AC worked great, shower was nice and hot, bed was cozy, TV worked.

When booking was giving the first room , there was roaches everywhere and tub was dirty. Complained about it couldn't get a refund so was giving another room which was a smoking room that was only available the smell was horrible the walls were filthy even the sheets had stains over em like blood stains even on the mattress. Didn't sleep under the blankets brought my own blankets 0/10 do not recommend

Clean room, security, good location

This had a feel of a motel that you rent on an hourly basis. The front desk was locked and a safety wall was placed to keep customers away from the clerk. The room felt dirty but it may have been just old.

But the tub and walls were moldy. The toilet clogged and flooded. The tub was leaking. No maintenance available “after hours” and I was blamed for not coming to express concerns sooner. There was also a condom wrapper on the ground outside the door. Extremely dusty and webs were under the curtain and around the tv. Debris pushed in corners.

Cheap price, dirty room.

The only good thing ab this crap hole is the air conditioning does work well. We killed MULTIPLE roaches & MULTIPLE spiders while staying here. One of which was a black widow spider. & Another was in the bed with us, when we woke up one morning. The bathtub had a literal good sized hole, where the drain is at. That's where I'm guess SOME of the bugs was coming from. Told the peeps there multiple times. Wouldn't move us. There is 1 younger guy, who works there. He works days. He is a really nice guy. He will actually try & make ur stay better. He is the only other perk there. The young lady who works nights/evenings, is HORRIBLE! A liar. I could go on & on. Stay at ur own risk!

Wish the bedding was a little better, but for the price it was a great value as I was looking a nice, clean place to stay at a reasonable price while in town pkaying in a tennis tournament within 2 miles at Burns Park.

Check in was fast. Sleep was horrible. Bed hard only 3 pillows. Smelled like smoke everywhere. Floors dirty. Outside noises and neighbors noise was disturbing until about 4am. But all kind of expected for a cheap hotel. There weren’t any bugs and we all survived.

I had neighbors with dogs that were barking at night.

I’ve been staying here for the past week and the experience has honestly been better than expected. The staff has been friendly and respectful, check-in was smooth, and the property has been quiet and convenient. My room has been clean and comfortable, and I appreciate the consistency and professionalism during my stay. Definitely a solid option if you need an affordable place to stay in the area. ✨

I liked that the motel was not located on a busy street. It was quiet and there was attentive security to keep it safe. The room was not clean. The sheets and blanket were dirty, the water barely came out of the shower head, and I saw two huge roaches in my room. I asked for housecleaning several times and my room was neglected. I went to the office to request service and was still ignored. The phone in the room did not work so I was unable to call the office. The office was also protected by a thick plastic barrier so I could only speak with the attendant through the window.

Very friendly staffed I’m paying for a room I expect for everything to work. I’ve been in this hotel since the end of March. My last two nights my television has not been working if I’m paying 6107 I expect for everything to be working in the room. it makes no sense. I’ve been putting money in this hotel for weeks. I paid 378 a week or 6107 daily. It makes no sense that I’m not able to come to a room that expensive and watch TV.

The room advertised is not the room I got. They said the room in the photos are $300 . Really disappointed. I got a smoking room . It literally smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in the room.

Also if you need to book another day you'll need to check out first then do another reservation. Most likely you'll have to get a different room so get all of your belongings out. Motel 6 has always been my go-to. I've never had a problem with them. One thing I was really happy about was the quietness. No 18 wheelers going by etc. The person that built this one choose a great location. Thank you!! When I have to go back to that area, I will definitely be choosing this particular location again.

The price and you could see they were making positive upgrades. Loved the backlit headboard and sink. Area a bit questionable. Couple dead cockroaches and a pair of underwear behind the on the hook.

The air conditioner worked amazing!!! It about froze us out of the room it got so cold. I felt comfortable and safe going from my room to my car, or walking down to the office to do my laundry. The office is nice, it's clean and welcoming the washing machine and dryer however it's a waste of money! $2.00 per load when the be washer doesn't sufficiently r wash the clothes, and the dryers are useless! I put a small load of my babies clothes in and out took 3 cycles to some what dry them and when I advised the front desk of it the guy said it's not his fault and I need to pay more!!!

