfy beds. Easy free parking
- 4/5
This hotel was your typical budget hotel. The outside pool was good for our family after a long drive. They have a free breakfast in the morning.

Ok stay for one night. Corners of room were dirty, as was under and around furniture. Everything worked fine. Breakfast was standard instant eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, muffins. One of two rooms booked, did not have a refrigerator as advertised.
- 2/5
Thank goodness it was for only one night. Carpet was dirty and the bathroom smelled of mold
- 2/5
Area is unsafe. Smelled pot in the middle of night and early morning. Breakfast was minimal. Beds were terrible. Facilities were unkept and needing repair. Price was $80/night. Positive- police station is next door
- 5/5
highly recommended for families
- 4.5/5
We did not like the noisy neighbors waking us up before daylight. That is at no fault of the Inn though.
- 3/5
it was stains all on the couch. other than that the room was ok!!
- 1.5/5
Rooms were clean. Bed comfort was average. Hallways were very humid and hot.
- 2/5
I want to say the person who checked me in was very good. It was raining very hard, and the Internet TV was not working well. That isn't his fault, but when he told me that the TV in the front lobby was not losing signal, I was a little upset. About a half hour after the TV stopped working, I noticed a roach on the wall near the TV. I don't blame the person who checked me in for that, but I do question how clean the room was.
- 2/5
Pretty sure I got bed bug bites from this stay. This was my first hotel and I woke up with at least 6 bites on my body. Room was dusty, small holes in the sheets, AC and room smelt musty and moldy. Bed was comfort, parking was easy. Place has seen better days. Didn’t expect much for the price but do expect the room to be freshened up and cleaned with out bugs.
- 4/5
Location is downtown and not near a lot of things. Hotel could use some upgrades.
- 3/5
The place was okay but run down.
- 2/5
Greeting was great , went down hill from there, shower floor turned black immediately upon entry from the filthy carpeting in the room, room phone to call desk did not work, had to walk down to report tv not turning on , staff responded well. Breakfast was terrible , cold eggs , bad sausages, expired yogurt, empty 1 percent milk, The bed was comfortable!

After driving 10+ hours from Ohio, we wanted to stop and sleep somewhere as a family where they had a pool after being cooped in the car. As soon as we got there, the pool was blue and looked ready to enjoy, only to find out it wasn’t open. We got our money back and went next door where they had an indoor pool opened an hour later, a nice selection for breakfast and nicer room in general.

Nothing We checked in late in the evening after a long day of travel with our two children, and the experience quickly went downhill. The toilet in our room would not flush, and while looking around the room we discovered multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues. There were bugs on the walls and windowsill, stains and marks on the bedding, dirty surfaces, and worn furniture throughout the room. The entire room smelled musty and felt hot and humid. My husband had immediately went to the front desk to report the toilet issue, and while they did offer to move us to another room, by that point I had made more discoveries and we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property at all due to the condition of the room and the bugs. We were told the reservation was non-refundable, but we did not feel safe or comfortable remaining there with our kids. As we were leaving the property, there were two women who appeared to be soliciting in the parking lot and a man lingering near the back entrance who appeared to be connected with them. That was confirmation that we had made the right choice to pack up and leave immediately. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and I would not recommend this property to families.
- 3/5
It was very noisy; the room above us we could hear them walking around also there was an adjoining room that had a child screaming for hours. I thought the pool would be open but failed to notice it said June.

