Wyndham Riverfront Little Rock

We ate at both restaurants on location, the steakhouse and Benihanas. They were both good quality, but it is best if you have reservations. The river is just across the road with walking paths, and there is also the Travelers ball field if you want to take in a game. Parking was free and convenient to multiple secure hotel entrances. Our overall experience for a birthday celebration in Little Rock was excellent!

This hotel was clean, but very noisy at night, slamming doors, I could hear people arguing in the next room till late at night. Also I chose this hotel because they had an airport shuttle….but it didn’t start till 6:30 am…not helpful for a 7:00am flight….had to pay for a taxi…will not stay here in the future.

I loved the energy of this hotel. There was a conference going on and it made the atmosphere so warm. It was completely booked but that added to the excitement of why we were there (a concert.) It is so close to the arena that walking is a breeze. The restaurant was great and the staff were friendly, in spite of being overwhelmed with so many people. I can’t wait to stay there again

I have stayed at this property previously when I used to come down from MN to drop my family off in AR. n the past I had seen some sketchy thing like a used needle in the bathroom, but that was almost 9 years ago, so I decided to give them another try, however I saw a brownish roach late a night crawling on the wall in my room from the door to the patio sliding door. It was a bigger roach about the length of two quarters. I jumped up and shook all of my stuff out, and made my son do it as well told the staff at the front desk asked for maintenance for bug spray or something but no one ever came to our room. She also did not have have any other rooms she could put us in either. I ended up just leaving to and getting another hotel room.

My mother was coming back from cruise had a late flight so she arrived at 12:25 am and was told by night staff the room was already picked and the hotel was sold out Now mine you I called and told staff please put her in room close to elevator as she has difficulty walking her room was far from elevator so she struggled to get to her room Now she only stays here when she travels but after this we will no longer stay here now the breakfast bar was cold but the staff was amazingly nice. Her omelette was good .

It was ok. Staff was nice pool was down for maintenance while we were there room could of been cleaner.

Great staff! Only issue was the bathroom door would not shut, it was too large for the frame, a solid core door had been installed and was not trimmed to fit properly. Also the bathroom sink drain was not draining until I unscrewed the stopper and allowed it to slowly drain. The AC was very noisy.

Great location for Little Rock activities. Hotel did have an older feel to it but it was absolutely immaculate. We had some issues with our bathroom but maintenance were quick to fix them. Now to the breakfast...WOW. Food quality outstanding, with freshly made omelette and waffles (deffo get the salsa on the omelette...game changer). It was included in our room rate but it was only $12 if not included. Now what made the breakfast really spectacular was the staff, it felt like you were eating with friends/family. Despite being very busy they treated every guest as if you were the only one in the restaurant and we were there the day they sold 400 breakfasts.... A big shout out to Thomas, Marie and Shaun - they are an absolute credit to the company and such good fun to be around. Big shout out to Marie who whilst making omelettes and waffles still managed to help out someone who needed help making breakfast to take back to his room for his family! Legends

Room was not clean. Hand print sweat marks on the head board and damp sheets like they didn’t dry all the way. We left. Staff was nice and helpful though!

We were traveling through Arkansas on our way to Texas and selected the Wyndham for an overnight stay. Staff at check-in was very hospitable and helpful with questions about where to eat, etc. The room was exceptionally clean and well prepared. The buffet style breakfast the next morning was complete with an omelet bar and again; the staff was very kind and accommodating. Would stay again!

Very nice breakfast restaurant and the room's bedding and air quality was good. The floors and railings were all sticky throughout the hotel.

The only issue was with one of the breakfast waiters. He was very rude and treated us differently from other guests. We noticed he offered other people coffee to go, but when we asked, he told us we were not allowed to take drinks out. His attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant and unprofessional. Aside from that experience, everything else during our stay was excellent.

We always stay here when we are in Little Rock, and the steakhouse is the best!

I stayed 3 nights at the Wyndham, which is within walking distance of the Simmons Bank Arena. The room was clean and included a mini fridge, but lacked a microwave. The staff was very friendly, especially the kitchen team during breakfast. It featured a nice pool, a work center, and a gym, all of which were very pleasant. The only area that could have improved was breakfast. The eggs were runny, and the potatoes were dry. Although there was an omelet station, the line was always long, and once my omelet was given to someone else. They remade it happily, but the meat tasted spoiled. Overall, it was a great stay, but the quality of the breakfast was disappointing compared to the other amenities.

