Everything was perfect, the front desk staff is amazing every time I stay. They are quick to check you in and are SUPER helpful with anything you might need. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the pool was crystal clear. 10/10! This hotel is my go-to anytime I’m in the area!

Clean room. Only minus was that the microwave didn’t work. Staff was super friendly. Gym was clean. We didn’t use the pool.

The room, a king suite, was very poorly designed to have a pull-out sofa bed. The pull-out jutted against the king bed and was an obstacle to getting out of bed without having to crawl over my wife and wake her up. The pull-out mattress had a spring coming out of the bottom, which cut my finger as I opened it. We were horrified to see a huge stain on the mattress cover. Very nasty. Disappointing stay.

The staff was not able to communicate directly with booking.com and mentioned that whenever there is an issue with checking in a customer, it's always with booking.com. We had to sit on the phone for 30 mins to reach an AI rep with booking.com which hung up on the front desk person. The check in process, as the booking.com virtual card was not working properly. The booking.com people were incredibly difficult to reach. I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN AS YOU CAN'T MAKE YOUR WAY TO ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH A HUMAN.

The person at the counter seemed like it was a inconvenience to give me service. The person wasnt even standing at thr counter when I came in and left. When I got there I was told it was expedia fault for room change because they didnt have a room for me. I had to downgrade. Soaps werent filled.

Location was great, it being right beside Walmart. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good as well, and also the gym had some good equipment too. The cord for the iron was snugged inside the holder, so I couldn't use the iron to press my attire. These small things should be checked and/or replaced before rooms become available, not a deal breaker but just for future consideration.

My stay was refreshing and well spent. The hotel is located where all yiu need is in the surrounding areas.

Nice size room and very clean. I loved the full size refrigerator instead of the mini fridge that most hotels have. Everything worked out perfectly for us, so no complaints

My stay at Townplace Suites by Marriott Memphis Olive Branch was so-so, the room itself was okay but issues with the WIFI, AC unit were very noisy, and the room itself was not very quiet. You could hear whatever was happening in the hallway, next door and even the floor above. The room wasn't as clean as it should be. If I had a choice of a different hotel at a similar price I would go elsewhere.

The side door on the hotel was not locked and anyone was free to thru the door without a key. My room was the first one by the door. Also the breakfast selection was very slim and not the greatest. As a baseball team we try to select our hotels with convenience to ballfield and a good breakfast for the boys before games that day. Expected a better selection for the price we paid.

Very nice, clean rooms with several ports to charge phones, etc. also had great shower which is hard to find at a hotel. Friendly staff at check in & breakfast. Lot of places to eat nearby incl icharleys, Chilis, etc. Gym had all you need for a few days stay. Only minor point would be more selection at breakfast although it was still good. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Bed the bed in 309 will flip over if you set at foot of the bed. The shower had enough hair in it like a bear had bathe in it. I just went to Walmart a got gloves an cleaning supplies, which I shouldn’t have to do. They been holding a deposit from December 21,2024 and it’s still pending which is so crazy. And whoever works the day shift that answer telephone is so freaking rude. Show wish I could have gotten her name.

The stay was great. But they need to fix toilet in room 405 the whole toilet moves when u sit on it omg. Other than that the hotel is great

Nice staff. Okay breakfast. Bathrooms are dated. Room itself is fine. Beds are very comfy. Good location to get to multiple areas of Tupelo. Not anything special but good if you simply need a space to sleep and grab some breakfast. Area okay. However, they do allow dogs! 😊

Stay was so-so. Reception was preoccupied and visiting with friend. Did not volunteer info on breakfast etc. Room was nice and clean, but something in kitchen area was constantly creating a rapping noise that persisted all night. Needs to be fixed.

We had an excellent stay here. We checked in after 10:00 pm and they had upgraded us to a suite. It was a new hotel that was incredibly clean, safe, and had a fantastic breakfast. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Vernon, the front desk staff was professional and upbeat. Many food options in the area and close to the interstate and highway. The breakfast was hot and fresh with different options to choose from. I will be staying here again!

Came to check in about 3:30pm they said my room wasn’t ready which was ok but I come back 2 hours later it’s still not ready.The ladies were nice so I didn’t get upset. So I called the next morning to make sure they took some money off and Dae was rude as af Tamika and the other young lady was great and friendly.

I really enjoyed the breakfast options. Something for pretty much everyone, even a family like mine that does not consume pork or beef. Plant based and chicken options were FANTASTIC.

Nice hotel, there was two guys in charge of the public areas cleanliness they also kept all the public areas clean, hallways were always clean and also they helped us bringing us towels and extra blankets.

Overall the hotel was clean, but there is room for improvement. We did eventually get towels because I waited until later that evening and the front desk staff did provide us with towels without any hesitation.

We were able to get early check in, but the room was not fully clean. There was an old bluetooth left on top of the refrigerator, some sort of condiment was splattered on the cabinets and the dish towels had old crusted food on them. Pull out bed had crumbs and the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed well enough. Also, we were not told at check in that we would have to notify them 24 hours prior to get our room cleaned. Most of the staff was very nice, especially those who worked in the breakfast area.

I stayed 7 nights and my room was never cleaned. On the second night I asked for it to be cleaned and I was told that the hotel's policy was not to clean the rooms because of Covid. That's just an excuse not to provide a service. The bathroom design without a shower door looks cool, but resulted in water everywhere and wet towels piling up throughout the week, because I did not have room service. I ran out of clean towels and had to go get them. I ran out of toilet paper and had to go get more. The front patio had loud parties several nights until midnight. I was excited to stay at this hotel, because I know that it is new. It was disappointing.

We love everything about Town place suites. Mr Terrance Harris & the other ladies at the front desk as well as the ladies cooking & serving breakfast was very professional and helpful. Our 9 day stay there was awesome. We definitely will be back to stay. Thank you guys much!!!

Everything here was great... this was a wonderful stay.... The lady at the front desk who checked us in was TESA and she was so pleasant and helpful... The manager SHARON was the best...You can tell that she truly wants all of her guests to feel like they are at home. Every time we walked in or encountered an employee they each said hello and asked if there was anything we needed...Breakfast was great... PRINCESS was wonderful so early in the morning...each breakfast...the main thing I requested were the yummy muffins!!! This was definitely a great choice to stay!!!!

I hope that hotel management reads this because I would like to give a special thank you to Vernon! I got in late in the evening and had an issue with my reservation. Vernon worked with me to resolve the issue and got me up to my room in no time.

Night staff was awesome but morning staff especially housekeeping is the rudest I’ve met so far. Especially since we found several items left under the bed.

The hotel seems fairly new. The staff was friendly and helpful especially when I couldn't figure out the room setup. The room was clean and only concern was the chipped wall in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a nice quiet stay.

We used the roof top amenities and sat next to the firepit at night and enjoyed watching the ships go by on the river during the day. The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go downtown and loved getting down to the River Walk in just minutes.