Was ok
- 3/5
It was a peaceful stay as the police is next door. However the cleanliness was lack luster at best crumbs in the sofa bed, carpets never been shampooed, walls & fixtures have never been wiped, not to mention staff visible but on phones often times never acknowledging customers. Should have cx stay upon 1st interaction but luckily it was peaceful & I carry my lysol arisol & cleaning spray. Never tried breakfast. Too dirty & bad customer service so, will never stay again.
- 5/5
This place was great very clean and very helpful staff
- 3/5
Interesting location—directly across from the police station. The beds were so uncomfortable and I couldn’t get the temp to cool down hardly at all. It was hot, even when I set it to 65.
- 3/5
The price and it was next to the police station The sheets was nasty he put was in one room the key didn’t work than we moved to another room he was not friendly curtains on the room looked to dirty It a old building the breakfast was nasty sausages wasn’t done boiled eggs wouldn’t open Apple juice was out pool look a mess
- 5/5
Seemed to be in a safe area. Police station right beside it. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean.
- 3/5
The only complaint I have is the condition of the carpet. I don't believe it is the fault of anyone cleaning the room as the room itself was clean and inviting. The carpet was absolutely in need of replacing. When I was finished showering and getting ready for bed I notice a sticky feeling as I walked across the floor. I was gonna put my shoes back on until I got in bed while doing this I noticed the bottom of my feet were BLACK!! I can't imagine what it was...probably don't wanna know. I had to take another shower and the dirty water coming off my feet was DISGUSTING!! My advice to owner of establishment is replace carpet in room 101 or put up signs in the room "Walk Across Floor Without Shoes At Your Own Risk"
- 3/5
No breakfast , I leave early when traveling and nothing was available not even coffee . It would be nice if muffins or easy grab an go stuff is left out for us early bird travelers. No restaurants near , had to drive quite a distance to a grocery store for something to eat . I don't eat fast food and that was even sparse.
- 5/5
Room was clean and felt safe staying there
- 4.5/5
Clean, comfortable, and convenient to I-40. Nobody at the front desk when we arrived. We had to wait quite a few minutes before anyone came to check us in. I tried calling the hotel’s phone number and heard it ring with no answer.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, room nice and clean. No issues at all. We will stay here again