The price is relatively low but the lodging is not a good value.

Overall the hotel was older and showed it. Room had numerous old ceiling water spots, coffee in room was not good, hallway carpet very dated

However, something unsettling happened when I checked out. The hotel had attached my invoice to a message it sent via hotels.com, but I was unable to open the attachment on my phone. When I asked someone at the front desk to print the invoice or at least tell me what was in it, he said that the system did not allow him to do that if the room was booked through a third party. However, I have booked many rooms through hotels.com, but this was the first time something like this happened to me. Needless to say, the incident put a damper on my stay.

The breakfast was really good. Much better than most free breakfasts. The shuttle service to and from Simmons arena was also a very nice touch. Only dislike was on departure day the hotel texted at 0800 and I was still asleep

The hotel check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and my room was very clean and comfortable. I had the complementary breakfast buffet and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. Breakfast staff was wonderful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was incredibly spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was not hard to find. My one and only complaint was that I noticed that the coffee maker could use some regular cleaning. Saw some gunk in the water compartment. Other than that, I had an excellent experience staying here.

Excellent area, good parking and friendly and very helpful staff but the hotel tends to get a little noisy during early mornings. Also be careful, someone charged drinks to our room. The hotel was great about removing the charges. They seem to not have a good plan in place at the bar, other than to ask for the room number.

Really nice clean hotel in a safe and quiet location. Good breakfast. There is a walking path that runs along the river right next to the hotel. You can also walk to downtown by crossing the bridge.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The only reason it’s a 4 star rating is because the water didn’t drain out of the shower and the breakfast ended 10 minutes early. Otherwise, everything was great.

The Wydam hotel is old. Frank Fletcher, the franchisee has updated the lobby and rooms. The best treat was the head omelet maker and the breakfast staff. The hot breakfast was a nice treat. The room had no running water due to repairs taking place. The front desk did not tell us. We discovered it after using the bathroom and having no water to wash my hands. We asked for hand sanitizer and the front desk told us we could use the large bottle on the front desk. Just imagine all the guests touching the door knows and elevator buttons with those dirty hands. We were told the water would be back on in a few hours. The next morning we discovered there was no hot water for our showers. The staff was not prepared to address this second issue, telling us the manager would be in at 9. We would have wanted the staff to let us know because we do not want to stay in a potential germ infested hotel. We were given a 25% discount but the stay should have been comped. The hotel should have found us rooms at a nearby hotel. The staff took no responsibility to ensure the rooms were habitable. It seems like this would be a guest safety violation. I would have rated the hotel terrible except I chose poor because the breakfast team worked so hard to improve our experience at the Wydam.

So this is a typical hotel with adequate offerings. Sadly the breakfast felt very much like a cruise ship lineup with very little taste or unique foods. The restaurant staff were great, very energetic and extremely nice. They just need more to work with as far as the breakfast food is concerned. Rooms were clean and spacious but noisy. The location was handy to walk along the riverfront area.

Parking was great. Staff was friendly. Room had ants real bad and the room was stuffy and kinda warm. Toilet flushed slow and clogged after I pee'd. The beds were supposed to be queen but were smaller. Was not too impressed and not to mention the room was supposed to be around $123 after taxes, however i ended up paying $175..... Wasn't a horrible experience but i will not stay there again.

Great location if you are looking to enjoy a Travelers baseball game while visiting Little Rock. The staff was so nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed. The breakfast had a great variety and the wait staff was excellent.

Excellent, quiet stay—despite the hotel being full. Breakfast had made to order omelets, bacon, juice, attentive service. Above and beyond a standard free breakfast! Beds were a bit creaky and small for double bed room, but still fairly comfortable. Drain was slow in bathroom. Room looked refreshed with plank flooring. Will definitely stay here again as our concert venue was a safe, easy 4 block walk to Simmons Bank Arena. Loved this hotel!

We always enjoy our stays at the Wyndham Riverfront. The location is very convenient when we are attending a concert or event at Simmons Bank Arena.