I spent a quiet restful night there until the train came honking at 5:30ish. But I was getting up anyway.

Didn't use the air or heat. Only needed to sleep until I picked up family from the train station. They need some housekeepers that will actually clean GOOD. The tub has a very stained bottom and all the walls need cleaning with bleach because they look terrible. The man in assuming the owner VERY GOOD MAN but need a good cleaning staff to better his property.

Moldy bathroom and no hot water refused to refund one of our 3 days and told us it would take a week for funds to be returned so we toughed it out do not stay here drug deals going on and strong odor of marijuana throughout the property. We always stay motel 6 but this was by far the worst in the country for me so far

This hotel is in a somewhat depressed area of North Little Rock and a few blocks from an active commercial railway. There were several extremely bright security lights that did a great job of deterring petty theft of vehicles and loitering in the parking areas all around the building. There were some train horns very late at night on occasion, but not too much of a nuisance. The room was clean and in very nice condition. The bed was comfortable. The ac worked great and the fridge and microwave functioned. There was one small, minor area of mildew in the shower caulking, but not terrible. Otherwise the bathroom was very nice. Our stay was very pleasant and even though it's an old-school type motel with uncontrolled access from the exterior to the room doors, we did not feel unsafe. All in all, it's an economical option that delivers on value and safety. I can comfortably recommend it to others.

The only thing I liked about the property was the location and the staff were nice. The very first room that I checked into the water was completely cold in the shower, which I thought was kind of odd. Later on that night, I noticed that the floor in the bathroom was wet, but I had not been in the shower. I woke up the next morning to my hotel room completely being flooded by the unit upstairs the water was coming from the ceiling and both the living room and the area above the bed. The floor is completely wet along with the bottom, half of the bed. There was water bugs, crawling all over the floor, and the walls in which I killed multiple of them. I went down to the office immediately after waking up to be relocated to another room for the remaining of my stay. The room that I was relocated to was decent and the shower was hot. And I didn’t see any bugs, but I was completely uncomfortable with my very first night. I should have knew something was wrong when the shower was cold. But I have learned my lesson.

Rude staff, crack pipes in parking lot, everywhere smelled of pot even our room. There was burn holes all over the comforter. The mattress was filthy and the hardest bed Ive ever slept on. You get 1 flat pillow per person. The tv stops working after an hour and freezes up. The whole place is sketchy. It was so bad our nephews walked in and immediately went and checked out. We had to stay but left as soon as it was daylight. We would never stay there again. It felt unsafe. I would NOT recommend this place at all. The hotel across the road is much better. nothing at all I feel like I was tricked and let down alot. prostitutes all over the hotel. The lights didn't work in the spa room. the hot water ran out within 2 minutes in the shower. some type of brown liquid was coming out of the mini fridge and stunk. the price for the room was way too high for what it was.also there was broken furniture in the room. and the hotel clerk made me give him the remote back to the fire place so i had to get with him every time i wanted to turn it on or off. worst experience ever and would love to get my money back

The employees barely spoke English. The language barrier was very overwhelming. They have a prison glad to communicate after hours including sliding a tablet under the window for signature. Property has roaches. We killed 2. Air and bugs coming in from under the door. Had to use a blanket to keep it/out. Was switched to another room after the roaches incident. Same issue. Remote controls had no backs. Tubs were moldy looking. 7 car police activity at the office. Seems like an area for a lot of homeless people

This is not a hotel, or a motel. The location of this property is adjacent to the unsheltered population. The area or the property is NOT well kept. Their seems to be people (customers) who actually live there and not just reserved for a couple of days. I believe its an exteneded stay property or a place for truckers or contractors who are passing through. DO NOT BELIEVE this picts yiu see on the website. Particularly for the W. 29th Street location.

I asked to be moved. They only had smoking rooms available. The rooms smelled like cigars. Not clean. I told them I’d rather stay in the noisy dirty sheets room that I was in. Checked out the next day

Very clean room, partially updated. They allow pets with no pet deposit. They had security on site in the parking lot as well as security cameras so I felt very safe. It was absolutely a great value for the low cost of the room. I was traveling over a thousand miles and just needed an inexpensive, clean room for the night and it absolutely fit the bill!