Pet friendly
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and the room/facility was clean. My key to exterior outside door/room didn't work. Was an inconvenience since my hands were full and I had to walk around the entire building to enter and get my key programmed.
- 3.5/5
The breakfast was good & the bed was comfortable. The white curtains on the window were dirty & the rooms had carpet.
- 5/5
We like staying at comfort inn when we can it’s always a comfortable stay.
- 5/5
Yes everything was great
- 5/5
Great easy stop for concert-goers to Simmons Arena! Easy drive and departure without getting stuck in the after-concert traffic! Comfy beds, helpful staff and simple breakfast.
- 5/5
Good location fast service
- 3/5
Location Rooms didn’t seem like they were very clean. Seemed more to Be wiped down but not smelling clean. It might be the carpet.
- 4/5
Was clean and a good environment
- 4/5
It was within 2 miles of the arena . It's also pet friendly, which is why I originally booked but we lost our furbaby a little over a month ago so, that was not needed. No decent breakfast but that's par for the course at most hotels as cold cereal, muffins, and fruit are considered healthy, which is definitely not a healthy breakfast.
- 1.5/5
The floor was filthy and turned feet black. The beds are not comfortable
- 5/5
All was good.
- 4.5/5
They only gave us one towel.
- 4/5
Right off the highway of our roadtrip. Comfortable bed. The chairs in the breakfast area were stained and looked dirty.
- 4/5
Breakfast was well supplied. Good choices. Room was good.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
1st time we went on 1/21/26 we had no light on the desk area. I really needed one. Our visit yesterday 3/08/26 the TV didnt work, they thought since they got it on it worked but there were only 2 channels and they were not anything we'd wanted to watch, like the news. Besides that the place is clean, and closd to interstate and near hospital where we had to go.
- 3/5
Basically you get what you pay for. Everything was ok - just not great. We do love that it was pet friendly and only 25 for our dog.
- 4/5
Was in a seedy neighborhood. A bum approached me for money in parking lot twice
- 3/5
Room was fine for overnight stay
- 4/5
Staff was great
- 5/5
This is the best cost efficent place i have stayed at that was actually clean and very well maintained. All staff was amazing. The elevator is a little scary but id assume yall are getting it looked at since yall are doing such a great job. We will give this chain a chance. My first time staying with yall and its a winner winner chicken dinner.
- 1/5
The room was dirty. The bathtub was not clean. There was hair on the walls of the tub and dirt grime embedded in the tub walls. The floor had not been vacuumed. It was just dirty.
- 1/5
Nothing special Location
- 3/5
There was a musty smell in the room. The room setup and furniture was a little outdated and it looked like there had been some water leak repairs, unfinished on the bathroom ceiling. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but I would not choose this location again.
- 4/5
There was no one available to help with breakfast.
- 2/5
The reviews of this hotel are very deceiving. The location of the hotel is in less than desirable area, the free breakfast was awful, the room was just ok. 5/10 on cleanliness, could’ve been much better. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay again
- 3/5
It was ok the room was clean and comfy bed bathroom clean a big plus …:. The suite area not very clean couch was yucky and air did not work in that area!😩
- 5/5
The hotel location was perfect, there was plenty of business near the hotel, the room was very clean and neat, and the staff was very informative, professional, and friendly.
- 2/5
Toilet wobbled, lights by bed don’t work, faulty elevator, tub faucet handle came off, TV issues. Only plus was fairly comfortable bed.
- 2/5
Elevator was having some major issues. My room wasn’t cleaned i.e. gum on the wall by the headboard, mildew mold growing in the tub caulking it could use touchup paint and then there were no rags whatsoever which was the first for me.
- 3/5
This hotel needs a remodel & update…. I normally don’t complain, but the list is long & not worth going over….
- 3/5
The was so so and had some damages
- 4/5
Yes the room was spotless.
- 2/5
The bed was dirty like someone step on it from the comforter to the bed sheets and the elevator was not working properly despite the owner saying that it was supposed to be repaired. Still waiting on my refund
- 5/5
Nice, quite location right off the interstate.
- 3/5
The room was okay , the shower was horrible I didn’t feel comfortable taking showers
- 4/5
Beds are very comfortable. All the amenities that we needed were provided. The only issue we had was the elevator was acting up. The staff was responsive when it did act up, but hopefully they are working on a long-term solution.
- 4/5
Room was good
- 4/5
Yes it was clean
- 5/5
The place was great. Clean room the front desk was professional courteous and welcoming. I'd stay here any time. The guy George who works in the kitchen is possessed by real life demons that he tries to hide but he can't. Keep him away from the customers at all costs. Other than him it was great
- 2/5