I was in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Had a bad odor. The air conditioner was extremely loud sounded like a gas engine running. The doors and walls had a sticky feeling to them when they were damp.

Breakfast was great! Moire was especially helpful and friendly.

We left my son’s pajama pants & AirPods. Hopefully they will be retuned. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, but I’m picky. Staff was great. Clean room. Good parking. Please reach out to return my son’s belongings though.

Our room was missing tissues, fresh soap packets and the toilet paper was half full. There wasn't a microwave to warm up coffee and we couldnt find an ice machine. Parking was convenient and well lit.

I had paid before check in and because my husband had booked the room for me I did not have his credit card and was not allowed to stay but was not given back the money for the 3 day stay and I also had the back up insurance which was not honored and now will have to sue so beware

We were disappointed that the pool was not open. When we were booking, we were especially looking for a place with a pool. There was no mention of the pool being closed for the season. Had we known, we would have gone elsewhere.

Large property with two restaurants on site. Affordable with no issues. Good for a night stay. Not in the most desirable area, but it worked. The stand out was the staff at the breakfast buffet. Be prepared to be treated like you are in a 5 star hotel. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated better dining or otherwise.

Room dated. Hotel smelled musty. Dryers in the halls to get moisture up. Expedia AND Hotel refused refund blaming each other. I was stuck there two days. It’s old and subpar. Nice dining areas attached to hotel was the only plus.

Big hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Equipped with fridge, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. Pool and exercise equipment room. This is our second time at this hotel and it lives up to other reviews of a awesome breakfast buffet. Marie and Shawn are to be commended for making us feel at home with excellent service. Marie handled omelets and waffles as well as keeping the line straight for guests to pass and handling tickets discussions. She did it all and I'm sure needs a raise. Shawn was the only server who was pleasant and helpful. He made sure we had all we needed. He is to be commended for a job well done. Thanks for all these two did to make our stay wonderful! Additionally, the front desk check-in person who was only on her 3rd day did an awesome job as well handling multiple things at once while assisting waiting and phone quests. We truly recommend this hotel for all future stays!

This hotel truly understands what guests value. Our room included a full breakfast with an omelet station where we could choose our own ingredients—such a thoughtful touch. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with excellent bedding and pillows. Every part of our stay was outstanding. Shuttle service was provided to the concert venue we were visiting, and it was well‑organized, timely, and courteous. I also used the airport shuttle, and that service was equally impressive. Highly recommended.

River adjacent at best. You can stay there and never see the "river." Room was clean. TV interface was clumsy. Ground level room felt more like a hotel with cars parked right up to the window. Bathroom layout was awkward with the vanity separate from the small wall sink. More motel vibe. Not charming. Bar looked nice.

Room and Hotel were great, the bartender at the hotel bar needs to go, had to sit there 20 minutes while being ignored, just bad service and bad vibes the whole time. He ignored every customer that came for a drink won't be back because of that. Leon was his name I think.

I stayed here for the first time on New Year’s Eve due to its convenient location near a downtown event. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless. One of the front desk team members even called my room about 20 minutes after check-in to ensure everything was satisfactory, which was a thoughtful touch. The thermostat easily switched between heat and A/C, and the shower was hot, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable. I didn’t have the hotel breakfast the next morning, so I can’t comment on that, but everything else about my stay was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!

Just an overnight traveling spot but hotel was easy access, quick.check in, and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, as were the servers and cooks.

Second time staying here in a month. Rooms felt extremely safe and this is very important being single and traveling with a newborn. Beds were perfect and quality of bedding, fantastic. Staff was beyond hospitable and kind, during both stays. The true stars belong to those running the morning breakfast, everyone I met was a true MVP . My only complaint is , I stayed on Friday , both times. Which meant the steak house was packed, leaving little to no parking. With a newborn, I drove around quite a few times before getting a spot in the front, where things feel the safest. Everything else, was perfect!

The hotel was great. Easy to find, park, desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean, beds very comfortable, and for being in a busy downtown area, it was very quiet. Breakfast was also delicious. Our only hiccup was trying to use the vending machines at midnight. Some didn't take cards, one didn't vend what was chosen. Like if you pick sprite a dr. pepper came out. But, we got it all figured out and had a good laugh as well. Would definitely stay again!

