Blood and sex stains, toilet didn't flush? There was mold in the place. Refrigerator was dirty. Didn't look like they had cleaned the room at all. Except maybe the sheets

There was arguing, dogs barking and other loud noises. Housekeeping act like they didn’t understand what not responding to their knock meant. I don’t understand why when a property is not sold out, why they put the few people they do have in such close proximity to each other. I want REST/SLEEP, NOT TO HEAR OTHERS or be bothered with housekeeping. IF NEED something I know how to ask, otherwise I JUST WANT REST/SLEEP because THAT’S WHAT I PAID FOR, NOT EVERYTHING ELSE. And I have that problem EVERYWHERE I book a room. It’s bad enough I have to wait until 3pm to check in then have to check out at 11a. To ME check in should be flexible and check out should be noon. But WHAT do I know. Aside from that the property/rooms could be updated/repaired. Also rooms should have brighter lights since there isn’t any privacy so curtains could be left open to allow natural light in. Plus the beds should be an inch or three lower for shorter people. Oh and since WHITE is used, if it has stains use them for cleaning NOT guest rooms.

It was ok you get what you pay for.

Worst motel

La verdad que el cuarto olía a cigarro, eso que pedí un cuarto para no fumadores, había cenizas de cigarrillo por todos lados. Las sábanas estaban todas quemadas por los cigarrillos, la verdad que decepcionante.

The property was very dirty. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathrooms appeared to be poorly maintained. the bed sheets were stained. The walls were damaged, and the ceilings also had visible cracks and holes. The water coming from the bathroom taps was brown.

It was loud and people played music constantly. Homeless people walking around asking for money all the time.

When we Forster enter the room all you could smell was something rotten. Pulled the bed back and there was food all under the bed then come to find a lot of roaches. Then on top of that we had people knocking on our door all night long. Saying sorry wrong room. Then the housekeeping came by and try to force there way into the room. And to top it off we payed for a week in cash after our first two days and we half proof on our bank statement they decided they was gonna kick us out a day early. They came up to the room started yelling threading us we felt as if we were going to die. I do not recommend this place to anyone for your safety stay away

Everything was great even let me check in early and my mom has passed away and it meant a lot to me so I really appreciate them for letting me check in early the only problem I did have was I didn't have a microwave in my room but other than that was nothing wrong with the room I recommend you stay very affordable and peace and quiet

Good price for the room when ever u book on line the owner doesn't like it when u book it on line but hey it's cheaper n for what the room is like not to well cleaned they could use some different cleaning people the ones that they have now don't know how to clean the rooms to go

So rude and racist cheaper than most in the area cleaner than most but the staff really needs a crash course In customer service. Maintenance however deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very courteous helpful and always smiling

Bed

UNSAFE!! Cops were hanging out there when I checked in, later people were screaming and fighting in the parking lot, then I heard a gunshot, apparently someone on the 2nd floor balcony shot at someone in the parking lot. Cops came back, more screaming and fighting, I stayed in my room and didn't even go out for food, left at daylight the next morning. Everyone else was acting unsurprised. Yikes!!

Nice beds and tv got refrigerators and microwaves

Hot, the shower wall was so nasty I hated to shower.

Ther was blood on the ground out side or room when we got to it and ther was a group of large men jud kinda shirtless screaming at each other

The room is not clean person works in the front desk was not helpful. I set up my car for an hour after I book the room in the cold with my dog. He seem to be upset that I booked it through an online thing and then seem to get it cheaper to still paid $100 for a room that was nasty. I took pictures of it I just haven’t submitted them yet.

The hotel laundry had animal feces all in the floor and in one washing machine. It was dirty outside the hotel. Room was somewhat clean until u pulled the bed sheet back and found a used condom. Management was not helpful at all

For a place to sleep a few hours ok but the writing was literly on the wall. There were holes in the covers and the room smelled very heavy of pot.

This is a really area to hang around in North Little Rock. You have a good team of local characters and the hotel staff are very nice and helpful. The library next door has everything the traveler needs.

I wouldn't stay in this hotel again if you paid for my stay. there was a brown substance on the ceiling. The room smelled, there were holes in the sheets and comforter.

Ok place

The service was friendly and attentive, the sheets and linen were clean. The room was in need of up dating and a good cleaning. While it was tidy it was far from deeply clean. I sat at the desk chair and something like a melted jolly rancher stuck to my pants leg. Affordable, safe and only adequate.

The property is surrounded by crackheads and police the rooms are dingy and filthy I'm cleaning a lot of places there's roaches and the staff is disrespectful and rude we booked the room and my boyfriend's name he went to work they let me pay for the room but refused to give me a key and I got stuck sitting outside

The beds are super comfortable and the tv is awesome but they will call the cops on u with no notice just fyi and the cop shop is across the street

I liked the Murphy's station was next door and the police station was across the street. Safe and convient.

It was great until I got kicked out for having to many guests. The manager is a huge ass. Honestly I don’t recommend staying here at all unless you want to take the chance of being thrown out or even going to jail.

the location the location is convenient to downtown Little Rock as well as Downtown North Little Rock also has easy access to local interstate system

towels did NOT appear to be very clean yellow stains, plenty of parking, heating in the room was very adequate, right next to a gas station is a plus.

This is a nice hotel the staff are nice and friendly and the rooms are nice and are given at a great rate! I reccomebd this hotel as a nice stay for anyone!

I pulled up at about 10pm on friday night and there were at least 8 police cars on the side of the street. I had to use a very exposed night window to check in while people were standing out on the walkway watching me. I was placed in a second floor back of the building room, which had a blind turn, and walked into a group of men all standing & imbibing outside of a room, and walk with them watching me to me room 3 doors down. After turning the lights on in the room, I discovered the floors were all sticky, the room was smokey and the chair was severally stained. I pushed the chair in front of the door, and turned down the bedding, only to find hair and "debris" on the bed. I didn't want to walk back out past the men, so I tried to make the best of it, but there was yelling and banging on the walls and doors a through the night. I asked for a refund for the next night I was supposed to be there explaining the issue, and they said they didn't give refunds. This place was appalling.