The room was mediocre; definitely worse than the pictures make it seem. Upkeep does not seem to be a priority at this location. Holes in bathroom filled with tissues, plugs coming out and not usable, towel hanging clearly had makeup or a stain on it, etc. Dog fee says $25, was charged $30. Email on account wasn’t mine and the front desk men wouldn’t change it so my personal information was sent to someone else. I asked 3 times to change it and the last time he rolled his eyes and said “I can’t. You booked through Expedia.” Every hotel I go to asks for my email… I feel like I’m being scammed. Breakfast was as basic as it gets. My elderly mom was dismissed when asked for hot tea bags and hot water.
- 3/5
Dirty rooms
- 5/5
I didn't stay for breakfast I was up and out of there pretty early.
- 5/5
Most comfortable bed in a hotel. EVER!
- 2/5
The smell of different spices was present, the place looks like it needs an update, painting walls. The elevator seem like it was going to break. This was my usual stop stayed here prior twice before had always been kept up.
- 4/5
Clean bedroom, good breakfast. A/C on room 303 not working good. A/c panel damaged. Dining room chairs at breakfast place dirty.
- 2/5
Front desk wasn’t friendly. Room was neglected and falling apart and ac was so loud we had to turn it off and sleep in a hot room all night.
- 4/5
We were there just passing through for the night. Room was big and clean, everything was in order. The bed was nice overall, just a little firm for my taste. Breakfast was fine.
- 5/5
Complimentary breakfast for the kids—the location was perfect. It was a quick trip for us because my husband works out here. The room was nice and spacious. Will be booking again for sure.
- 3/5
I prepaid Hotels.com for this reservation. For some reason at checkin they charged my credit card twice for the $50 deposit (showing pending) and charged me again for the room!! I have been on the phone or checking with them every day since we checked in. They kept telling me the charge would be removed. Well it just went final - no longer pending. I know it’s the holidays but they need to fix this asap.
- 4/5
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
The room was clean and spacious. Had no problems with check in or check out. My husband got stuck in the elevator and we got the sense that this may of been a common occurrence at this location. A printed paper was placed in the elevator with a number to call if this happened. Front desk was able to resolve the issue without leaving the desk. Breakfast had a decent selection but no juice just milk or water.
- 3/5
Staff was nice! Breakfast was very mediocre. Felt like bathrooms in the room were not super clean.
- 4/5
We only stayed for a night as we were traveling through a few states. The staff was friendly and the room was accommodating.
- 5/5
Room and hotel spotless. The staff that checked us in was fantastic. The only complaint is the breakfast really needs improvement. Well worth the money.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and nice; the beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast was delicious. We were very satisfied with our stay.
- 4/5
The room is spotless. The whole hotel is spotless. The only complaint we have is the breakfast. It needs improvements along with the elevator. The elevator was malfunctioning on Friday night, 11/29, and then on 11/30 people got stuck on the elevator. Tried to call front offi
- 2/5
The walls are not sound proof as I could hear the Nieghbor behind us, slamming things in their room and coughing extremely loud like a nasty smoker hacking up. The coffee had a gross looking film on it down stairs where breakfast was, which turned me off from wanting anything else they offered. Will not stay here again.
- 1/5
OMG, this stay was rough. The AC was awful, the light kept leaking into the room, and we heard noises all night — literally NONE of us slept. The hotel staff was super nice, but honestly… staying here was a huge mistake. Would not recommend. 💔✨
- 1/5
I never stayed at this location
- 1/5
Terrible experience! Room was hot, could hear noise from the room above like kids trampling . Asked manager if they could ask them to quite down as it was after 11 and he would not do that so I left after only staying there an hour. Very disappointed
- 4/5
rooms were clean and staff were welcoming
- 2/5
The has a mildew
- 5/5
everything was great
- 4/5
Clean and hassle free
- 5/5
Clean place overall. Beds and bedding were extra comfortable. Good choices for free breakfast. Will choose this Brand again.
- 3/5
In desk chair was filthy. The chairs in the dining room at breakfast need to be replaced or recovered. They were all dirty.
- 2/5
Used wash cloth in the shower in shampoo bottles. Huge hump in the floor weird slop for 2nd floor, elevator was awful, service lobby full of family/workers when we arrived all on their phones, no smile or friendly when greeted, cost va location was junk. Bad part of town. Chairs in dining area all stained dirty table. For one night it served its purpose but lack of care by owners was evident.
- 5/5
The room was perfect
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 3/5
Room was dated. You can hear something off foot steps above. But I was on the top floor. The condition of the site wasn’t the greatest.
- 2/5
The TV did not work, could not connect to the internet and when I did it was so slow it was like dial up I would not recommend this place
- 5/5
We had a couple of issues when we got to our room, but the staff took care od them immediately
- 1/5
