Carpets were sticky to walk on. Counters were clean, but the furniture was old and grimy. The room was very humid, even when fully air-conditioned. While walking to the restaurants next door, we were threatened by an angry homeless man. But the receptionist was nice, and the room was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.
- 1.5/5
The staff was nice. The cover had stains on them. The carpet was gross. Didn’t want to take my shoes off until time to get in bed. Immediately had to wipe down the main door and bathroom door due to some type of dark splatter on them. Thankfully I had Clorox wipes with me. Other than that it was okay. The neighborhood is sketch, a lot of roamers.

Bed was comfortable and amenities worked.

It’s was very nice

Room not bad for price, rough location.
- 3/5
The carpet was stained and looked dirty, shower had what looked like black mold around the calk area. Location didn't feel safe, not a nice area.

The hotel rules is weird. The lady staff at night though the guest are beggar or subordinate. no respect

It was horrible the staff constantly up in ur face no guest allowed i felt as i was in lock down
- 3/5
The clerk was very sweet and helpful. It wasn’t the cleanest place, but not terrible.
- 1/5
Parking easy convient. Not in best area. The owner/manager is absolutely the worst! Mean, rude and sterotyped us bc of color. I would only recommend if absolutely no where else to go
- 1/5
Rooms smelled old, musty. I beleive a lot if tru kers and/or construction workers stay here. Shiwer leaks big time, causing water all over the floor, and shiwer cutstun too small!! Parking is GREAT. I was able to park right in front of unit. The manager is absolutely terrible. He is mean and agressive! Quick to call police bc he does not know how to communicate with staff or guest!! He sterotypes and assumes all blk ppl are the same bc of the location of the business! I wud only stay here if absolutely immediate necessity‼️ Also deposit is $100 ‼️

Clean and comfortable. Close to venue, within walking distance. Wish they had breakfast. We brought our dogs and they put us on the 2nd floor. Wish they put people with dogs on ground floor for ease of walking them.

Very affordable place to stay near downtown Little Rock & only a short distance to Main Street in North Little Rock. The room was clean & comfortable & met my expectations. Everything went smoothly.
- 3/5
Overall it was a good stay. I would just like to warn others the walls are not soundproof you can indeed hear your neighbors. I would encourage doing like I had to and play music to sleep or bring a loud fan if you don’t want to hear what your neighbors are doing at 1 am while you are trying to sleep 😅

We like how close it is to Simmons Bank Arena but haven't stayed here in a few years. Before, it was an okay place to stay the night but it has definitely gone down. It's rundown, the furniture is broken and worn, the bed is hard as a rock, pillows are thin and flimsy, same as the bath towels, thin and dingy.

Very clean and close to everything

The plug in by the bed looked like someone spilled drinks on it and didn't clean it up but I did it. Dresser by the bed was ragged.

It was close to the arena. Bed was okay. Smelled bad, burn holes in my sheets on both beds, ac kept kicking off, TV glitches, several plug ins didn't work, lamp didn't work so only two small lights by the door to light the entire room. Mirror had blacks spots all over it. Not enough pillows. The ones that were there looked like someone laid on them, like right before we got there. Would not recommend staying here.

Cleanliness Large shampoo in shower but small conditioner on sink. No body wash just soap bar. Lotion bottle was half empty. A 4th pillow would have been nice

They are my go-to hotel when I’m in Little Rock for a show. Great price, right down the street from the venue, and a clean and comfortable room.

Clean room
- 4/5
The room was clean. It was a good stay for a value hotel. Perfect place to stay for a concert at the arena. it was literally like 7 minutes to walk over.
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff nothing special but fine for a night or 2.
- 4/5
Its was a nice stay
- 5/5
Easy check in late night, very clean room and bathroom for a 2 star Econ/Motel type pit stop. Exceeded my expectations. Keep in mind, $100 deposit required, they let me give a $100 bill and they gave it back to me at check out. I recommend for a quick stay on a journey.

- 3/5
The dark decor hid the stain in the carpet.
- 3/5
I entered the room and there was a used washcloth on the banister and small hairs on the sheets. Safe to assume the bedding had not been changed. Front desk staff was polite but housekeeping could do better.
- 5/5
An awesome stay as always
- 5/5
The room was clean and did not smell like a smoker's room. Everything was nice. Check in was easy. There is a $100 deposit for the stay on top of the cost of the hotel. It is listed in the lobby.
- 4/5
Nothing fancy, no breakfast, but great place to stay if you are going to a concert at Simmons Bank Arena. Easy walk to the arena. Front desk guy was very polite.

