One night stay, got in late and slept but it was quiet and cozy.

The breakfast was good and early. The staff appeared receptive at check in and check out. Unfortunately, there were a few issues regarding the room. The wi-fi was not working for my devices. Even though I'm not a big TV watcher, the TV did not function past the welcome screen. The door to the bathroom did not close. And if someone were to achieve closure, the door would not open from the inside. Aside from the above, it was great.

The bed sunk to the middle. The room needed updates

The staff was very nice and polite. Filthy and rundown. My son had blood on his sheets in his room, plus so little water pressure that a shower was not possible. Someone tried to break into his room in the middle of the night as well. My room had chips in the paint, and no hot water.

It was just ok. The rooms need updating badly. The box spring was uncovered and ripped. The mattress could be improved.

I've stayed here before but this time was pretty bad. No hot water and a bad A/C unit. Front desk staffer was not really helpful.

Def NOT worth the price. If you're going to pay that amount, find a diff hotel.

Had a nice time

Had to change rooms 3x upon check in because the key card readers on the doors were not working. Then changed rooms a 4th time at 1:30 am because the AC wasn’t working - they offered us a fan for a bit which we tried to make work but it was 90 degrees in the room.

For the price I was expecting more,but the service and friendly atmosphere was wonderful.

Good place to stay now that construction is done. Breakfast was better than in the past. Good location, slightly off main road but within reaching distance to many items.

This is an older hotel but the hotel & rooms are very clean. Just wished the beds were firmer. The staff is also very nice & helpful!

We like this hotel but I believe the room we stayed in was once a smoking room.

We have stayed here before and always appreciate the service, breakfast, comfort, and proximity to our event location. A few things we were disappointed about this stay compared to the last included food that was left in the fridge prior to our arrival, empty toilet paper, and our initial request to be on the first floor not being received. I did ask for this to be changed upon our arrival and it was, but the initial request was obviously not received when we booked. We were also unimpressed with the lack of cleanliness of the room in addition to food being left in the fridge and empty toilet paper upon our arrival.

A solid 2/5 stars. The entire hotel was warm and humid, and had a musty odor. All of the common areas were dirty (greasy elevator buttons, slippery film on lobby floor, etc..). The bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet was so close to the shower that the shower curtain kept draping over me when I sat on the toilet. I regret staying here. On the bright side, the night shift front desk lady was very nice.

Love the property but tv not working at all and not replaced in three days. Refrigerator freezer motor makes loud noise every time it kicks on and was not repaired.

Nice quiet clean hotel to stay at!

Maybe it was a bad time for them but facility was not up to good standards. Breakfast was abysmal. Empty and not being refilled (no wasn't just before closure, was an hour before). Pool was not useable.

Great place to stay close to restaurants and stores. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Not so good. Hotel did not notify no hot water that was/ is a problem for over a month. Toilet would not flush properly.

We were passing through on a road trip. We were put in a handicap room. The shower only had warm water. Because we were only there one night and didn’t find the problem until morning they didn’t have an opportunity to correct it.

My stay was great; just a little relaxation from work. This is the 2nd time I've stay there. I will stay there on my next vistor. Everyone employee I encountered was very professional

Nicest, cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. Love the kitchenette—they thought of everything you would need, dishes, hand towels, silverware, etc. Pool was great, even had a fountain. Walking distance to mall. Wish I could’ve stayed a couple more nights!

The hotel is conveniently located in town behind the mall. It’s a newer property and well maintained. The hotel was quiet and the front desk clerk friendly. Overnight the firm bed was comfortable minus the wimpy pillows. The room was large with a modern, clean kitchen. Very livable for an extended stay.

Pictures on wall rattled every time AC cut on. Trouble with flushing toilet. Bed was uncomfortable could feel lumps in mattress

Hotel was mostly clean. However one room had rice all over floor with it spilling out into hallway. Bed was uncomfortable and left us with back aches and stiffness. TV is in wrong place to watch from bed.

Nice property and friendly staff. Shower was backing up which nasty hairs floated around feet while showering. The bed needed new mattress, it felt like a elephant had been sleeping in the middle.

When we checked into our room there was a dog bowl in there. There was dog hair on the floor. The room stunk. Both of the beds were made different. I had to go downstairs and get changed to another room.

The rooms are older but well equiped, with some street noise but comfortable.

Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately we had to go to desk to get sheets for the pull out bed for the kids.

The rooms were great it just isn't in the best location.

Room was fine. On Saturday I went down at 8:30 for breakfast, there was 4 apples and 3 packs of cereal (no milk). I had to hunt down front desk clerk, he informed me that the breakfast staff didn’t come in that day. That was it. No breakfast. VERY disappointed. No offer to credit that day or anything. I would NOT have stayed there if the price didn’t include a breakfast.

It was wonderful. My son and I only stayed one night because our power had gone out at home. The staff was absolutely lovely both checking in and out. They are super nice and accommodating. The room is nice, complete with a small cooktop, microwave, sink, and regular refrigerator. The whole room was clean and so was the bathroom.

The front desk guy tried to charge me twice, then the last night the creepy overnight front desk guy was recording my niece, my boys and I at 11pm at night...i called the cops and spoke to the manager santos and it has been a week and nothing, no follow up nothing.... i will be reaching put to corporate

Check-in went great, very friendly staff. They did loose water over night, was working again in the morning. I understand this was out of their control. Though nothing was mentioned at the time or at check out. At checkout the gentleman working the desk did not seem to have any idea what he was doing, could not answer questions. Didn't ask if wanted a printout, when I asked for one insisted he sent it to my e-mail. Which it had been, but would have been nice to get one right then, especially with how he was acting and needing my credit card, when I hadn't charged anything to the room.

Horrible place don’t stay here. It’s very old building and customer service is not the best. Rooms smell horrible, slow internet, horrible tv small and damaged that u can’t see the screen and overall wouldn’t recommend it.

When I read majority of the reviews many people were complaining the bed was too hard, but the room I was in the bed was too soft. And I pulled the bed sheets to see how old the masses were and I saw the sticker that told you which months to flip the mattress. For $99/night during the PANDEMIC it’s over rated and the room furnitures could be updated because I kept looking over everything in my room and it’s definitely dated. If you look on Hotels.com you can find newer properties at a lower nightly rate. This hotel gave you a “Grab N Go Bag” for breakfast and it had cereal bowl, bottled water and orange juice and banana. I’m used to staying at places like Doubletree, Hilton and Marriott full service hotels.

Our stay was fantastic, Judith was especially kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will be back, this is the third time we have stayed here and been very happy with our stay.

A strange event happened tho. When I came to check in about 6pm, the door was locked. No front desk person was there! Another couple had already waited 45 minutes with no employee showing. The manager only had the hotel number listed, which isn't helpful. Patricia answered her cell, and helped our situation. I went to dinner. By the time dinner was done an employee was at desk. I'm not sure what happened, but it worked out in the end. I did enjoy my stay and appreciate the make-up remover in bathroom.

Overall decent stay, would recommend. The room was nice, bed wasn't very comfortable and didn't quite understand why they put the TV where they did. Overall a solid 3.5 - 4 star review.

I went to the Elegante hotel on university first and they said I couldn’t stay after they promised me my stay and booking over the phone! I get on hotels.com and find this place which got me in FAST within 10 min!!! Awesome service at amazing speed, will be my go to place from now on!

The location was good for dining options and off the main streets which mad it quite.

The facility ws clean and very nice the bed was rock hard this was probably unavoidable but when we arrived at 1:00 in the morning the system was down, and had been down most of the day from what we were told. It took fir ever to get us in to the room. We did not get a set of keys. The TV did not work, nor did the internet. The level of care was zip to none.

One downside. Bed was hard as a rock and an old spring mattress. With a hotel this nice, I would expect to find a memory foam or at least a pillow top mattress.

The room had some of the comforts of home. I would stay there again without hesitation. The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

The toilet and shower didn't work and the beds were wore out and sure not worth the 276$ for a night.

Only beef is the walls are fairly thin, I could hear the neighbors alarm go off even though I could tell it was set to low volume. Nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn’t solve.

Very nice hotel in a good area of town. Maybe a mile to a Walmart with several close restaurants. Full size fridge & kitchen area. Cabinets are stocked with dishes & pot & pans to do your own meals. One of the nicest at $150 a night.

It was a good motel. I would stay again. It was clean. The only thing we didn't like was that the corners of the sheets kept coming off and baring the mattress.

Very quiet area. The room was better than expected. However our room was never serviced. Our towels were picked up but never replaced. Our room wasn’t cleaned or restocked after the first night.