First, we paid additional money for a Riverside room and when we got to the room, the window was so filthy. You could barely see out it and what Little thought you could see out you didn’t see no river. The hotel was filled to capacity and on the second morning, I’m sorry the first morning. There was no eggs. There was no bacon. There was no biscuits. There was no gravy, however, on the second morning, they had the omelette and waffle station open, and that was wonderful. The white staff at the breakfast area were great.

Hotel close to Simmons was great. Bar staff was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was a hot mess. Understaffed, people working so hard but simply not enough to cover needs. No tables, no one to clean off used dishes, and no silverware to be found. We ended up leaving to eat elsewhere, unfortunately. It was seat yourself and goodluck!

The bathtub didn't drain, shower head was broke, and the faucet continued to uncontrollably drip all night unfortunately. I’d like to get a partial refund please.

We never could go and sit outside because staff took their breaks out there and it was crowded. Late at night it was loud outside because they were out there on their break talking while I was trying to sleep.

We stayed here October 27-28. We were supposed to travel with another couple, however, they had a family emergency. Wyndham and hotels.com refunded the monies for this room, even though it was less than 12 hrs to check in. The front desk on both 27 & 28 were extremely accommodating and friendly, as were the breakfast crew on the 28th. The male dining room host and the omelet lady were outstanding! My only complaint is that we did not notice that room service already charged 19% for gratuity and we tipped her 30% cash and we didn’t notice until later (oh well, there must have been a reason and in that case, it’s okay). We will definitely stay here again when in Little Rock

The breakfast was superb, along with the atrium area. The room and restroom was well-appointed with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable. We love that the lady at check-in asked if we preferred the 1st or 2nd floor, and gave a great local dinner recommendation which was wonderful.

Had a couple issues with the room right out the gate. The staff was polite and quick to accommodate to change rooms.

Property holds on to a 1980s vibe. Registration is DETAILED form on tablet, longest process I've seen in ten years. Sink drain immediately backed up, slowly drained. The unencrypted WiFi node in our end of the complex could not reach it's gateway for external internet (front desk and internal login screens worked).

Our go to hotel whenever we are in central Little Rock

We were absolutely disgusted by our stay at the Wyndham Riverfront in Little Rock. A cockroach crawled out of the bathtub drain, there were dead bugs around the jacuzzi, and even pieces of glass embedded in the ceiling! The bathroom caulking and tile looked filthy and neglected. When we reported all of this to the front desk manager, she literally shrugged her shoulders — no apology, no concern, no attempt to make things right. It was clear she couldn’t have cared less. For a hotel carrying the Wyndham name, this was appalling. Save yourself the disgust and stay anywhere else in Little Rock — this place is beyond unacceptable.

Things I didn’t like was shampoo containers being empty and sink drain would stay open when using.

I am so happy that I didn’t believe the reviews about the rooms being outdated and dirty. My room was amazing and clean. The district manager was extremely helpful when I had a booking issue. The two bartenders were absolutely fantastic with the drinks, food and customer service. I can’t wait until next year to book this wonderful host hotel for the Big Dan Bridge 100.

The staff in the Riverfront Steakhouse restaurant are top notch! The sweet and friendly chef making omelets and waffles for myself and my honey was so pleasant and I sincerely missed her smiling face this morning when I woke up at home! This hotel will be my first choice for returning visits to NLR.

Older hotel. Stayed here for a conference that was held here. Had to switch rooms because this thermostat would not go below 72 and the hot water did not work in my sink. Haylen was super helpful in getting in rooms switched. Overall the staff are great, the hotel is just older and needs a little TLC.

The shower was a bit tricky to figure out but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again and recommend to friends and family. Kudos to all staff especially the steakhouse breakfast wait staff!! We truly felt welcomed to the space.

I was traveling to California and we stayed here just for an overnight stop. The room was good, but nothing more — perfect if you just need a place to sleep. The staff were very friendly and left a great impression. The breakfast was amazing and was included in the price of the stay!

The carpeted hallway smelled like mold, which was sort of suffocating. The rooms did not though!