Motel looked way worse than the pictures showed. There were dogs running around the property, had an issue booking through Expedia, and a dude walked out of his room with a gun when I parked in front of his room. Felt very unsafe and unclean. Ended up not even staying!

The room looked clean upon entry but after being in the room for a little while and looking around it was dirty and had dried blood on the wall above the toilet and there were roaches in the bathroom. Immediately checked out and left and let the manager know about the roaches amd he stated that they knew there were roaches in the rooms. Will never stay there agagin.

The tub was dirty and couldn’t shower. Within five minutes of leaving the property I realized I left a personal item and immediately turned around to go retrieve it and by that time housekeeping had threw it away mind you it wasn’t 11am(checkout time) when I left the property.

You get what you pay for and what I paid for was a very well lite hotel parking lot surrounded by an iron gate, in a sketchy area, with no loitering signs posted on the building , a very angry lady walking around the property yelling at someone on the phone. A very nice front desk worker who was behind protective glass at night, with a sign in the lobby asking to help prevent human trafficking . I also paid for a pretty nice hotel room too, with a friendly reminder to latch your door for protection , which eventually latched after fighting with it for a while. The room also had a very nice TV which me and all the dead bugs enjoyed watching . The bed was pretty comfy despite the half dollar sized cigarette burn in the sheet (assuming it was from a cigarette) . But I would say the highlight of this experience was no doubt handing back my hotel key and getting the hell out of there !

It was great. Motel 6 is a cheap way for travelers with dogs and are not usually in good neighborhoods and the rooms offer little. This one is an exception, clean quiet,comfortable and good surroundings. Would highly recommend this property to any and all.

Worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Checked out after 2 hours and got a room in another city. Bed was completely covered in mystery stains and cigarette burns, TV did not work, cars in parking lot had smashed out windows, all towels were stained brown, water damage and mold on ceiling and in bathroom. Girl at front desk was friendly, but behind a tiny window similar to a bank teller with an electronically locked door and bullet proof glass. Surrounding area was super sketchy.

Overnight trip with my sister. The room was a good size with flat screen tv. The area seemed safe as most and you know you have to use common sense anywhere you stay these days. They had a pool, but it was not open yet. Don't know if they plan on opening it. Had breakfast, but we didn't take advantage of that. Ice maching worked. AC worked fine too.

Didn’t like the whole experience

The front desk girl was great....very personable and friendly.....the room as HORRIBLE! Hair balls on the bathroom floor and hanging off of a towel. Floors hadn't been mopped they were sticky so pur shoes kept sticking and the walls and baseboards were absolutely filthy.....have NEVER been in such a horrible Motel 6 or any motel fornthat matter... .

Convenient place to stay for one night close to Little Rock Airport. Our room was missing the tv remote. Front desk clerk was helpful providing another remote but unfortunately that remote did not work for our tv. Clerk did the best she could to offer help but was ultimately unable to remedy the problem so we went without tv for the evening. Overall a decent place to stay for one night before a flight.

I have stayed in some rough motel 6's. I only book them out of necessity. However this one was different. No roaches, no burn marks, was maintained, and the staff were friendly.

The room was nasty. There was a pan of old meat in the fridge. Blood and other stains were on the bed. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. I was in Rm 256.

Microwave needs to be updated and refrigerator was loud and the face of the air conditioning unit fell off in the night and sounded like a gunshot. Bathroom tub areas needs updating.

I was told I can't come back, I had one person come to my room the day they told me that. They had warned me not to have to many people so I stopped.

Staff was friendly, however the wifi password provide did not connect to the wifi as directed. The room was clean and neat, and I was able to adjust the ac/heater unit to feel comfortable. Only really complaint about the room was there dispensers for soap and shampoo in the shower were empty.

It was good, there was one older lady that worked at the desk, she seemed very rude. But everyone else was so pleasant.

last minute check in on the way home from spring break. Check in was easy and staff was efficient. Motel seemed okay. Found roaches in the bathtub. I will opt for a pricier hotel next time.