Paid and booked ahead with hotels.com giftcard. Didn't have the $100 deposit to be able to check in and stay. Am still waiting on the review team to get back to me about a refund to the gift card. They sent a email on Oct 26th (14 days ago)saying how they haven't forgotten about me but clearly they did. Since I had to contact them in order to get a response. Which I just got telling me that there's nothing they could do and I paid $73 for absolutely nothing. The hotel worker said they weren't going to charge the card and yet no refund. Would be nice if the deposits were included with the final purchase price. Because the price statement of this is what you'll pay is incorrect 9 times out of 10. To top it off I thought I had made reservations at a totally different econo lodge off of i-40 in north Little Rock. Went there and they had no booking. Went to the other and couldn't get a room could only pay for it. I'm not a big fan of having to stay the night in a car. I'm not satisfied at all with the outcome. It's not as if I am even trying to get something for free. but it seems the econo lodge and hotels.com are who is getting $73 for free. No matter what the fine print states. If I book the room 10 minutes before attempting to check in at 8pm. There's not much hope then for any refund seeing how it's already after your set deadline. Wow so wrong

Stay at Motel 6! It’s cheaper and the same thing. Suite is a stretch and it’s a Motel room with a small bathroom. As basic economy in a not great area with hard beds its nice. Pictures just led me to believe it would be nicer. NO REFUNDS even when they made the mistake. Insurance is sold for property but not honored so don’t waste your money on that. I booked 1 night then saw my mistake(wrong date). Called hotel they said I had booked two rooms even though conf said 1. No help so I booked for the next (right night) We got to hotel and once again they had 2 rooms in my name and confirmation said 1. Seems fishy to me to have absolute policy on no refunds and some how you get charged 2 rooms.

It was okay the room had a bad smell had to adjust to it. Things was left from people’s last stay and their breakfast was only coffee or juice
- 5/5

- 2/5
It’s a very hood like gangster area, so make sure that you don’t keep any valuables in your vehicle. Bring everything in the hotel room.
- 5/5
it was ok
- 2/5
The refrigerator had food in it from the previous people. green stuff in the corners of the bathroom And the room smells like weed and liquor. Front of the door looks nasty.
- 4/5
It was a quiet stay. Had trouble figuring out the remote to the TV but finally figured it out. The thing that I would suggest is they get better pillows, the pillows were very small and not comfortable at all. Other than that it was a pleasant stay
- 2/5
Rude a bad area
- 5/5
I’d stay there again
- 1/5
The room was very dirty, sheets and comforter had white stains and food stain on them, bugs in corners of floor and on plug outlet, curtains dirty, candy stuck to floor, upstairs neighbors fighting. I was there 20 minutes and asked for refund. The owner said he was going to give me refund and then said no refund because sometimes rooms be dirty not his fault.
- 2/5
The room smelled awful. Couldn't sleep with the smell.
- 5/5
So amazing! Great value for the price, big comfy beds. Room was very clean, check in was so easy & convenient! Walking distance to the Simmons Bank Arena & felt very safe.
- 4/5
would stay again for a short visit.
- 4/5
Nice property, clean rooms, friendly staff. Was told there was coffee and juice for breakfast, didn't check it out. Property is within walking distance of at least three fast food restaurants. Also within walking distance of Simmons Bank arena. We would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. It was very convenient and close to the simmons areana where we were going to a concert.
- 4/5
Needed a little touch up nothing big. Staff were great. Area had some homeless and drug users It seemed they had an understanding with the property and didn’t bother anything. The posted hours for breakfast was really posted hours to have a juice or coffee, nothing else. Was close to bridge going over the river to Clinton highway if to walked 2 blocks. Two storey building and unfortunately the person above me one night stomped across the floor randomly between midnight and 2am. Over all proximity of the property was good to downtown but location was suspect due to vagrants and open drug use. Price point I would say is higher than it should be.
- 3/5
No iron, no coffee stirrer, maid did not clean the room, broken remote, noisy (walls too thin).
- 4/5
Other than that, it was clean and quiet. Popeyes is right next door for food.
- 4/5
More than expected for the peice
- 5/5
The check-in was fast! The front desk was kind. Starbucks is near and so is McDonalds, Wendy’s and Popeyes! I would return in the future.
- 5/5
Check in quick, clean room and nice setup. We always stay here when we come to the area for concerts.
- 4/5
Was close to the arena where the concert was. Walked to the arena so didn't have to pay for parking. Overall was a decent stay, would stay here again.
- 4/5
It was a convenient location for my needs
- 5/5
The stay was nice. Staff were courteous and accommodating. My only complaint is that the lights were too dim to read by.
- 5/5
Very clean room.
- 3/5
Room wasn’t bad, but the back of the door was filthy, a hole was patched by the door, but not finished, and there is tissue stuck to the peep hole in the door. It’s also very humid in the room.
- 4/5
Kind of an industrial area. I won't think there was an elevator to the 2ed floor. We used the stairs. Frig, microwave, room coffee and basic toiletries. Nothing bad to say about the place.
- 3/5
Concert was within walking distance. Kinda a bad area after dark. Stay on the lit areas. So convenient to simmons bank arena tho. Only reason id ever stay there tho
- 5/5
Everything is good
- 4/5
Great location, quiet, room and property well maintained. Only concern was the mattress was too worn for my liking... thin padding you could feel the springs through. Still a very nice place I would stay at again.
- 5/5
We were very satisfied with our stay..clean..friendly and helpful stay
- 5/5
Close to the Simmons Bank Arena where we were seeing a concert.
- 4/5
There for just overnight to go to Simmons Arena for a concert. Perfect value for that purpose...staff was pleasant, easy/comfortable walk even at night, since there was a lot of concert activity and protection. Had a great time.
- 5/5
It is a beautiful location near the attractions I wanted. It is just off the highway and easy to find. I really enjoyed the beautiful room also.
- 1/5
This was a horrible experience all around. Property not in the condition pictured. Arrived with my senior mother and epileptic dog, after 10 hrs on the road. After checking in I entered room, and was immediately hit with a terrible odor. Upon further inspection found the room to be filthy, with torn and stained bed spreads, fluid splatters on the walls, a dirty tub, toilet with grout torn out, and broken seat. The table was literally falling apart. I walked back out to wait to speak with my Mom who was finishing an emergency call. Took my dog to end of property to relieve himself, where my Mom and I started discussing what to do, as the sun was setting, in what appeared to be an unsafe area. During this time we were harassed multiple times by a Male guest. We returned to the room to see if any other hotels were available in the area. While standing in room for 5 minutes (avoiding the harassing male guest outside) we found a place to go. I returned to the desk to say that we would not be staying. The front desk attendent offered another room, however we cited that our safety was also a issue. He seemed ready to refund us, then looked at the time and said he could not because we were already staying in the room, and refused a refund. We tried to explain that we really had not been in the room for more than 5-10 min total, had not touched a thing (it was too gross to touch anything), and had not even unloaded things from our car. He was very rude to us, and we left.