The two Restaurants on the property were great! Everything looked clean. The pool was well maintained. Most of the shrubbery needs to be replaced. Our room was clean but had a bad odor so they sent someone with some spray to cover up the smell. The bed comfortable with nice linens but the furniture was old and worn. The “art” on the walls dark and dreary. With all the wonderful artists in Arkansas they could do much better. We booked for five nights and our room was never cleaned when it was supposed to be after 3 days. The toilet stopped up and when we called they said someone would come right away. Still stopped up to my knowledge. We were disappointed overall. The Wyndham could do much better with this property.

The Riverfront restaurant breakfast was great. The omelet station is always a hit for me. Marie was making the omelets with a smile and very nice. Shawn was attending to us making sure we had refills, info and good conversation. The front desk staff was great. Great hotel, amenities, location just a good spot.

Everything was great! The only complaint had was when I pulled the duvet off the bed I was stained with blood or other substances .

The rooms themselves were a bit on the older side and moderately clean. The bathrooms were small and dated, but the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the water stayed hot, which I appreciated. There was a faint odor in the room, though it wasn’t overwhelming. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was excellent—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I also liked the convenient location, with fast food options just across the bridge (less than a mile away) and Benihana’s directly connected to the hotel. Access to the highway is quick and easy, and Walmart is about eight miles away for any supplies you might need. All in all, I would stay here again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice if other options were available. The friendly staff and great breakfast make it worth considering, especially if location and convenience are priorities.

Vast hotel set up for conventions. Room was basic, large, clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. I had to hunt for clean plates in the supposedly clean plate stack at breakfast. Breakfast was complete and delicious.

The wallpaper is peeling off the walls in the hallways. Someone left a razor on the shelf in the shower, obviously the housekeeping crew didn't clean. Fireworks were set off in the parking lot and management didn't do anything to stop them.

My room had bed bugs. I am covered in bites and saw a bug in the bed. I left as soon as I realized. They told me they would call me the next day after their "bug guy" came to follow up but it's been 3 days and I've not heard from them. I reached out to the manager and Wyndham corporate directly letting them knowe I would leave a review on hotels.com if I'd not heard from them in a timely manner. Was charged full price and I am skeptical that they will appropriately handle the infestation. Be warned!

On Thursday, July 17, I called to change my room to an accessible room. The person who answered the phone said they would reserve it and when I check in on Friday they would make the change. On my arrival they said because I booked through a third party I would have to call them ,Expedia. I called and waited for several minutes, finally a man tried to help me. He said it would cost an additional $75.00 per night and I agreed that it was okay. When I went back to the desk in the lobby they tell me that they could only give it to me for Friday, Saturday and Sunday was already booked. I told them I didn’t want the room just for Friday. I was booked in room 2000. I didn’t request room service but on Sunday, July 20, I came into my room after being out at 2:30 pm to find that my bed was stripped and one of my chargers was gone. I waited thinking someone would come back to make up the bed but no one came. I called the lobby to inform them what had transpired. They ask me if I had requested room service and I said no. They had informed me that the person who had been in my room had left for the day. They sent someone to my room to make my bed. Also someone from the office brought me a charger but it was the wrong size. She looked at my IPad and said she would check to see if they had one downstairs and they did, but I had a 6ft cord they gave me a very short cord. When I arrived home on Monday July 21, I called at 7:49 pm to make a complaint but the person who could help me was gon

My Overall Experience The property was spotless, safe, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast buffet was truly impressive. The highlight of my trip, though, was the lovely lady making omelettes each morning—she was a burst of joy to start the day! Her energy was contagious, and her omelettes were absolutely delicious—cooked to perfection every time. She really made mornings something to look forward to!

The floors on the room were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, we tried to shower and the water in the tub would not drain, there was hairs floating above clearly the tub must’ve been clogged. The room smelled like tobacco the hallway of the hotel, smell like smoke and marijuana. And the keys were not working properly. I need to go to the front have the key came back to open the door. The room was just not as clean as we expected, we evenwere afraid to even lay on the beds, because of how dirty it was.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable and the hotel had a lot of great qualities. However, the service from the front desk staff was quite slow, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. That said, everything else was great — the room was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the amenities were solid. With a bit more attention to detail, this place could easily be a top pick.

The guy at the counter told me I was paying a $50 deposit for incidentals, but really he was selling me the breakfast that was supposed to be free with my booking. He even specifically told me the breakfast was free and when and where it was. So it wasn’t a misunderstanding.