There was a hair in the bed. There was a hair in the shower. There was a used piece of soap in the shower. Toilet didn’t flush. I went to open a drawer to put my clothes in the drawer was filthy. All the furniture is broken down, looking and dirty. It was midnight they put us in a slightly nicer/cleaner room but that toilet didn’t work. Homeless encampment across the street . Would not recommend
- 4/5
Continental breakfast was OK; We stayed Monday through Sunday morning. Hot options on buffet were alternated every other day which was OK. Breakfast area was kept clean and restocked at breakfast no matter what time we were there from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great
- 5/5
Very clean room and comfortable bed. That was what I wanted. Many security cameras monitoring the parking lot. Easy on and off Interstate 40.
- 5/5
Well lit parking and friendly staff
- 4/5
Everything was good.
- 4/5
Helpful staff. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
Parking easy, staff weird, had very old fashion feel, felt really unsafe, weird bags all night, no restaurants near, across the street from justice department, saw 2 cop cars leave and had a hot pursuit with sirens on, room down the hall with door cracked all night....never again..
- 5/5
This place was great! Front deck was awesome! My go to when I’m Little Rock.
- 1/5
On the way to the hotel I purchased the stay about 1 hour ahead of time through Expedia. Instead of putting same day, Expedia placed my stay two weeks in advance, which I didn’t catch until check in. Front desk reassured me that this happens all the time and that I need to pay again, and they will work with Expedia to reimburse me for the additional booking. When I came back for the refund, the property refused to work with me on the refund despite what their employee had said . To add further insult to injury, I was initially placed in a dirty room where the sink had no plumbing and drained into a bucket. I was given a better room after I went back to the desk and complained of the sewage smell. Over all, felt taken advantage of and had an unpleasant experience with both the property and Expedia on working with me to fix the initial issue.
- 5/5
Room smelt like smoke but it was clean. Will stay again
- 3/5
The water pressure was really low and the couch was really dirty. There were stains all over it and the carpet had a mildew smell. The staff was very nice and professional. Even arriving late, there were parking spaces in the front. Our boys loved the breakfast buffet. Overall it was ok.
- 4/5
On the plus side the AC had a continuous fan mode which is awesome for white noise purposes.
- 3/5
The property was okay, it was clean but had a stale and old smell. I paid through a third party, so my stay was prepaid. The day I checked in the hotel the hotel charged my card for the stay again! I called them and they told me they see I paid third party but could not see the payment method because I had already checked out. Now that was BS! I have the transaction on my card statement. They did not resolve the issue! resulting in me reporting the transaction and having to get a new card. What an unneeded headache that was to deal with! I most likely will never stay there again.
- 3/5
Property could use remodeling
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 5/5
From check in to check out, very nice experience
- 3/5
The website claimed it was within two miles of the hospital we were visiting but it was wrong.
- 3/5
Old building but clearly the owners were doing what they could to make it clean and acceptable. I felt a little uneasy about the location.
- 3/5
The hotel isn’t *terrible*, but the caliber of the people staying here and just loitering around the property was terrible. I walked in to a man yelling at the front desk attendant about the people who were loudly fighting in the room next to him. The hotel wasn’t super clean, really cheap construction. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend or stay here again.
- 5/5
I was greeted with a smile at the front desk when I walked in to check in. Every staff I came in contact with were friendly and smiling. The facility was clean and welcoming. I felt safe with my children. Thank you for your hospitality!
- 4/5
Property was very clean
- 2/5
We booked because it had some good reviews so we were a bit shocked . We called front desk to tell th WiFi wasn’t working . He rudely said do this snd do that . We tried to explain that’s what we were doing . He said come down here I’ll show you ; however , he couldn’t connect either . He saw a number and said go call this number and see what they say . Couldn’t believe he didn’t call ; he just walked off. Mildew in bathroom ; toilet was not completely bolted to floor so it shook when you sat down and got up . Several sketchy people hanging around outside .
- 5/5
Safe, and quiet place
- 4/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Great as always!
- 4/5
Reception staff was unfriendly and bothered by our arrival. Had to wait for him to open the door and let us into the hotel. We traveled all day and when we arrived at 12:30am, the doors were locked.
- 4/5
Nice property. Cold room. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
Perfectly comfortable for or dirty stay
- 3/5
I tried to change my reservation date because I inadvertently reserved the wrong date, but the management refused to waive cancellation rate so I could change the reservation. Well, I hope they needed the cost because I will be booking with another hotel for my trip and upcoming trips.