Nice
- 5/5
Easy access to the highway
- 1/5
Booked the room at 11:15 pm. Showed up and staff was rude and said since the reservation was after 11:00 pm they wouldn’t allow us to enter
- 5/5
All good
- 1/5
The chikd safety locks on the doors do not work. Nasty rooms. Workers very rude.
- 3/5
They didnt offer the continental that is listed on this site
- 1/5
Staff unattentive. Groups playing in the parking area. Limited parking.
- 4/5
Check-in was quick, front dest clerk was friendly, room was as shown on the website, and price was reasonable. They do, however, need to update their website to reflect that they do not serve breakfast - only coffee and juice.
- 4/5
It was clean, staff was polite. It was within walking distance of Simmons Bank Arena. Wish they had more TV channels and more snacks in vending machines. Would have been nice to have had a Continental breakfast at least. But would stay again.
- 4/5
its ok
- 2/5
Old- beat up- dirty. Nice guy behind the window( lobby door locked).
- 5/5
Manager/owner was great, helpful and caring.
- 3/5
Friendly service and easy check in. Not very clean though.
- 5/5
Friendly service at check-in. The room is very clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Second time staying here and we have nothing bad to say. Very clean and people are very friendly
- 5/5
Considering the distance from Simmons arena and downtown Little Rock, the price cannot be beat
- 5/5
The manager was VERY friendly and helpful. We loved that the hotel is walkable to the Simmons Arena. Thanks for the stay!
- 1/5
Horrible experience trying to get refunded due to not being able to attend trip. Had purchased trip insurance and now it has turned into a big inconvenience just trying to get refund.
- 5/5
The bed was very good and the staff was accommodating.
- 4/5
cleanliness
- 1/5
Unfortunately, I must advise against staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was subpar, with burn holes in the bed covers and stained sheets. Despite a two-day stay, the staff refused to provide additional towels when requested for 4 people. The pillows provided were extremely small, hardly suitable for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is situated in an unsettling area with homeless individuals sleeping near the premises and wandering around the parking lot, which made me feel uneasy about the safety of my vehicle. The sound of gunshots throughout the night further added to the discomfort. This hotel falls short of basic hospitality standards, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient
- 4/5
Room was huge, clean and in good condition except for the couch that was in need to be replaced. Excellent from desk attention. Area seems safe
- 1/5
The TV didn't get a signal. Rather that fixing it, or moving me to another room, the guy at the desk would come over and try to fix it, leave, and try again in the same manner with same results. At around 9 pm I told him to forget about it. What really bugged me was him telling me, twice, that I should call him rather than coming to the front desk.
- 2/5
Was surprised at how well maintained the property was. Overall experience was good until after we left and we received a call from the front desk asking us if we removed a picture from the wall of the room. I was at first confused as to what they were talking about. When I finally began to understand issue I was shocked/. Who would take a motel picture like that? Definitely not my idea of decorating
- 5/5
The property is so VERY comfortable, even though it is close to I-45 it is quiet and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping opportunities - parking was safe and sufficient - for a guy who used to travel for a living that’s a full list - thanks again for having a guy like Dean on your staff!!
- 3/5
Property is a little bit run down. Wall need repair and painting. No breakfast. Cheap for a reason.
- 5/5
They meet the need for my stay
- 3/5
Wasn’t informed about the deposit fee until I got to the motel
- 4/5
Clean, no breakfast but was cheap enough that I don’t really care
- 1/5
The lady was very inconsiderate an rude an she kicked us out our room an didnt refund us our money
- 1/5
Don’t stay here. The sheets had cigarette burn holes in them, the floor had stains, it was musty, and there was a wad of hair on the floor
- 5/5
Clean room. Very nice bathroom. Smelled nice
