One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel stay. Room was clean. Oh… there was a party on our floor that was very loud and was not stopped, all night/morning. Didn’t sleep well that night.

The breakfast was pretty good and I like they offered turkey sausage with pork. The first morning the the woman who attended was on top of everything! The 2nd am they needed to replunish 1 or 2 items, new attendant. 3rd am they were out of a lot and there was hardly any guests around. I needed to ask for 3 - 4 items which we had to wait because they needed to be heated or cooked. The same woman from 2nd morn was attendant for 3rd morn and she was no where around the buffet area and they found her behind the front desk office in the back, talking not attending! Also, the manager had a very loud voice which carried throughout the front desk and main dining area.

before the issue was resolved which is completely unacceptable. The entire day, a guest with no water, unable to shower, unable to flush the toilet, wash my hands. I had to miss one of my events I was hosting because of this. All we received was a dry apology, no credit/Refund or compensation..nothing. Just a bucket to fill with water in case I needed to flush the toilet. I'm a diamond member with the Hilton community so I expected something similar or close but it was far from my expectation of a hotel regarding accommodations. Next time I will stick to what I know because the HILTON would NEVER.

My husband and I was at home in Olive branch looking for hotel, with a Jacuzzi tub. We Found one on my Hotel.com site. I told them that the room on the picture of the hotel has one, on the video at hotels.com they have a Jacuzzi tub that’s the reason why we chose this particular hotel. We called reservations on the phone before arriving. They said two rooms was available. Got there cannot have a Jacuzzi room, but it was a big misunderstanding, but they did fix the problem and they gave me the upgrade for $66 but then charge my card $100 for incidentals normally I thought they would just hold the charge. She actually charged my card. The state was OK. We did have a little mold in the bathroom. I had to bring bleach from home to clean the hot tub and eat professionally cleaning because of a lot of people being in there I wonder do they sanitize and clean good I had to run the bleach water at least twice in the tub before getting in. It was mold in the bathroom shower. There isn’t any now because I had Clorox bleach other than that, the hotel is really really nice. The breakfast was really really nice. I enjoyed my stay. I just did not want to spend $216 for one night on a room that was not worth but maybe $87 For one night…

Bed proximity to wall made it difficult to move in/out of it Pool was closed because “maintenance was supposed to come fix/clean but didn’t”. This was one of the two reasons we chose this place Payment mixup at check-in , but was resolved Good: Breakfast was good Staff was decent Noise level was good at night

It is impossible to set the temperature in the room. It switched to air or heat depending on what temperature it was set at. There was no way to set it, so you were either frozen or boiling hot!

We were in town for a tough reason-caring for my dad as he transitioned to hospice. This hotel was comfortable and clean. We had 2 rooms and they were excellent. The staff found out about our visit and gave us a nice snack basket. Everyone was so kind-from our check-in to checkout. It was quiet when we needed rest and the breakfast was great. I am thankful for this hotel. My wife also really liked the coffee, and she is a coffee snob!

I had to switch rooms due to no working frig. Management was wonderful. Transferred to a new room. I stayed 4 days. They checked to make sure I had a good stay.

Overall the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Room smelled musky and so did the towels and sheets. Since we arrived late at night, we asked for fresh towels and sheets the next morning but the room still smelled.

We were there to play with our grandson. The hotel and the room was awesome. My only complaint is the curtains were horrible. Light coming thru the top and it was broken.

This hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The parking is a little odd, you really need to park in the back. There is a Cracker Barrel next door for dining and a small coffee shop 5 minutes up the road.

Outstanding facility!

My husband and I say here from time to time when we take a trip toward Memphis. It’s always been a great leisure or business friendly hotel and within close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is always clean and tidy and the service is always friendly. I’ve had no issues so far so this hotel will continue to be my hotel of choice.

I would definitely book here again. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. It’s not far from Memphis and is in a very safe neighborhood. The breakfast was very delicious. The only thing was an issue (which it really wasn’t) was I didn’t know they would charge a $100 incident fee but it is refundable once the room is checked. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Check-in was great, the room and area were great. Got ready to shower and noticed there was no shower curtain, called down to the desk and was told I could come down and get a shower curtain! Why would I have to install a shower curtain? Isn't that the hotels job? OVERALL, a great hotel!

It was a great overnight stay. The hotel staff was great and the hotel is located in a good area. There’s restaurants and shopping all around yet it’s quite around the hotel.

We were not able to stay because our event was canceled because of a tropical depression. Something we couldn’t control but the hotel and hotels.com would not help us to move the date to another weekend. So they took our money for something we couldn’t control. That was horrible to take money from someone when the weather is out of our control. All I needed to do was move it to the new date but both Hotels.com and the Comfort Suites would not even make an effort to help

The room had a mildew smell. I found myself using my inhaler due to the mildew. Second the lamps did not work in the room and the faucet in the bathroom was very loose. The employee at the front desk was pleasant.

The room was super clean. Temperature was perfect, nice and cool. The only slight disappointment was there was no freezer in the small refrigerator. We have to take ice pacs when we travel because we have to take insulin, but at least the refrigerator was good and cold. Very good stay. If in this area again, we would stay here again. Also reasonable rates.

The location of this hotel is great. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The rooms are spacious. However, they could be cleaner. There were stains on the furniture and the floor needed to be mopped. It also took 20 minutes to check in because I reserved the room through a 3rd party and the clerk at check in didn’t know what to do. 3 stars.

Good place to stay! Good value for your money! Only thing that I didn’t like was no ice machines working! Had to go to a market to purchase ice. Breakfast was great with all the trimmings!

I liked the convenience of the property to shopping and food. I did not like the housekeeping coming and knocking on doors all hours of the morning when checkout is at 11 am.