- 5/5
We only stopped for the night and got there very late. Very comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
They were treated well.especially since we needed it was nice because we needed the handicap room with my husband in a wheelchair. Front desk people very helpful and friendly.
- 2/5
Less than impressive! I reserved at this Comfort Inn because of the positive review that was reported. I wonder if it was written by a relative of the owner. 🙄 From the black mold of the bathtub seal and pubic hair in the tub to the dancer’s bobby pin IN my bed (how does that happen with new/clean sheets??😳), it may me wish I had brought my own cleansers and linens with me! I try hard not to think about what else wasn’t cleaned! Lesson learned for this location! 😣
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was nice bed were comfy.
- 5/5
Unsafe place but people as nice
- 5/5
Excellent staff and room. Everything was clean and quiet. Definitely would stay here again.
- 5/5
We arrived late and the checkin was easy. The beds were amazing and the sheets were some of the softest that i have ever had in a hotel. Would totally recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
This was a quick overnight stay for us. We weren’t going to be here long and didn’t want to pay a lot. I booked online and we drove up and checked right in. The room was clean and didn’t have any visible bugs or anything that I usually look for that makes me cringe. Overall this hotel was very nice and the staff was great.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing, they had all the amenities they said they did and it was actually an amazing stay. I highly recommend this location
- 2/5
The lobby was nice, but the property and rooms need a deep cleaning or renovations. Our room had stains and missing parts to lamps and some mold by the air conditioner. Not worth the cost.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet
- 2/5
We were put in a room that had a damaged door that would jam up, making it difficult to enter the room. We told the front desk about it to see if they could move us to a different room, which they did not do. They said they would contact management about it but management hadn’t responded back yet. The cleaning service also took all our hotel towels and never replaced them with new towels.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, staff friendly .
- 2/5
The space was clean, check in was easy. We were told breakfast would go until 9:30am. Showed up at 9:20, fruit, pastries, waffle batter, yogurts…had all been removed. No coffee and only a couple egg patties. Workout room had no water and no towels.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff quick and easy check in and out
- 3/5
The bathroom was full of dust and the towels were placed at the bottom shelf of the cabinet. The toilet seat does fit the toilet. When you sit your thigh is touching the toilet. It took almost three minute on yhe tv. Accidentally we found out that if you press the off button twice it turns on.😀 The bed was ok. Even with ac the room was humid and I woke with a headache. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice and pleasant. The person at the front desk when we check out was pleasant. This hotel was booked by mistake. I read the review for the comfort Inn near the McCain mall and booked this one and booked this one accidentally. This is one I never went to stay again,
- 5/5
The staff very professional, and the ease of access to the highway
- 4/5
Most of outlets in room eere wore out, They did not work because the plugs kept falling out. Had to relocate clock to find plug in that it would work in.
- 4/5
Limited places to eat in close proximity. The check in staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The guy needed a some serious training in southern hospitality or just what it means to be nice to people. Had the personality of a wall! Would ask a very simple question about the facility and it was like I was annoying him and messing up his evening.. I was there for a funeral so I was the one having a bad day and didn’t need any added aggravation!
- 4/5
The staff was nice, the property was well maintained and safe
- 5/5
Great service
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable
- 3/5
We booked the room and reviewed the cost. It was listed as pet friendly. Nowhere in the itinerary did it mention that there was a $25 charger per pet. When we arrived there was a sign on the wall that stated this. We were going by the total that hotels.com had provided. Since it was non refundable we were forced to pay $50 dollars more for our two small dogs. Hotels.com should make this information available before booking. It comes across as a bait and switch.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only missing thing on the room was no washcloths which was probably just an oversight.
- 3/5
There was one elevator, it was broken. The ceiling in the shower looked ready to collapse. The bed was comfortable, the tv was larger than most hotels have, which was nice. It really seemed pretty clean but the shower ceiling was just so bad.
- 2/5
Breakfast was substandard
- 1/5
it’s rundown and if you have to spray scents to make it seem it’s clean that’s a huge red flag! what kinda of hotel is ok with elderly folks having to sleep in their car traveling from another state cause you spray scents instead of fixing the place up ! and wouldn’t refund them !! disgusting people
- 5/5
I love the way the setup is. It's like a little apartment. It is very quiet. Great atmosphere will definitely recommend.
- 5/5
We will come back. This hotel will be our new middle stop when traveling to El Paso to see our family.