- 4/5
Staff was nice and room was very clean
- 5/5
Great service from the reception staff, courteous, nice and positive, friendly. Thank you Econo!
- 4/5
Did not like that I was asked to pay $20 for dog plus $100 deposit.
- 5/5
Great service
- 1/5
The room was very very dirty. I ran to the dollar store across the street and bought Clorox wipes and Lysol. We were in town for a concert the hotel was walking distance to the venue otherwise I would’ve left on the first night.
- 5/5
The stay and location was perfect for the concert my daughter and I went to. The attendant was also very nice.
- 5/5
We traveled to Little Rock for a concert at Simmons Bank Arena. Accommodations were adequate for our one night stay! Parking could be improved but other than that I do not have any complaints
- 1/5
The manager canceled my reservation the day of my trip called me 40 min from being there was really unprofessional i will never book here again
- 3/5
Hotel wasnt bad Specially for the price Room wasn't the completely clean but wasnt a mess but you get what you pay for Wasnt a fan that they up their security deposit to $100 It was more than i payed to rent the room
- 1/5
Ive shared my opinion on other sites. Mostly my room was covered in pee.
- 5/5
The staff are very nice and polite which is a pleasant change from other less expensive hotels around here. My room is exceptionally nice, I was kinda shocked!
- 5/5
The area was well lit. The staff was courteous. Room was nice.
- 3/5
Walked in to the room and the walls were filthy. A couple flies in our room. Killed a big spider. The pillows were dirty. The bathroom faucet leaks all the time.
- 5/5
The staff were so very nice!!! Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
I’m not sure it was the safest part of town but the parking lot and walkways were well lit! That made me feel safer and the fact the clerk put me in the first room on the ground floor. Great place to stay and reasonable price! Not getting all the fancy but room was very clean and bed was comfortable
- 5/5
All went well. Front desk staff very good checking in and out.
- 5/5
Clean and nice. Very short distance from the CALS Ron Robinson theater!!
- 5/5
Great people
- 5/5
Enjoyed everything was good at hotel
- 3/5
Tv didn’t work and had a cracked screen. AC didn’t get cool enough. Hard to sleep when it’s hot.
- 4/5
Staff i encountered - front office and cleaner were very courteous and helpful
- 4/5
The air conditioning didn’t seem to cool as well as it should and could have used a few extra pillows. The pillows were small especially for a king size bed. Everything else was great.
- 1/5
This hotel was the worse hotel I have ever been in it has roaches and I the carpet was filthy food from other guests was behind the beds dead bugs and even fake hair was left behind our beds I couldn’t wait to leave we couldn’t keep changing hotels we came for my husband dad funeral it was already stressful enough I didn’t want to stress him out more very uncomfortable
- 1/5
I paid for 3 rooms and when I checked in I used my credit card for all 3 rooms for incidentals. My 3rd party had not arrived at the time I did. When she checked in she was required to use her debit card. We went to discuss with clerk he didn't seem to care they made a mistake and said she would have the hold released in a few days. The problem with that is she/we were there for the Arora celebration of donors families. Her husband passed last Sept. and was a donor. I made sure she could attend coming from Okla. She barely has enough funds to make ends meet for her and their twin sons. The $100. hold on her debit card that was not supposed to happen has now blocked her funds for food for her family until the release in a few days. This was explained to the clerk who 1. Already had my card on file for the rooms and 2. Could care less of his mistake.
- 5/5
This is a comfortable hotel with easy parking, and I enjoyed being able to walk across the bridge to downtown Little Rock. Just coffee and juice for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
The latch on the door was broken, the tv didn’t work, had half used shampoo and lotion etc. stains on bed and it was in a bad neighborhood
- 4/5
Very friendly staff, clean property, and excellent pricing!! The only down fall that i had was they dont have enough parking so i had to park on side street!