Staff was very nice & accommodating but I won’t ever book here again. I found an adult bed bug in 1st room I was given so when I was given a different room I stripped the bed n checked everywhere. I slept on top of the all the bedding n woke up to bed bug larva under the comforter & top sheet.

I did have 1 cockroach, and 1 spider. HOWEVER, I think they just crawled in under the outside door because there was a good 1 inch gap at the bottom. I didn't see any signs of bugs when I arrived.

The area appears to be unsafe

The floors were my issue, dirt and debris. You can see what was done during the rehab, a bit sloppy though. The"wooden" furniture is already chipped. It was not perfect but we needed a few hours sleep and for that it worked. .

It was hands down the worst hotel we've stayed at. All we wanted was a couples night way and enjoy our selfes and all we got was a bad attitude but a blonde b- word of a woman that told me after the night office workerhad said I'd he would defer me another room because the one he gave us was filled with bugs all over our bed and and floors to plus no soap , shampoo, condition or anything.I had to get from the office my self. She stopped me and told me the they weren't giving me my money back or anything the she wasn't switching room for us or anything and if we wanted to stay another night the we had to pay the guy working the front desk I give a 5-star rating he was helpful and nice,but the rest of that dump get get negative 5 stars

Nothing looks like the photos online. The room was very dirty. The coat hanger was falling off of the wall. The beds were full size and they got upset when we mentioned they were not queen size that we booked Online. Also, we had to ask for an extra pillow and they were not happy to do that. Will never stay at a Motel 6 again

The jacuzzi suite is much better than I expected.

Pictures are deceiving! The “front desk” was a teller window with a slot just big enough to pass your card and ID through. You could see the desk from behind the locked doors but you never actually go to it or interact with anyone due to “safety” . The room was also very dirty. Brown substance on the light switch, dirt & water marks all over the bathroom door, floor unswept, blanket on the bed was dirty.. one of the folded wash rags had curly black hair on it.. also signs on the outside of the building about locking your car & not liable for anything that gets stolen and sign on the inside of the door to dead bolt it for safety.. security guard out front of the main office area in her car at night. Felt very unclean & unsafe . Also the hand soap dispenser by the sink was empty, as were the shower gel and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Very unimpressed. Pictures were obviously taken by professional to make the room look nicer than it is. The only good thing about the stay was the housekeeper who stopped by and made sure we had new rags and towels since ours were dirty upon arrival..

One short night stay before the Little Rock marathon. No complaints. Good value, I would return.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind. The beds are more firm than soft and our two (2) double/queen beds each had two (2) pillows. The blankets are very thin and everything in the room seemed to be in working condition. We did not see any bugs in the room and the bed linens were clean. The refrigerator, bathroom tub and all the walls left a little to be desired on cleanliness. There were more than a few individuals wandering the outside, gated perimeter of the hotel both nights of our stay. The overall appearance had us concerned at first however we were never harrassed or even approached by strangers. The locked gate around the hotel definitely made it feel more safe. The parking lot is very well lit, also adding to the feel of it being more safe. There were plenty of customers checking-in and parking cars at various times as well. The door locks inside the room are not great. There is a deadbolt and a door latch. If anyone wanted to kick in the door, neither of which could or would stop an intruder. We reserved this room because of the location, the decent rating and the really affordable price. There are no extra amenities such as an in-room hair dryer but for the price, we understand. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Room was unkempt. Rusted shelves in mini-fridge, cracks/chunks missing out of paint om wall. Rubber flap- on bottom of door hanging off. Shelf for hanging clothes was hanging out of the wall, barely secured. Cigarette butts and trash all over outside. Shady car and driver hanging out outside of rooms late night. Did not feel safe here. Pictures of room online did not reflect actual room.

I was very glad to find a smoking room but there was holes in the sheets and the bedspread the furniture was very faded outdated the microwave did not even have a table in it it was not worth the money that's for sure

The clerk was exceptionally sweet & made check quick & easy.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Only complaint was the tub did not have a mat or anything in the floor of the tub, very slick once soap got it.

Room was clean….enough. Loud noises from the nearby highway as well as loud radios in the parking lot. Not the best part of town to be in. Spend a little more and stay some place you feel safer.