Like that the police station is right next to the hotel. Dislike the morning staff didn't change out the lemon water from the evening before.
- 3/5
The breakfast foods were stale inedible. Cold hot foods and stale baked goods.
- 5/5
Excellent staff, very clean rooms.
- 2/5
Definitely not the cleanest. Not well maintained either. Front desk is completely partitioned off from floor to ceiling which made me concerned about safety from the moment I walked in. Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was hot, several choices items to eat.

Stayed at a lot of places along I-40 and most are old, worn, dirty and dated. This place is nice. One of the better stops in the area. Quiet, clean, and up kept well.
- 5/5
All was great, but Wifi was not secure or had bandwidth to support even a minimal need.
- 3/5
The shower did not have hot water. It was lukewarm at best. The heater although set at auto was over heating the room.
- 5/5
Property was clean and neat. Breakfast was average. Quiet. The room was large and comfortable.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our very nice, pet friendly room.
- 3/5
Shower curtain had dried snot with a hair in it stuck to it. Gross. People upstairs were noisy and stomped on the floor. Otherwise it was okay for a one night stop over. There area looked to be a little unsafe.

Place was clean and the people were very nice

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. My only issues were that I couldn't get anything on the television, and that the toilet wasn't anchored to the floor.
- 4/5
Room seemed to be well stocked and clean. It took a long time to get hot water to my bathroom sink. I guess it had something to due with me being on the top floor. Breakfast bar was small but, it had a good variety of items available and staff was pleasant. Would stay there again.

Everthing is good. Breakfast could be better, bagels are substandard.

Great place to stay!

Stayed in town for a church service.

Ahmed was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. He provided all the information about the area and food options. He made sure that we feel comfortable. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Breakfast was not on schedule on time

Easy check in, great room, staff was friendly.

I rented two nights for my out of town family. I am so disappointed with the condition of the property
- 5/5
Excellent customer service. Very clean. Safe. Will stay again.

The stay itself was relatively fine but as a female traveling alone, I immediately searched for another place to stay for the remainder of my travel to Little Rock. There were a few men smoking out front, the exterior seemed well lit but the over all area was was dark altogether. I was glad my room was right across from the elevator. Also, I think I was given an ADA room which is fine with me, but I noticed that the shower chair was ziptied to the wall and may have been broken... So for someone who was in need of an ADA room, this might not have met their expectations.

F I had to point out anything that could have been better, it was that housekeeping didn’t stock the room with Kleenex. In fact, I found the holder tucked back behind the towels, and one of our towels should have been retired, because it had a couple of large threadbare spots. These weren’t issues great enough to impact my overall stay, though.

Next door to a jail

Convenient and plenty of lighted parking.
- 3/5
Clean, friendly, sketchy location, loud guests, noisy outside being near the interstate, lots of sirens

Guest services was great

Excellent staff upon checkin! Efficient and had card keys ready to go. Friendly! Super clean room! Next to police station! Pretty safe I would think! Would stay again!

Perfect for our one night stay while driving home

I had a very busy stay while there. I was out most of the time.

I never put reviews but this one was pretty bad. Once I finally got to going to bed, turn the blankets back and notice a very obvious stain (maybe blood??) on the fitted sheet. I checked and sure enough it had seeped into the mattress protector. Which seems to me to indicate the sheets hadn’t been changed since the last person staying in that room. No way this wouldn’t be noticed by the hotel personnel. The general area of the hotel is in an area I’ll just call, less than desirable. No good food options in the close vicinity. Had to drive through the area to get something worthwhile. I do not recommend.

The hotel was quiet but a bit rundown. The room was large and comfortable, but the fire tiles in the bath were loose (like we could have removed them), the door jamb lock was broken, and the toiket barely flushed. The hallway carpet was in bad need of cleaning and the interior walls and the elevator were beat up. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

The rooms were small but clean. The staff, especially Ahmed, was very professional and accomodating even when we needed to change rooms to a handicapped room for my Mother.
- 3/5
Basic but clean and comfy enough for a stopover. Gym was working ok and nice outside pool).
- 5/5
Very nice for the price.
- 4/5
This stop was the final night of a family vacation. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! I would stay here again!

Wasn't there but one night
