The breakfast was not great. The yogurt was expired and the choices were limited. Our room was not cleaned. The trash was not taken out and we did not get clean towels even though we followed the instructions. I had to go to the front desk and ask for towels.

What I liked was the location of the hotel was perfect. It was in the perfect location to all my destinations. The breakfast was good. Will book this hotel again.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, housekeeping was friendly, front desk clerk, (I think her name is Passion?), was very friendly & helpful. Another clerk, (young girl with shorter hair), was rude when I had overslept one day & asked what time housekeeping left for the day. She said she wouldn’t know, then rudely asked what I needed them for. Other than that incident, our stay was great. Would definitely stay again.

It would have been great if there was facial tissue in the dispenser, an alarm clock, and extra pillows in the closet. Those are things we wouldnt expect to have to call room service for. They should be in the room already.

The staff was kind. The room was clean and ready and they respected my do not disturb sign. I needed help with WiFi and they went above and beyond. The breakfast was quite nice. I would stay here again.

We stay at a lot of Marriot properties. This is one of my lease favorite besides Corpus Christi.

The halls smelt weird. When we were heading up to our room from the bottom floor to the 3rd floor, the elevator door stopped on us while opening. We squeezed through the doors to get out. The toilet was super little. It was like an elementary sized toilet and when you have a husband 6 ft, he isn’t happy about that. The air conditioner vent had old bugs and debris in it, i was grossed out. The bed wasn’t too bad, we slept good. It was just those other little things that kill it.

This hotel is in need of a remodel and cleaning was poor. Staff at check-in was courteous and friendly. Faucet leaked, refrigerator made a noise, toilet was dirty, counterop had water stains. I did not notify the staff because we checked in quickly and had a child to get to sleep.

Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Temperature control is good. But the bathroom sink clotted up. Drained very slowly. Also, the structural strength of the floor is weak. It creaked and thumped every step the upstairs guest took.

The place is nice, breakfast was good, clean. Pretty dang good place honestly. This is not a dislike honestly but I did expect a lil more since I booked the King Suite! Now it was extremely nice and I'm not sure what I really expected but It wasn't exactly cheap and I've stayed in many places that were just as nice if not nicer for less. But that's on me for booking the highest room that I really didn't need. The description had me thinking the King suite was a completely separate bedroom, its not. Maybe I read it wrong. It was around other side of wall from living area but not an actual bedroom like I thought.. But truly no complaints to tell

I loved the customer service from all employees. Everyone was amazing and helpful. I slept like a baby. The only thing that was iffy was the swimming pool. You can tell it hadn't been clean in a while but we were so hot we jumped in and had fun.

The staff was very friendly and room was nice for the couple of nights we were there. My only complaints were the breakfast was terrible every morning and the laundry was out of order our entire stay which was inconvenient.

I booked a stay at this Hotel and arrived to find out it does not have a working elevator. It has been out of operation for sometime yet they continue to book without informing guest of the issue.

The property is in a great location, close to the places we needed to go. The staff in nice and thoughtful. The breakfast room was clean and the food was great. The property is close to the mall and doctors appointments we needed to go to.

Headed to big bend and flew in late for one overnight stay. Just what you need. Free breakfast to kick off the trip. Across the street from UTPB, tons of walking trails.

Good customer service and had a good night sleep

The receptionist was very nice and courteous. I was needing to check in earlier and luckily there was a room available. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious and well lighted. The only thing that would make this hotel better is if the musty (odor trapping) carpet in the rooms was changed to a hard floor instead.

I love that the Fairfield is close to my Mom's house in Odessa so it is very convenient when I come down for a visit. The staff is always very courteous and friendly and the rooms are always clean and nice.

Frankly, we expect a level of cleanliness from all Marriott properties that this property did not have. We drove several miles off the interstate because we often stay at Marriott properties. We were shocked at the condition of this property. The one positive thing I can say is that the receptionist was very pleasant and tried her best, given the limitations of what she had to work with.

Weirdly, the shower curtain in the bath was too short to go in the tub, so with every shower, a significant amount of water ran on the floor. After the first morning, I asked to have a longer shower curtain and the first one WAS changed, but the second one was the same length. (The styles of curtains were different.) I ended up leaving a towel on the floor so my problem was solved. I suspect that the shower curtain rods were installed too high and for whatever reason, the management made no changes. It wasn't just my room, I heard other people laughing about the shower curtains at breakfast.

The Fairfield is close to my Mom’s house when I come to visit so it is very convenient for me. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and always clean & nice!

I didn’t know I had to pay for parking each night until I received my receipt. I was not happy about that. We also couldn’t get our room cleaned so I was not happy about that either. We arrived early am on Friday. I got charged for a night I didn’t stay. I think adjustments should be made for people traveling. We drove 14hrs 55min. The staff was very nice

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and most importantly, the front desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom took forever to flush. Had to hold the lever down until it flushed. But other than that all was well.

I did book the room for 4 people and really the only complaint was we never had enough towels so we had to keep asking for some throughout the entire stay one day after services we came back from working and we had 3 towels for 4 people but other then that I did enjoy the overall stay, staff was nice their Continental Breakfast was delightful nice selection of good eats.

Booked with Hotels.com for 262. dollars and Fairfield charged my credit card 310. dollars. the first night they had us right in front of elevator where everyone came in through so it was loud. kids running til 12 midnite then the partiers came out after. my family had to get up early for Falcon Day at UTPB. We were tired from no sleep at night. its more of a work people place not a vacationing hotel. still want to know where our money is that they overcharged. room was clean though. that made me happy. not much of a continental breakfast.

I reserved a room with 2 queen size beds for my weekend stay. I arrived in the early morning hours on a Saturday. I had already booked a room for 2 nights but wasn’t going to pay until I arrived. Unknown to me they had canceled my hotel room and then charged me for 2 nights anyway. I didn’t even stay at the hotel because this is just not the way you treat people and handle business. I went right across the walkway and Hampton Inn found a room that was suitable for my liking. The young lady at the front desk at Fairfield Inn told me that my room was canceled because it was almost the end of her shift. Unacceptable excuse and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is a very well-maintained hotel. Everything in the room looked brand new--bedding, counters, carpet, and all!! I was very, very pleased. The breakfast dining area was large and private from the registration area, making it very comfortable. The staff members were all friendly and professional. I will stay here again when I need a place in Odessa!!

Everything was great for my daughter and I! Until someone checked into the room directly above us and stomped around like trampling elephants all night! We got very little sleep. Not the hotels fault though, and we would definitely stay there again, and maybe just request a room on the top floor👍😊. Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. The room and overall hotel was very nice. The only problem I had was my key card would not open exterior doors of the hotel so I had to walk all the way around to front of hotel to get to my room. That happened twice in two days. Other than that it was a great stay.