The shower water was too hot. There was no cold water at all. So weird. And you can’t get much ice from the ice machine. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

I had a pleasant stay with two minor issues. One, there was a lack of parking due to two restaurants being co-located on the property. The second item was that my TV didn't work properly until a maintenance worker was called to do a 'software upgrade' which should have been accomplished prior to my, or any guest's stay. I had a very good breakfast at this hotel's site.

The junction walking bridge over river was very nice leading to shops and restaurants very nice and romantic lots of family fun also with museums in walking distances all with low cost admission. Great for homeschooling adventures history buffs the aquatic and nature center are nice finish with an ice cream at tropical cafe and perhaps dinner at the Marriott or the restaurant on premises. Very cozy nook to spend a couple days. 🙂

Wyndham Riverfront is awesome. We have stayed here multiple times for shows at the arena. Can't beat the location and Benihana right next door is great as well.

location was perfect. Room was nice only thing wrong was the refrigerator didn’t get called and we had a hard time figuring out how to use the shower. I let the staff know about those issues when I checked out and they said they would get maintenance on it right away.

Ws stayed there one night for a concert. They had a shuttle that took us to the concert. (We were going to walk, but then we saw the shuttle - very nice courteous driver.) The shuttle only runs until 11and concert lasted longer so we walked back. Lots of people walking back so i felt very safe. Pretty short walk. The one thing i would say is plan ahead re: food. The area beyond the concert venue was sketchy. The hotel was great - definitely recommend if going to a concert there.

Hotel located in N. Little Rock, actually another city. Location was not perfect if your places of interest are in Little Rock. The hotel was quite large, and obviously a bit outdated. The carpet inside was not so clean that my flipflop sole was full of dusts. Breakfast was quite ok. So was the Japanese restaurant.

The property is big and so are the rooms. 1st night our tub had standing water when we showered, the sink pipes were not attached so it caused water to leak on all our towels, and there were little black bugs on one of the night stands. Looked like fast moving black ants. They did come fix the drainage, pipes, and gave us new towels but thats not what i wanted to deal with the first night there.

I loved the staff, especially the front desk clerks, and the restaurant staff. Very friendly. The room was clean, but there was a small leak under the sink. A maintenance person was sent to check it out, but he said he didn’t find anything. He told us to call him if we notice it again and he would come back. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The housekeeping staff were working double time to get rooms cleaned for arriving guests. We had an issue with our room keep and staff quickly fixed the issue and moved us to a different room. When moving I accidentally left an item. When we returned to our new room my item had been left at my door. That was an amazing treat that they returned this item to me.

This is my second time staying here. The staff is outstanding and the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is a real treat.

I will not be staying again. I had a room next to a storage room and noise started abouot 5 am of people going in and out of the storage area. I was in town for a night of rest that I DID NOT get. I could only find 2 plug ins that my cell phone would connect to, the coffee maker was a joke, took a long time to spit out about an inch of water.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. The staff were helpful, courteous and overall a pleasure to interact with. The in house restaurants lived up to their excellent reputation. Absolutely will stay here again and will be recommending the hotel to anyone traveling through Little Rock.

Felt good when walking in the doors. I already knew it was going to be a good stay.

Enjoyed our stay

2 stories but big. Gym is ok(-) and there is carpet in aisle. There is no choice when you take a bath, it’s hot (not warm) water or hot water. As usually happens with magnetic cards, you have to go to front desk to re- program. Bar is good and closes late.

Check in was quick and easy to do. the location was great for what we needed. the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I did not like that the rooms were not sound proof. I did not like that the room had spiderwebs on the lamps, a poodle of water was on the floor, and when taking a shower the water did not drain out even after getting out the shower.

I love this property!

I checked in very late, almost midnight due to delays in my travel. The front desk staff were very kind and got me checked in quickly. They had a very friendly/professional attitude and one of them even walked me to my room for safety since I was alone and it was so late.

Clean room, hot water in shower, fantastic breakfast buffet!

It was comfortable. Slim at the front desk was very inviting. Struck up a conversion and filled me on the weather. Give Slim a raise. I was traveling from rogers Arkansas back to florida so i dont know him. I felt like i did when i left the front desk. Great checking experience.
